Food here is absolutely to die for got the meatballs and the Vel sandwiches! Going to make this my regular spot for lunch!

Steak sandwich is a 10/10 always

I ordered a veal with mushrooms and a chicken with mozzarella. Plus a pizza and a ponzo. I got a veal with no sauce and cheese and a chicken with no sauce and mushrooms. My husband is lactose and doesn t like chicken and I am allergic to mushrooms and don t eat veal. So we had to throw them out. All we had was a small pizza and a ponzo that has had better days. Everyone kept telling me about this place but at this point pizza pizza is better than this place. So disappointing!!!!!

Will never go to this place again! Purchased 2 veal sandwiches and paid $38. The veal was old, chewy and flavorless. The buns were stale. Very disappointing!! How does this establishment justify serving such poor quality food, and charge so much? Never again!!!

I just went in today to get a veal sandwich, and 1 bottle of water for $22.00. Real expensive but I thought it has to be good . What a shotty veal sandwich you served me. It was like chewing on rubber and tasteless. Those cutlets were old. There was no flavor.

We purchased 2 hot steak sandwiches and a calzone and they were ok, not worth the premium price though.

No question. That is Italian. I had to peak into the kitchen to see if there was some Italian grand mother in there cooking. They treat EVERY order with respect. Its just so delicious...

I have tried many italian places in Ontario but this one is different. One of the best pizzas i ever ate in Canada. Their woodfired chicken pizza is amazing! their sandwiches are pretty good also. Id say more fresher then california sandwiches! You got a customer for life!

Best family meal you can bring home or go on date night.

I may eat there again . There was really nothing wrong with this pizza joint but I was just very underwhelmed. They are rated by a few as top pizza in Brampton but it tasted like just an ok resturant pizza option. I got the deluxe, fresh ingredients and they serve it as a personal size pizza. It was good, not great and definitely nothing special. Wood fired? You would never know. Resturant was clean, people nice but pizza boring.

Great food & a casual atmosphere

Veal & chiken was not bad, but in a sanwitch it was way off. Not what i expected with all the great reviews. Not a fan of the buns at all and no seasoning in there sause. Was there at lunch time on a weekday. Very pricey for what you get. Canolis were not so great either. Outter shell looks hand made but the filling was blan. Pizza looked tempting though and espresso was great. Atmosphere looks lovely. Maybe next time Ill get lucky

I enjoyed the meal. The service was prompt as I spent about 5 minutes from ordering to when I got the food.

Very disappointed . This was a place I would revisit before but I think today was my last time. Higher prices for smaller portion and poor product quality. The flavour wasnt there. Had 2 veal sandwiches for 38 bucks. Meat was less than they use to put on and very chewy. Will not return . Feel disappointed it use to be a lot better . Did not get my money worth.

Birthday celebration with good food and great friends

This Italian restaurant is a hidden gem! You order at the counter, and the food is delivered straight to your table. The food is FRESH and authentically Italian I guarantee you won t have any leftovers. Always try their menu features; you wont regret it. I asked a waitress whether to try the featured lasagna or the mushroom pizza, and the lasagna was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

I bought an eighteen inch deluxe on Wednesday and was delicious so went back for personal size blasphemy yesterday Saturday. I understand off days but having bitter entirely charred crust ridiculous! One of best part is a tastycrust on tasty . I was offer another one but I was far too hungry. My point is it should never have been served in the first place. I ate the middle. I will go back again but this time I will get another one if not satisfied. I wish I could have posted the picture. The sincere apology was genuine though as I commented my displeasure.

The food is very very bland, right down to the pizza. Everything could use more salt and Im not even a huge salt lover. They could use a fettuccine pasta on the menu they only have 2 pastas...makes no sense.

This place was actually amazing. No wonder it was air on the show YOU GOT TO EAT HERE I came in and the atmosphere was very nice. The staff are very kind and the restaurant is very pretty. I ordered the bacon Alfredo linguine as well as the Arancini. The price is amazing for the portions you get as well as the quality. The pasta was soo creamy, cheesy and very well cooked. The Arancini (rice balls with mozzarella) were extremely tasty and the light sauce at the bottom was chefs kiss. Would definitely be coming back to try many more things on the menu and highly recommend to others!

The food is not as good as I remember and the initial customer service was rude... Passive aggressive... When I ask where are the toppings she said it was on the board... But what she meant was look at the type of pizza we have... Lets say meat lovers and those are the toppings we have... I asked for sun dried tomatoes and spinach.. they didnt have that... Then she says I dont know what your confused about Im confused that your rushing me to order with no distinguished area for toppings! If my husband didnt already pay I would have never given this place my business... I used to come here often before covid and was excited to return... But after that experience Ill never come back. Im still in the restaurant writing this review so that should tell you all you need to know

The food was great , and the service was even better.

I ordered a family tray after an exhausting day at work. Skip messed up our order, but when we did get our food, it was superb. The family tray is very generous and a good deal!

Verty Dissapointed. Ordered 1 meatball and 1 veal sandwich, both served lukje warm to cold, lacking flavour. Sauce was very avaerage to mediocre.. $ 16.00 per sandwich, not worth the price.

How things have change since couple years ago. Food had no flavor, service sub-par, I got my pizza approx 10 min. Before my wife had her sandwich, (not very welcoming), the bathroom were dirty when we got there at noon :((.. Drove one hour and half to get there.. Wont be back , sooo disappointing.

Good food but spending almost $20 per person for lunch is expensive.

Horrible experience!! Spent money for cold trashy americano and cappuccino, over cooked dry and flavourless spaghetti, chewy and dry pizza, decent salad, small portioned items, mean looking and inattentive and unfriendly front staff. Tables were dirty, no staff around, had to go to the front desk for every single thing, no water, no glass, no condiments, no welcome and no good bye. Worst experience ever, it was total waste of time energy and money!!! My first ever review as it was really bad..

Dont waste your time or money. Overpriced. Ordered chicken Parm dinner to share and two drinks. Cost 30 bucks. The chicken was as thin as paper and for the most part just breading. It came without cheese and they told us that is their chicken Parm. Since when does chicken parm have no cheese? They threw on a slice of cheese (not shredded) which tasted processed. The pasta was bland and undercooked and the side veggies were cold. The topper was the bun ( which we paid extra for) it was hard and stale. First and last time they will see me there.

Great place to enjoy authentic Italian food. We had the Margherita pizza and the Fettuccine pasta. Both were equally good. The pizza was well baked and the pasta sauce was something I had never tried before. Would visit again to try more of their menu.

Little restaurant with a good selection of items. The beef ravioli is absolutely delicious and the coffee is also great. They have a good amount of seating as well.

I remember trying this place when it first opened a few years ago, and it was great then. I recently went to have lunch there this past week, and the food was ok, but I questioned the freshness of it. The pizza was good, and the rose sauce tasted good, but it was too runny to stick to the pasta. And finally, I think their lasagna was a few days old. Dont think Ill be returning.

Finally checked this place from the list, & its one worth going back to! Pizza is a must try, we had the Margherita, took me as close back to Naples as ever! Pasta we found were slightly undercooked, & coffee was okay, hence the 4 star.

Yes service was excellent, it was a special brunch that we attended. Alfonso and Heather, our servers, took excellent care of us, offering my mother flowers on Mother s Day service (who thinks of that?!). Food was excellent, and came out in a timely manner. Will be back! Best food in the city!

I went there for the first time today for lunch. The staff was friendly. Nice atmosphere & clean. I had the mushroom pizza, and it was amazing!

Arancini tasted like- more rice less cheese ball in a not so fresh frying oil. 4 cheese pizza had a coconut oil gone rancid after taste . Cookies were toooo sweet which masked the authentic taste. Service was good, waiters polite and atmosphere good. Food : 1/5 |

Outstanding food! Went for the Sunday brunch and it was great. I had the eggs done is a special tomato served in a skillet with focaccia bread. My son had the pizza. Very delicious. Great service. Good wood fired pizza.

I ordered a Veal sandwich from here and found a long piece of hair inside this is very disgusting . why is this place letting employees handle food without a hair net on? But.. on the bright side the lady at the front was nice enough to make a new sandwich.

The staff will not serve you until you get up from the table and come to let them know you are there, even though they know you are there, they occasionally look at you while you sit and wait patiently to see how long you can wait seated. This is shame for the restaurant.

Quick service for the food (and the food is really good) but the table service is lacking. If you want an attentive server I would keep looking. Its a casual pizza sandwich joint with great food.

Amazing sandwiches and pizzas

I just explored this place, i was very hungry and in rush, so i ordered take-out 15 mins prior to reaching the location. The phone conversation with the staff while placing order was very respectful and polite. Once i reached, my order was ready to pick up , fresh and hot, i ordered arancini, super delicious. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Will definitely go again to dine and will recommend to friends and family.

We had a small catering order, and after comparing prices, That Italian Place proved to be very reasonable. The food was nice and hot at pick-up. Our guests raved about the chicken pomodoro and lasagna, and the penne a la vodka was a big hit too! Thank you so much!

If you like meatballs, you better make your way to this place. I have just experienced thee tastiest, most moist and delicious little ball of heaven. The sauce is divine. And Im not kidding. Thank you! Sincerely, a meatball connoisseur.

OK, sort of a late review but here goes. Used to stop into T.I.P. pretty often few years ago with a friend to get a quick lunch or dinner and it was always great. Some years ago on my Mums 80th we chose T.I.P. as location for a gathering of probably 70 or 80 family and friends for a party for her. IT WAS AWESOME!!! The food was fresh and tasty. Perfect. The location was perfect for everyone. The service was excellent. All the staff and owners were really great from start to finish. It was a really great party. Mom was overjoyed. Great job T.I.P. !

This place makes me feel like being back at home in Italy. If you consider getting a italian food or so check them out for sure. I go here frequently and honestly it never disappoints

Always good sandwiches but make time to wait for your food. Ordering and getting has not grown with the celebrity of the place.

We held a birthday party at TIP recently for over 30 ppl. Service was phenomenal and the food was excellent. The pizza service was creative with delicious flavor combinations prepared using high quality flour I learned is imported from Italy. The antipasto bar exceeded our imagination and expectations- the pictures speak for themselves. Dinner service was traditional penne/gnocchi in freshly prepared sauces, along with a generous portion of well-prepared chicken parmesan and vegetables. Thank you TIP for helping plan the menu and flawlessly executing this event!

This place is a hidden gem and has the best stone oven pizzas in the GTA!! Apparently this place has been around for a long time but I just tried it this past weekend. The pizza dough was just the right amount of thickness, good quality cheese, tasty toppings. The quality of pizzas here rivals the pizzas downtown! Cant wait to come back!!

Excellent meal. Very good food and very tasty. The Cesar salad was crispy and fresh. The steak sandwich was very tasty. I will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

Was in the area looking for a veal sandwich, got a veal sandwich just sauce and a brio costs $19.65. Yes there was lots of meat but when I took a bite the bun was old, the sauce was ok and the veal witch I dont know if it was veal was chewy and I threw out half of the sandwich in the parking lot. I cant believe that you got to eat here show came to this restaurant and said it was good. Maybe next time I will try the pizza, but just to get a simple sandwich I wouldnt go there again. Very disappointed!!!!!! Not looking for anything free but the price was ridiculous for the product.

Was expecting it to be amazing since its an Italian restaurant, but tbh Im kinda dissapointed. 2 personal sized pizzas for $32.80 OUCH!!! Def not worth it for sure. Although the BBQ Chicken pizza was decent, it just lacked some chicken. Flavour was good, bbq sauce a little overpowering but still not too bad. However the margarita pizza was sad. Ratio between dough cheese was off. 90% dough 10% cheese. Sauce was invincible and lack of taste. Would not recommend expecially with that crazy price

Unfortunately, waste of a stone oven. Not neapolitan pizza. They need to change up the recipe and ingredients. The dough was off and probably the wrong flour used. I havent tried the sandwiches so cant comment on that but they do look delicious. I feel the 4+ review is definitely because of lack of options for Italian food in Brampton

Hands down the best pizza I have ordered period in the gta. Excellent authentic New York style pizza / wood oven and quality ingredients Decided to order this based on a few YouTube reviews and was taken back. Reminded me of my mothers pizza from many years back 5 stars

We ordered 2 meals for 5, one with chicken and one with veal, for a birthday party. The food was ready at the pick up time. Both meats were tender and cooked well. The pasta was excellent, not overcooked. The veggies were great as well. The biggest surprised was the serving sizes. Everyone ate their fill and we still had leftovers! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs catering and we will be ordering again for future events.

ordered a personal pizza through uber. Requested Mozzarella, bacon and pepperoni . Skimped huge on the pepperoni and the bacon must be the invisible kind... rather disappointing

It is a must try and you will never go anywhere else.

Great pizza, light and filling

Since recently moving to the GTA from New York City, as a foodie, I ve haven t found an enjoyable slice of thin crust New York Style pizza until I tried this restaurant. Service- 5/5 The ladies at the counter were quick, courteous, efficient, and friendly. Food- 5/5 I only tried their NY style plain cheese pizza and it was on point. It s the first slice of pizza in the GTA that I genuinely enjoyed ever. The crust was perfectly baked (not too well done, but not soft or soggy), it had the right amount of sauce, and the right cheese to crust ratio. Ambiance- 5/5 It appears that you can dine in which is great since most restaurants since COVID only offers take out. The restaurant appeared spacious and clean. Constructive criticism- Nothing to criticize! Keep up the good quality and whenever I m in the area I ll definitely stop by to try their other items.

Fungi pizza was delicious, same with the Moms sausage. A very nice wine selection for dining in. Top marks for a takeout pizza joint.

Great place to eat

Service is very slow. Ordered a steak on a bun $13, all add ons are $1.35. I have never paid extra for sauted onions on any steak sandwich anywhere in the GTA area. I thought the contention steak was ridiculous. Just look at the photos.

Our server seemed like she hated her job, apathetic in her interactions with us. Maybe she had a bad day, either way not the customers issue. The aracini was good, especially the red sauce it was served with. The pizza was no where near as good as other Napoletana offerings in and around the city; it was decent albeit overpriced. The calamari was terrible. Pre frozen, jumbo onion ring sized and greasy with with mushy squid in the centre. Genuinely shocked how terrible this dish was. Most Irish pubs in the city execute this Italian classic with more integrity. We ate one piece and left the plate in its entirety untouched. Had the service been better and a little more care put into the food this couldnt been a good experience. We still paid full price with 20% tip on everything. We probably wont be back

I have been going there for many years now, and I dont think i will be going back. Way over priced for the quality of food you are getting. I had the lasagna with little or no meet with in the layers of pasta. For us this used to be the place for good reasonably priced Italian food. After all it is not hi end fine dining! 34 dollars for a plate of Lasagna and a glass of red wine, the lasagna came out medium warm also as if out of the microwave! Too Bad, i really liked this place but better options out there for this type of food!

Oct 14/22 Was not impressed, ordered Rigatoni, got Penne pasta. Ceasar Salad had very little dressing and flavour. The extra $1 piece of garlic bread was soggy not toasted. Personally i thought the prices were good til I got the food.

I have had their veal panini s here many times before and they were delicious. I recently catered a birthday party and they did not disappoint at all. Their portions were amazing but the taste was even better.

There margarita pizza is amazing

I ordered a margherita pizza to go and it was delicious! It got a little bit cold by the time I got home, but I reheated it in the oven and it tasted like it was just made. The crust is great thickness. Not too thick or thin. The wood oven brings extra flavor into the pizza. Overall delicious! Loved every bite Vegetarian options: I got a margherita pizza and it was delicious! No meat on it.
