As avid food explorers, we decided to try out this new place, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere and music was good. We ordered khatti mithi gobi(3.5/5), butter chicken(3/5), mushroom do pyaza(5/5), methi malai mater(5/5) Gagan served us. She was good in suggesting options.
The momos chutney was a disappointment other than that everything we had was really good. Gagan our server was also very sweet and made our experience even better. Overall, a must visit!

I recently had an amazing dining experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including tandoori chap, sweet lassi, sabji, roti, and lollipop kebabs, and everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. To top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary ras malai for my husband birthday, which was a delightful treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the celebration even more special.Aman had given great service to us. She is kind heart and sweet. Overall, this restaurant is a gem, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and a warm atmosphere!
I visited this restaurant for the first time after seeing the reviews, and I always love to explore new restaurants. My experience was good; I loved the taste of the food, the service was good, and the ambiance was welcoming. However, what I didn’t like was the plates they used, as they seemed to be made of plastic or a lightweight material. I suggested they use better plates to match the quality of the restaurant and give it the value it deserves. I also ordered the Navratan Kebab, which looked delicious and tasted great, but I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't dip it properly in the small glasses provided. My expectation was that if the dish looks amazing and tastes awesome, I should be able to dip and eat it comfortably. If that were possible, I would have rated it 5 out of 5.
We had an outing at Pannu’s to try their specials and to our pleasant surprise it was an outstanding experience. AMAN who served was very friendly and always smiling. Besides the food their courteous staff made our experience even more memorable. On the way out ended up taking sweets, gulab jamun and they were also sumptuous. Highly recommended and will be back for more!!
Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend their dahi panner kavab and their veggie kebabs were on another label in taste. “Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. In main course we had their special dal makhni with the creamy texture and we had Veggie paneer tikka masala cooked by chef Ishan , he has fabulous skills of cooking . In non veg they very balanced slow cooked rarha chiken , we just loved it . Must give a try to it . 😋😋 Service provided by girl name Aman , was so nice and warm . She served all dishes so cleanly. Entire staff was well dressed. This is such a nice place to visit with friends family their vibe is just so awesome. 10/10 in all standard. Must visit to the restaurant to get a brilliant food.
Food was not that great, was not too bad to be not able to eat. They can improve the food quality, can make it better. Service was slow, staff was nice and polite. Atmosphere and ambience was not that great either; music was playing very loud, old punjabi song tunes & all; it was more of a noise than music. They have huge place, they can definitely do better.

We went to Pannus yesterday, to start off we were greeted with an employee which asked us what we would eat. although the food took lots of time to come. We told the employee to hurry it up a bit. And she really followed our feedback and took it seriously. The food was overall good, special mention goes to AMNEET she served us with a lovely smile she did a very good job. I recently had dinner and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy seating arrangements that set the perfect tone for the evening. We went To Pannus for Family Dinner. Everything is awesome Food, Atmosphere , cleaniness. SERVERS [GAGAN] WERE ALSO VERY good. Specially clean Uniform and Smily Face. THERE are Two Things Which Management need to Understand. Which to increase the qantity of food In servings. 2ND is the Music Loudness on Other side of hall. Understood There is party over there but the same time there should be a limit on how much loud it can be. We was keep getting bothered with the loud Music. Me with my family visited Pannu s today for dine -in and taste of their food was really nice . We ordered fried rice , lababdar paneer with garlic naan. One of their staff member , Manpreet Kaur served us and she also treated us very nicely. She has excellent communication skills and we loved her customer service . Went there yesterday, the Amritsari Kulcha was great. But the staff was not knowledgeable when I ask her about the ingredients . We ordered the coffee and the mug looked very dirty from outside. I went to use the washroom, no paper towels were available in the wheelchair washroom, other two washrooms were out of order. They kept the toilet paper on the sink, that was so disgusting. We heard about this Restaurant, we were so disappointed for the Atmospheree and service. Need to look after their washrooms, really dirty. They had 4 employees in the washroom and no one cared about cleanliness.
Yesterday we had 6 people dine in Everything was ok but they charge 15% gratuity fee without letting us know They should let customers know about their policies before head .

Incredible experience! My boyfriend travelled to Brampton from Bradford to run some errands. We were hungry after so googled Indian restaurants nearby as I was celebrating Diwali. We ordered so much food and it was fantastic! We both enjoyed it thoroughly. Aman was our server and she was great. Very friendly and kind. The food quality and portions were incredible. And the prices also! The chef came out to check how our food was also. Great meal and great service! Highly recommend! The only issue I had was with the music. Songs kept changing based on whoever was controlling them and volume was extremely loud sometimes so there were moments I had to speak louder over it which is not a great restaurant ambience. I recommend having a set playlist and keeping the volume at a set low level so you re not constantly adjusting it.
