The food is average, I did not find any of the staff generally helpful. Expect long delays in going through the buffet line and getting a drink at your table.

Great place to have all varieties of Indian food. One of the best in Brampton areas. This place is crowded on weekends, would be good to go on a weekday. I have been coming here since 2015. Love their consistency in quality and variety. My favourite is the desert section OMG so much to eat!!! Decent pricing as well)!

The food has improved from before. A big caution the water bottle is paid for $7 which is a rip off, if you have big group then it adds up. Good luck

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT HALAL FOOD: first of all, nowhere in their menu, food labels, or in their restaurant do they state that they serve halal meat. Upon asking the waiter, we got to know the meat is halal. In my religion we are not allowed to eat halal meat and I was appalled that that I only got to know after asking the waiter. Upon grilling the manager, he stated We don t clearly label that the meat is halal because it doesn t look good. And also stated that some meat is halal and some is not (however both don t have any labels stating which one is and which one is not). It is my request to my Sikh and Muslim brothers and sisters, please don t dine here because you don t know what meat option is halal and which is not and they are very shady about it. They are trying to please all audiences by cheating their religions just for the sake of making more money.

HALAL ALERT | THEY ARE CHEATERS! If you avoid HALAL non-vegetarian food for religious or personal reasons, avoid this restaurant. They serve HALAL dishes without mentioning it anywhere. When confronted, the manager admitted it and claimed that labeling HALAL is not pleasing to see. Unfortunately we got to know about this fact only after we finished our dinner, thus found it not just deceptive but deeply disrespectful. The manager also revealed that some dishes are HALAL while others are not, meaning even Muslim customers are misled. It s clear they prioritize profit over transparency. You deserve honesty and respect this place offers neither! The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling!!! And Imagine this to be a BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION DINNER!!!! What a GIFT!

We have been to their location twice and both the times the food was garbage. The service was garbage, plus the food they serve, most of it does not taste fresh, is not warmed up at all. The buffet is overpriced and changing the prices on weekdays and weekends does not make any sense to me. They just loot people, no value for money. I am never coming back, please don t try if it s ur first time.

Yar apna menu update Karo. Same cheese kha kar banda bore hi ho jata he. Ek hi toh acha buffet system he Toronto meh. But if you eat it once then next time you wont go back for six months to a year. And lot of soda in the food. Makes you feel fuller very soon. There are so many dishes in India but vo special Wali baat nai he.

We were a group of 10 for our office Christmas dinner. Service was horrible where no one came to ask for drinks , had to find our server and order drinks 2 times .. we were still sitting and another server came and picked up cutlery and water glasses. We ended up drinking water from $7 Evian bottle on our table . Will never go there again. Food was ok though.

Overpriced for no reason

I went for lunch Sat Dec 14 very pricy and bottle of water on table is $7 we had two when we realized that it is charged and water is room temperature. They do not tell you about it. They just want more money food doesnt describe ingredients or what it is for a Western. I love spicy but never again. i would order a la carte from restaurants not Tandoori Flame. I could never order that much food for the price I paid.$220+ 4 adults Dietary restrictions: Vegan dishes claim vegetarian but if they use dairy or butter unable to eat.$220 for 4 pricey if you dont eat most dishes

I had an excellent experience at Tandoori flame. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of ambiance and comfort. The server, Jasmine, went above and beyond to make the visit special. Her friendly and professional demeanour added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Overall I like the service. Vikram and Jatin was two servers who helped us and they did their job so good as both of them was attentive, friendly and knowledge of menu. Servers remembered our names and preferences which made us feel appreciated

Canada is country with biggest source of freshwater but Tandoori flame still need to find that source as they scam customer & charge cx without disclosure for the water. If you need to charge water bottles for some reason if your food cost is higher, you need to disclose to customers upfront. We used 3 bottles & they charged me $24 for the water only(without disclosure), this is not good business practice. You were famous for quality buffet but now your being know in town as water bottle scammers.

I was really looking forward to dining tonight at this restaurant but unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined. I ordered a food when I took a bite, I was shocked to find a long hair in my food.Not only was this disgusting, but it also made me question the restaurants hygiene and food handling practices.I hope the management takes this seriously and takes immediate action to ensure that their customers receive clean and hair-free food.Until then, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I wish I had good things to say but don t. Recently booked our office Christmas party and there were so many misunderstandings. Was told the room would be enough for 60 people but they booked the room for only 40 people. I mentioned we would have minimum 40 people but won t know exactly how many people will show up and it could go up to 50 people. No one was able to enjoy because of how crammed the seating and tables were. Really disappointed and will never be booking here again. The room was able to fit 40 people but it was so crammed. No one was able to get out of their chair and go get food. What s the point of booking at a buffet restaurant when you can t even get up and go grab food without making the entire row get up. Please don t disappoint others when booking a private room. So frustrating and annoyed. Complained to the management on the day of but they didn t do anything.

Fiasco! One of the worst experiences I ve ever had with my colleagues. The food was either undercooked or seemed to be 3-4 days old. When I raised the issue with the server, he politely said, Sir, let me check. However, after that, my server was changed, and the person I complained to never came back. Additionally, even small details matter, like the straws they provided for the lemonade, which were not clean or fresh. They should either improve the quality of their food or discontinue the buffet, as we are paying for it.

Unbelievable choice of Indian food. From Punjabi dishes to street food. Punjabi dishes, specifically Karachi paneer was great. Didnt try street food. Jalebi was good too. Ice creams were ok.

Overrated buffet fare. Weve been there for 10 years now, once every year, and no change in items or their positions in the buffet structure. Though there is a hoard of options from chats to dosas to fresh made paavs naans and omlettes, we feel the quality diminishes with every visit. The dishes appear colorful n vibrant in the counter but tastes unfresh and way far from expectations. Food has become salty and greasy. As we are seated the waiter does walk us through cocktail / cocktail options but difficult to get a glass of water after. The music is also unsuited , dipping the joy meter even further. The best things I enjoyed this time were the omlettes and garlic paavs

After seeing very good reviews i went to had a buffet on Thursday post noon. There are multiple aspects i want to cover about dining at this place. I was very upset to limited options in vegetarian main course. They had only white rice and roti in main dishes whereas in non veg they had biryani. Coming to the quality of the food, it is very good, salad is tasty, fresh cut fruits are really fresh, paneer is fresh, live roti is very smooth and tasty, desserts are good, starters are tasty and crispy. On the flip side pizza is bad, carrot halwa felt little uncooked, can feel rawness in the carrot pieces, panipuri flavour water is not tasty. Now straight to the main point why i am giving the low rating is they server water bottle without informing the price and they charged 7cad for small bottle. We were in rush didn t see the bottle was sealed and without asking for the price we opened it(we were rushing because of time constraint). Finally to add on top we felt bad for the rude behaviour of the women who got us the bill. Really felt not worth visiting.

I recently celebrated a birthday at T.F. Brampton. Our Hostess Indeep was gracious enough to offer a private space for our party of 14. Indeep ensured the well-being of my family by assigning a charming server by the name of Jasmine, who was very attentive in taking orders and did an incredible job in keeping all of us comfortable. Kudos to both Indeep and Jasmine!! Vegetarian options: Lots of Veg appetizers and entrée options available.

As a buffet, there should be more food options. The Non-stew section and salad bar are disappointing. The other downside is that the trays are sometimes empty, even at 12:30 pm! The taste is average. But the restaurant decoration and atmosphere are good. Staff are nice as well.

I came here number of times before but this time the customer service was horrible.when we asked for water then the waitress named jasmine gave us that standard water bottle and didn t tell us that it was $7 per bottle when we only wanted regular tap water by saying that this is our standard water. This was the first time we brought guests and we were embarrassed since she was rude to us and out guest.when we asked again and again about the water since it looked so fancy she told is the price and when we asked for regular tap water then we waited 20 minutes for the water . Horrendous customer service. Paid around $250 and felt embarrassed and not satisfied with the experience. Would never come back here. Very disappointed.

Went here with my corporate team for lunch. Food was absolutely out of this world; probably best Indian food I ve ever had. Selection is endless and buffet means I get to try pretty much everything. They also have a vast selection of delicious deserts that is definitely worth leaving space for. Mango lassi pitcher that we ordered was fresh and flavourful. Service and atmosphere were equally exceptional. All in all it was a 5+ star experience; zero faults. Will most definitely be coming back here again (and taking my family along for the ride). Parking: Plaza. Plenty of free parking spots all around.

Food was fine in itself but our servers were simply lazy. They simply didn t wanna take the time to split our bill because we were a large group and their excuse was there are other people waiting to pay . Additionally they failed to mention that the bottled water on the tables cost extra money and didn t give us the option for simple glasses of water which by law establishments cannot charge us for, which if mentioned we would ve opted for that choice. Lazy workers, average food, don t go here.

The owner is a thief !!! They forced me to pay for the item that was not even on the menu !! They apply tricks to fool customers They blame poor servers for not providing service but the servers are nice and good service. The rich owners are hiding behind poor servers who are making bare minimum money.

Went today hoping for a good Diwali buffet but the food was not fresh. I didn t expect this kinda bad experience. We also informed the staff about the kebabs being stale and no one made fresh ones. There was no person making fresh naan/roti or dosa s. There were just 2 pieces of naan which was sitting there for hours. I liked the Mississauga location way better never coming back to this Brampton Tandoori Flames location again. The staff was just busy taking their own group selfies in tradition attire and gave little to no attention to us. We also observed that the starters were not being made fresh and filled up. Sharing pictures of starters that were never refilled fresh no one took starters because it looked so stale. Customers expect fresh starters. We are very disappointed, please don t fool the customers.

I went there for the first time, and we chose a buffet. Appetizers and chat corners were good. South Indian food was okay. The vegetarian main course was bad as it was not up to the mark. Live jalebi Station was great and tasty. Salad corner and fruit corner have good options. Other dessert like pastry and ice cream were okay okay.

They charge you for literally every little thing u eat. We went as a group, and didnt order any drinks. When we got there, there was already water on the table in bottles. We didnt order anything bc water is usually free considering the hefty price of entry to the buffet. Turn out, we were charged $7 per bottle, which is absurd. We also ordered 2 drinks of sugar cane juice, BUT, ONCE AGAIN, they failed at letting us know what we were paying for. They brought us 2 jugs of the drink instead of 2 normal servings, charging us $35 for each. Not only that, they added some sort of ginger flavoring in the water without being told to, nice gesture you may think. But no, we were charged $6 per bottle for that as well. The server claimed that he did finalize everything with us, which you could say he did since he didnt sell us what we were actually buying. We were told the prices of everything after the bill was given. Overall, the food was decent, but over $500 for a group of 8 is not acceptable. Make sure you know what you are buying for what its worth.

The food was really good, the atmosphere and Desi music made it feel such at home. The service and atmosphere was great it was like as soon as I finished a plate there was a waiter/waitress to immediately take it without it feeling at all as they are laying eyes on you or constantly watching you. The problem is that as a group of 8 we payed $70 each. They refused to let us know of prices of anything until the very end. Having not even a gallon of water on the table (3 bottles) without asking us and charging us later ($21), asking for drinks and not letting us know if there s a price for it when it s a buffet anyways ($70) and charging us for the literally GINGER and SALT that was in it (6$ each) along with the taxes and other fees. ITS A BUFFET. ABSOLUTELY 0 COMMUNICATION and here I was thinking I was going to an average buffet, which all it is respectably, and left with each of us costing $66. There is also no taking back things they take back, AT ALL. Never again.

Went there for dinner buffet and the food was very basic. Malapua jalebi was missing, especially when it is close to Diwali. Also, the cheese pizza was the only vegetarian option- at least put some veggies on the pizza. Saag also had gosht in it- if you are trying to make authentic saag, please keep it for vegetarians to eat. A lot of fluff food for the priced buffet. And had to pay for bottled water for no reason as no one explained that the bottles adorned on tables are for dollars, and not for people to drink water. If the bottled water is to be bought, why not keep it away and ask before bringing it out. Total thieves running the place. They only care about ripping people off and not providing genuine service. Never going back

Specially to the management: Very bad experience at you tandoori flame location in Brampton. 1. Food very bad none of the cooks were ready to make any fresh food. All kind of breads were very hard and chef told me to wait for 15 mins. 2. There was a small rat roaming here & there in food court and your servers were laughing on it. No manager was present at that time. 3. I specifically mentioned less ice in mango mojito but still served with ice till the top. 4. All deserts were uncovered whole time during the moping and brooming of restaurant. 5. Server renuka has no clue about food being served old and burnt. Im not going to recommend anybody to go there and take there pathetic food & service.

A very very good option for all the vegetarians out there. I was shocked to see so many varieties of food. The tastes of all the dishes were not incredible, it was ok for a few but the remaining dishes were very tasty. The staff was very attentive. The ambience is very good. There were so many types of chats, pav bhaji, so many starters, so many Curries, types of rice, naan, drinks, desserts. Favourite place TF is the best!!

This place runs on scamming people. They charge $10 for water bottle and extra charge for drinks. We went as two person and ended up paying $116, which is extremely expensive. I feel my money wasted and a very bad experience overall.

Not a good experience for me as I checked on google before coming it s not mentioned their only buffet no Menu and front reception also didn t inform as before coming we were not planned like this once we get the table than after getting receipt only we get to know it s buffet only we spent 2 hours to come here and we were so hungry we were not having any other option apart of having a buffet Although some of food items are excellent But I spent 100$ for two which is not worthy better to go other restaurant with 50$ 2 person you can get more items than this as food items are very less here Drinks and water are also chargeable Not so happy with Dine-in here without proper info

The service was great. The guest relations manager was friendly, she also came to check on the table frequently enough where she gave us time to try our food and drinks . She also recommended a few cocktails when asked about the drinks which was nice. Food was good and drinks even better. The atmosphere was great. I would recommend

Food was not good at all. None of the items were tasty. I had been to tandoori flame on multiple occasions at Mississauga location. But this location was no where near to good

Good food however with the large amount of patrons for dinner it made it difficult to navigate through the offerings. Patrons were eating on the go and wait staff were not able to address the issue and were rude and biased on whom to talk with on the issue.

If you are looking for a Indian restaurant in Toronto, this is a must try restaurant. Lunch/Dinner buffet is just awesome with over 150 dishes. Wide range to choose from both Veg and Non veg. Great place. Loved it totally.

I visited this place first time. Paid water $7 per bottle is the worse thing. You have only 1:30 hours another worse experience .overall bad experience.

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience For starters the cutlery was not properly cleaned the Bowls are turned yellow I dunno what kind of people are eating here. The whole point of buffet is that you get to eat fresh food but nothing seems fresh at all. Moreover servers needs to be trained if you re asking for a plate to be taken it s your job to pick it up from the table I m not going to stop what I m doing and give it in your hand. Servers need to understand that people who are visiting such places and spending money they are here for good time not to see you making faces infront of them and eyes roll on them if you re unhappy with this job that s your problem.

Food was amazing.

If I could give less than one star for service I totally would ! The staff in this establishment need to remember who pays for their bills ! We were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way the staff were treating us. The food is mediocre to begin with, but the only reason we go there was because the staff used be nice and polite. Well not anymore. Every counter we were treated with unpleasantness, a sort of superiority and reluctance to do their jobs. I don t know if it s the management or the attitudes of the staff but it just isn t right. Needless to say we won t be returning to this place ever again.
