These people are scammers. They over charge you with the amount which is not even there on their menu. I visited their restaurant with my family and paid the bill with tip as their service was good. But later I realized that they over charged on items and also charged incorrectly for items that i did not order, upon checking they even admitted that their system has some issues. To my surprise, the staff is aware of their system glitche but still they do not correct or check before charging their customers. An advice to all their customers: ***PLEASE DO CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING***

Terrible Experience at Saroor Never Again! I took my visiting friends to Saroor in Brampton Downtown, expecting authentic Indian cuisine and a good time, but it turned into a disaster. Initially, the service seemed fine, but things quickly went downhill. A waitress aggressively pushed us to order Shisha, and when more friends joined, we were forced to buy another because three people cant share one. The food was terrible bland and far from authentic. To make matters worse, we were told there was a two-hour table limit, adding unnecessary pressure. Later, the DJ started, and the atmosphere turned chaotic with loud music, shouting, and jumping, making any conversation impossible. Customer service, food, and environment were all abysmal. We left disappointed and regretting the visit. Avoid this place if you value good food and a relaxing experience!

Amazing Service provided by Simran and all the staff members on one of our recent family functions. The staff is super welcoming and cooperating. The food is authentic too. We celebrated our mom & dads 25th Wedding anniversary this month and they provided us the whole ground floor space with privacy. Its a must recommended place to celebrate occasions or other dining events.

One suggestion that I want to give to the owner is that please provide staff with some equipment or paper pen to write down the order as they were only memorising it. We visited the restaurant earlier in the month. Food and service were great. Ordered Uber delivery yesterday and it was a disaster. Nothing was right. Butter chicken did not look like Butter chicken. Roti and Naan were worse than over the shelf Naans at the store.

Food presentation, Quality and taste was very good...its got a nice ambiance however the day we were in there was a party of some sorts on their upper floor which is the lounge I guess.. The service folks were good however if took some time time for our food fo be served. Parking: Theres a free parking garage on the street behind the street the restaurant is on and is a very short walk to the restaurant from there.

I visited Saroor with friends from New York, and we were shocked by the poor experience. We were given a 2-hour time limit, which wasn t mentioned beforehand, making us feel rushed. On top of that, there were hidden costs on the bill that weren t disclosed upfront. The service felt biased, with some tables receiving better attention while we were largely ignored. Even my friends were surprised by the lack of professionalism. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and wouldn t recommend Saroor.

The food was really good and staff was brilliant. There area was fully reserved still they added more chairs and tables for new customers in patio area. They were pricey but overall good experience They need to cut prices otherwise give good ambience and music.

Food was great, atmosphere was great. Had a good time with Ash. However, the only thing that quantity was not up to the mark.

The food was good but the quantity was rather small. We experienced many inconveniences as a family of 5 out for dinner on a sunday, one of which being the lack of chicken as they had randomly run out of it forcing us to order vegetarian dishes instead. Moreover, the service time was also not ideal as we experienced several delays related to our order. However, the ambience, mood as well as the taste of food were great and still worth trying. Noteably, our biggest inconvenience by far was being overcharged for the bill as items we had cancelled were still included in the bill. Really disappointed

I rarely write bad review but our experience was too bad..! Servers werent interested to take order and deliver the order. She even forgot what we ordered. She was on phone all the time. I wont recommend this place at all. It took 50 mins to even get 1 item on the table..! Really disappointed.
