Great Customer service. Specifically the front counter lady was really helpful and gave quick response over call.

I visited there with my Friends first time around 9:30pm. Two girls were there and we asked them for dine in for 11 people. Firstly they said we don t have arrangements for all 11 together. Then we were just deciding to how to be seated there meanwhile one girl came asked us to move from there to make space for others. They should know how to do customer service at least they can give some time and restaurant was also not that busy. I don t know why they were in rush. Highly disappointed.

We go to Raunak everytime and everytime we get a very great Service. But today we are very disappointed. I went there with my friends to celebrate our friend s birthday at 9:30ish. Two girls were there and we were treated very badly. We asked their names and they even told us their names wrong. Both of the girls showed attitude to us and mentioned that we don t care if you give us bad reviews.

Our experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the staff. There were two girls on Wednesday night time around 9-9:30. They were dismissive and seemed annoyed by our questions. We expected a pleasant dining experience but were thoroughly disappointed by the service. They talked us very rudely even they did not allow us to wait inside. There were only 5-6 customers but they could not manage 10 persons sitting. That was very annoying. I think no one can lose their 9-10 customers in any situation but they did. We won t be returning and will advise others to avoid this place until they improve their staff s attitude.

I went to raunk restaurant many times and got very nice customer service but unfortunately today i was very upset with their wrong behaviour.There were two girls at front counter who were so rude .we were just asking for din-in for 11 people and they said no we can t arrange it and we were just discussing with each other and they said you guys cannot stand here just moved from here that moment was so ridiculous for us because they have to know how to deal with customers,how to communicate with them.So at that time i asked them can i talk with your manager and one of girl said yeah I m the manager here her name was muskaan there were two girls muskaan and Preet so i don t know exactly but that s the two names they told us.In crux ,I suggest the management that give them proper traning about customer service because in food court everything is depends on who to deal with consumers.

Sharing my worst experience with raunak. I visited Raunak Restaurant on wednesday December 18th after 9 PM to celebrate my friends birthday, but it turned out to be a horrible experience bcz of the two girls working at that time. This was not the first time i visited there, the previous staff was so good but this one seems to be completely untrained. Even though the restaurant wasn t busy, the two girls working there were very rude. We asked to sit together because we had a large group, but they refused to make the sitting together without any reason. They made us feel unwelcome from the start. Instead of letting us wait for a table, they made us feel to leave. It felt like they were not interested in serving their customers . They were so overconfident, acting like losing one customer wouldn t make any difference to their business. They said like they didn t even care about the review we might leave. It was so disappointing to leave the restaurant with a birthday cake in your hands, without celebrating. The whole experience ruined our evening and celebration. I will never go back to Raunak Restaurant, and I wouldn t recommend it to anyone. If they treat customers this way, they don t deserve business.

I had worst experience with raunak. I visited there with my son and daughter on Wednesday night. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend to anyone to go there because their unprofessional staff can ruin their day.

Worst ever experience..We ordered manchurian( semi-gravy)and spicy spring rolls as appetizers...munchurian tasted so weird that we couldnt eat more than a bite and it was not well cooked. Spring rolls were tastless and oily. We waited so long...for someone to attend our table even we were the only ones, sitting there..I will never recommend anyone else to go there.. It was my first and last visit at this restaurant..

I had a wonderful dining experience at Raunak Bar and Grill, and a large part of it was due to the excellent service provided by Gurpreet Kaur. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. She made great recommendations from the menu and ensured that our meal was served perfectly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant and specifically commend Gurpreet for her outstanding service!

Extremely Disappointing Experience Would Not Recommend I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but I was thoroughly disappointed by the overall service and food quality. I had initially considered ordering catering for a group of 50 people, but after what I experienced, I am extremely glad I didn t follow through with that decision. Terrible Service: I arrived and expressed my interest in discussing a catering order, but despite multiple reminders, no one came to assist us. The place wasn t even busy (it was 7 PM and the seating area was almost empty), yet I waited around 20 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. The lack of urgency and attention to customers was shocking. Refusal to Offer a Tasting: We were willing to pay for a tasting to ensure the food met our expectations, but the staff flat-out refused. It s baffling that a restaurant would deny a potential catering customer this basic service, especially when we were prepared to cover the cost. Loud Music Impossible to Communicate: We had to repeat our orders several times because the music was so loud that we couldn t hear each other. When we requested to have the volume turned down just a little so we could have a conversation, the response was a blunt NO. This level of disregard for customer comfort was unacceptable. Spicy and Subpar Food: The main course we ordered was excessively spicy, to the point of being inedible for most people at the table. Not only was it too hot, but it also lacked the quality and flavor youd expect from a well-established restaurant in Brampton. Fake Reviews?: I was honestly shocked by how poorly everything was handled, especially considering the restaurants 12K reviews. Based on my experience, I can t help but wonder if those reviews are genuine. The overall experience certainly didn t reflect the reputation they claim to have. In summary, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I will absolutely not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and decent service. Save your time and money.

My friends and I had high hopes for this restaurant, especially after seeing all the glowing reviews online. But what we experienced was nothing short of a disaster. The service was absolutely pathetic. I had to ask the waitress three times for help, only to be told she d be back in two minutes every single time. The place was nearly empty, so there was really no excuse. Yet, all the staff seemed utterly obsessed with just one table celebrating a birthday. They were too busy singing, dancing, and snapping photos for that group, treating them like VIPs while ignoring everyone else. After what felt like an eternity, I went up to a waitress myself to ask how much longer we d have to wait just to place our order and find out what was on the menu. When we finally got our food, it was a complete joke. Tasteless, bland, and downright disappointing. The tandoori momos were so overcooked they were practically charred at the edges and hard as plastic. The chili paneer was ridiculously spicy it might as well have been called chili curry. We left most of our meal untouched; it was that bad. Then, as if things couldn t get worse, when our main course finally came, I asked for three plates and had to wait another ten minutes. I kept asking the staff for help, but they just ignored us, too wrapped up in their loud music and whatever else they were doing. When we asked if they could at least turn down the music so we could talk, they flat-out refused. To sum it up, if you re thinking about going to this restaurant, do yourself a favor and skip it. Don t be fooled by all the fake/paid over-the-top reviews.
