We recently visited Patiala House & couldn t believe how authentic the kulchas tasted it felt like we were right in Amritsar! A special thank you to Anmol and Karan for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful experience. If you re looking for a taste of Amritsar, Patiala House is the place to go.

The service was extremely slow we had to wait over an hour for just one kulcha. Very disappointing experience.

Food is awesome. Best Amritsari kulcha. Anmol attended us and she was very polite and her suggestions were very good. Really like the food.

Worst food specially Amritsari kulcha totally tasteless and same with channa also. Never ever try this Amritsari kulcha. Moreover, its too expensive full plate $12.99 and for extra kulcha $10.99. Worst ever experience with so much poor service. Wastage of time and money

Today I called the restaurant and ordered for Achari Goat Curry priced at 16.99 however they charged me 22.59. They stated that they are trying to update the prices since long however facing technical glitch. If you guys are facing technical glitch in updating price of products, then you might have added a not for customers. Secondly when I called, then also it was not being told. I called my friend and he also faced the same issue, two weeks before. He took out Goat Curry and they charged 25 however it was priced at 15.99. Please stop making money in this manner.

First and last visit. So bad service and food quantity is very less.

I went here with my family who had been here before and they gave it rave reviews. I wasnt sure if they were joking or not, but the food here is no joke. The naans were a standout, as was the music choice while we were eating (I personally didnt notice the music over the feeling of my stomach being satiated). I just wish my stomach was big enough to eat more. I highly recommend.

I ordered butter naan and chicken karahi , butter naan was so chewy that I have to put in garbage , there price is very high and food quality is very low , we are not happy with there food and it s not recommended, avoid this place .

The food here is the best in the town. They have authentic Amritsari stuffed kulcha and gur di chae. Rav is an excellent host and we really loved the hospitality.

Their chole bhature are the must try on the menu. Bhature are so light,tasty and crispy. They are not full of usual thick maida. Amritsari khulcha is also very tasty and it was crisp. The green chutney which they served with khulcha was so yum. Their chole are the best, every ingredient in that was perfectly blended and cooked.

Kulcha and chane are above average 3.5 out of 5. Service was extremely slow and bad. Just not worth waiting 45 minutes and services where no one cares. Just not the good vibes expected.

The food is really authentic with the pure amritsari taste. It takes you back to your hometown. The kulcha is really crisp and the the bathura were not too oily. The food is chef kiss. The service was superb and the staff is superb friendly and caring. We were served by Rav and Naz.

Food is awesome, service is amazing and atmosphere is so relaxing! We went there with our kid. During our stay my kid accidentally broke water glass. We offered them to pay extra for the loss but they are so generous and tell us about not to worry.Specially Naaz and Ramneet handled all. I definitely recommend this restaurant as food is good and kid friendly!

Sunday turned out to be fun day only at patiala house as we were served allu tikki chaat and bhijja kulcha tasted like never before so delicious so scrumptious just like a wow. !!! Kudos to the hard working ladies RAV and NAZ !

I ve really liked their Amritsari Kulcha with extra butter and another my favourite thing is Nutri Kulcha Most of the time the service is great as well, and people are nice there But the last visit that I ve made on my birthday to the restaurant, we always had to look for someone to order something or they didn t check on us at all and by the time we ordered another food, we were already full.

We had chole bhature here, they were the best as compared to other places we tried. It was not spicy and the bhature were not oily, which was perfect for us. Plus their gud wali chai is a must have. Rav, thank you for amazing service. Food

I tried honey garlic cauliflower and was blown away! The exterior was crispy and the interior was tender. The honey and garlic added natural sweetness and perfect flavour. So aromatic!!!! Full marks to Rav for hospitality and recommendations. MUST VISIT

First time here but definitely won t be my last! Food was delicious!

We went there to try their famous kulcha s. We ordered and waited for 45+ minutes and no server came to us and told us about wait time. We asked politely how long it s gonna be for our food but server seems to not give a single flying F about service. They keep saying two more minutes. Cook in the back seems to be on the phone without worrying about serving food on time. We left after one hour of waiting without having any food. Please, if you are going there, make sure you have an hour or so just to wait for your order. PS - Bad service and unpleasant experience.

I have been here to this place tried their malai Chaap, Amritsari kulcha and bhija kulcha. Rest is okay but bhija kulcha tastes like stale and frozen.Also, they have 0 customer service only one girl Naaz she is nice and attentive. Overall, will not go there again. Doesn t worth the hype .

The most delicious food is served only at patiala house .. The taste doubles if its served with warmth and affection. We were fully taken care of while having our dinner. Paneer lababdar with garlic naan was awsine! The mango lassi was so rich and creamy. The staff is so pleasant and lovely! Comin again.

Service was very poor and food was just average. Poor experience. You have to wait 20-25 minutes for everything and server was not coming, even after calling multiple times.

I went to that place three times in one week just for the Amritsari Kulcha. I have been living here in Vancouver for the last four years but still haven t found any authentic Indian restaurant. When I went to Toronto for a weeks vacation, my friend suggested that place and I loved it. I extremely love the food. The customer service is excellent. I forgot the girl s name, maybe it was Rav. I wish they should ve a restaurant here in Vancouver too. Overall, it is the best place to try authentic Indian food! Thank you.

Disappointing Service and Cleanliness I had a poor experience at Patiala House. No water was served unless requested. Despite a 50-minute wait, people who arrived after us were served first. They gave us a complimentary item to avoid complaints, but we left without eating. The table wasn t cleaned properly, with food from previous customers still visible definitely not the right way to clean in front of customers. Overall, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I will never recommend or return to this place. Even the service at Popeyes is better than this.

Not satisfied with any service.

Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that the staff had no interest in providing even the most basic service. The waitress dumped a filthy water bottle on our table, and the glasses were in such poor condition that we didn t even feel comfortable using them. To make matters worse, the water itself looked dirty. We waited for over 15 minutes, and not a single staff member came to take our order. The waiters blatantly ignored us despite walking past our table multiple times. Hygiene was nonexistent dirty tables, poor cleanliness overall. Honestly, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I ve ever had.

Ive been waiting since long to try this restaurant. While I havent tried everything, I started with a humble order of Veggie Steamed momos. Heres my review for Momos alone . Further edits will be made to this comment based on the ongoing experience. - Quantity - A single plate of momos at this place has 6 pieces instead of the standard 8 (many places give 10 as well). - Price - Price wise its much more expensive than most other places. I bought 2 X veg momos for 15.99 on Skip when it was on BOGO. Extremely expensive if it wasnt BOGO. - Taste - Well, honestly the momos are good but not among my personal top 3, or top 5 even for that matter. The filling was a bit less and they felt a bit empty inside. - Service & Ambience - Ambience seemed good and the woman at billing counter was really polite. She did provide extra chutney on demand so full points for service. That has gained an additional star in the review just for the gesture. Thanks. Looking forward to try other things on the menu.

WORST QUALITY I EVER HAD ..Worst food ever . I have always believed the easiest thing to make IS Daal makhani and Lacha paranta, BUT both have been my worst worst experience with these guys. I still can t figure out how can anyone make lacha parantha as stretched as NAAN and for restaurants if they can t differentiate or atleast make simple cousin like DAAL makhani at decent rate, not sure why are they even running a restaurant super disappointed and I find Sardar ji even better than them though I never liked their food. Never found it fresh and Patiala house surpassed the worst quality now ..

Went here recently, and the food was exceptional, definitely one of the better restaurants in Brampton, and that s high praise considering there are so many Indian restaurants here. Karan did a great job serving us and made sure we were taken off well. Will be coming here often!

I ordered takeout from Patiala House Restaurant, but my experience was a letdown. When I skipped the tip option while paying, the servers attitude changed drastically and they refused to give me cutlery. Forced tipping for takeout is unacceptable, and serving cold food is a big no-no. I wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Better options are available elsewhere.

I have not dined there yet but the food they serve is delicious and the quantity is good.they have a good kitchen and a large menu. Consistency is what matters the most and they are pretty good at it. I have never been disappointed yet .keep it up guys.

Amritsari kulcha tasted like they baked one of the frozen aloo paranthas from supermarket and fish pakora was below average. The quantity of sides was a joke for kulcha and chole were the portion two sachets of McDonald s ketchup. I gave 3 rating not to be rude. Nothing remarkable about the service. Their music choice is horrible. They played sad heartbreak Hindi music remixes. Sorry but this doesn t go with dining out.

Being an Amritsari, I rate their Amritsari Kulcha hardly a 3/10. Almond milk also had too much cardamom.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Mutton tawa with kulcha, aloo prantha & keema kulcha with buttar chicken. Thank you Patiala House & karan serving our family . Gonna visit soon

Impeccable, super duper fast and top notch hospitality by Rav and Naaz.. The toothsome khatte ladoo and the super special Amritsari stuffed kulchas are simply amazing, very delicious.The spices are just perfect !! Coming back again!! Food : 5/5

Places pickup order after seeing reviews here and Tried their Amritsari kulcha its like aloo prantha , no cutlery no tissues asking to put fake reviews without even trying it at restaurant.

Love the vibe here. Must-visit place for authentic Indian food, truly helps you whenever you feel homesick. Just a side note- the Bhija Kukcha is a show stopper. Must try. The hospitality was super fab, thanks to the best hostess ever- Rav.

We enjoyed three course meal at patiala house,starting with the mouth melting appetizer the patialamurg Tikka,,soo juicy soo soft ,the green pudina chutney added more flavour, hint of lemon was absolute bliss.....then served was the main course the bhindi and bhartha exactly tasted like back home simply fresh and perfect spices!! The cherry on top was the dessert the mango fruit Cream with real fresh cut fruits.. Special Thanks to Rav and Naaz for such seamless dining experience, making sure we enjoyed every single moment. Must visit spot!!!!
