Was there for my birthday dinner. Sad to say that I had my first bad steak there. Ordered medium well and came out mostly well done. Extremely chewy and dry. I didnt want to complain to the waitress as I didnt want her to feel bad. In hindsight, I should have just told her. Spent close to $200 and not satisfied.

Out for my daughters 21st birthday. Dinner was ok, my wife had the vegetarian shepherds pie. Very small portion, not worth the price. The steaks were good. Service was very slow.

Went for our Anniversary and the meal took so long and when it did come it was messed-up and SMALL PORTIONS. We were there before others and they had their meals before us. Overall disgusting meal. Normally my husband love the Keg but ha was very disappointed.

All around a good dinner, nice atmosphere, and our waitress was excellent. I appreciate that she asked about dietary restrictions and if we were there for a special occasion. We were - my moms birthday. Got a nice dessert added in at no extra cost.

We were a group of 9, and everything was awesome. Our server was great, with the perfect amount of attentiveness and super friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

Ive been to several of the Keg Franchises over the past 30+ years. They are usually pretty consistent in delivering Quality appetizers Steak dinners,drinks, and deserts with exceptional service. A recent birthday celebration at this location did not disappoint...even better than I expected! We will definitely be back

TAHLIA was a fantastic waitress. Her colleague, Camille was equally AMAZING! LOVED the atmosphere, service and food (Peppercorn NY Steak, Beef Nachos, Keg Fries, veggies, and Billy Miner pie)!!! It was a full house - the service and food were impeccable! KUDOS to the Manager, Hostesses and other staff! Always celebrate my anniversary at this location! Ive been to the locations on York Street in Toronto, Sherway Gardens and in Whitby BUT the Brampton location is by far THE BEST! BEST Restaurants in Brampton!!!

Came here this evening September 15th for my wife and I s 10th wedding anniversary. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The hostess was not welcoming and the person who showed us to our table made it feel like it was an effort to just seat us. Now our server she was not all there, and barely came to check on our table. I understand there was a large table beside us but that does not excuse the lack of attention. Aside from that table the restaurant wasn t even busy. Very disappointed in this location (Gillingham) as it s usually much better. Horrible way to celebrate our anniversary.

The problem with the atmosphere was another table with a child constantly crying and screaming, and then the woman putting her phone on speakerphone while she did a credit card check up some type. It was a little overwhelming. Baked potato is never hot enough. I didnt enjoy it anymore. It used to be special and have salt on the outside, nothing like that now. The price is way way too high

The one thing you can count on at a Keg is great food. My prime rib was to die for and the garlic mashed potatoes always round it out perfectly. We were there for a family outing and it was a great atmosphere to party in. Our server was great and they were very accommodating with our grand child.

The prime rib was fabulous, but the french fries were average and did not meet my expectations!

My daughter s Blackened chicken was chewy throughout and was unable to eat. Sent back. Fat on my steak wasn t rendered all the way, and the mushroom rice was too greasy. No flavour. Pretty disappointing.

Yesterday, we celebrated our 43rd anniversary with our family at The Keg, Argentina Rd, Mississauga. What a pleasant evening it was! We started in the bar and continued in the dining room. We reminisced over drinks, wine, delicious appetizers and their amazingly tender, juicy steaks. Mouthwatering! And I don t know how, but we even fitted in desert! All the while we were cared for by attentive, friendly, professional staff. We had a most enjoyable evening. Thank you, Keg!

Was taken here for my birthday, unfortunately. Our server Veronica, did not check on us once throughout the dinner. We were done our food and waiting for someone to come by for 20 minutes. I finally found someone after having to get up and look around but she was really sweet and helped us out (didn t get her name) - been to the keg many times but this time the food was horrible we instantly felt sick after consuming. Do not recommend this location.

The service is always 110%! Food is great too. Steak is always how you request. Only issue was an ordered asparagus and it looked like they just threw a bunch on the plate, no cutting off the chewy ends, no seasoning. Was disappointed in that because their veggies are always good. But overall good experience, will definitely go back again .

They re back! I haven t gone to the keg in years since a few consistently dry, tough, flavourless steaks (medium rare)and lukewarm food. Sunday I went for the first time in probably 5 years and ordered the sirloin, Chicago, medium rare. IT WAS COOKED PERFECTLY. A lovely char, and perfectly pink and juicy throughout. My garlic potatoes were so hot at serving time they were still quite warm by the time I was finishing my plate. The food, was amazing. The service was slow, and our waters were empty most of the night. We were a big group, so I ll give it a pass this time. Overall, a fantastic night with fantastic food.

Always great food and service when you come to The Keg!

Ive been going here since 2008, and Ive always enjoyed the dining experience. I find the staff to be professional and courteous, and the food to be well above average. My favourites are the 12oz baseball sirloin steak, and garlic mashed potatoes. I do wish they offered higher quality red wine by the glass, and I also find the decor to be a little on the darker side. The interior design may have worked 20-30 years ago but, in my opinion, its time for an upgrade. I would still recommend the dining experience because of the food quality, and excellent service.

My boyfriend and I have been to this location multiple times and every time the food has been amazing! Particularly, on our one year anniversary, our waitress Naomi was very kind and provided spectacular service.

I recently went for a dinner and it was horrible. Steaks all cooked wrong, slow terrible service and it was a birthday dinner. It s sad to know we pay so much for quality and customer service but unfortunately not even the drinks came until about 1hr into sitting, apps 2hrs, dinner never came and when it did it was not up to par. I have been to Keg Heartland many times it s a completely different experience there try it!

Peggy & Susie were great handling our large group of 45 and made sure everyone was satisfied and assisted with any concerns & questions when needed.

Billy Miner Cake $45 bucks. Go buy it.

Narissa was our server tonight and made our evening quite lovely. She was excellent with our service, but also friendly and kind in demeanor. The food was insanely good and I recommend the green tea mule mocktail for all my alcohol free people!

Food was very good. We ordered a Rib eye steak and lobster tail. The service by Jerry was exceptional! Je went above and beyond to serve us. We will be returning mainly because of the great service.

We went for a late lunch/ early dinner. I havent been here in about 20 years and I think the decorations is the same. Time to update.

So disappointed. The prime rib was extremely undercooked my mother was afraid to swallow it as it was very chewy and was afraid she would choke. My steak was done perfectly but everything else lacked flavor. I havent been to the Keg in about five years so Im not sure if its everywhere but this is not the Keg I remember. Especially at the high prices! Hopefully this was just a one off.

Dirty booths, prime rib was tasteless. Server was doing her bear minimum. Did not ask us if we wanted a second drink or how our food tasted. Definitely not a Keg experience anymore.

Thank you to Roxanna for making the night a good one. Was there to celebrate mother/daughter night and my salmon that I order was burn with the pistachios but Roxanne was nice and got the manager to come over and resolved the issue. Great customer service.

Went to the keg for dinner with my wife. Really enjoyed the environment fr9m the doubles booth. I ordered the keg burger with the Caesar salad, it was excellent. The keg is doing a great job with the food and staff training, I would recommend.

Always great service, plentiful and delicious food. Always consistent! Great Keg location! Highly recommend the wings, shrimp, filet, rib eye, scallops. Salad and bread are big servings and delicious. You can never go wrong with the Keg! Billy miner or cheesecake is to die for....and Im not a dessert person. But I always order one here.

Limited courses, but service is Amazing

Our server was excellent and the food was great. The bartending was awful. We waited 10-15 minutes for our wine and cocktails with dinner. When we ordered special coffees it was at minimum 20 minutes. Used the ladies washroom. While sitting on it, it flushed and there was no toilet paper. My husband used the men s restroom and said it could have used a tidy. He tried to get warm/hot water but was unable to find it. Overall it was good and we will back. Bartending definitely needs more staff and washrooms some attention.

Workers are too slow I waited more than an hour for my dinner and i left without eating dinner because they took way too long. 50 minutes plus wait is too long for the dinner and it s not even busy.

This was a lovely visit from start to finish. The hostess recommended a cozy spot by the fire place to sit with some options to choose from. Our waitress was funny and attentive to our needs all night. My food was good which isnt a surprise, its probably difficult to have a bad meal from a Keg. The food is always consistent and delicious. So it is generally the staff that make the visit better or worse and the staff here are so kind and just managed to make everything that much better. I made my reservations online and the whole process was easy to navigate and book. There was no issue finding parking in the area, even on a Saturday night when we attended and further we were nice and close to the building.

Made a reservation in January for Valentines Day Feb 14. Shown table in the bar area but I requested a table in the dining room. Was told none available. Was taken to a table in a back room. I requested the dining room again but was given the same answer. Spoiled the entire evening. Again, I made the reservation in JANUARY so please don t tell me that everyone in the dining room had made a reservation before me. Probably were saving larger tables for larger groups. I am pretty disgusted with this treatment and won t return. Have been there before a number of times. Spent over $225 each time. Not returning

Had to wait over an hour for our food to come , and it was not that busy either also did not get a free cake for friends birthday even though it had been mentioned to the waiter in the beginning. When we asked , we got the cake after 15 minutes and were charged for it. Very disappointing experience.

Made a reservation at this location on line two weeks ago - tried calling me to tell me they are closing early on Christmas Eve and my reservation was cancelled - shady!! Hours online still show opened during my reservation time booked

highly disappointing experience. Despite informing the staff about my severe broccoli allergy, my request was not taken seriously. I specifically asked for no broccoli due to the risk of becoming seriously ill, yet my meal was initially served with broccoli. When I brought this to the waiter s attention and requested a new plate, they returned with what seemed to be a hastily cleaned plate broccoli removed but with traces that could have contaminated my food. I fell sick over the weekend.

We were there on Christmas Eve and the staff were awesome. The reservation was ready to go when we arrived. The two servers that handle our table, there were 14 of us, were outstanding. We were never left without anything just when we needed it. The food was to Keg quality which means excellent. Great experience

General Manager went home at 10 pm on New Year s Eve. The place was under staffed. Instead of helping his staff, bus tables, etc. he chose just to watch. Our server was awesome but they had one person on the bar making drinks for the entire packed restaurant. Made no sense on a high volume evenings such as New Year s Eve.

I had a conversation with the general manager, and he has absolutely no and I do mean zero personality. The place was way under staffed and he just stood around and watched. Did not roll up his sleeves at all and actually left at 10 pm sharp on New Years Eve. This guy needs to be retrained or moved to a lower position. Our server was awesome but stressed to the max because I have noticed the staff on shift has been cut by at least 20%. Keg your philosophy of charge more with slower service is backwards. Fix it or watch your numbers slide.

The steak wasnt of the quality I would expect. The service was fantastic though.

A big Thank You to Roxanne and Peggy for the excellent service on Wednesday evening. Our company holiday dinner of 15 people were served seamlessly. All dinners were served at the same time and piping hot. Highly recommend!

Brutal service. I should have learned the first time. I decided to give it another try on New Years Eve with the family and friends, and got burned again. The service is brutal! Long wait times for your food, and most likely, your steak will be cooked incorrectly. Overpriced for the level of quality. Go to the one in Vaughn or Bramalea City Center instead. This location is disappointing.

We got there an hour before closing and we were still able to order a table full of food. Server Dejan was kind and on point. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

I have been in the service industry my entire adult life and I am very forgiving but this experience was awful . Our family was celebrating my wife and daughter s birthday and we were not wished a happy birthday they checked on the food 20 min after it was dropped and it goes on and on I m just not giving it any more time ..I m taking my family out again to redo the experience at another restaurant and hope it makes up for this terrible birthday experience. These people don t care that you re spending money at this location ,from the food to the service right down to the manager.

I had a great experience dining in here with my friends. We had steak and lobsters, calamari, onion rings, crab cakes, blackened chicken, wine and cocktails. The highlight would always be Billy Miners pie. First to have it and will definitely go back to The Keg for this one. Medium rare Steak tastes great and melts in your mouth. I also love the mac and cheese. Order the calamari and you wont get disappointed. The crab cake was a little bit on the dry side. The onion rings was so big that you can make a handcuff out of it. The cocktails had more ice than the actual liquids. Lol. The service was superb. Our server that i forgot to get his name but I dubbed him Mr. Chris Pratt. He was very accomodating and had a lot of stories about The Keg menu. He always checks up on us and asks how the food was etc. Vegetarian options: They have gluten free and vegetarian options like the sheperds pie

I typically enjoy going to this restaurant but my most recent experience was terrible. First, the glass that I received my drink in had lipstick stains on it. After waiting for over 10 mins for our server to return, I informed her about it and it was switched for another glass. After that incident, the server brought out the complimentary bread which had an unexpected guest on the plate. A live bug crawling all over the plate. Again after waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for our server to come back around, we pointed out the bug on the plate. A manager came up to us afterwards offering an apology. And that was it. Nothing to try the remedy the issue. Not that I was looking for a free meal or anything but after two incidents in the same sitting, I would expect a bit of customer service. But nothing was compted. Nothing was offered. I would expect better service from a popular steakhouse people spend their hard earned money for this type of service? Avoid if you can

Food was wonderful I was really happy how tender and juicy the chicken breast was.

I LOVE peppercorn strip loin steak! Forgot to take a picture after I poured the whiskey sauce (to die for). Not everyone loves this, but I DO !!! This is the only restaurant, except for chop, that gets what I mean when I say medium well done plus! Perfect dinner with family!

This was the best restaurant experience I have ever had. Our waitress, Barb, was amazing. When our appetizer took a little longer than normal, the cost was covered by the restaurant. We ordered a beer and it must ve slipped Barb s mind, but when I mentioned it, it was on the table within the next minute, and also on the house. This was such a positive experience, great food, great atmosphere, great service, 100% would go back to this location!

Did take out for the first time. Food was ready before the time they said it would be so not as hot as it wouldve been but still a decent temperature. Parking: Somewhat easy to find parking. The location is in a large plaza.

The service was great. They took extra care as several family members have celiac disease and my parents both need walkers. It was loud as it was very busy. The food was good but could have been warmer. At $52 for a steak maybe could be a little better.

We often go to this Keg location, never been disappointed but this time our server went above and beyond our expectations, Kamil was very courteous and gave us very good service we really had a wonderful experience because of him. Hope the management takes good care of him to keep him there.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner with my wife and daughter. The meal was excellent from beginning to end. Service was top notch and well worth going back for. My faith in The Keg has been restored and would recommend going there for a special occasion if you are looking for memorable evening.

This isnt the first time for me at the Keg. Ive been to the one in Vaughan and Richmond Hill and the Keg mansion downtown but tis location in Brampton was my worst experience so far. I was there with my son to celebrate his 15th bday. Our server Peggy had two or three large groups that she was handling and then there was us. She didnt have time or patience. First she brought the bread with the apps saying that the kitchen was behind but the table of 10 that came after us got theirs right away. Then before my son had finished his food she took the plate away. He literally had his fork in his baked potato. We werent asked for water nor is everything okay or can I get you anything else. I will never go back there again. I dont care if youre serving a table of 10 or a table of 2, I expect the same service for the price I paid.

We have always enjoyed the keg for dinning experience. Two weeks ago we had what I consider the worst meal ever at your establishment. My steak was underdone. My wifes chicken was practically raw and the vegetables were cold and garlic mash was terrible. Hopefully the next time will be better!!!

I ordered takeout for 7:50. I arrived and paid at around 8 pm. I waited 40 minutes and had to inquire about my order before finding out it was ready. The hosts at the front of house did not interact with me at all while sitting in the lobby but my food was cold which meant it was ready for quite sometime. Yeah maybe I shouldnt have waited so long before saying anything but you would expect some further interaction would be warranted if you notice a customer is just sitting in the waiting area.The food was still enjoyable post reheat but after this experience, its unlikely I will order from this location again.

Dined with friends at this location last Friday. We had a reservation and we were seated at a timely manner. QR code screening was fast and there was a wall glass separating the tables in the dining room which really made us safe amidst this pandemic. Our server, Sumeet, was amazing. She was very friendly and was sincerely eager to help and answer our questions. She was patient and checked on us every now and then and asked if we needed something. The food, as always, was superb! As expected of The Keg quality, my ribsteak was cooked to medium rare perfection! Tender, juicy and tasty! And the desserts were great! Sumeet actually made me choose what dessert I wanted, but I still chose the usual birthday dessert which was the Billy Milner Pie. It was sooo good! My friends and I all shared our desserts. I will definitely be back at this location! My friends and I had a really great time. The Keg never disappoints!
