Vesuvio Ristorante in Brampton

Went here tonight, nice atmosphere there was a jazz player which was great. The bad part is we waited over an hour for our food, ordered the bruschetta as an app & it came with two pieces of bread not even the side of the palm of my hand, and im not trying to be vulgar but the lamb chops were smaller than my boyfriends balls slow service, understaffed, & they were too worried about closing rather than the customers in there. Probably wont go again. Gnocchi was good though.

I had the pleasure to dine in 2 times this month and I really wish to share my good experience with this Brampton great restaurant family owner and it starts from the amazing and professional welcoming from the owner of this place , I can be a little bit difficult to accommodate but a special dish was quickly created out of the menu to accommodate what I was looking for and ended up with a delicious rigatoni and vial pizzaiola , I really enjoyed dipping the amazing bread in the sauce , delicious will definitely go back.

My partner and I came here for our two year anniversary last night. It was our first time trying this place. It had a classy atmosphere, with a very clean-cut type of look. The waiter was intuitive, very polite, and we felt well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious. I love Italian, and Vesuvios certainly exceeded my expectations in both taste, variety of options, and portion size. We both had a wonderful time at dinner here. Thank you so much, Vesuvios and staff! We will definitely be returning some time soon.

First time at Vesuvio Ristorante, and with all the glowing reviews, I expected a stellar experience. What I got instead was a disorganized mess. Waiting 30 minutes just to place our order was frustrating enough, but the outrageous 1 hour and 40-minute wait for our food was simply unacceptable. If they were short-staffed, they should have informed customers upfront about the extended wait time, 2 hours!!!!!. After nearly two hours, the food finally arrived, only to be bland and tasteless not even close to worth the wait. The only saving grace was the live performers, who were enjoyable and added some ambiance. However, I won t be returning, as I refuse to waste my time on a restaurant that cant manage basic service. I hope your experience is better.

We just had takeout, the veal family meal which came with potatoes and vegetables, a pasta dish, and Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. We were all impressed and enjoyed the food.

From the time we stepped into the restaurant to the time we left, the service and attention to detail were amazing. The food spectacular and the atmosphere top esp. with the live music. If a restaurant can serve a pasta dish with all types of seafood and it doesn t taste fishy, but it taste fresh you know they are for real! The server and the owner served up the best experience we ve had at a restaurant in a long time! Plus they don t insist on 18%+ tips (which they absolutely deserved) like many others who don t even deserve 5%! Our family of 4 fully enjoyed the experience and we ll go back again! Dietary restrictions: We asked them for halal and no alcohol they did have some cool options! Thank you!

Fried calamari was alright, tasted alright but looked like it was the frozen kind. No pizza and salads available the night I went which is disappointing. The only reason I wanted to go to this place. Overall, not anything special.

The pasta will blow you away. The quality of ingredients is top notch. The fact that the owner put us in our own family room to accommodate our young children was very courteous. Thanks.

Manicotti came out still frozen inside, so it s obviously not fresh. Sent back and came out only tepid. Tasted like freezer burn. Service friendly but slow. Live music WAY too loud. Won t be coming back.

Visited this beautiful restaurant at the heart of downtown Brampton and absolutely enjoyed our visit. The owner and staff were humble and welcoming. The food was beyond amazing! My top favourite dishes are the Rigatoni Salsa pasta & Caprese salad. I also tried the espresso martini and it was absolutely The best part is the restaurant offers live music/band. You can experience a taste of Italy . Highly recommend checking this spot!

Amazing food! We have been coming here for years and it is always very good. Everyone is polite and friendly. I had the spaghetti seafood special and it was delicious. Thank you to Maurizio for being a very welcoming host. We will keep coming back!

Returned to our favourite restaurant tonight. Fantastic welcome back from Maurizio. Wonderful food as usual. Not sure why other restaurants can t offer reasonably priced wine like this place. Tiramisu a lovely finishing touch to amazing pasta entrees. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Vesuvio Ristorante! As Italians ourselves, our standard for Italian Cuisine is quite high... and Vesuvios certainly met them! We tried a wide variety of food when we visited. We had the caprese salad, diavola pizza, gnocchi with meat sauce, & a duo of Vesuvios most popular desserts: the dulce de leche cheesecake & the tiramisu. Each of these things was so great! We would absolutely order any of these items again. Aside from the incredible food, the service was top-notch. Everyone was so attentive and lovely, especially owner Maurizio. This was our first time visiting, but we felt like regulars. The place was packed when we got there, a testament to how awesome this spot is, no doubt. The ambience feels high end, but not pretentious. We also had a great view from our table of the park across the street. We would wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good Italian meal!

My family went to celebrate my husbands birthday and were disappointed. This is not the restaurant that we once knew and loved. It was a hot day so we opted to dine in the dining room but the AC couldn t compete with the pizza oven facing the tables (especially when the waiter placed a fan on the counter in front of the pizza oven to cool the room and the hot air just blew further and faster.) We ordered appetizers which never came. We had to flag down the waitress twice. Once for water refills and once for desserts and coffee. Most of our meals were good but my mom was not happy with the tomatoe sauce on her gnocchi. She said it didn t taste freshly made and was quite acidic. My husband s pizza was meh . The rigatoni was delicious as was the vitello but I m sad because there are very few good restaurants left in Brampton and I really want to keep this one on the list. Maybe they were having a bad night?

Restaurant wasnt busy but the service was slipshod. As soon as we sat down we received prompt service from the person who took our order: he knew his stuff and the specials of the day but he was the only one sadly, who seemed to know what he was doing. No bread was brought to the table and the person who delivered the food stretched across the table (DESPITE there being a lot of place around our table for him to get to the person at the far end!) to place the plated meal on the table and he did the same thing with the pepper mill...........leaned right over the table to twist pepper into the plate instead of taking 5 extra steps to go around. The staff appear to be friendly, the food is great but its the quality of the service that instead of elevating the rating to 5 star brought it down. Maybe train the staff in small but important details of how to wait on a table, coz we come out for the entire experience NOT just the food. Thank you

I was about to get mad that they didnt have coffee and didnt include utensils... But they included a Sampellegrino drink that was pretty good, and the pasta was really tasty and delicious, it was so good i forgot to get mad.

My family and I have been in love with this place for close to ten years now,.saving our trips there to celebrate our special occasions with other family and friends. The food being excellent is an understatement. The flavors and presentation continue to be a delight with every dish we have tried. The even better part is the service from the entire team that works there. From the owner who checks in on us and remembers us every time we return, to the servers and cooks who pay attention to details and are so very pleasant. We bring others here with pride that we know this restaurant and are introducing them to a new level of food. We will be back and look forward to our next dining experience at Vesuvio.

Amazing meal at Vesuvio. I had the rigatoni rosata and it was delicious. The staff here are great, and the owner is friendly and kind. Definitely check them out if you re in the area.

Service & food fantastic

My family and I went here for dinner last night to celebrate some big family milestones. We booked a reservation only a few hours before and were wonderfully accommodated. We were greeted with handshakes and gratitude for coming in. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The food was phenomenal to accommodate our family of foodies - with vegetarian and kid s options. Our kids love the food so much that they always try something new. The service was outstanding as always. It is great to see an authentic local restaurant thriving in our community. A must for all to visit to experience a fabulous dining experience

The owner Maurizio is very welcoming and has great recommendations. We loved the Margherita pizza, the calamari, the mussels and the fettuccine alfredo. The tomato sauce on the mussels is so flavourful. Chefs kiss! The chocolate lava cake was also a crowd pleaser. Would definitely recommend if you re looking for good Italian food in Brampton.

I wrote a review years ago. I rewrote it. To be fair I did not even eat here. Vesuvio was one of my favorite restaurants in Ontario. First I called for reservations. The gentleman who answered was quite short, never ask my name and hung up. We went anyways, the entra was similar to how it used to be. But I firmly believe it is under new ownership. The chairs looked frayed, worn and in poor condition. The cutlery was dirty and instead of classy menus, the gave us a two sided plastic sheet... Not at all the experience I was expecting or used to from Vesuvios...

We had a wonderful family dinner for our Mom s birthday. The food was delicious as always and the service was outstanding. The staff went out of there way to make our Mom s evening special they even Googled Happy Birthday in Hindi so they could wish her on her dessert plate. Very nice touch. We definitely will be back for many more family dinners.

I have been at this restaurant way back before COVID and still remembered the home- cooked food and the ambiance of the place. Years later, it still had the same effect on me and a whole lot more to my friends when I hosted my husbands birthday dinner. The food is cooked with passion, the atmosphere is pleasantly inviting and cozy, their menu is reasonably priced and the staff are very nice and friendly . Definitely recommend this place

We came there for dinner with my family and to celebrate my Italian grandmas birthday, choosing this place to make her feel extra special and connected to her culture and background. Let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere of the place when I walked in- I mean I felt like I was transported into Italy myself! The food was absolutely delicious and very filling, and there was nice atmospheric music playing in the background throughout the evening. Grandma even got a personalized pizza after talking to Maurizio about Italy and bonding over that, he served her a special seafood pizza after making it right in front of her eyes. Maurizio was very welcoming throughout the night, offering us homemade fresh gnocchi and playing grandmas favourite song after dancing with us in his free time. I really felt right at home the whole time. My sister and i ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo ( which was creamy and delicious ) with Pizza, Veal for dad and Breaded Chicken in Mushroom Sauce for my mom. I havent been able to try everything but the pasta , pizza and chicken were DELICIOUS. i definitely recommend all three dishes. The waiter we had was very friendly , accommodating and a sweetheart. Overall we really enjoyed our evening. Feel free to drop by when you can, they have many customers but for sure there will be a spot for you!

We have been dining at Mt. Vesuvios for years now. The staff is always very welcoming, Angela is one of the best server, she is always greets us with her biggest smile. The owner Mauritzio always take his time and check on us make sure we are well taken care of. We have a lot of favourites on the menu its hard to pick. Most of the time with start with a muscle and shrimp appetizer, followed by the famous margarita pizza and the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce is just like little soft pillows when you take each bite. they also have live music on Fridays and/or Saturdays. Highly recommend that restaurant for any occasions. Parking: you can park underground under the city hall all the time

Great ambiance, fast and accurate service, very courteous staff and tasty food BUT pricey and portion is a bit smaller. Location is very convenient and city parking is free in the evenings and weekends. Vegetarian options: few many Veggie options!

Went there for valentines dinner today! I have to give it a 3 star because the waiter didn t tell us they charged gratuity already in the bill! We ended up tipping on top! Normally at other restaurants they tell you, not sure why they didn t. We didn t look at the bill till we got home! Too bad because the food was amazing! The owner or manager was really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very nice!

Had my wedding reception here and it was absolutely lovely! Before then, my husband and I decided to dine in to see the place and try the food and we were blown away. Maurizio really made us feel comfortable and was great to work with, he was so kind and helpful with planning our event at the restaurant and everyone really loved the whole thing! We just had our engagement party there, communication for planning was great. When we got there everyone was extremely helpful and gave us a hand to set up. The waiters were tentative and fast. The accommodated guests that had gluten allergies helped our table all night. Would highly recommend. I had previously given five stars. We have been going here for years. The quality of the food and service is still five stars. But the portions and the selection I would say are closer to one star (thats why overall 3). In the past a meal there would be quite filling. Thankfully this time there was bread because the portion was tiny. Everyone at my table said the same. Their menu used to have a decent selection as well. Now it is very limited (their menu online isnt their actual menu. About half of the items are not on there, including my previous favourites; ossobucco and the seafood pasta). If I want Italian in future Ill go to Antica Osteria in Brampton, or Dolce in Caledon because those places have as good or better prices, the quality of the food is as good, but mainly because their selection is much better and portions are far better.

I had the pleasure of visiting the charming Italian restaurant, Vesuvio Ristorante, in downtown Brampton and it is a great spot if you are looking for great tasting Italian food around downtown Brampton. The soft lighting and rustic decor created a cozy ambiance which can go well with any occasion. But it wasnt just the ambience that won me over. The food was absolutely exquisite. Each dish was bursting with authentic Italian flavors and presented beautifully on the plate. I particularly enjoyed the Alfredo Fettucine, which had a good amount of vegetables but more vegetables are always welcomed! I went during the lunch hour and the service was prompt. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Vesuvio and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Italian restaurant in downtown Brampton. The combination of delicious food, cozy ambience, and exceptional service make for a truly great experience.

One of the finest Italian restaurants in Brampton. The location is quite good with a lively atmosphere inside. There are a lot of options to choose from. The food is really good. I would recommend calling the restaurant beforehand and making a reservation so that you can get a table for yourself.

Great pizza

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic. We booked a table for six on a Friday evening and they were able to accommodate us. We ordered so many different dishes and they all came out within a reasonable time and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was joyful and fun with a live player playing throughout the evening. I am a bit late to give my review about my visit to this restaurant. It was me my wife and my son who visited the place in the early evening after our visit to the nearby park. The place was already having some small party where most of the staff was busy. We ordered a pizza and one pasta along with goblets of wine. The wine was great, but a great minus was the food. Pizza was dripping with too much oil (enough to increase the cholesterol in the body) which I havent seen anywhere else in the world even when I lived in Europe (Italy) most of my time in abroad. Still, we tested ourselves to grease our livers with that pizza. The pasta was also not up to the mark as it had burnt chicken toppings which were carbonized and tasted bitter, which they had to take out when I complained to the service lady. The fun part owner of the restaurant seems a friendly guy boasting about his old days and being the first Italian restaurant in Brampton, but he failed to realize where the food taste going in the current time. Pricing: In comparison to the food I felt it is overpriced, we paid 100 plus CAD. Ambiance: Congested does not have a proper seating plan. Staff: apart from a few young ones rest seemed slow. Service: Slow and delayed (Expect good weight time to get served) Overall Verdict: Location and Old Legacy which is getting tarnished. Still, my visit was in last Autumn and I hope the situation would have changed now.

Owner/ Manager and the waiters service is excellent. We just had drinks and dessert, but the Tirimisu was freshly made, not thawed out from frozen. It was delicious! There was live music and we were never rushed to leave near closing time. I would definitely recommend this quaint restaurant.

Love Italian restaurants, wine was good, the bread was fresh and warm, the chops were juicy and the pasta was perfect. Staff was cool. Price was fair. Ambience was mellow with Italian classics playing in the background. Its right beside Brampton city hall so its not hard to find.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I ordered through Uber eats got the wrong order, called the restaurant to have them send correct order they stated they could not send another driver to correct the issue. Such a disappointment experience. Would not get food from here again horrible costumer service.

This is a lovely place with a rich history. Their sauce is fantastic and the pizza is absolutely magnificent. We had a large party and they catered to us so well. They even gave my young son a glass of warm milk before we left. Just class through and through. Fantastic experience.

Food was very much like any decent Italian restaurant. Flavors were good. Big portions as well. We were full when we left. Had a nice glass of the house red and the seafood spaghetti special today and it was lovely. My wife tried one of their pizzas and for the entire meal was about $100 with a large glass of wine each. Good atmosphere as well, very clean, nice place and lovely staff. It was our first time here and we will return. Parking: Parking was down the street at the public office building but It is currently free, so that was nice.

Its good authentic Italian restaurant

Went for Mothers Day Dinner. There was a prix fixe menu which tasted good. However they were severely understaffed with one waitress trying to keep up. So the service was lacking as a result.

Food has definitely deteriorated in quality and does not reflect the higher prices they are charging. Ordered the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce (they up the price for sauce from 4 to $6). The gnocchi s are ridiculous in size had to cut three times to get a mouth size bite. These extremely huge gnocchi s changed texture and taste of meal, the dough sticking to rough of my mouth. Ugh . Ate three bites rest went in garbage. Btw they charging more and no complimentary bread or spicy oil provided. A few months back ordered the veal piccata - the meat look like previously chewed meat and was chewy. That went in garbage too. So never eating here again.

Took my family and my Uncle here for dinner while we were in town to visit. My Uncle has been going there for years and said we should try the food. I was at my desk when I thought back to the party I had in this restaurant. Here, I attended a party, and the food was delicious. Im a big fan of the chef. Additionally, the services offered by servers are excellent. Angelina and Arnav were overly hospitable and catered to all of our needs. Arnav began with a thorough introduction and assured us that he would take excellent care of us today as they shown professionalism. Im grateful for the services.

I came here for my birthday dinner- I ordered the chicken breast with veggies. The chicken was hard on the top and the veggies were extremely hard and undercooked. Ordered a side of gnocchi.. and there were 4 small pieces covered in a bunch of sauce. My partner ordered veal chop and it was all fat and tough. It seemed undercooked. Near the end of dinner the staff started cleaning the floors with chemicals.. a very unpleasant smell to be around during dinner. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Had reservations for mothers day. Was surprised when we showed up that they had only a set menu, none of which was vegetarian. To top it, they were rude and impolite.

Another great place to eat in Brampton. A little Italian place tucked away near the 4 corners. All of our meals were wonderful except one and when the food wasnt perfect, they were so gracious looking to find something else. Good food. Good service and a lovely atmosphere

I have been looking for a restaurant that cooks good Italian food and Vesuvios is on my list. The food taste really good. I ordered the Pollo Parmigiana and two others ordered gnocchi and another meal( dont remember the name) The service was great. I would definitely come back here

First time in Brampton where we have a medical appointment, decided to come the night before to avoid traffic. Unfortunately the downtown core was very disappointing, very dirty and lots of boarded up businesses and sketchy folk. Vesuvius however was a wonderful exception! Delightful, prompt service with excellent food. I hope they can weather this storm until the downtown is revitalized.

Food and service are incredible, the owner even came by to our table to have a chat with us.

Went there for date night on Friday and was unpleasantly surprised to find there was an accordion player wandering around. He was very loud making it difficult to have a conversation. My meal was good, but my date ended up with food poisoning! We wont be back.

Spontaneously stumbled into this restaurant last Wednesday. We had planned on going to another one but ended up parking near by - the atmosphere and busy patio quickly convinced us to give this place shot. Seemed like a popular spot, was very busy for mid week yet still very accommodating. We split the frito misto platter to start. My friend ordered seafood pasta with marinara. I ordered their signature pasta with rigatoni, rose sauce, mushrooms, goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes. I d come back here and recommend it, it s nice spot for anyone looking for a local Italian eatery.

The food has changed in the past few years. The spicy oil with the bread, no more. The pasta sauce is less tasty and even the great Caesar salad...not so much.

We are here in Canada for our 20th Anniversary. We believed the reviews, and based our decision on the reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing, and this was the only venue to recognize our comments upon booking about our personal celebration. Sachin was phenomenal, and we had our celebration in style! Caesar salad, pizza and all else were amazing. Thank you for an sctual experience!

The staff was very polite and inviting. The food was amazing. We requested something not on the menu and it s was unbelievably, the flavour and a generous portion. We were relaxed and not rushed to leave. By far a wonderful experience

It was a nice place, food was unsalted and no flavourful. The pizza I had was not toasted well and it was soggy and moist .The service by the guy we had was great but the man thats helped (manager or owner) was very rude. I celebrated a birthday and it was an uneventful party as he ignored my wishes and was rude by walking by me and didnt listen to what I wanted. Ruined the night. Thank you to the server, you were wonderful. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to the restaurant do not work when pushing the button. So you need assistance holding to door for wheel chair and strollers

Awesome heated outdoor winter wonderland patio that is vented very well. Our family went for a skate at Gage Park last night then we had an awesome meal on the Vesuvios patio. Excellent food, wine, and coffee. Amazing service and a beautiful view of all the lights around Gage Park and City Hall. Thank you Vesuvios for a wonderful January evening!

My first time at Vesuvio Ristorante and it will be my last! To start, we arrived and were greated by someone, who looked to be the owner. He told us to follow him, he took 10 steps and then pointed our group to the corner saying your table is over there, he left us to find our way to the table he pointed to. My husband tried to order beer, but they were out of each beer he tried to order, and was told they were short of beer. The aezar salad was ok, but the chicouterie board is a JOKE, do not waste your money on that! Instead of Lasagna, I was served Chicken Parmesan. If it was edible I might have just ate and said nothing, but it was disgusting! I called over the same fellow who didnt show us to our table, as other staff were sparse. I explained that I had ordered Lasagna and he looked at the dish and said what did they give you, thats not Lasagna. He left with my dish of goo, shaking his head. He brought me another dish, which you guessed it, was another Chicken Parmesan and just as disgusting as the first dish they brought me. We were four guests, two of us ate and two didnt, again, not sure how this restaurant is open for business as their service and food are horrible. Not once did anyone check on us or ask why two plates of food were untouched. My advise, avoid Vesuvios at all cost!

The pasta is great but WAY overpriced. $23 for penne with no meat! The Ceasar salad used to be amazing, but not so much anymore. I want to support local places, but the prices need to be reasonable.

First time coming here was a beautifully decorated interior, super welcoming and friendly staff, with the manager interacting with every customer. After the 10th visit, same exact experience. Food is outstanding, and the stone oven pizza is heaven on earth. I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good Italian meal. 12/10

First time at the restaurant and decided to have my birthday dinner there. It was amazing! The restaurant was itself was beautiful inside, and a lot larger than I thought it would be. The every meal was made very quickly and tasted great! One or two of my party were a little dissatisfied with the portions but most were satisfied and thought we got great portions. Would definitely come here again! Thank you!

I went here with a big party for a birthday. The staff were attentive and accommodating and the food was delicious, I got the Vitello Pizziaola with a side of gnocchi. Atmosphere was great, Ill definitely come back!

Menu items were missing but not advised. Brought pizza out and it was missing a main ingredient without any notice. Other food was good, just found the service not quite where it should be considering the place was empty on a Thursday.

As a guy who has spent 30 years on the road, I have come to appreciate food that is made by real people and menus that are created by the person in charge and not a cost accountant in Missouri. The owner is in the restaurant and is proud of his reputation. A solid Italian restaurant that combines real old-country flavours with current taste trends. The food was tasty but meagre and way too overpriced for Mothers Day. Dining without table cloths and no background music is not fine dining at all and the service was standard. The experience was not worth the price we paid.

In the past I would have given 5*, but unfortunately, its not as great as I remember. While I am really happy they survived the pandemic, I feel maybe they are doing less to help recoup? The food still, for the most, part tastes great, but I feel like you use to get more bang for your buck and be full after the meal. For example, the fettucini has an option to add chicken for $7, and in the past it would essentially be a whole chicken breast sliced that was added on top of the dish (sometimes I wouldnt be able to finish it all!), this time it was barely a few pieces of nickle-sized chicken mixed into the fettucini. Was it worth the extra $7? No. My group was also there when it was fairly busy, but it took the server a really long time to actually take our orders, definitely more than 20 mins, but seemed to be attentive to some of the other tables. Will I come back? Probably, as I dont want my opinion of Vesuvius to be shattered, but I hope my next dine in will be better so I can give them the 5* they use to deserve!

Waited forever for food to come. I ordered chicken parm and after a 1 hour wait, they served veal parm instead. Didnt feel like waiting again so I just ate it. Very small portions. Im biased because Im Italian and have a mother who is the best cook so it is hard to find an Italian restaurant that will come close to her food, but I felt the food was very ordinary.

Ossobuco, everyone? Finally found a restaurant that serves it! The bone marrow is just sooooooo yummy!!! Oh and yes, the husband got the chicken Parmigiana. Before that, we got the gnocchi and Caesar salad with house dressing which are all good. This was our third time dining in and on all occasions, we have been met with great customer service and hospitality; and amazing food. Cannot go wrong with @ristorante_vesuvios ! Maurizio was such an amazing host! Thank you for the hospitality.

I had high expectations as I had lasagne a few years ago at Vesuvios and it was fantastic. This time I got the chicken parm and it did not appear to be freshly cooked, seemed to be re-heated. It was luke warm when it arrived. I asked for the chicken to be re-heated and then it was better. Disappointing when you pay $25.00. The waitress seemed to avoid me after this, not even offering to refill my water glass, walking right by after filling everyone elses glass. Not the quality of service expected at a restaurant of this calibre.

We saw them online the read the reviews said that this place was was a great place to visit so we just my husband and I decided to go weve met the owner and the staff regret people one will place nice gives you a nice homey feeling the food was amazing tasted great the desert was even more fantastic than I thought it would be no I cant wait to go back again were definitely bringing our friends there to try it out we had fettuccine alfredo and lasagna it was delicious cant wait to go back again see you soon thanks again

We hosted a 75th birthday party at Vesuvios and couldnt have had a better experience with the owner and staff. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing and the owner was so gracious. Definitely one of our familys favorite restaurants. I would recommend them to everyone.

Loved the ambience and the amazing live music! The location is perfect and the pizza was straight from Italy. The star off is for the lack of organization behind the bar area... It threw off the whole vibe. Loved everything else!

We hadnt been to Vesuvios in over 25 years. Back then it was great food, staff and service. That is still true to this day. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal this past weekend and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you!

They fit us in on a very busy night. The food and service was excellent and very much appreciated. A great night out before a show at the Rose Theatre.

The service from Maria was top shelf and the food was excellent. You could taste the fresh basil in the sauce and the acidity level was perfect. The wood oven pizza was also fantastic and I am looking forward to eating the last slice after the family goes to bed.

We visited yesterday for a business dinner and both service and food is great. Lot of variety in the menu for real Italian taste, served by friendly and efficient staff. Both starters and main course dishes were prepared tastefully and with a healthy look. Strongly recommended.

Visited on October 23. Solid Italian food with a brick stove made pizza of excellent quality and a good lasagna. Service was good, though could be a tiny little more attentive, as I needed to ask to refill the glass of water. Got a pleasant bonus in a form of an 80th birthday celebrated next to us with live Italian music and lovely songs that accompanied a great meal. Thanks, will come back.

Alfredo pasta was very tasty. Ambience was nice and the manager was very helpful. The time was a little longer than expected to receive the meal, however, Im not sure if that is the norm.

I have been to this restaurant many times and it never disappoints. We have celebrated special occasions here and other occasions which became special because of this restaurant. The food is superb and the service is friendly and professional. They make you feel like family. Try it and make some memories of your own.

Loud place, low end food. For an Italian places I ve been to, this one is definitely at the low end of the scale. But they ve been around for a long time , so I suppose some people like it.

The food here is delicious and it has a wonderful atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and attentive. Vesuvios is a Brampton must as it has been here forever. They never fail to deliver a great evening!
