Ok nothing special

The sea food ultimate platter experience was really bad. The crabs and lobsters were not freshly boiled and prepared. They were reheated and the meat was cold from inside. The king crab legs were a rip off since there was little to no meat ( skinny legs ). For the price paid, it was not a good experience at all.

Very unwelcoming and accommodating to the customers. We came in with our baby who was sleeping in the stroller, they didn t allow us to sit at booth even though we have sat at the booth many times at other locations. This is the manager s name: Joaquin roldan. He was called when the server was being completely unhelpful for the simple request but proved to be as unhelpful unwelcoming and unaccommodating as the server. At another location at Red Lobsters the servers were kind and allowed the same exact thing while our baby was asleep. There were plenty of empty booths at this location.

dont get the lobster and shrimp pasta... you will have to dig threw the pasta to detail the shrimp.. someone should update the picture online.. because the picture shows them with out the tail.. very little lobster also make sure to call them after placing your order because I got cake and ice cream and they put it on top of the hot food

5/5. 10/10. Actually, 12/10. The shrimp was shrimping (we loveeee shrimpfest!). But what made this experience superb was our server, Mark. He was incredibly hospitable and funny, and provided my friends and I with topical recommendations that really elevated our experience. On top of his extraordinary service, he was generous and kind going over and above his duties to make sure our first experience at Red Lobster was a memorable one. To any management reading this, please give Mark a raise! He deserves every good thing coming his way. We will be coming back for the shrimp and for our friend Mark.

Been here plenty of times, there s delicious food, usually amazing friendly staff, however this time our waiter was not very attentive. It took a while between drinks to have our orders taken, our orders took about 15-20 minutes to arrive, which is not bad, but we came for endless shrimp, our waiter didn t come to check on our table very often, so no drink refills either. The bill also took about 15 minutes to arrive after that, all in all I was here for over two hours

I ordered the lobster and shrimp linguini. The linguini and shrimp was very good, however there was only 3 very small pieces of lobster. Not worth the extra 10.00 dollars. I did,t even get a backed potato. Would not order that dish again.

Great bday dinner

Respectable & caring service. Tonight as had ordered a little of everything, each meal came with its own sides & seafood however after coming home we realized we were missing our salad sides & had called to notify them. We were transferred to the manager which expressed his apologies & proceed to let us know how busy the restaurant was etc (it actually was busy due to graduation dinners etc) He then asked if we would be able to come back for the salad, we said of course. Upon my arrival, the manager had my salad put aside, as well as a complimentary chocolate wave dessert. The dessert wasn t needed as mistakes do happen but I certainly do appreciate the extra step . I don t normally come to this location, but now I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your respectable service & the extra step.

Love dinning at red lobster

I didnt like the service, the server dropped the plate food spilled. When the server was cleaning the table she was spraying the table, possible my son food but definitely got on my arm. The portion size are smaller than before, the food doesnt have that same kick

Went in to restaurant to celebrate my friends birthday on Thursday. Our server was attentive, food came on time and was absolutely delicious. Donna the Manager, greeted us and made us feel welcomed at the restaurant. This was great experience for all us, so happy we chose to celebrate my friends birthday at Red Lobster!!! would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent service and they customized the menu to our liking. Starter Buns arrived cold however and appetizer came after dinner was served out already as they forgot it.

I went for their $25 prawns platter deal with endless prawns & wao loveddd every type of prawns specially the prawns in butter, sooo gooood! I ate 27 prawns in total.

The food is complete garbage. Super salty, typical chain style plates and stingy portions. For the prices they charge the portions are criminal. Red Lobster has lost its touch. Never coming back to this establishment. Closed chapter.

Always a great experience. I love seafood and would occasionally go in with a friend. There was a little delay in the main course but we were happy to enjoy the nice hot biscuits while we had our drinks. Service always good and staff always welcoming and helpful . Food was excellent. Parking: Parking in front of the building and on the side of the building. Approx. 15 Parking stalls or more. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available in front of the building.

To bad it filed for bankruptcy. I had it 2 times in my life and each experience is breathless and honorable.

Waiter David laid his hand on top of mine while I was eating without asking. Big no no, on so many levels. Would he dare do that to a male customer for example. He presumed I wanted assistance and actually it is he that needs to be taught something: waiter/customer boundaries. This wouldnt even have been acceptable pre pandemic! It wrecked our celebration mood. My sons dinner had a hair in it but he didnt want to complain. My other son is a big shrimp lover and felt the shrimp in his fettuccine was off. My meal was great, save for the waiter experience. Minus stars for waiter poor etiquette and the food issues. At the cost, its not worth returning and risk being further disappointed. Too many better places out there.

The food and the service here were exceptional. I ordered a lobster caesar cocktail for my drink and got a seafood pasta for the main. The prices here are a little high, but that is to be expected at a fine food seafood restaurant. The only thing I did not like was how most of the guests seemed to be put at tables that were close together even though there was plenty of open seating in the rest of the restaurant. Not what I would expect when paying about 100$ per person. That being said I will still be back in the future for sure. 8/10

June 4th, 2024 So again I returned to Red Lobster for my moms birthday and again the same problem... TOO SALTY!!! From the Appetizer to the main course the salt was loaded on. The manager was nice and took a few things off that were totally inedible. I wish that Red Lobster would correct this problem. Now my server was hardly there mentally and it wasnt even humid outside or inside. I wish the best to this Restaurant chain really. 1 year or so prior - Too Salty. It seems that Red Lobster loads the salt on too much. And it has been happening for the last few years but I love the Ultimate Platter so I keep returning.

Normally I come here and never have an issue. I went in a Tuesday evening the restaurant wasn t packed. There s no reason why my food is coming out cold like it s been sitting around all day. I had to send my food back twice. The wait was over a hour. So disappointed EVERYTHING WAS COLD

We did a reservation but still wait 50 minutes to be seated. Why? Sad. And the old bar is now a take out area. Even sadder .

It s been a long while since we ve been here and felt like shrimp so we thought we would spend our night away from the kids here. Food: the portions were MUCH smaller than I remember. The sweet chili shrimp is HOT! The garlic shrimp and scallops, well the scallops were literally the size of an m&m and the shrimp in the fettuccini had tails on- which is weird because now I have to stick my fingers into my pasta the street corn shrimp was good but a little to charred that all you could taste was smoke. We ordered mimosas which came completely warm. I had to ask for ice. Who likes warm orange juice. Service: Anytime I needed anything I had to usually flag down another server or hostess because ours wasn t around. Overall for the price I don t think it s really worth it and I likely won t be back.

Had an amazing dining experience at Red Lobster last night. However, the star of the show was definitely our server - Sally made our night with her friendliness, positive attitude and attention to detail! She went above and beyond for our group. If you have the opportunity to be served by Sally in the future, youre in for a treat!

Our whole family came to celebrate my mom s birthday yesterday! We had a phenomenal service from Faby. He went above and beyond for us. He came to our table with so much energy! He interacted with everyone at the table never rushed us for anything. I took a chance on Faby with food there was so much to pick from so I told him why not surprise me.!.!.! Guess what he didn t disappoint us at all. The food was delicious our table was very happy with Faby serving us.

I went to red lobster for the first time on March 9th and it s brought me to write this review. I was served by Mercian and I truly don t think he deserves just a review to tell you how amazing his service was. He was extremely kind to us and made our first experience THE best. He explained the entire menu to us and catered to what we would eat and brought out many different sauces for us to be able to try and see what we liked. He was always around the corner if we had questions or needed any assistance. Mercian, thank you so much for making our first experience the best. Will definitely go back just because of him.

We jad Juliana as our waitress. She was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. She made our dinner very pleasant. The food wasnt as good as it once used to be. We payed $70 for a very mediocre dinner. That was a bit disappointing.

We had a fine time at the restaurant on this week. The food was great and the service was excellent. It was my dads 83rd birthday and he loves Red Lobster. Mark was so good to him! He took care of us and everything was super. Food was quick and tasty. Will absolutely go again.

Had lunch there recently during the lobsterfest promo. Fantastic food and great service! They have always been consistent and we are very happy they weathered the Covid pandemic and survived it.

Today we went with 6 family members around 2.30pm the food was great our server BEN was nice but clearly overworked. He barley listened to us and very quickly turned around and walked away. Although he did spend time with other customers. He accidently spilt one of our drinks, my brother and sister both told him not to worry. However he had to be waved over or I had to walk over to him in order to make a request. I have eaten at this location previously and was not so impressed today. My nephew and I came today15th March 2024 and everything was great until our waiter thought we had run off without paying the bill when we were both in the washroom. My bag was still there ! everything was cleared away without explanation. I will find another location.

Ive come to this location for years and had no problems. The food is always good but the issue I had is getting a refund back. We dined in on February 20th. My husband accidentally used a gift card to pay but there was no money on it. It still went through. So instead of acting like nothing happened we let them know and paid with our debit card. The next day we realized we were double charged. The gift card did take money from our account. We called the next day and they said they would look into it. Fast forward until today we still did not get our refund and we were told that the restaurant itself cant give us a refund or cash back everything has to be done through head office. We have been respectful and patient but enough is enough. There should of been an exception for us. We did get a $50 gift card but we want our money back. I was told we should get it by last Monday but now we are told to wait until Tuesday. We have bills to pay and a child and didnt plan on spending so much.

No wow factor here.... Had mussels and out of the portion had about 8 dead mussels... thats a hard one i guess... Served water in a dirty glass. Server was alright... just need to be more focused on attention to detail. I was a late joiner and waited a bit for a menu (got it myself actually) and than served my entre without side plates and cutlery. But over all not bad location.

My wife and I attended Bramptons Red Lobster during 2024s Family Day which also coincided with my Birthday. We had a wonderful waitress named Sally who took care of us as if we were two of her own family members. Her sheer kindness, hard working nature, and overall down-to-earth personality added a positive note to my already wonderful Birthday. The food was delicious and the dining room atmosphere was busy but joyous as everyone around us were having a good time. All we can hear was laughter as other waiters/waitresses tended to others with kindness and respect. My wife and I were so impressed with the entire scene that we will definitely be coming back in the future. We always had a nice time at this location in years past but it seems that their customer service got even better! Thank you, Sally, for being such a wonderful server/hostess - we definitely left with smiles on our faces! This is how an establishment should be run with hard working, respectful people who want to make every effort to bring a positive experience to their customers. Bravo!

We didnt get to eat because the wait was 2 hours

Went to celebrate my birthday for dinner. Service was super slow, had to constantly remind the server the things we ordered and had to wait for a long time food. There were also extra charges added on the bill for things we didn t ask for. Overall not a good idea experience. Especially for birthday dinner.

I visited here many times for Uber delivery, They have the worst service I ever seen Everytime they take near about 20 minutes But today I was there for a delivery, they wasted my one hour there also The staff was very unprofessional, they didn t even reply to delivery guys

Red lobster really needs to have a family restroom or add a baby change table to the mens restroom or a gender neutral restroom. My parents like to come here so we do with our family but the only baby change table is in the womens restroom and its 2024. My husband usually eats a lot faster than me and is finished his meal and available to change our babys diaper, but he cant because he doesnt have access to a change table. So I have to do it although Im usually not really available and he is. This is really frustrating. One time when it was less busy he changed it in one of the booths but wed obviously rather not do that and Im sure other customers would rather us not do that either. Weve brought this to the attention of staff before too, but really the owners need to update the restaurant because men change diapers too and its 2024. Like what would happen if my husband was out with our baby and I wasnt there? Kid-friendliness: Not baby friendly although there are high chairs

If youre looking for a nice place for a large group, including kids - youll enjoy Red Lobster. Great seafood, casual dining, fun memories. We went for lunch when it wasnt so packed. The service was amazing for the number of people we had. Decent kids menu. Good specials and options for non-seafood eaters of all ages as well. Kids got a chance to see a lobster up close too! Crowd-pleasing cheddar biscuits always rounds it up to be the perfect meal out.

I recently visited Red Lobster and had an excellent experience with their clam chowder and salad combo ideal for a quick and satisfying lunch, especially when time is of the essence. What made the experience even more convenient was their new checkout option, available right at the table. Settling the bill became a breeze, and it streamlined the entire payment process. After paying, I encountered a series of feedback questions. While I appreciate the importance of gathering feedback for continuous improvement, I wasnt sure if there was an opt-out feature, as I didnt see one. Nevertheless, the feedback process didnt overshadow the overall positive experience. Returning for another impromptu lunch today, I was pleased to find that the checkout feature remained quick and easy. It seems Red Lobster took previous suggestions to heart, and the improvements were noticeable. Kudos to the team for their responsiveness. The excellent service, coupled with the convenience of the new checkout feature, made for a perfect impromptu lunch experience. Shrinkflation was very noticeable when my meal arrived. Coconut shrimp, usually you get 6, received 4:(( Garlic shrimp usually the plate is full, this time it was lacking 3-4 shrimp, dishes actually looked empty. Price, however, did not shrink, This was not a lunch item; I hate to think how SNALL that serving has become. I will nor be returning in the near future, very disappointing.

We enjoy the Thursday night special and decided to have it delivered for 5:30. Confirmed delivery was 5:44. Had to reheat food as it was cold and two sides were missing. Garlic bread was good for croutons. Usually enjoyable but tonight very disappointed with the meal.

Shrimp and Alfredo quantities keep getting smaller and smaller every time we go. Now they put Alfredo in a bowl on then plate to look like it takes up more room. Dont be so cheap its just pasta. You can buy a whole bag for under 2 dollars. Thus last time i had 6 fork fulls thats it. Sounds like shrimpflation to me. Be consistent. One time 12 big shrimp next time 5 in the Alfredo with tails on. Really????

The attentive, kind, and welcoming staff at Red Lobster, combined with the impeccable dishes (my all-time favourite being the Salmon New Orleans!) offered are what keep me coming back. I am beyond impressed with every aspect of how this location is run. From take-out to dining-in, this is a well-run, fine establishment. Highly recommend it to everyone!
