I had the penne a la vodka and a glass of wine and shared a tiramisu for desert. I felt the pasta was genuinely good, that it tasted fresh, had a good balance of flavours and it was what I wanted but the portion size was too small for the price. I left a little hungry, like I could eat more and for $30 for just the pasta, I dont think that should be the case. It wasnt anything super complicated, it was penne a la vodka so Im really not sure about the price point. They used bacon rather than pancetta and I thought the addition of green onions was... interesting. They seemed a little out of place on the plate. They also gave us 3 small pieces of bread between 2 people as a starter. Again, ok, but leaving much to be desired. The restaurant looked nice enough and the waitress was lovely and it smelled good when we walked in. I cant quite give it 5 stars in either service or atmosphere though. Parking: We parked in the city parking lot but there looked like there was street parking available. Kid-friendliness: There was no kids menu or options for smaller portions

Dear Fanzorelli Management Team, I am writing to share a deeply concerning experience I had during my dinner reservation yesterday, December 7, 2024, at 7:00 PM. While I want to commend your establishment for its cleanliness and excellent food quality, my encounter with one of your servers, Angelina M., left a lasting negative impression. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also profoundly disrespectful, which significantly marred what should have been an enjoyable evening. My intent in providing this feedback is not to seek compensation but to bring to your attention the inappropriate and unacceptable conduct exhibited by Angelina. Based on this interaction, I strongly urge management to either provide Angelina with additional training in customer service and interpersonal communication or consider whether a role that requires direct interaction with guests is a suitable fit for her skills. Here are the specifics of what transpired: -My group of 10 had a reservation at 7:00 PM, and we placed our orders promptly by 7:30 PM. At 8:15 PM, I politely called Angelina over to inquire about the status of our food. My exact words were, Hi, we just wanted to know when our food would be ready we ordered around 45 minutes ago. -Angelina responded with an aggressive tone, snapping at me, There s a group of 45 other people that sat at the same time as you on the other side, and they are waiting too. Just wait. Her harsh tone and dismissive attitude made not only me but also my entire group feel uncomfortable and disrespected, casting a shadow over our annual friends Christmas dinner. -Feeling shocked and hesitant to escalate the situation, I thanked her and refrained from further questions. However, after another 10 minutes of waiting, I called her over again, this time to suggest calmly, It s fine if the food is taking long, but you should be nicer to customers. Rather than acknowledging this feedback, Angelina began raising her voice and arguing with us. Her behavior suggested that she viewed serving us as an undue burden, as though we were not paying customers but recipients of charity. This was our first visit to Fanzorelli, and regrettably, it will be our last because of this experience. Angelina s attitude not only ruined what was meant to be a joyful holiday gathering but also left us feeling devalued as customers. To add insult to injury, the inclusion of gratuity in our bill felt unjustified in this case, as her service was far from deserving of a tip. It is disappointing to think she may have felt emboldened by this policy to act in such a manner. In conclusion, I hope management will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to reinforce professionalism and customer care among your staff. No guest should leave your restaurant feeling disrespected or unwelcome, especially during the holiday season. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Aman G.

Great food, great service, over and above to insure everything is as it should be.

Great food, but terrible experience. My friends and I selected this restaurant for our annual Christmas dinner. As it was our first time we were excited to be at Fanzorelli s. Unfortunately what started as a great evening quickly turned bitter because of our waitress Angelina. Once placing our orders we waited around 45min before questioning what the status of our order was. As customers we are aware that around the holidays there may be some delays, but her response was very aggressive and rude. The ambiance of the night changed completely afterwards. I have never been to a restaurant which made the customers feel as though they were not welcome. A friendly advice to please train staff to treat all customers equally as we pay for the food and service. Tipping is definitely a culture, but to add gratuity on a bill in which we were not very comfortable or happy seemed rather unpleasant. Note I do not expect compensation as I don t believe I will ever return to this location, but I do hope this will not happen to any customers in the future. Thank you

Pros: the restaurant is in a great location in downtown Brampton, and they made a good spicy Cesar cocktail. Cons: the restaurants decor is stuck in the past (20+ years ago at least -- needs major renos and tables/chairs look worn out), the food was extremely salty, the steak in the pasta tasted overdone and like it was microwaved, the expensive prices are not warranted by the quality and quantity of the food. I could go to a renowned restaurant in Yorkville, Toronto and have a higher-quality meal at the same price point. My fiancés pizza tasted like frozen pizza from the grocery store, he said. Also, our server kept walking away before we were finished talking to her and was not attentive. I have friends whose parents used to love coming here, but even they have said the restaurant has fallen off and is not the way it used to be. If Im going out to eat somewhere, I expect quality. Its not a great feeling when I could make a MUCH better, high quality meal at home for a fraction of the price.

Still our favourite Brampton restaurant. Owners have changed but delicious menu and great service has not (thanks Nellie!). My husbands favourite pizza for 10 years running. It is sad how many restaurants we are losing these days - so happy Fanzorellis is still here.

Table was stuck in a tight, high traffic corner of the bar. Service was good but food took almost 1 hour and when it arrived it was lukewarm and had to be sent back to be reheated. Waitress was apologetic but said food couldnt be cold cause it just came out. Nevertheless, the food was delicious. Next time maybe well go when its not so busy!

I recently dined at this authentic Italian restaurant and had a delightful experience. The tiramisu was a slice of heaven; each bite was a perfect balance of creamy mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, leaving me craving for more. The food was very tasty, but we found certain dishes slightly over-priced for what we received. While some dishes were appropriately priced, others were not. However, the wait staff was friendly and the restaurant decor is very cozy and cute.

Excellent food! Very, very pleasant service, short wait for the meal to be brought to the table after placing the order. Nice atmosphere, small restaurant with charming decor. The only quibble would be long wait at the door until someone came to seat us. Perhaps just that one day, the staff was busy attending guest at the tables. We ordered Tuscan Penne and Alfredo Chicken. Both fantastic!

We had not been in years. We were so excited to have dinner here again. Our waitress was not good. My husband and I ordered appetizers and she completely forgot his! Then she actually asked were we done? Seriously we hadnt even ordered dinner. Then she forgot his beer. The food used to be so good but was honestly average. Not sure we will be back. A shame really as the cozy atmosphere we love!

This is usually our go-to for Italian in Brampton but our most recent visit was underwhelming. Everything other than cannelloni was great but the cannelloni was terrible - the ricotta cheese was terrible and dense, with almost no seasoning - the cheese itself tasted bad; I had to remove all the cheese and just eat the pasta shell. Don t order this dish! Otherwise everyone else s orders were great. Please fix this recipe!

We had our luncheon for our twins baptism. The owner who had helped us book the restaraunt for all of our guests was amazing. So incredibly helpful. When we arrived after the baptism, everything was set. I found no issues at all. Staff was ready to recieve. Food was incredible. Service just the same My wife and I eat here occasionally still. Cozy place to enjoy Italian cuisine. When we can get a sitter. I highly recommend visiting fanzorellis. Youll be pleases as well

We ordered takeout and they did not disappoint. From entering this establishments to leaving. My husband couldn t stop talking about the service and how it was impeccable. Our new fav hidden gem in Brampton. Not much to eat nowadays in Brampton but this one thankfully is a place we can eat.

Edit to reply: We actually didn t see much of our server in the few hours we were there. We actually thought a few times to go and look for her. She was nice but again - very absent. And 20-30 mins to prepare something shouldn t have resulted in a two hour wait (and the lamb was supposed to be medium). We also had somewhere to be and couldn t wait. We did indeed take the food home because $175 for food we couldn t eat was crazy and as stated we brought it home to the dog. However it went directly to trash as we didn t even want him to eat it. We typically won t say something if it s one thing ex the fries but the entire meal being terrible and for the price we couldn t say nothing. The kids were hungry hence why the fries were almost finished. Sadly the fries were the best part of the meal. Also please don t say because we took them home you didn t take them off the bill. We refused for them to be taken back because we didnt have the time for them to be remade and nothing was offered then. Nothing was going to be done on your end so please don t act like it was. Went to have lunch but our food took extremely long to get to us. We all were getting antsy especially the kids. Half of our dishes were cold and inedible (we took it home to feed the dogs because how can you justify paying $175 for garbage?) Our fries came out soggy, very oily and just sad. The lamb had a rank taste and was not seasoned well. The chicken was slimy and honestly just overall bad. Both meat dishes were cold. The pizza was okay but nothing that would make you want to visit again. Overall cold, tasteless and EXPENSIVE, food.

They are a gem for downtown Brampton. Drove by this place for years meaning to eat there and finally did. Food was great and free parking at city hall. Definitely recommend eating here.

Went tonight and ordered appetizer steamed mussels and more than half of them came and werent opened as they werent steamed enough. Waitress never came back until she brought main courses and told her they werent open and didnt seem to care very much and said would only charge for half of the ordered. Ordered lamb for main asked for medium rare came out pretty much blue rare and small portion for $50. Dessert peanut butter torte was very very good.

This is one of my favourite restaurants that are close to home. We come here whenever we have a craving for Italian food. The pasta is so delicious, especially the Penne Alla Vodka, Mushroom Linguine, the Pesto Linguine, and some of the other ones. Pizzas I dont really like as much since they arent Napoli style or dont taste as good as other places. But the service has always been good!

Visited Fanzorelli s Restaurant & Wine Bar with family for Mother s Day dinner. Service was quick and efficient, with our food arriving hot and ready to devour. We got the Bruschetta Pizza & Tutti Funghi Pizza. They accidentally gave us mushrooms on the Tutti Funghi Pizza and immediately made us a new one in place of it. We got Tuscan Fries for appetizers and it came with a free garlic aioli sauce (which was so good I asked for more). Great service and atmosphere, gives off cozy vibes. Will definitely be coming back a second time. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian friendly options! Can request to remove meat or seafood toppings off pizzas and pastas and well. Very accommodating!

I dined at Fanzorelli s last night with two friends. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. I had heard that it was a good place, but it was literally the worst dining experience of my life. Bad service, surly staff, bad food, over priced, dirty. We were seated at the bar, which was fine with us, but it was dirty. We were given a basket with four miniscule pieces of bread in it - for three people. There were more little plastic packets of butter than actual pieces of bread in the basket. We waited an hour and a half for our mains. It wasn t clear who our server was, we had three different people serving us, none of whom seemed to be paying any attention to us, nor did they respond to our requests when we actually did catch their eye. We were going to a show at the theatre afterwards, and advised them of this, but they brought our food so late that by the time they brought it, we didn t have any time to eat it so we had it immediately packed in a box and left. I scarfed down two cold, hard slices of funghi pizza from the box as we exited the restaurant, and it was so tasteless I threw the rest out. There s more to say, but these are just the highlights. For all this, they only offered to comp our wine, but then, when they brought the bill, they forgot to take the wine off. Furthermore, we asked for separate bills, but they brought one bill. And for this lovely experience, they charged us $120 (after the wine was removed). I ll give kudos to the nice waitress who finally cashed us out, she tried hard to apologize and make things better, but it was too little too late. The whole experience was so bad it was almost laughable. If you like paying high-end prices for mediocre food and bad service then you ll love this place. It s priced like a fine dining establishment, but it is not. Their MO seems to be to rip off the theatre crowd. We will never go there again.

Outstanding service, amazing food. We came for my husbands birthday and brought a cake. The staff let us store the cake and even presented it on a beautiful platter for us- never seen such extra effort from a restaurant before! Angelina was amazing, friendly and sweet. We ordered meat and vegetarian pasta and pizza, and everyone found the food fresh and delicious. You can tell the staff WANTS to be there and puts their full effort. A gem of a place in Brampton, and would definitely go again! Vegetarian options: Truffle Fries, Mushroom linguine and Vegetarian Pizzas were amazing!

My first time visiting this restaurant for a business meeting. I ordered the almond crusted goat cheese salad with chicken as recommended by the amazing waitress that served us! In conclusion, Food amazing! Environment amazing! Service amazing! Will definitely be coming back to this gem in Downtown Brampton.

This is an excellent restaurant! I never give a 5 star review but Fanzirelli totally deserves it!!! Its been at over 10 years, if not longer, since Ive been there unfortuanly due to my dietary restrictions and when I used to go, salad was the only option for me; but today, not only was my lunch absolutely DELICIOUS, I was thrilled to see every dish on their menu had a gluten and dairy free option! Even complelimentry GF bread! My friend and I both had the Tuscan Penne, (mine adjusted for my restrictions) and it was incredible! Didnt even taste like GF pasta! Everything was fresh and made to order! Service was fantastic! I will definitely be back more regularly now! If you havent been here yet, ITS A MUST!! They havent been around for this long for no reason! One of the best Italian restaurants left in Brampton! Thank you Fanzorelli for your inclusive menu, authentic dishes and high quality! Great food and friendly staff

It was a good experience dining at Fanzorelli. We started with their recommended wine and fir started having warm olives and potato fries. Both were very nice. The Spaghetti was really good and Pesto Mushroom Pizza could have been more crispy for a thin crust. The Tiramisu was nice too, very soft and melted in the mouth. The service was good and I would recommend this place for sure to have good Italian food. Vegetarian options: We chose this place as it had good vegetarian options on the menu and they were kind enough to make anything without meat if it was possible.

Came for the first time and food was remarkable!!!! The waitress was amazing and we appreciated that allowed us to stay way past closed!!! If we ever come back to Brampton, we will DEFINITELY be eating here again!!!

Atmosphere very homey and great staff

Firstly someone took our reservation, luckily there was room for us anyway. The hostess was very pleasant, she served us a couple things as well since the server we had was not around much, took a very long time to even get wine, had to ask twice. 2 pieces of bread came, nothing to wrote home about. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a couple years now, I was very disappointed. Our prosciutto melon came, that was great. But thats all that was good about that place unfortunately. Our chicken piccata also took forever and although the sauce was fairly good, the chicken was under done and looked boiled. Really horrible presentation. Veg was all crisp, barely cooked. Everything took so long we didnt bother mentioning how not appealing it was. (There was next to no one there, servers and bar tenders just staring at their phones) lastly ordered espresso and tiramisu, also took so long, I asked for cream and sugar had to ask twice and finally some other person brought it. The service was sub-par at best. Our bill came and AGAIN took forever to even get a machine to pay and get out of there. Cant say Id go again. Its too bad. I had high hopes and expectations for Fanzorellis.

Great Italian place. A bit overpriced for what you get but food tasted really good.

We love this place. The food is excellent and while the servers are amazing (shout out to Nadia and the rest of the ladies) the hostesses are not. We have been to this restaurant so many times over the years but this time there was a marked difference. I m not sure if it has changed hands but there were hostesses on the door that didn t really know what they were doing. There was real confusion when checking in guests (and there were quite a few people waiting) but there was no welcoming atmosphere. I know it can be stressful on busy nights but please be aware of your guests - going to a nice restaurant like this is often date night or for a special occasion and snapping at people or ignoring them can really affect there experience. Thankfully the food was as still amazing! And also the servers are amazing and made our night. Kid-friendliness: I would imagine this location to be good but we didn t feel welcome with our little one. It was as a busy night but confusion at the start (when arriving) didn t help.

I had high expectations for my Valentines Day dinner at Fanzorellis, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. Despite calling a week in advance to confirm my reservation, the restaurant messed it up, leaving me without a proper booking. Managements decision to overbook the restaurant without sufficient wait and cook staff was evident in the prolonged wait times. We spent a frustrating three hours (7-10 pm) in the restaurant, and the overall service suffered. I believe the restaurant has potential, but the lack of preparation for a busy night like Valentines Day due to management oversight was disappointing. I suggest implementing a special menu for events to streamline food preparation and maintain quality. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for patrons.

I came here on December 23 with a small group, I ordered the chicken marsala. The food and drinks were good, sufficient portion, and arrived in a decent amount of time after placing the order. A few minor negatives here: The mens washroom urinal spacing is frankly made for teenage boys, a little more spacing is required to accomodate the average adult male. A few times during dinner, we could get wafts of cigarette smoke every now and then. What we think was happening is the kitchen or server staff must smoke right outside the kitchen back entrance or they keep that door open. This makes the meal a bit unpleasant. There could also be some people who are more sensitive to this as they could have allergies.

We attended Fanzorelli for a special occasion , the entire restaurant was reserved for our celebration of approx 70 + people . We had a delicious selection of food . Bruschetta pizza., house salad , penne pasta with tomatoe sauce ,and a choice of Chicken Marsala or Grilled Salmon . All portions were ample and presented in a very pleasing manner . The service was EXCELLENT , and we were catered to in a professional manner . I would highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and service were of top notch . Dietary restrictions: This restaurant was willing to accommodate gluten free and dairy free servings Parking: We visited on a weekend , and the parking was free . My husband, daughter and I make this our family restaurant. We love absolutely everything about this establishment. From the food to the ambience to our service, it is always a treat. Jada is always a smiling and cheerful delight and keeps us coming back for her energy and passion. Her energy matches the decor perfectly which is like stepping into a beautiful Italian movie. Beautiful pieces of decor from movie posters to old advertisements. Its an absolute slice of heaven and just keeps getting better. The chefs are all top tier as far as we are we are concerned. We are always given amazing Italian cuisine with such flavour and presentation that will make you order more and more. Desserts are always a great ending to the evening as just like the appetizers and main couses it is always fresh, flavourful and fabulous. As we mentioned, all of the food is great! Some of our many favorites are the calamari appetizer, margarita pizza, muscles, seafood linguine, chocolate cake and of course tiramisu. Even having an espresso or a martini, the presentation is absolutely amazing just like the presentation in their food. If the devil is in the details, this place is a sinful delight you will not regret! We cannot wait to finally meet the owner so we may tell her in person what an amazing establishment and staff she has. We plan to keep coming back and continue to make this a staple in our family.

A staple in Brampton! One of the best places to eat anywhere. I cant say enough about the food, the service and the ownership! Anything I have ordered here has been exceptional!

I went there for drinks, apps and dessert. Food was beyond my expectations. I will definitely be paying Fanzorellis a visit again in the near future. This may be my favourite Italian spot in brampton.

We had dinner last saturday at this restaurant, the food was delicious. You must try their pizza, thin crust and wood oven baked. It was great. Service was good as well, our server Angelina was friendly and attentive. We do plan on going back and recommend it.

Authentic Italian food with great service A must try

I was not planning to review this restaurant but when I saw the sign on the wall of the restaurant, I thought that I had to give the restaurant a reality check from my experience as a customer. The waitress was good, the pasta were actually tasty but the margherita that I ordered was the worst pizza that I had in a very long time. It is quite simple: you can t make good pizza with low quality ingredients. It is especially true with italian food. The pizza was flat like a piece of cardboard, hard and dry. The cheese was definitely not up to real italian standards. It was a big mistake from me to choose the pizza. First and last time for sure.

Kid-friendliness: They had a nice kids menu and crayons to color it in, with complimentary juice and ice cream. My son enjoyed his pizza as well The waitress was also really sweet and attentive to him. Thank you. Will definitely come back. Food

The first time we went we stopped in for Long Island ice tea and tiramisu, which was great and led us to wanting to return and try their dinner. Boy were we ever disappointed. The charcuterie board was absolutely horrible. Not worth the money. The pizza was mediocre for an Italian restaurant, we expected something a lot better. They didn t even remember our child s birthday which is what we called and booked a reservation for. Will never return.

Food was great and ANGELINA WAS ONE OF THE BEST ATTITUDE we have seen in all restaurants we dine in so far. We will come again for sure. Price is reasonable

Overall a great place to go to. The vibe of little italy was very evident and I loved the authenticity of the place. Food was a little more on the expensive side in my opinion but the taste was definitely not lost. Very tasty food and an extremely elegant restaurant! Vegetarian options: Really loved the Gnocchi here. I would ask them to make the gnocchi itself a little more crispy and then put the sauce on.

Decent restaurant in downtown Brampton serving oysters, pizza, pasta and more. The oysters were okay, a couple of them were not as fresh and could have been shucked better. The pizza was good and so was the salmon.

Great service, with frequent check ins from our server. We had an issue with our drink and the server addressed that promptly. Lobster pasta was ok and the seafood linguini was good.

The calamari was good, the carbonara and canelloni were not that great. Pretty sub-par. The pizza also was nothing worth mentioning... compared to some other italian restaurants this place let me down. I had high expectations and it was abit of a dissapointment quality wise. The waitress was nice enough, but forgot to bring out refills for our drinks when we asked. I had to ask a second time. As a side note, the soft drinks dont even come served cold, you need to wait for the ice to do its job. Also, the waitress was hovering over my shoulder and watching my every move as I was paying with the card machine. I felt pressured to spend even more money on a already overpriced dining experience when the tip screen came up. Lastly, it was pretty overpriced for the portion sizes. Over 30$ for a little plate of pasta. If the food was of quality, I would have let this slide, but sadly that was not the case. It wasnt the worst restaurant, but definitely was nowhere near the best. If your trying to impress a date, I suggest to go elsewhere. That being said, as it is in brampton, all the food is halal. To me this isnt important, but for others it may be a positive so I feel it is worth mentioning. Take a look at my last name, do with this information as you see fit.

Mom and pops style restaurants, ,the food was extremely mid. You could probably make better pasta at home. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and the creme brulee for dessert.

I went here for the first time tonight with my.husband and we were absolutely blown away! We had the lovely Danielle as our server and she was so interpersonal and clearly loves what she does! I am currently pregnant and she suggested a few alcohol free drink items for me to try and they were delicious. Our food on the other hand was PHENOMENAL, we had their Ceasar Salad, Muscles in White Sauce, and I had the Muschrool Linguine and my husband had the Gnocchi Gorgonzola. We are locals and highly recommend, we will be back!

Had dinner here Sunday night and the Service was amazing, our waitress (forgot the name) but she had pink purply hair, was wonderful sweet and attentive at all times, she made our experience there great, the food we had the other day was wonderful, especially the mediterranean pizza, the only gripe was the cannelloni which didnt have much flavor. Wonderful place to eat

Go-to place for lunch! Amazing food as always. Just the right size of servings. Our server Danielle always provides the best service, you don t have to wait or wave over your shoulder. Highly recommend it if you are visiting Brampton and crave Italian food.

Amazing place to dine

Food was great, it was on the pricy end for a night out, but nice for a special occasion. Atmosphere is great, seemed a bit chaotic and crowded but was nice after the dinner crowd thinned out. Will definitely come back to try other dishes. Their appetizers seemed almost as expensive as their pasta dishes which seemed odd. I ordered the lobster angel hair pasta, perfectly cooked, tasty, aromatic. Great experience, and nice to have a restaurant like this in downtown Brampton!

My manager and I were originally at another restaurant for lunch and after waiting for an hour and a half for our meal, we left. We ended up coming to Fazoli s. We walked in and were warmly greeted. We were seated immediately at a nice table by the window. We got menu s and water, two minutes later we ordered. Within the 30 minutes we had been there we received awesome bread, our salads and our main entrees. We wanted to eat slower the savour the flavours, however we had already been away from work for an hour and a half and needed to get back. I had their spaghetti and meatballs. It was amazing, the sauce was the perfect thickness. The sauce wasn t watery at the bottom of the bowl like at some places where it looks like the spaghetti acts like a strainer. I would have took pictures but we had to eat quick to get back to work. The whole experience took 45 minutes. The service was quick, the people were friendly and authentic. I wish we could have stayed for dessert. I would give this place a sixth star if I could. Thank you

The food never disappoints! Went with a girlfriend, we tried the calamari, PEI mussels with tomato base, tutti de funghi pizza, all excellent and well-priced. Service is very good too, our server was Kayla who was amazing. I come her regularly now and will definitely return! Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas are Perfecto! The food we enjoyed here was delicious... everything we ate, appetizers, mains, and desserts. Drinks and coffee too. Our server, Angelina, was warm and friendly. Great value for price. Ambiance and decor was outdated and did nothing to augment the experience, but it didnt matter because we were so happy with our food. Felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Went to Fanzorellis tonight for an impromptu celebration and had one of the most amazing meal and experience at this local place in the middle of downtown Brampton. We orderered the small charcuterie board as a start to our meal...wow! The cheeses and the meat cuts were amazing, but the complements of mustard infused Julian carrots, pickled beats, and savory apricot pureee were to die for. She had the Chicken Marsala which was on point... And I had the Sicilian Diavole Pasta which was also absolutely amazing. Special compliments to our server Nadia who was amazing and to chef Arje (sp?) for the amazing meal! We will definitely be returning!

Enjoyed a variety of appetizers- calamari and mussels were my fav. Private room was great, excellent service and I loved the hall to bathroom was off the private room.

I did not expect to experience such authentic Italian cuisine, made to taste just the WAY YOU LIKE IT. I literally finished my plate of alfredo pasta in under 2 minutes, thats how good it was. Feeling thankful to have come across this restaurant in brampton. My go to here on for any italian food cravings. My first time here and I had a wonderful time. It was fabulous getting a taste of Italy. The services was fantastic!

I think this is a great spot to have a nice dinner with friends, but we did have a negative experience. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, they ve decorated for the holidays and gone above and beyond. The food is definitely worth the price, good portions and everything was so delicious. Don t get me wrong this place was a great spot to eat at just don t get the older blonde server the only way we could get refills of water, soda or bread was from another server. Our glasses were always empty otherwise, and our empty plates remained on the table until the other server took them, this woman came off incredibly disingenuous and obnoxious and I felt like I was just a money bag for her. Would definitely come back, but I would rather have a different waitress.

We hosted our Company Christmas party here last night and my team LOVED the food and atmosphere/ Angelina and team was amazing. Excellent experience and will definitely come back for more yummy food. Than you for taking such great care of my team. We will be back for sure!

We had dinner here before we went to the rose theatre. The food and service was excellent. Unfortunately when got home we noticed an issue with the bill. We called the restaurant and spoke to Nadia. She corrected the bill right away and was very pleasant. Ty Nadia and looking forward to our next visit.

The food was good. I had chicken parmesan with roasted vegetables. It was tasty. Servers were very respectful and efficient. Vegetarian options: The roasted veggies were crunchy and delicious. Parking: Free parking near restaurant after 6 pm

We were surprisingly disappointed. The food we had at the restaurant makes absolutely no sense compared to the reviews I read before coming here. The pizza was dry and lacked sauce and flavor. The chicken parm tasted like the chicken had been fried in days old oil, ruining the dish. The spaghetti and meatballs were so dry that I had to ask for more sauce for which they charged me extra for. We came here based on the amazing reviews for the food. I dont know what food everyone else had been getting but I certainly didnt get any of the same food in previous reviews. It was very disappointing.
