It was very busy with large groups so the wait time for service was a bit too long, even though there is a service button to press for service. The food was tasty but did not get served hot and since it took a while to get I didn t bother complaining while there. The waitress was pleasant & had a great memory (no pad to note our order). Everything we ordered was correct.

Had dinner tonight , had the steak and shrimp, it was delicious! Cooked to perfection ! Nav was our server tonight she was fantastic! Made sure we had everything, and made great recommendations! Definitely coming back

I ve been a loyal customer of Montana s for years, but my recent experiences have been far from what I ve come to expect. Unfortunately, the management under Robin seems to have caused a significant decline in several aspects of the restaurant, making it no longer the enjoyable dining spot it once was. The quality of the food has noticeably dropped. What used to be fresh, flavorful meals now feels rushed and inconsistent. Portions have become smaller, and the presentation seems to lack the care and attention it once had. The staff, who were always friendly and efficient, now appear overworked and unmotivated. Service times have increased, and there s a palpable tension among employees. It feels like the management isn t providing the support or leadership the team needs to thrive. The atmosphere of the restaurant has changed too. It s no longer the welcoming place it used to be. Cleanliness standards seem to have slipped, and the overall vibe is chaotic and disorganized. It s hard to overlook that many of these issues appear to stem from poor management. Robin s leadership (or lack thereof) has seemingly created an environment where employees seem like they are struggling, and the quality of both the service and the food is suffering as a result. I hope Montana s takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving its management and overall operations. It s disappointing to see a place with so much potential falter like this.

I am deeply disappointed to see how far Montana s has fallen under the management of Robin. Ever since he took over, this restaurant once a favorite spot for me, my family, and friends has deteriorated in every way imaginable. The quality of the food has plummeted, the presentation is sloppy, and the ambiance is completely lackluster. To make matters worse, the service is incredibly slow. During my last visit, my order wasn t even taken for over an hour. I had to get up and place the order myself, only for the food to take yet another hour to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold and tasted terrible. When I raised my concerns with Robin, the manager, his response was appalling. He was dismissive, offered no apology, and made no effort to address the issues. His unprofessional attitude and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make it clear why the restaurant is struggling. The cleanliness of the restaurant has also declined. Dust covers the walls, and the staff, who used to be friendly and attentive, now seem unmotivated and untrained. The lack of leadership is evident, and it s clear that Robin is not capable of managing this establishment. Montana s used to be our go-to spot multiple times a week, but Robin s poor management has turned it into the worst dining experience in North America. Until there s a change in management and this restaurant regains its former standards, we will not be returning. #BringBackTheOldManagement #SaveMontanas #TerribleManagement

I visited Montanas for a lunch. The whole experience from start to finish is great. Our waitress was Raman is always so friendly with smiling face. She served us many times before on this location so this time I decided to leave a comment for her The food can t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot after watching movie

Went here on Saturday November 9th 2024 around 7 in the evening. The food was alright but the service was horrible. Our server (I can t remember her name) was polite but after the bill was paid in cash, she got upset about the tip we gave. She didn t say anything but we saw the expression on her face and she didn t even say bye. I have been to Montanas many times and usually the servers always say goodbye and don t make any type of facial expressions. We tipped her a fair amount- even though the service was crap. It was mostly other people serving us. I ordered the vodka lemonade drink twice with no ice and was given ice. If you are going to be ungrateful about the tip you get, then this line of work isn t for you. People tip what they can afford and people tip based on the service they receive.

The food was wonderful. We were given excellent service by Simran. Would definitely come back next time with more friends!

Yuck, the food was so dry and stale. What happened? The quality and portions are not reflective of the price. The Fries tasted like theyve been sitting out for days. You could honestly get better food from Metro in the same plaza, for 3 times cheaper.

Six of us out for bday dinner, every dish order was cold, dried out, or incorrect. When told a server they tried to rectify but was no good. Fries were cold and so new fries were brought and they were cold as well. Shrimp was dried out, lobster in potatoes smash was cold. Deep fried pickles cold, nachos cold and dried out. All meals unacceptable. They way they compensate is to take approximately $5.00 per person off bill. Waitress didnt come by to check on us or see if needed refills until the bell was pushed.

Very disappointing. We were a table of 2 adults and one child. The place wasn t packed on Saturday but the service was super slow. I d say our food came out over an hour. We paid $120 for cold food, hard steak, dry loaded potato. I couldn t even finish my plate it was so bad. Some of the sides aren t even served on good portioned plates, it was in a tiny to-go container that was smaller than my palm. You do NOT get what you pay for!! The complete foolishness of this establishment. It s not what I remembered years ago.

Food was great but service was extremely slow. 3 of us came in for dinner and it took 4 hours in total. Rupinder was our waitress and seemed to be very busy throughout the night. She took so long that I had to order a drink at the bar from the bartender and forgot about my daughter s dessert that came with her meal.

Food is absolutely amazing. I ordered takeout, got my food fresh, ate it, and want to eat it again!! Edit: Loved dining in, too. Simran was really nice. I loved the service she provided.
