The place was well organized, and it had high quality utensils and plates. The environment was esthetically pleasing and bright. The service was very friendly. Beware - their prices online do not match what they actually charge. This happened with me a few weeks ago when I got charged $5 extra on what the actual total would have been as per their online prices. I couldn’t pin point and ask them about it because I didn’t ask for my receipt when picking up the food. However, today, I did not miss this and got my receipt for a quick check. Their price on the menu online shows Lucknowi biryani priced at $14.99 for a single serve, however, i got charged $15.99 for it. I paid $31.98 in cost of 2 Biryanis. Now, I know, its only a matter of $2 but it just simply goes against the principals. Who knows what else doesn’t match. I did go back and asked the cashier about this and she acted all frightened and said it was a website glitch. I didn’t want to say much to her, because at the end of the day, she is just an employee. Matters like this should be taken care off by the proprietor. I liked their food and thought I finally found a good place close to my house, however, after this, I seem to have lost my respect for the place. This is one of our favorite restaurant. We Love all of their Biriyanis soecially Chicken Hyderabadi Biriyani and Chicken Kalimiri is best . Dont forget to order a Masala tea in the end.. Its awesome. Kiran is very sweet and caring of out needs..

Visit This Restaurant at Your Own Risk. My experience here was exceptionally disappointing, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality food or service. Chicken 65: What was served as “Chicken 65” was essentially a few hard-to-find pieces of chicken buried in an overwhelming layer of red chili paste and whole red chilies. Frankly, it would be more accurate to label this dish “Poison 65,” as it tasted so poorly that it ended up in the trash after a single bite. The portion size was also laughably small. Kashmiri Roganjosh: This dish, recommended as their “best mutton item,” was another serious letdown. What was delivered was a greasy tomato-based gravy with a few sparse pieces of mutton that resembled popcorn rather than real cuts of meat. The taste was so subpar that, like the Chicken 65, it found its way to the garbage bin. Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani: The so-called biryani was a mere imitation of what an authentic biryani should be. Living nearby, I would have gladly picked up biryani from this place regularly, but after this experience, I am staying away from this restaurant permanently. Service and Staff: The staff were highly unprofessional. Although my order was already packed and waiting for pickup on the table, they kept me waiting for 10 minutes, leaving to get another order that wasn’t mine. When I finally brought this to their attention, they admitted they “got confused”—confused by what, exactly, when mine was the only order ready? This kind of reckless, dismissive attitude toward customers is all too common in some South Asian restaurants in town, and it’s experiences like this that drive people away from their cuisine. Out of every ten visits to South Asian restaurants, this kind of encounter reinforces why we often avoid them. Management and Transparency: The management appears uninterested in addressing customer concerns or improving service. Instead, they seem more focused on operating cash-only “discounts” that appear to be a ploy to avoid taxes. Offering a “10% discount” for cash payments is displayed prominently behind the cashier—a likely attempt to underreport income by bypassing the full 13% HST. I hope this review is taken seriously so that future patrons who take the risk of visiting this restaurant can get what they pay for and avoid the kind of disappointing experience I had.
Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 4/5 Price - Mid Ranged Ordered Chicken Kalimiri, Egg Masala Curry, Biryani, Chicken 65, Chicken Tangdi, and Apricot Dessert. Everything was super tasty, and tasted amazing. They serve in a disposable plate, but the food is prime quality. Loved everything that we ate, and the tangdi was one of the finest I've had in Canada. If you're around and can make it, this is a must visit. Loved it! Edit: Been there about 3-4 times now, it's always been consistent with the taste. New dishes tried were: Kalmi Chicken Kebab, Galwanti Kebab. The Galwanti Kebab were so good and soft , just amazing.

I recently dined at nawab saab and had a fantastic experience. Kiran provided exceptional service, ensuring our meal was enjoyable from start to finish. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most infuriating dining experiences I ve ever had. I ordered a non-veg chicken biryani, waited 25 minutes only to be served a paneer biryani instead. Mistakes happen, so I tried to let it slide and decided to buy a chicken tray instead. But what happened next was unbelievable they tried to charge me $450 for BOTH the paneer biryani and the chicken! This level of incompetence and audacity is unacceptable. Not only did they waste my time, but they also attempted to overcharge me in the most ridiculous way. Completely unprofessional and dishonest! To make matters worse, the chef came over, not to fix the situation, but to push some absurd compromise a half paneer, half chicken biryani. Seriously? After all the mess they d already created? Frustrated and out of patience, I decided to settle for a full tray of Chicken 65 biryani, which cost $350. This entire ordeal was beyond frustrating. They wasted my time, served me the wrong food, tried to upsell me at every turn, and left me with a massive bill. This place doesn t care about customer satisfaction it s all about squeezing every dollar out of you. Absolutely disgraceful! Fed up with their incompetence and shameless attempts to overcharge me, I refused to pay and simply left the shop. After wasting my time, serving the wrong order, and trying to upsell me with ridiculous prices, they didn t deserve a single cent. This place is a complete disaster rude, disorganized, and greedy. Save yourself the headache and avoid it at all costs. They don t care about customers; they only care about ripping you off. Pathetic!
I went at this palace last night and i was just amazed with there food and service it s my first time visit and we had an wonderful experience . We are confused about the cuisine but the boy at front assist alot to decide the dishes then we ordered there galwati kebab and chicken kaju biryani .we were served by the girl and she was also very polite and humble. We will visit again shortly and hope for the same experience at our every visit . Highly highly highly recommended

The biryani Paneer kaju was flavorful and aromatic, with perfectly cooked rice and a well-balanced blend of spices. the portion size was generous. It s a dish worth revisiting for its authentic taste and quality and talking about customer service. Pratiksha provided exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness. Her warm demeanor and prompt assistance made the experience seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, leaving a positive impression.
Had an amazing experience at nawab saab! The Hyderabadi Laganwali Murgh was rich and flavorful, while the Rampuri Gosht Korma was perfectly spiced with tender and juicy mutton. Our server, Pratiksha, was attentive and made the meal even better with her excellent service. Highly recommend for authentic Indian flavors!

No 1 Biryani place in the GTA area. Snacks to biryani, everything is worth of taste.
We were recommended the Chicken 65 and the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani by the staff at the restaurant. The place is clean with good music playing in the background. The Chicken 65 was very sweet and nothing like traditional Chicken 65; this was more like a cross between Hakka Chilli Chicken and Chilli 65 with a generous dose of sweet tomato ketchup. We also ordered the pepper-fried baby corn which was average. The Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was not up to the mark; the strong flavour of cardamom overpowered the taste. The quantity of rice was good but the quantity of chicken was not sufficient. Overall, there is potential if the flavour can be reworked. Id suggest reducing the number of offerings on the menu and really focussing on making the signature dishes stand out with authentic flavour.

Worst customer service ever bought bryiani goat paid over $20 dollars the rice was mushi and had only 2 pieces of meat and mostly was rice went back and showed them and asked for a refund they refused to give refund even though i havent eaten anything from the food the 2 grils there kept arguing with me and saying that the policy doesnt allow them to give refund back they went and called the chef and he started arguing with me and said he wouldn t give refund a random guy came after over 12mins of arguing he actually agreed to give refund be carful if the food is bad they will give you hard time to get a refund and trust me the price you pay isnt worth for the amount of food you get the stores replay is a lies i left restartant for 30 sec i checked food because last time i ordered they only put 3 to 4 pices which wasnt the amount they usually put 6 i didnt mind for them to rrplace the food but they wanted me to wait for 30mins to cook new rice and i didnt have that much time is so sad that one of there customers came and intervened for them to give me my refund back its a shame
Probably the best Awadhi food I have ever had. Went in with a big friend group not knowing at all about this place. Came out the with biggest smile and belly filled with one of the best dinner experiences ever. Tried the Paya Soup, Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba, Galawat ke Kebab (MUST HAVE), Tangdi Chicken, Chicken 65, Ghee Roast Chicken, Chicken Kalimiri, Nizami Dum ka Murg, Malai Kofta, Chicken Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Mutton Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Andhra Mutton Biryani, Apricot Delight and Double ka Meetha. Everything was absolutely delicious except for the biryanis. The biryanis were really subpar. But the Galawat ke Kebab and Chicken Kalimiri are the unforgettable dishes you must try! Apricot Delight was absolutely delightful as well! The servers were super friendly and really hard working. They made the whole experience even better with their smiles and taking care of our every little request. Which is why I was really disappointed to find out the servers do not get tips. The owner should change this policy and give 100% of the tips to the servers. They deserve every tip they get. It would definitely be a 5 Star place if they changed this policy. Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options which are equally delicious as their non veg options. Dietary restrictions: They catered to one of our friends who is allergic to pulses. They modified some of their dishes so he could enjoy everything.
Went today to buy chicken curry, but I requested something very specific that was not on the menu. The staff understood my needs and discussed it with chef, they customized my order quickly. The chicken curry was delicious and satisfied my Pregnancy Cravings. Thank you Kiran for your help.

If u are south asian food lover this i a perfect spot for you. Food here is budget friendly and full of flavours. You will find different taste and different flavour in every curry unlike other restaurants where every curry tastes same. This is our go to place for dinner at weekends. I ordered butter chicken, but it was over spicy, I couldn t eat even single spoon of it. I called them for replacement. They told to bring previous order with me. They took the previous order and just add some cream on it. They didn t even replace that food. It was still spicy and not good in taste. I recommend Don t waste time here.

I order Kaju Paneer biryani almost twice every month. I observed a pattern that they dont give Mirchi Ka Salan at all unless we ask. When I asked they said people in brampton they dont expect Mirchi ka Salan is what they told, so I ask for Mirchi Ka Salan everytime I order biryani. But last week when I asked for Mirchi Ka Salan they said a only two kinds of biryanis come with Mirchi Ka Salan it seems and they never gave mirchi ka salan. What is this behaviour? This message is to the Restaurant owner : what will you save by not giving Mirchi Ka Salan with biryani? Go to any restaurant Serving any kind of Biryani they serve Mirchi Ka Salaan. Honestly you guys are ruining the experience. I will never recommend anyone here again as lately when I ask for any customization in biryani like spice level, they say yes we shall make it spicy or Mild. But they never make any change honestly with or without inputs theres no change. Just ruining customer experience by not listening to the customers input or by not serving Salan.

We ordered the Mushroom 65, and it was a great twist on the traditional Mushroom 65. We also tried the Guntur Paneer Biryani, which had the perfect South Indian spice level. However, I feel it could use a bit more aroma to truly capture the essence of a perfect Guntur Biryani. Overall, a good experience!

If you re looking for authentic, traditional Nawabi food then this is the place to be at! I ve been to this restaurant multiple times since they have opened and I ve never been disappointed with the food and experience. I ve tried most items on the menu including vegetarian - paneer pepper fry, crispy corn, paneer tikka, paneer kaju biryani, and some non veg food including the chicken kebabs, chicken 65, butter naan, dal. When it comes to biryani the hyderabadi chicken dum biryani was my favorite. I m quite satisfied with the portion sizes, the presentation and quality of food. Absolutely amazing food! After reading some mixed reviews, I decided to visit in person rather than ordering over the phone. I asked for the spiciest biryani on the menu, and they recommended a South Indian-style biryani that completely exceeded my expectations. We also tried the chicken ghee roast, but honestly, the biryani was so packed with tender, boneless chicken that it didn t even need sides! The service was outstanding as well. A must-visit for spice lovers!

Amazing food and service
I had the misfortune of trying the Hyderabadi kachi gosht biryani from this place, and it was a complete disaster. The biryani was overwhelmingly salty, making it almost inedible. The mutton was old and the pieces were hard and chewy, reminiscent of cardboard. This might just be the worst biryani I ve ever had in Canada. Extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered both chicken and goat gravy dishes. The chicken dish had four medium-sized pieces that were mostly bones with very little meat. The goat dish contained eight tiny pieces. The portions were so small that the two dishes were not enough for two adults. While I understand that each restaurant sets its own portion sizes, compared to other takeout places, your portions seems very small. It was a mood spoiler in the end

Worst biryani ever. I just ordered biryani today on 2nd july. It is like they just add white rice and put mutton curry in it. Please make authentic biryani. It is costly here even but though to try but disappointed. Taste by tazah biryani cost is half of them still they are having better biryani dn them. They put raii in it. Today I visited there and get barbecue whole chicken and chicken Kabab and naan. Food was really good and specifically in quantity. Staff was very nice and friendly specially ambika, this girl was very nice.

Excellent food!! We had Chicken Tikka, Qualmi Kabab, curry leaf chicken, chicken chili and Lucknowi biryani. All were flavorful, fresh and tasty. Served hot, the starters were a treat we enjoyed. The biryani was the star. Different than Hyderabadi biryani. Subtle flavors but tasty. We didnt try any curries and naan. Next time we will try that. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for their starters and biryani. We felt the prices are economical too. Shout out to the two ladies working that evening for providing excellent service!
If you are up for spicy cusisne....their customed Chicken 65 biryani is best in the town. Have been their regular customer and have always cherished.
Normally we have our meals from here, theyve got a lot of options. The owner and staff are very polite and always ask so that they can customize according to tastes. Their biryanis are probably the best that weve had so far in Canada
We ordered Chicken Tikka [ must try] - very authentic Indian taste. They had multiple varieties of biryani, we tried their Andhra Biryani, this one is also must try. Overall advice- very taste food

Used to be good but their biryanis are going downhill. Got a Hyderabadi Biryani and it was more like rice and chicken Curry mixed! Thank you for ruining our dinner. There is absolutely no consistency with the taste which is so weird! Its a hit and miss, better places available with much better taste consistency

Food contamination warning! Took out Biriyani from them yesterday (June 14). The biryani tasted so odd from their usual flavor. All of us got diarrhea today. Didnt expect this from them. I wonder why restaurants fail to keep up with quality. Is it that big of a deal?
