Introducing Mirch Masala s new chic lounge located in Brampton. Love the elegant and stylish vibe. We had a wonderful evening sipping on festive holiday inspired cocktails. We nibbled on appetizers that were not only very tasty but also beautifully plated. @mirchmasalabrampton is known for Northern Indian cuisine. The dishes are so flavourful and they only use quality ingredients specializing in Tandoori and authentic Punjabi Curries. Everything made from scratch. I recently dined at Mirch Masala, and it was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was prepared to perfection with fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. What truly made the evening special was the exceptional service provided by Indar. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made us feel so welcomed and valued.

Loved it! Me and wife visited this place while our way back to Hamilton from Brampton and we do not regret our decision. From food to service to cleanliness everything was on point. Our server Inder was very kind, polite and respectful. We have tried Indian food in Hamilton, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo, Toronto but this has been by far the bestt and authentic Indian food we have come across. Must try their Dal makhni and bullet naan. The ambience + the cleanliness of the restaurant area and washroom was impressive. Were definitely coming back. Inder thank you again for making us feel welcomed, you did great:)

Amazing staff, great ambience and good service. The major let down was food, the curries had extra extra salt, chicken used in curries was stale. It was surprising to see such a highly rated restaurant screwing up our dinner. We wont go back for sure. FYI - We visited this place sometime in October.

We recently visited Mirch masala authentic Indian cuisine restaurant, my overall experience was average, I can t say it s amazing and fabulous. According to test of food price was higher as per my point of view. I was visited on week day, restaurant was very quiet but staff was staring you like judgement eyes, literally I don t like it. Food quantity was less but test is average good.

I visited this place twice in the past month and had very different experiences each time. First Visit: The experience was great! We enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. We started with the Cream of Tomato soup, which was absolutely delicious. For the main course, we ordered Dal Makhani and Veg Jaipuri, both of which were fantastic. The highlight for me was the bread Lachha Paratha and Tandoori Roti. Both were perfectly crispy and thin, and I appreciated the option to customize the Lachha Paratha with methi, mint, chilies, or salt. We especially loved the Lachha Parathas. However, the extra charges for customization $3 per Paratha felt excessive. For dessert, we tried the Moong Dal Halwa with ice cream, but it was disappointing; the halwa lacked richness, and the vanilla ice cream wasn t of good quality. Second Visit: Unfortunately, the experience fell short. I brought my cousins along, expecting a similar experience, but it was quite the opposite. The tandoori non-veg platter was below average, and the main course was equally disappointing. The Butter Paneer Masala was poorly prepared, and the Kake da Curry Kitchen dish was not enjoyable at all. Overall, this place was a mixed bag. While some dishes stood out during my first visit, the inconsistency in food quality during my second visit made it an ordinary dining experience. Food-wise, it s a hit-or-miss. Nimrat was very welcoming, kind, patient and very polite. The food was amazing! My fiancé and I had the mixed Meat platter with chili cheese naan. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Nimrats kind and warm smile and her sweet personality made my dinner experience a memorable one!

Terrible taste .It is no more what it used to be before.I went last year n the food was so good n so was their staff service!..We repeated the same food items in order in this visit yesterday n it was horrible.Malai kofta had excess turmeric n hing to our surprise! ( I later found that a similar review on excess turmeric in Malai kofta had been posted by someone else too, below ,) It tasted horribly below the standards.....On mentioning it to the staff,they replaced it with Veg jaipuri which was nothing more than a tasteless baingan bharta type/ similar kind of dry n regular casual sabji (that we make on day to day basis at home tossing the left over veggies from fridge onto the tawa with the daily kitchen spices), absolute disappointment..no where close to authentic...nothing is like before...French margerita wasnt made properly either- unbalanced flavours in the drink with a thick foam / lather floating on 1/3rd of the margerita glass!!...Same items tasted so good last year ...I am not sure if it is change of chef or change of ownership as nothing was same- presentation n garnishing of food including the trays n cutlery in which it was served was also way below the mark n looked as if it were done by someone very raw n new to the job-apparently amateur. Managerial skills,staff cordialness, hospitality didnt make up to the mark either !!...Previous staff n managers, chef n overall experience n the vibe was far better! ( a year back)..I wud not recommend this to anyone anymore..very disappointed..never wud visit this place again.I hope they regain their original standards soon as this used to b one of the very good dining places in the town, before...Wish them all the best . We recently dined at Mirch Masala, and while the food was decent overall, it was a bit spicier than we typically enjoy. However, the service truly stood out and made our experience memorable. When my child found her paneer pasanda too spicy, the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. They promptly took the dish back and returned with a new one adjusted to her taste, which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to our servers, Nimrat, Prabhdeep, and Duramjit, for their excellent service and genuine care. They made our visit so much better!

Chicken tawa masala (similar name) s gravy was on sweeter side probably because of tomato puree, taster like butter chicken without butter. 4. Butter Nan doesnt seem cooked from tandoor. I had a fantastic meal at Mirch Masala! The veg momos were perfectly steamed and full of flavor, while the paneer nurjahan was creamy, spicy, and absolutely delicious. The cheese chili naan and roomali roti were the perfect accompaniments soft, fresh, and full of taste. Service was excellent, and Inder made our experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Indian cuisine!

Mirch Masala is truly a gem of a Punjabi restaurant in Bramalea Brampton! My wife and I went in for a Saturday afternoon lunch. Very charming and nicely decorated and a large place inside. The server (Manmeet) was very attentive and quick with our orders. We had Bhuna Goat, Lamb Pukht ki Biryani and Naan. The food was absolutely delicious. I personally am a good chef, I found the taste absolutely perfect especially with the spice level. It s a bit pricey at $25 per person, but totally worth it. I will come here again.

5 star for food. However, the wait time was loooong. And restaurant did not look that busy. We started by ordering paneer sizzler for appy and it was not sizzling? Very underwhelming experience for $22. Then we waited 50 min for the mains. Ended up getting naan when we ordered roti (staff quickly fixed it but we were running out of patience by that time).

Very good: Ambience, Front Staff, Low Music, Food Presentation Average: FOOD (Average taste, lots of mixture with whole spices) Bad: Kitchen staff is so busy in enjoying that they forgot what they are supposed to do. If the owner is reading this, please consider this as a feedback and not enmity.

I went here after longtime, I guess they renovated. Service was excellent and ambitious was beautiful as well. We had shikari tikka and boti curry, decent taste, they changed our salmon fish with fish pakoda as we did not like salmon s taste. We felt chicken could have been well cooked. It was litttle uncooked from inside. Over all good experience!!

Ordered for takeout. I ordered Dal Makhni and Paneer Pasanda(recommended at front desk). The food came after 7-8 minutes of ordering. Not sure how fresh it was. When I tried Paneer Pasanda it was one of the worst paneer dish I ever tried and Dal wasnt great either but it was still better than Paneer. Breads were ok. I do not recommend this restaurant and wont return. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the tip system going on there. Tip is always customer s choice. I ve been there last night with my family and they put the tip in the bill without even asking us, even though there customer service is good but still they can t just charge you the tip.

I used to love this restaurant, but sadly the quality has gone downhill. The food isn t as flavorful or fresh as it once was, and the portions are now smaller, yet the prices have gone up significantly. This is the last time I ll be going there, and I won t be recommending it to anyone after this recent visit. It s disappointing to see such a negative change in a place I once enjoyed.
