My husband is Amritdhari and because of their mistake He ate NON vegetarian manchurian instead we ordered vegetarian manchurian. We ordered vegetarian but they served non vegetarian. Which hurts our sentiments.This was completely disrespectful. They didn t even gave any compensation Manager and staff service was not good too. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Called them on a Saturday Dec 15 at 7:00 PM to ask if they could reserve a table. I was told that they are not accepting bookings today, and I can just walk in. I was informed that the wait time for walk in is possibly 20-25 minutes minimum. Okay, I understand that it gets busier, went there at 8pm, I was told that the wait time was 15-20 minutes at least so I thought ok let s wait, but they barely have any waiting space, so the employee noted my number and name. I waited inside my car for 25 minutes and then went inside , I saw the attendant was letting in the people who came after us, so we politely asked when can we expect to get inside, and I was told that it will take another 25-30 minutes. I mean, I understand that you can only let others in if some people leave the place but at least let people know that the wait times are very high, TELL THEM THE DAMN TRUTH! instead of lying to them by saying 15 minutes more and then 25 minutes more. And why do you note down numbers if you don t even want to give an update to the customers about the wait times? Very unorganized, and unprofessional behaviour, I wouldn t recommend that you visit this horrible place.

Not good service

Food was ok, ambience was good but the customer service was very bad. The main course arrived but no one had cleared the table of the dishes used for the starters. No co-ordination between the staff members.

Had dinner on last Friday for a friends Birthday. We were served by a very sweet and polite waitress wear specs. All of the staff is super friendly and fun.. they even changed my friends drink because he didnt like it. They had live music till 12am. The team playing that night was amazing and sang an amazing bollywood mashup. Loved it..

The food quality has gone down. Used to go to Tikka Junction a lot but now the taste is not the same. We tried Momo, dal handi, chicken lababdar, paneer tikka and some rotis and Garlic naan.

Starters were good. We ordered tandoori Momo, schezwan noodles and manchow soup. We didnt like the main course at all. Paneer dishes were average, we ordered kadhai paneer and paneer tikka sharabiya and felt like we could make better dishes at home! Mix veg sabzi was also average. On top of that, they even charged 15% gratuity for 5 of us only because we chose 8 seats table as they didnt have one for 5 people, so that felt unfair as well. Wouldnt recommend.

I would like to share my outstanding experience at the Tikka Junction . As we were passing by we stopped here on our way to Brampton. I appreciate our Host Lovepreet Kaur, who does a great job, and she handled our table of 12 adults with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done! We were greeted immediately at the front door by Gungun.She was incredibly helpful with the seating management . Kitchen was slow rest everything was good Everyone should must try this place for delicious Punjabi food. We look forward to coming back.
