Wonderful ambiance and delicious food! The rasmalai cake is an absolute must-try. We were warmly hosted by Tarun, who provided excellent service.

The food was exceptionally palatable, their Stuffed Baked Mushroom and Sam Savera were good and different. Worth trying!

Delicious food, amazing presentation and the prices are too good to be true. Definitely worth the experience.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Desi Road, but the restaurant is quite expensive compared to others. We visited here to celebrate our brother-in-laws birthday, and the service was exceptional! The appetizers were flavorful, though the portions were quite small for the price. As for the main course, we found the Dal Makhani lacked authenticity, and the Naans (breads) were unfortunately chewy rather than soft.

After our last take out experience we were a bit hesitant but gave another chance and we werent disappointed. Everything we ordered was perfect and with the taste and quality we expected. Our little one who is a fussy eater enjoyed it a lot too. Shoutout to Gopal and team to make it a wonderful experience with great service. Keep it up guys.

A very nice Indian restaurant in Brampton. The service was excellent, and the presentation of the food was beautiful perfect for pictures and videos. Besides the great presentation, the food itself was delicious, with tender textures and well-balanced spices. We especially loved the goat dish!

So when I visited I ordered appetizers first like momos and Manchurian and it was very good but when it comes to the main course I was very disappointed with the malai kofta and chicken.

Parking: Poor seating layout and service. Food

Dangerously spicy. My stomach and mouth has been hurting for days after eating here. Be careful if you are bringing elderly people or kids to eat. The spice may be harmful based on it being extremely spicy. Menu and staff give no warning at the restaurant on spice level. Only for people with very high spice / chillies tolerance. Food is to spicy. Way to much chillies used in food. Also very crowded and feel rushed. Drinks are not made well. Portions are small.

We went there to celebrate our Dads Birthday. Right from the entrance service was exceptional. Host and service were putting efforts to make your experince wonderful. Food was delicious . Overall experince was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to celebrate your special occasions.

Great place with great atmosphere

Everytime we called if we need to make a reservation or we can walk in and they b like ohh you can come its walk in, you dont need any reservation and thn made you wait for the table.

Since they opened the new location the quality of the food has went down drastically. I ordered paneer bhurji and it was basically tasting as sweet as someone drolled over sugar syrup. Then ordered the daal makhni and it was just bland zero to no spices. And Dahi puri was absolutely disgusting in terms of the taste. Avoid the new location as much as possible in Bramalea.

I ordered a pick up dinner from Desi road tonight including seekh kabab, butter chicken and paranthas The whole experience was quite disappointing as the food when we opened was cold and stale . The seekh kabab had a stale smell and none of us could eat it and we had to throw it away eventually The paranthas were rubbery and heated many times over The butter chicken curry was quite thick and unappetising. It s frustrating to spend hard earned money on a meal that should be a treat for the family only to feel cheated . When the restaurant b doesn t prioritise fresh food and seems only interested in making money, it takes away from the dining experience

hi just had a dinner , one of the worst customer service in brampton she said she dont care about the review ,dinner came before the drinks , coke was sitting the counter the girl taking order said she is doing something else ,server will give the coke dinner is about to finish but she dont care when i ask her start arguing . she completely ruined our evening , tried to get her name but nobody tells, may be the owner read the review atleast teach the girl about customer service and not to argue with customer very rudely its bovaired location never going next time

Food is very average. Service is good even though it was busy. Hara bhara kabab was tasting like aloo tikki and sweet flavoured (not good at all) They need to add more options in their menu for kids. For eg : noodles, Gobhi 65, pizza slices All restaurants have that in their options now.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. We had the Haryali Chicken Tikka (suggested by our server Kanha) which was so good. Also, had Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Makhni, Malai Murgh along with Garlic Naan and everything was amazing! The service was quick, Kanha was the best, super welcoming and made the evening. Will be returning for sure :)

Visited Desi Road (Brampton location) and tried a variety of dishes. The **Paneer Tikka** was decent, but unfortunately, it wasn t served warm, which affected the taste (6/10). For the breads, the **Masala Naan** was average (6/10), the **Garlic Naan** was similar (6/10), but the **Jalapeño Cheese Naan** was disappointing (3/10). I also tried the **Khade Masale Wali Paneer Kadhai** as it was a chefs special, but it didn t stand out in terms of flavor. Overall, it s a place you might try when you re in the mood for a change, but it doesn t offer anything particularly special compared to other restaurants in the area.

It was a great experience there... food was very tasty... and Kanah was very good at service as well.

Kanha made my experience best

Great spot in Brampton. Very well maintained and the service is top notch. Hat tip to the server - Kanha- who was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and had a great knowledge of the ingredients of the dishes which helped us plan our order. The place is usually busy on weekends and the wait time for us was 20mins. However once we got the table, it was very fast service and the food was amazing! Definitely a repeat for us. On price side, it is on the higher end but you pay for you get - great ambiance, great presentation of food, and amazing service

Great Indian restaurant with delicious food (loved non veg dishes more than veg). Chilly chicken is AMAZING. Restaurant has a great Indian vibe, friendly staff & quick service.

Overall it is a nice dine in experience. Staff is very active especially filling up the glasses with water. Waiting hours in prime time but worth the wait when food arrives hifi scifi food platings with gases and fancy plates. Taste is also very nice.

Absolutely loved the food here. Mandeep was serving my table and she was very sweet and helpful. The food presentation is unique and impressive. We ordered rose sauce pasta, stuffed mushroom, sham savera and dal makhani along with some naan. The pasta was a surprise as it was very tasty. Everything else was equally good. The icing on the cake was the Paan mousse and it was soft and fluffy. Am surely going to this again and again and again. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant and kept checking on our food experience through out the meal. I totally feel this place is under rated on Google. An absolute must try for foodies craving for some uniquely presented and awesomely tasty Indian food.

Oct 2024 - tried 2nd time, Chilli garlic chicken momo, Avadhi Chicken, Naan, and couple of desserts - Chocolate lava cake and Malpua-Rabdi, all of them are excellent. My rating remains same.

I visited this restaurant twice atmosphere really nice just too loud music. Food really beyond my expectations they have options for everyone including kids. Smoky flavours really amazing. Prices are average one curry around $18 but taste is good. They have special birthday song and sign for birthday person which is really amazing. Also in this country I rarely saw restaurants serving onions salad as a complimentary but this one has that. I would definitely recommend this.

Food was pathetic! We ordered stuffed mushrooms and they were tasteless. Chicken on the chicken curry was overcooked! The server didn t even bother to come again to check if we need more water. The restaurant was packed but that doesn t mean the service and food will be bad. It was my birthday dinner and I was disappointed. They gave us gulaab jamun on the house when I complained about the above however the gulab jamun were also so hard as if they had just been taken out of the freezer and warmed up in the microwave for 2 mins! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Desi Road. From the warm ambiance to the incredible food, everything exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Simranjot for providing outstanding service. Your attention to detail, friendly attitude, and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. It s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive service, and we are very grateful for the effort you put into making our visit enjoyable. Only negative point was quantity of snacks were less but I will definitely be recommending Desi Road to my friends and family and look forward to returning soon!

We dined in today, the food was amazing, service was great, we tried Dry Manchurian, Paneer tikka and avadhi paneer and garlic naan (not in pic), everything was delicious, it is very rare when you like everything what you ordered. Definitely coming here again. Server was very welcoming I forgot to ask her name.!!!

Mom had been raving about this place. Took the entire family. Started off good, dahi puri with some liquid nitrogen, seems to be their thing. Ordered the $19 chicken, came with 3 small chicken pieces with a tonne of gravy.. rumali roti is NOT worth $8. We saw the bread was less, ordered more naan right away, it took 20 minutes and our curries were all cold. It was not busy at all, Wednesday 730pm, maybe 4 families. Funny to watch the wait staff ignore us and stand behind us on till. Why give us such shitty seats when the rest of the restaurant was empty? To top it off, the lady taking our order was rude. She took the order and we had to correspond with 3 other wait staff to get our stuff. Even told her we needed normal non ice water for our dad, but never saw her again!! Sad to watch my mums recommendation crushed, she was so happy to bring her white daughter in law to a fancy place. Even though its 500 meters from home, Never coming back here.
