Ordered a veg thali from Tawa Kitchen through Uber Eats, and it was a complete disappointment. The food was stale, the chana masala was watery, and the shahi paneer was sour. Overall, a waste of money. First and last time ordering from here.

I recently ordered takeout from Tawa Kitchen , and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. The ordering process was smooth, and my meal arrived right on time. The packaging was neat and eco-friendly, keeping everything fresh and secure during transit. I opted for the butter chicken and Mehti Malai Paneer was blown away by the flavor. The dish was perfectly seasoned, and the portion size was generous. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the balance of flavors was spot-on. What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail in the presentation, even for takeout. You could tell that a lot of care went into preparing the meal. Vegetarian options: Parathas Food

The front desk staff was extremely rude, and the deal was nothing like what they advertised on social media. With one dara parantha, they only give a tiny 5 ml of yogurt and just a small portion of pickle no makhani, and I had to ask for the pickle, which they barely provided. There was no cutlery or tissues, and nothing came with the parantha. The tea was cold and tasted like it had been made in the morning. The hygiene was horrible, with flies everywhere. The cake shot was sour and clearly not fresh. Overall, this place was a total letdown. Poor food, awful service, and absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

Unbelievable experience. As a paying customer you would think they would be able to share the wifi password so I could get some buisness done. In general I never ask for wifi as I have 200Gigs of data. I wouldn t have asked otherwise , however I couldn t get signal inside this restaurant . Employee was quite ride and refused to give me the password. I mean there s cheap. And then theirs CHEAP. As an Indian we have to do better. Managemnt should be ashamed . Also the food was garbage with flies buzzing around the food. I won t be coming back .

One of the best Indian places Ive eaten in Canada. The highlight for us was the tawa chicken and the tandoori rotis (extreyfresh and light). Even the Chana masala and aloo paratha was very tasty. Ill surely visit this place with more friends

I have tried their food, which was excellent and top notch. The customer service I received from Lakshita was exceptionally outstanding. I would definitely recommend them!

Ordered take out for the family and did not have a good experience. All the dishes were cold and not fresh. We wanted to order the naan and were told by the lady at the front that she will ask the chef if he can make it. She then returned and said they can only make roti? Why are you advertising that you sell Naan but can t provide it? This order was placed around 5pm on a Saturday.

Sorry to say it was pathetic experience today. This was the second time I went there in the afternoon. The first time was 1yr ago and I really enjoyed food at that time, But Today was pathetic. Very dirty tables ,main door glass dirty , All displays Dirty it was very Hot inside and strong raw onion smell in the sitting area, Short staff we never got service at our table as it used to be, If you cannot SERVE then say clearly Takeout only. Lady seems like cooking at the back and doing everything herself-like taking orders ,putting salad with same hands without gloves, Please you need to designate the cashier and the server- I m sorry to say it looks filthy. We ordered Chole bhature ,Dara singh parantha ,Lassi and chai. Hire more staff and concentrate on cleanliness. I was much better a year ago.Whats the point of advertising on radio to bring customers if you cannot meet the bare minimum standards. Would NEVER visit again.

Dont have enough space for sitting. When we called them, they said no need to do reservations and when we went there , they said we have to wait one hour as they do not have enough space.

Today I went there with the family and the service and food was amazing. The guy who served was really humble and the prices are reasonable. For sure I will visit there next time.

Worst ever restaurant i have ever seen.. The service at Tawa Kitchen was poor. The staff was disorganized, our server was slow. The manager offered no apology or compensation. Overall, a disappointing experience. And happened for 3rd time.. each time we order food they say to pick up in 30 minutes, upon reaching the restaurant we have to wait for more then 1 hour to pick the food which we already ordered 30 minutes prior over the phone. I will not recommend anyone to visit this place. It will be your worst decision to order ypur food here.

I had the worst experience at Tawa kitchen , they took around 2 hours for my roti order and yet after waiting for so long they asked me to wait for additional 10 min on reaching their restaurant. Pathetic service , if you guys can not take this load of orders either increase your staff or dnt take orders beyond your capacity. This is worst any restraunt can do when you want your food , also this is happened for more than 3 times . This is not acceptable and strict actions should be taken against them for not providing services properly. Forget the taste , you will die waiting for it , please dnt visit .

Im extremely disappointed with the service I received at tawa kitchen they its best indian punjabi restaurant but they dont that they are the worst one . We already pre ordered are food for the takeaway they said it will be ready within half an hour we came after an hour to pick it up but still they said it will take 20 mins but agin they took 40 mins. When I politely asked the staff about the delay, they became defensive and dismissive. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely disorganised and untrained, and their behaviour was unacceptable. I was shocked by the level of disrespect and poor service I received. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.

I recently ordered 2 garlic naan 4 plan naan 1 large kadahi paneer 1 large butter chicken. A large butter chicken had less than 10 small pieces and the kadai paneer was so bad it was crap there was no taste at all on the kadai paneer. Garlic naan was made by putting garlic on plain naan and it was so crunchy. They also had to forcefully break the naan with their teeth. I would not recommend this restaurant at all

Very poor service. Portion of butter chicken was very less and kadahi paneer was not fresh. I called at the restaurant, a men in that restaurant was telling me that I am lying. There was no apology after mistake. Never coming again and not to recommend others as well. I am attaching picture of Kadahi paneer. Mistakes are common and anyone can made that but there should be acceptance to run a business.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. There was no greeting when I walked in, and I had to sit at a table that wasn t clean, with cleaning supplies left on the chair. No one came to take my order, so I had to go to the cashier myself. I ordered chole bhature, but it was the worst I ve ever had. Overall, poor service and bad food definitely not worth the visit.

I visited this place for the first time. Initially I was skeptically about the food. However I ended up having a great meal which is completely South Indian style biryani. The staff girl Kiran was good with me and did excellent job. Will come once again soon.

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We overheard the counter staff mentioning that the food hadnt been freshly made on Saturday, even though we were told everything on the menu was available. Once seated, we found the menu options were limited. The food was excessively oily, and the chole bhature advertised as Patharganj bore no resemblance to the real dish. Despite the hype and promotions on Radio, the experience was far from satisfactory. At 10.30pm most of the dishes are finished, so thinking what they gonna serve till 4.00am. Life time bad experience.
