The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Bramalea in Brampton

This is a truly authentic steakhouse. Just look at the size of this steak 20oz! My friends couldn t stop raving about it. The grilled lobster I ordered was also incredibly fresh and delicious. The cocktails and wine were among my favorites as well.

This visit fell far below The Keg s usual standards. The food was sub-par, and the service was worse. Our server spilled gravy all over my wife s clothes, and despite her composure, the staff made no effort to compensate or address the inconvenience. Eating in soiled clothing was humiliating and ruined the evening. Very disappointing overall.

On Aug 24th, it was our anniversary. So we decided to go to the Keg Steakhouse. Our server Stephan was amazing. He was attentive and made our dining experience a memorable one. So much so, that we went back again on Aug 28th and specifically asked for Stephans area . We had another enjoyable meal and Stephan was fantastic ! Update:Dec 19, 2024, I came here to celebrate my birthday. It was awesome! The food was great and our server Jude was amazing. He even gave me a bag of ice so I can transport the remainder of my ice cream cake home. So thoughtful!

Sorry we love the Keg but this time it was terrible for our Christmas party.. We made reservations in advance they sat us down and we didt have enough seats..Then we had to get up and go back out to the lobby unit you rearranged the seating . Then we came back sat for an 1 hr to order our food then as we are ordering after we sat for an hour to order our food as we are ordering they tell us that you were out of Prime Rib which most of us came here for.. after another hour waiting for food. Then my steak was almost burnt.. Others of my party were also not happy with their steaks but we waited so long and we were so hungry we didnt want to complain... We love the Keg so much we had to say something... Omar the manager came out and we told him our situation.. He asked why we didnt complain earlier its because we were so hungry and we didnt want further delays.. He applied some discounts but we were more concerned with the quality of the Keg we love it here it is our go to place for special occasions . Please look into the overall function of this Keg.. We dont want to switch steakhouses.. Thank you..

Well it was my birthday so I decided to have my supper here . They waz very friendly and my waiter was great . Had the baseball steak . It was delicious.

Good as always, unfortunately food was only luke warm by the time it got to our table. Plate was hot but not the food.

Fabulous time celebrating a birthday!

Very disappointed with your restaurant and service. September 28 we had a reservation at your Bramalea location. The reservation was for 6pm my wife myself and her father arrived at 5:55pm and was told that to wait because they needed more of us to be seated . We had a part of 9 booked . We are waiting for the rest of the party to arrive when another party shows up with less than the 60% to be seated were seated. I questioned the what was going on then was told we would be seated now . Yes race was a cause for this . My opinion the manager came over spoke with us. She tried apologize and assure us that this would not happen again. Moving forward the rest of the evening was horrible. This was my grandson s 12 birthday celebration which was told during the reservation. We had a party of 7. We had to ask for bread water and the table was not cleared after we ate. No dessert was offered no drink refill. No one came over to wish him a happy birthday.We ended the night very disappointed.

What an absolute amazing dinner we had tonight at your establishment. Music was soft and waiter was perfect, food was just divine. We had a little guy with us and he was greeted as well and had a good laugh with one of your staff members. We were acknowledged as soon as we entered and then every staff member was so welcoming. No complaints but you might want to tighten your bolt on your highchairs

Outstanding evening. We were greeted by the lovely, friendly hostesses and then all seated as per our reservation time. The manager Ross Lopes was super accommodating. When we came in the lights were a little low for one of the people in our party. We asked if he could put them up a bit over our table and he did. It really was a simple thing but made a huge difference for us. Jude our server was also amazing. So patient and pleasant. He could not have been more helpful. Food was also perfect for everyone. Made our birthday such a special and enjoyable time!!!

I really recommend this restaurant! My mother and I go there twice a year for each others birthday. The food is AMAZING and always prepared to perfection. I had a really great experience with a waitress named Rio we have the same name! She had such great service and made the night 10x better. Food

Great service! But management definitely shows through the workers but not in a good way. I can tell a tight ship is run through them and if they let up a bit I feel the service would be much more wholesome and genuine. When bussers or waiters carry dishes to the kitchen they cover them obscurely with white table napkins it s so strange and feels so awkward. When waiters talked to us about specials it felt so scripted and ingenious and I just wanted them to be real with us and be themselves. Feels like management is tough of them and I d love a more genuine relaxed restaurant feel and less of a scripted franchised experience. I dined on a Saturday and from the hosts to the wait staff it felt like some form of management was behind them judging or over managing around them. Felt so odd and hostile personally.

Thank you to Kat for excellent service tonight for our anniversary dinner. Tuna and avacado app was great, perfectly ripe avacado! And the teriyaki steak was cooked perfectly. As usual, the Keg did not dissapoint.

Lobster roll was terrible, they shouldnt even be sellling this

I won t be back to this location ever again. I was brought the sloppiest most disgusting side salad (it looked like it has been the leftover from another table that didn t finish theirs) the server didn t come to ask us if we wanted more drinks and when he did come and I asked for more waters, he came and filled our glasses part way, and then walked away. Other tables in our vicinity were given a carafe for the table. Also, we were there for a birthday and were not offered a happy birthday, or any sort of dessert to celebrate. This is why I chose to come to the keg: the reputation of great service. $170 later (for two people) and I regretted coming here. So no - after this experience, I won t be back again. Management has a song and dance about please email or call us and we will discuss your experience and when I emailed them, I didn t receive a single reply. They are NOT interested in making it right and regaining client, which further reinforces the many things obviously wrong with this location. Go somewhere else. Edit: The manager replies to negative complaints asking customers to email, but they ignore the emails...buyer, continue to beware!

Of the Kegs Ive visited this one had the best food. my prime rib (14oz) was great!!

We went there tonight for my boyfriends birthday. The service A1 from Laura. I had the prime rib however it was very salty. We mentioned it to Laura and she was very apologetic. She also took our concerns to Lauren. Lauren and Laura offered to change our order. We said it was okay. Lauren adjusted our bill to reflect the situation. At the end, we were very satisfied with the service and experience. You both did a great job.

We had food brought to the table but without silverware..waiting and the servers keep asking how the food...we cant touch the food without silverware..can we? Great atmosphere..need to pay better attention

i haven t been here for awhile and decided to dine in yesterday at 5:45, our server was tiffany and at first she was nice but then she started growing an attitude with us in the middle of her taking our order. i asked about the difference with the steaks and talked down to me with attitude when i was just curious. i decided not to let it bother me but every time we said thank you she never smiled or said your welcome or no problem . the steak knives were dirty and my boyfriend had lipstick on his glass of water so i asked for a new one, every time we interacted with her we were polite, i d be in the middle of talking to her and she d start to walk away from me. we usually always tip very well at restaurants but decided not to do it today because the service just wasn t it unfortunately, im a server myself and i know to tip well, but i would never talk to customers the way she does. we kept contemplating it because we were thinking she d speak in a better tone, but we didn t see any improvements. the only time tiffany was nice was when we asked for the bill then she began clearing our plates and when we said thank you, STILL saying thank you even though she never acknowledges it and just walks away, this time she actually says your welcome and of course when we re about to pay the bill im not sure if because she thought since we were a young couple we wouldn t tip her so off the bat she wasn t in a good mood or something else made her moody. the dining room also has many fruit flies which were annoying. honestly wouldn t come here again or recommend anyone to either. i had a different server last time and he was very kind and accommodating, so i thought the rest of the servers would be the same. after she saw we didn t tip she said oh thank you very much, that s so nice in a sarcastic tone. besides that, we both had steaks and ordered them both of them medium mine was perfect, while my boyfriends was cooked to almost a well done. we decided not to bother her again with it since she seemed annoyed with me just bringing up the dirty cup. the sides were also very small portions, there was maybe 10 fries on the plate.

Just had takeout at The Keg for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The food was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Had the honey glazed salmon with garlic mash, husband had the teriyaki sirloin with Cesar salad. Also ordered the Keg burger absolutely amazing. We were both satisfied with all the dishes. Welcoming staff at that location. Definitely 5 stars and will come back again.

Great service, food is delicious

This was our first time at this location and from the moment we entered we had great service. It began with a friendly young man who took us to our seats (wish I could remember his name) Our amazing servers were Elysa and Daniel. They took the time to answer all our questions and do it with a smile. The service was great and the food was delicious, a great evening! Would definitely recommend the Keg and this location in particular!

Prime rib is always consistent and tasty. Happy with the quality, pricing and service.

OLD post: The Keg is always on point, but today, this location was a definite lunch bag let down for both food and service for our family. Placed two orders. When the order for two burgers came (an hour later), both burgers were burnt. Asked for the manager, when I showed him the burger patties; questioned him how could it have been okay to send out to the guest? He looked at me like there was nothing wrong with the burgers. He did offer to remake the burgers, but at that point in time, we had waited close to an hour for burgers, how much longer would we have waited for the other entrees? Note: do not accept seating in the corner of a restaurant where you can easily be forgotten despite a big party.

The hostess was nice and polite when we arrived. Sure smelled wonderful when we arrive to our seats but we sat long enough to read the whole menu and specials. No one came by to greet us or even get a drink order Service

Tiffany is an amazing waitress. She goes out of her way, gives excellent recommendations and will always ensure your meal and time was pleasant. I can t believe that I m giving the Keg a sad rating right now. I love coming to the Keg and we came here last night for my girlfriend s 40th birthday dinner. Our reservation was for 5:30PM and by 8PM they still never got our orders right. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our service, which was the first time we had ever encountered this after years of going to the Keg. We ordered our appetizers and drinks at 6PM. It took over 30minutes for that to come. We ordered our steaks and our main course meals at 6:45PM and by 8PM still never came, then the server asked us our orders again to confirm our orders, which was ridiculous after over an hour of waiting for our main course to arrive! I had to leave as I had to go home to my child, so I didn t have a chance to eat my dinner and went home hungry. I had to cancel my order because I couldn t wait for them to make it and pack it for me to go. A really disappointing experience never had this happen before at the Keg. Not sure what went wrong, but definitely should have been better prepared for a party of 25 for a 40th birthday dinner. Last year we did the same thing but at a different Keg location and everything was just fine. Was very disappointed to come home starving! Only 10 of the 25 guests got their meals. Not acceptable to be at a restaurant from 5:30pm to 8:30pm and still not be served your main course. Half the dinner party left. I m sorry but I will not be coming back to this location again. Terrible service.

Great place as every Keg! They got it to a T when it comes to steaks!!! Server was awesome as well!! Wanted cinnamon for my cappuccino and he came with the large supermarket container from the Kitchen to put in my coffee!!...great person super place!!!

Went to my friends birthday party, as we do every year, and my birthday was supposed to be the fallowing week. Which I have cancelled at another location closer to me , because of this service that was provided. We had a large party and they knew a week in advance . Not only did it take 2 and 1/2 hours to get food , bit the birthday girl was last to get served. I m not even sharing all the details as I feel sorry for our server as she didn t even know what to do or say, and even though the said sorry they still tried to make some money on the apps, and some drinks we got before waiting for the food. They didn t even offer me a voucher. I don t think I ll be going back for a good while if ever. Very displeased!!!

Food was fantastic! It was my wifes birthday. Shes gluten sensitive. The team found a gluten-free alternative to her free dessert. Wonderful staff, washrooms were clean, and my Keg Burger was outstanding.

Good food , great service, the Keg is getting better

The Keg hardly ever disapoints but this was memorable. Had the tuna tartare, calamari , prime rib and filet mignon. Prime rib and appies were excellent! Filet mignon 4 out 5. Overall 4.6 dining experience but 5 out of 5 service!

Food was amazing - had a little special request that was met of course! Lovely evening. Gruyere Mushroom dip was amazing. However, should be served with a crisp nacho instead of the bread.

The food was wonderful. However the service could have been better. The waitress rarely came to check on us. We waited a long time to get our bill as well. My specialty coffee, the billy miner, came ice cold. I then had to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed. However, because the waitress didnt check on our table we had to wave someone else down. That was a little annoying.

At The Keg (46 Peel Centre Drive in Brampton) on Saturday April 13th for dinner with family to celebrate grandsons 7th birthday! An excellent evening not only because of the food and atmosphere, but our server Daniel was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable of the entire menu. This review would not be complete without mentioning Jennifer Wahab, the General Manager of the restaurant, who goes out of the way to recognize and greet customers and make sure they are comfortable. We will be back soon again!

I love this location. I so love a good steak. My gosh! The New York Steak . The potatoes . Please, Ill be back next week. Worth every penny.

3.5 hours to eat a meal that was mediocre at best. 3 Kids were horribly bored. Husbands steak was covered in peppercorn (which was not what he ordered), they scraped off the peppercorns and added the steak back onto the same plate. All sides were still covered in peppercorns. My steak was the same size as my child s steak but twice the price.. Waiter blamed the other server for the mistake, got a generic response from the manager.. super poor experience for an establishment we expected so much from..

We had the pleasure of being served my Mickyllah tonight. This was the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. She was attentive, playful, so receptive and personable. Mickyllah was always around, we were never looking for her, and she ensured that our food was perfect. Recently my family and I had dinner at this location. I truly appreciated the atmosphere, the cuisine, and the interaction with our server, Renelll. Billy Miner Pie and mini creme brullee. We only came for dessert, as wed eaten elsewhere and needed something sweet, hence BMP, the Kegs sleeper dessert. Location itself is pretty nice inside, we were seated in the lounge area, and would prpb head back to this spot for dinner. If you havent tried (BMP), worth a try, enjoy

The Keg Restaurant is a hidden treasure tucked away in the Bramalea plaza. My girlfriends and I had a blast enjoying drinks and their delicious crème brûlée dessert. Darci, our waiter, made us feel so welcome and added to the fun atmosphere. Dont miss out on this gem - once you find it, you wont regret it!

I have been coming to this location since it first opened. My family and I are here a minimum of 10 times a year. I come here for every occasion - all of our birthdays, Valentine s Day, Mother s Day, Father s Day, Anniversaries, New Years Eve and outings with my fellow colleagues. After COVID, it was evident the service we were receiving had gone downhill. Every time for the last 2 years that we have gone to this location, something has gone wrong. Our waiter forgets to check up on us, forgets to bring our drinks, forgets to bring our appetizers, forgets to bring the correct meal. It is always an issue time and time again. For example, my husband and I came here for New Year s Eve, asked for the mac and cheese appetizer, but it never came out. After we finished our meals, it still never came out and then they asked us if we still wanted it. Obviously, we did not, as we had already finished our meals and it was supposed to be our appetizer. My husband also asked for a medium well steak and it came out blue. He does not eat his steak blue, so we had no choice but to send it back. Saturday night, my mom and I came to The Keg for our birthday like we do every year and we were seated at the bar. Our waitress so happened to also be the bartender. Now what logic does that make on a Saturday night? Your bartender is pumping out drink after drink after drink all night long. How are they expected to provide top tier service while their whole night is preoccupied by making drinks. No fault of their own, but due to them being so busy, we only got 1 table bread and she said she would bring another out in 3 minutes, as it was just finishing up baking. 15 minutes goes by, still no bread. 20 minutes, our appetizer comes out, missing the extra salsa we requested with our nachos. We had to ask someone else to assist us to get our second table bread. At this point, our orders have not been taken and we had already been there for over half an hour. We finally had our orders taken and when it came out, 90% of the food came out cold and the steaks were overcooked. When a manager by the name of Jen approaches our table, she was very passive aggressive and placed blame onto us. She said she spoke to other members of her team and said that we have been an issue in the past. Extremely shocking and uncalled for. How can you sit there and place blame your customers for something they have zero control over? We don t take the orders, we don t put in the orders, we don t make the food, and we don t bring out the meals. She clearly insinuated that we create a problem every time we go there and even threw one of her colleagues under the bus. One of our favourite waiters we have had many times previously in the past, Auto, was supposedly one of the people she said she was speaking to and told her that we are a problem. It is great to know that the team at this Keg location huddle together in the back and talk negatively about their customers. Very disrespectful. My family and I have no problem paying the full bill and tipping our waiters/waitresses whenever we go here. All we ask in return is that we are to be provided with half decent customer service and that all of our orders are brought out correctly and hot. Not to mention, I also found a black hair in my meal, but I m sure according to Jen, that would be my fault as well. Management here needs to learn some hospitality and hold their staff accountable for their mistakes, as opposed to blaming their customers. We as the customer cannot control if your staff forgets about us and gets our meals wrong. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years! We continuously came back here, despite everything, because we have met some really great people over the years, but after this weekends service, we will never be a returning customer again. It s very unfortunate, because we really looked forward to seeing some familiar faces and we have always loved this Keg location. I do not recommend anyone to ever come to this location, the staff do not care about their customers.

Went there to celebrate a Friends birthday . Food absolutely terrific. Parking: Parking is in the mall, close parking when extremely busy sometimes is tough. Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly, but not cheap.

Love this location. Have been here at least 15 times. All of my family and friends like it here. Will keep coming back. Last time came in for our anniversary and did not disappoint.

The worst Keg location. And definitely the worst experience I ve had at the Keg. Not only did our food take forever to arrive (over an hour wait), one of the servers almost dropped a hot plate on my dads hand, dropping fries and ketchup on his steak and plate. Our server was not attentive, and always made excuses whenever he forgot something.

A place you can relax, do a business meet up, make out with friend, date or just have a peace of mind as you enjoy the services.

Wow! I went to this location today for a family dinner. It was my papa and brothers birthday. The entire experience was top notch for many reasons. The young ladies that greeted us at the door went above and beyond in the first few minutes of our arrival. They had our table ready, but the booth wasnt quite big enough for our family (no kids and we were all big adults). As a result, they problem solved to accommodate us even though it was an extremely booked evening. They acted quickly and put two tables together so we could sit comfortably. This was huge. Our family didnt complain, it was our miss for not requesting a table rather than a booth when we made the booking, but the keg team picked up on it and helped ensure we were comfortable. So already we are off to a great start. Then we met the gentlemen who would handle our table and he was FANTASTIC. I didnt write down his name, but I know he likes streetfighter and he talked to my papa about WWE. He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions, and helped us navigate the menu. He also picked up on some subtle things with my family throughout the meal and made accommodations (example, my brother can be shy so he would take his order from my mom.) Just an awesome guy. All the food was so great as well, I love that the keg keeps its quality, the same baseball steak I first had as a kid was still the same delicious baseball steak I had today. Overall, thank you so much for making our evening so pleasant and helping us celebrate two big birthday occasions in such a sweet way. The food was made amazing by the chefs, we were checked in on just the right amount, and we are already excited to return. We just had dinner at the keg by the brambles city centre. Our waiter was exceptional. His name was Mark and he was amazing. He was attentive and personable. Very pleasurable dinner out!!!

I had the rib steak with the blue cheese crust and garlic mashed potatoes The Best I have had at the Keg hands down Food

Our waiter was Jude he was amazing, his voice was captivating i swear he sounded like Barry white lol my fiancé was joking with him we had a blast our food was cooked to perfection

February 10th, 2024, my husband and I went to this Keg in Bramalea City Centre. We had made a reservation but were seated by the kitchen. Im surprised at how many reviews indicate poor service. Ours was excellent. Kat was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Foodwise, the bread was stale. I decided to try two different foods. Instead of the onion soup, I had the lobster bisque. I didnt say anything, but it had a skin on it and around the bowl, as if it was sitting out for a while. Wasnt hot but tasted okay. I had prime rib and decided to try the scallop/shrimp oscar which was a cream sauce. It tasted awful and they piled it on top of the prime rib. I scraped it off but it ruined the flavour of the meat. Kat had indicated that it would be on the meat. When I told her I didnt like it, she indicated that I wasnt the only one (so why is it still on the menu???). The manager (very nice) said I wouldnt be charged for my order ($52 off). Id rather enjoy it and pay instead of not paying for it because it didnt taste good. Because it was our anniversary, we got a complimentary Billy Miner pie, yummy!! We like the low lighting as it creates ambiance. Our table was nicely lit. Service was excellent. The waiters were high energy and crazy busy. We will return but dont understand why items that are not popular are still on the menu. They are losing money with this! In future when we return, we will ask for a table away from the kitchen. We heard the word corner being shouted out throughout our meal. I will go back to my usual of prime rib, onion soup and no creamed seafood. If it aint broke, dont fix it. Thank you, Kat, for your excellent service and for referring my issue to the manager. Parking: This location, at Bramalea City Centre, has use of the mall parking. No problem parking.

Avoid this keg like the plague They literally get my order wrong every time When you call them to fix their mistake they don t make it right after leaving you on hold for ten mins. I love the keg but not this location Food : 1/5

If I could give this location 10 stars and take away any low stars from them I would. 1. Our server Mickyllah, amazing service, friendly, prompt and honest about wait times- she was amazing and her service alone will 100% make me come back. 2 the manager, I m so sorry I forgot her name but she s blond- again- unmatched customer service- her main concern for our night was if we were happy with our EXPERIENCE- 3. The food- 10/10. Going to restaurants in Brampton has created a very low bar but THIS location has made me have standards again. Thank you for your amazing service and I promise we will 100% be back many times

We went on Christmas Eve for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the Oscar steak with the mushroom rice and it was very good. Also had the red sangria which was delicious and the mini brule for dessert. My partner had the teriyaki steak which he had no complaints about. He thought his drink was a little on the small side for the price. We both thought its a little bit more pricey than it should be for the portions that you get. Justyce was our server and really great.

My fiancé and I came here to have a nice New Year Eve dinner as we gotten there early we had reservations for 6:30 we got there 15 minutes early as my fiancé and I were sitting and waiting to be called for our table no waiter or waitress approached us asking have we been taken care of or have they found a table for us I understand it was a busy night for New Year Eve but you have three people at the front hosting and greeting guests as they come in two of the ladies were looking at my fiancé for over 10 minutes could not even approach us asking if we have been called for our table I asked my fiancé to go up to them and ask them what was going on and one of the ladies was being so clueless acting like she couldn t understand what he was saying and then the other lady was asking when will the person arrive which was my fiancé and I who booked the reservations. As we gotten called for our table the lady who was seating us and handing our menus just randomly gave me the most nasty dirty look ever which turned my whole mood upside down the atmosphere here was so off putting me and my fiancé will never go to this location again I hope these waiters and waitress learn and grow from their mistakes I work in retail myself I get how they feel when things are not going too well but know that treat other you want to be treated I hope they learn from mistakes and grown on it!

Another wonderful dinner at the KEG. New manager is on point. Had New Years eve dinner everything was prompt and delicious. Will be back! Food : 4/5

We were provided with exceptional service from Tej in the bar lounge section. From making recommendations and going over the menu, accommodating dietary restrictions, we were very pleased. His customer service was phenomenal.

I was pleasantly surprised at this location: good food, great service. Came for a casual Friday dinner, made reservations beforehand and was quickly seated. Mark was an attentive server on seemingly busy night. Steaks were cooked properly (blue was more true to blue than other steakhouses); the special of the night was Kansas City steak, which my partner very much enjoyed. Food was delicious and well-seasoned. Until we found an EYELASH in our creme brulee. The manager came to our table, apologized, and we were adequately compensated.

Service was very slow tonight. Server often forgot about our table. Food came out very slow and was mediocre. Maybe it was just an off night but very doubtful on returning to this location!

Good time at The Keg! The service was positive, and the food was delicious. My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to the vegetables ensuring they match the same high quality as the rest of the meal would make the dining experience even better. Overall, a great place with room for a slight improvement.

Amazing place, Im glad it was the last restaurant Ill visit before I move out to Hamilton. The food is pretty good despite being a large chain restaurant, I had the Peppercorn New York Strip Steak with double baked potatoes and it was well made. The Atmosphere fulfilled its role to make the food appetizing and its environment feel welcoming. Now the service was the best I had in forever. Shanda, my server, was friendly, helpful and steadfast, she prioritize service above all and even though she had to tend to other people needs she still maintained the gold standard of proper service with my table. P.S I didnt know first timers get a free dessert, You will most likely get the Billy Miner Pie, its amazing.

Prime rib had too much peppercorns and too much salt real disappointing. first time with not such a great food experience at a keg restaurant . Will be going to other locations next time .

Writing this as we leave on our anniversary. Made a reservation for 7:30, arrived 10 minutes early and told to sit anywhere on the patio. Not busy, 2 couples walk in before us and sit in the patio too. Only 1 booth left, full of the prior diner s dishes and food. Waiter saw, dismissed us and we had to go in and ask for someone to clean the table. 15 minutes to clean the table as we awkwardly stand there. Finally seated, no drink menu, water or service. Waitress finally comes over flustered and explains she was tending to other tables. Asks what we re celebrating (our wedding anni) and her face drops because she felt bad for the experience. While I understand being understaffed or busy, the manager actually came to clean the table and had NO regard for us. Same when we left, they couldn t care less. Worst service so disappointed in this location. Definitely not a benchmark for the service the keg is known for.

Service and food were great. Drinks were OK. They took a bit long to bring them out from the bar, and Montecristo was not great either.

Food came in generous portion and tasted good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They have good patio with spacious space and nice view. They didn t have Margarita on menu but they made one for us which was very nice.

Ordered dessert takeout waited 25 mins and when I arrived, staff completely ignored me and refused to get my order

My friend took me to the Keg at Bramalea City Centre for a pre-birthday dinner and Food, drinks, dessert were all top notch.

I recently dined at The Keg Steakhouse, and it was a truly outstanding experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a special evening out.

Our 3rd time here, and today is my son s birthday day. Thank you so much Jude, best host . We really appreciate you.. Great food and great host.

Long wait for meal but but outstanding service from Filipe-just a pleasure to banter with! . The chef was BEYOND! Hope you pay him well. Never have I had a Keg meal at 5-star quality and I have been all over Europe. I had the salmon pistachio with Oscar shrimp/scallop and hollandaise topping and Brussel sprouts. Insanely good! Hubby had prime rib - perfectly marbled and medium rare exactly as ordered, with delicious red wine reduction jus. Kudos to all at this location!!! Really, guys . Top quality plates of food!

Always an amazing time at the Keg. One of the Managers, Mackenzie, is always super friendly and helpful, as are all of the staff. Mark, a bar back, makes the BEST old fashioned s known to man, and is extremely knowledgeable about wines. 11/10 go there frequently!

We family of four went this location for dinner. Food was good, but services was not existed. Our waitress was busy serving another table who were celebrating a 60th birthday. My daughter did not have water for half of the meal, we have to ask for help to pay by gift card and kept waiting. When we pay our bills, I was trying to explain to her why we didnt pay tips. The waitress told me that I do not need to pay tips. My dinner is more $200, I would prefer pay another 20% tips to enjoy it. Your bad service ruined our family night!!! Never go back again!!

Service was great and beverages were incredible. The meal was so impeccable I just dived in and forgot to take a photo first so the photo in my review was the finishings of my Prime Rib and Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Bread to start. SO GOOD! Parking: Easy to park and many options, easy to walk in.

Just something about the keg, right? 6 iz sirloin, cooked to perfection with a blue cheese crust. Pilot noir to accompany and the staff was incredible as always.

Went to the Keg on December 2nd with my family for my birthday and the service was spectacular. Our server was Abby and she was so polite and sweet. Abbys service was beyond excellent! Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal because the food had just the perfect seasoning/flavour. Thank you Abby for making my night special!

The Keg is my go to restaurants for amazing dining experience ,food and ambience. I was sad that the baked brie was removed from the menu when I went on my birthday recently.. but my birthday cake made up for it..Thank you Keg for always offering an amazing experience. Maya,my server offered top notched service.She was a natural at what she does,such a delight to deal with.Shes definitely a value ad for the Bramlea location..

My husband and I go to the Keg every year for our Anniversary (and the featured Kansas City steak). The food, as usual, was awesome! The appetizers and the main course were outstanding and exceptional. The service was great, although our server was a little inexperienced, but probably fairly new, he didnt ask if we were celebrating anything. The atmosphere was generally great, however it was a bit cold and drafty, and we were not the only people that noticed it. One more thing... At the end we opted to take oursharable desert home for later (as we were stuffed) but we were disappointed that our cheesecake was tiny and not enough for one person, let alone two. That was a major disappointment. They used to give much larger and tastier portions, but I guess they have to downsize on costs as well. Maybe it would have been larger had we eaten it in restaurant. But regardless, were love the Keg and will continue going there for our Anniversary.

Felipe is a phenomenal server. He made sure everyone s order was correct. The food came out in a timely manner and the presentation is picture perfect. Will recommend to anyone having a large gathering, birthday or a night out. Cheers!

Felipe provided the most exceptional service, the restaurant was sold out of some items but, that didn t stop Felipe from making sure that we got taken care of. 5 stars Felipe made me fall in love with the KEG again. Deff will come back.

The food was really good, but the best part was the service from Madeline and Jude. They were amazing!!

For the life of me I can not remember the name of our server but he made our whole meal/experience a one to remember. We were a group of 5 guys celebrating 2 birthdays. The server kept getting down on one knee to explain the specials and engage with us (which was kind of funny). We all got the same thing 18oz bone in Kansas steak (recommended by the server) and it was phenomenal. I work as a waiter as well and I understand during the holidays times get busy and service can take a hit, but when you get employees who not only love their job but make others love their experience, you take care of those employees and show recognition. I know management reads these reviews, please recognize this employee accordingly. We dined on 12/17/2023 6:00pm reservation. Edit: The servers name was Darcy.
