This restaurant has it all...great food, amazing service and atmosphere. We enjoy sitting in the bar, where Calen takes great care of us, always a smile when we arrive and great suggestions for food and drinks. She is a gem and makes our visits to Fionns even more enjoyable. We love the ribs, steak and mushroom pie or stew, but you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. This has become our go-to for lunches or nights out.

Food was very good. Had the Guinness steak and mushroom pie. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel. Had to order extra sauce for $3.50 as the sauce that came with the meal was minimal. They use Alfredo sauce not the Garlic Cream sauce as noted on the menu. The Alfredo sauce is a bit rich so had to mix it with gravy, an additional $3.00. Ive had this dish a few months ago at the Orillia location and enjoyed it immensely. The Brampton locations version was disappointing, primarily because of the wrong sauce being used and sparingly. My server was very pleasant and I enjoyed the apple pie she recommended. I wouldnt recommend this dish at the Brampton location but Ill look forward to enjoying it in Orillia next summer.

Note: Very disgusting service by that black lady on counter. (Date: 29th October, 2024, Timing: 10:10 pm) I went with my cousins at this place. We are visiting this place since last year. Today (29th October, 2024) I came to this place and ordered our food and drinks. Initially the server was not at all cooperative while taking our order. She started serving other customer who came after us even though we ordered our food before them. A complete display of racism and bad customer service. I would never recommend to visit this place ever.

I just wanted to mention the amazing service I was provided with from an employee named thallie, she was kind, sweat and very quick to accommodate my needs as I ordered the chicken tacos and Chrispy calamari. If I got to choose my waitress to be served by I would choose her in a heartbeat. Parking: Don t have to worry about looking for parking!

Stopped in today with a friend for a bite to eat, which is usually a nice and enjoyable experience. But today, there were these two rude customers that just left a bad taste in my mouth. After our server Thallia had taken, she went over to take theirs as they had come in after us. But they proceeded to go on a little rant on how she served us first and were making comments that were borderline racist. The professionalism of Thallia through that situation was commendable 10/10.

I love the food and atmosphere here. My food was not up to par today, Sabastion and Sarah corrected it immediately. Sabastion was super attentive to our needs and took good care of us. I cant say anymore.

Loool tip is added in mandatory. I don t have a problem tipping but don t expect handouts from someone else, pay your workers what they deserve.

But i hate when servers start judging you if you will tip them or not.. and on top of that handing me the machine with tip already included in my bill amount i just felt so embarrassed that why did she do that. I am a bartender myself i love to tip my servers but after that it just feels so unfair.

Visited Fionn recently and was surprised to see the awful atmosphere inside. A bunch of regulars come and sit at the bar. Throughout the night they just harass and bother women at other tables all night. Literally all night!! Staff and owner seem to enable it and don t kick them out, even as the women ask these regulars to go away. There was even one individual having a mental episode but was still being served alcohol. Witnessed couples having to leave because of the harassment behaviour. I recommend to NOT visit this location.

Went for game 7 oilers vs panthers. Service was so bad it prompted a review from someone who never gives reviews. Our server took our drink orders and never came back for more than 30mins, after seeing her walk past us several times. When she did finally take our order she was rude and unprofessional, acting like we did something to her personally. Also messed up our bill and argued with us over it. Didn t bother fixing it because I just wanted to get out of there. Thought this was a good hang out spot to catch a game but I wouldn t waste my time here.

My husband and I had the Fionn Cheesy Burger and the double stacked chicken burger. I must say that they were the best burgers Ive tasted in a long time. Whoever was the chef that day....thank you! Service was great. They seemed short staffed, but the manager and waitress made it work. They even checked on us periodically.

I just left this place and it wasnt too bad. However, it was very basic and its not something Im going to remember, the waiter also didnt have the best vibe.

Well done and thank you Fionn MacCools!!! My only complaint was that it was lunch service and the music was too loud. We asked to have it lowered, but still couldnt hear other people at the round table (9 people total). Dietary restrictions: They work well with you to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Great experience! Amazing food and drinks

The food was actually good, its too bad that the service is beyond horrible. i went there on a Tuesday evening, it took about 8 - 10 minutes for someone to seat us while the restaurant was empty, and another 10 minutes after i seated myself to get a drink. I will not go back based on the service and nothing else. We were a party of 3 who tip well and still did but i regret that now. They will probably reply we are sorry for this etc etc but you only have 1 change to make an impression IMO!

This place was amazing, truly a Brampton gem , my wife got the fish tacos and I got the whiskey pork belly grilled cheese and it was great comfort food. Very hearty, succulent meat and delicious all around. Beautiful ambience, presentation and top notch service. Our waiter Tristan was amazing, she catered to our every need and was punctual and helpful on service. The whiskey pork belly grilled cheese was packed with meat and flavour, I added bbq sauce and the flavour was awesome with a kick of whiskey. The pork belly grilled cheese was soft, sweet and melted in ur mouth. The chips also were good with the right amount of seasoning and perfectly cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed this place, The fish tacos were amazingly flavourful too, with lime cilantro they add a lot of lime, and had the right amount of zestyness and garnish needed for the perfect bite. Food portions are good and you will take home leftovers. Classic margaritas are a quick go to, perfect combination of flavour and garnish. The Stella Artois pint was tasty, filled up to the top, you definitely get your moneys worth. All in all, I ll give this restaraunt a 10/10, would highly recommend if you are in the peel region area. Originally went to Montanas, but left angry after waiting 30 minutes to be served in a restaurant that wasnt busy at all. Hoping for better service, our party of 4 decided on Fionn MacCools instead. Immediately, we were greeted and treated properly. Our server was fantastic, as was our food. Definitely coming back!

Always great food at Fionn MacCooks. I would recommend going to that restaurant anytime, all the time! A nice clean environment to just relax and enjoy some sports, and drinks. Its close to many amenities especially near the 410 highway. I enjoyed my enjoy meal!

Amazing and a very satisfying experience for our store team having a late Christmas party at Fionn Macools. Sunny Kareer did our reservation past week Saturday and had everything well organized. The DJ that plays on Fridays is AMAZING

The food was really good. The atmosphere was okay. The wait staff were pleasant and very friendly. Low stars on service because the restaurant was not that busy for how long everything took. Our drinks did not even come at the same time (at least 5 minutes apart), and Im not quite sure how that happened. The food order was partly mixed up as well. But it was fulfilled in the end. I would eat there again but mostly because the food was very tasty and satisfying.

The food could be better. The quesadilla was super small and definitely meant to be an appetizer. It was 2 small tortillas folded over and cut in half. My friends ordered the Cajun pasta and said it was bland. I tried it and agree. Their patio is really nice.

Great patio area nice place for large groups

If i wasnt starving and they did not have my favourite dish I wouldnt have stayed because it took so long for them to service me. Was it because I was alone and not in a group. Two hours of my time wasted Food was decent though

We visited this location mid Friday afternoon - two friends wanting to hang and catch up after not seeing each other for a while. The place was expectedly quiet (it was 3pm) but the food and service was We had a Cesar to start (the drink) and it was perfect. We then decided to get some appys to share - the fried dill pickles (the honey mustard sauce was an amazing compliment to the salty pickles), spinach and artichoke dip (cant ever go wrong), and the cauliflower wings (our absolute favourite - get the spiced garlic parm, you wont regret it). Our server was perfect- she came and checked on us regularly, but not too often, and she fulfilled all of our requests with a friendly helpful attitude. We will be back for the Thursday appetizer special soon!

Well...Not a pleasant experience. We orderd calamari and steaks. Calamari was ok, But very disappointed with steak and the portion on the plate. They could have added few veritables on the plate as the portion was unexceptionaly small and improved the presentation a ibit nstead of just dumping everything on the plate. The quality of the food and the experience was not worth for the $140 we spent for 2 people. No wonder the restaurant was empty on a busy Saturday night while there was a line up at Eastside Marios.

Our first dinner here some years back was amazing! We went here looking forward to a similar experience but were extremely disappointed with the food! The Shepherd s Pie was watery and had no flavour! The burger bun seemed to be stale and was crumbling! The beef patty was dry n tasteless! The fish and chips and our drinks were still ok! I hope you will improve on the food quality so that we can come back for a better meal! We loved the patio and our hostess was awesome!

It was my bday and i though of taking my friends here. Pretty disappointed with the food. Nachos, wings (saltnpepper) , cobb salad were not at all tasty. We ordered pitcher but the beer was just below the room temperature and not cold. Who drinks not cold beers!?? Mule was also ok and served in seems like old cups. My wife and her friend both were disappointed with the cocktail and its presentation. Service was good but i think they should either change the chef or improve their food taste. Wont recommend this location for food and drinks.

I was overall happy with the services but when my food came around the spinach dip was a little on the colder side they sent it back when i received it the second time it was fine but when the chicken sandwhich came out it was under cooked they did replace the one but my friends sandwich they did not . i did see it was quite busy when i arrived so i do understand the rush in the kitchen but i was very disappointed in the food this time which was very surprising because every time Ive went to this location or even other Fion mcools i have always had a great experience. maybe it was just the day i went but not pleased with my experience this time.

Way too loud. Dj disappeared. Service staff too long to take orders. Nachos bad. Hot and honey pork bites disgusting. Unseasoned fat ( pork belly should have some meaty bits) with inappropriate dipping sauce of blue cheese and a sweet chilli mixed with ketchup.

My wife ordered from Uber and the manager personally called her to let her know the item was out of stock and theyd give us something else. First off, it was a 3rd party order and they absolutely did not have to do that since they couldve just canceled that part of the order through uber. Second, they offered a much higher priced item in replacement. Third, my wifes phone wasnt working well and they stayed on the phone waiting for an answer. The service was phenomenal. Thank you very much Sunny for the above and beyond response to a very normal out of stock issue on a busy take out night. Will definitely be back.

Food was really salty. I was very hungry but it was so salty that i couldnt even take a bit. We were just waiting to pay for the food they took forever to come. I am very disappointed.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered for the first time. 2 of 6 items arrived. A refund is not good enough. Still need dinner. Will never order from here again and will not visit in person.

The food was great hut the service was horrible. We came around 6:50pm on Wednesday night, until 7:20, 30 mins after being seated, the server hasnt came and took the food order. We had to stop her at the table to place the order. Ny boy friend used to come to this location a lot back then so i didnt wanna upset him by calling the manager. The server didn t Even did the table touch. We asked for the bill twice and he had extra drink on the bill which we didnt order. Table 65 was the one that we sat. She needs to stop judging people by their outfit as well and stop the bad behavior for the business.

The only reason that my friends and I come here is because of Thallia and Caleen !! They are amazing bartenders. So warm and welcoming Vegetarian options: Add more veggies options
