Changed the name of the restaurant and but claim that food quality is same. But not true

Need to be removed from Uber Eats. Have placed order multiple time on the app and each time they cancel the order with no regard (they normally accept the order when placing it and then eventually cancel it), while customers are under the impression their food is in the way and will be arriving. Why be on the app if you arent interested to fulfill Uber orders. Will be complaining and ensuring you are removed from the Uber eats app as you continue to mislead people. Update: the order was cancelled by your restaurant, not uber. This has been confirmed by your Brittania head office as well. Perhaps take responsibility for your locations incompetence rather than attempting to deflect the blame to Uber.

Best Pakistani Biryani in the GTA. I am very picky with food & especially with biryani. I have lived in the GTA for 35+ years & tried numerous places. I always come back to the Brampton location because it is consistent. I have an elderly parent who cannot eat spicy food. I like that they can make a mild version to accommodate his taste.

One of my friends suggested this restaurant, so I tried the chicken biryani for the first time, but it had no salt, no spice, and no taste. Next, I tried the Afghani chicken, and it was the same no taste. Finally, I tried the chicken samosa, which was very tasty. This is my experience here.

Used to go to the Heartland location all the time and the food was great, but came here a couple of times recently, and unfortunately both times the food tasted very old/stale.

Bought food and took it home only to realize there was a very sour smell coming from the mixed veggie dish. It was completely spoiled and had to be thrown in the garbage. On top of them not having half of the dishes they advertise, what I was able to buy ended up being spoiled. Upsetting experience.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the food offered here at the Brampton silver spoon location. I usually go to the Missisauga location and it s great, but the quality in Brampton is horrible. The staff are rude and always in a rush.. also the food is garbage here.. we had a catering order and it was a complete disaster in-front of my guests.

#1 website price of food is different at location specially in brampton, over the counter they hire mostly new student,they dont understand English, I order for 4 butter nan,when reached home found plain nan,very dirty kitchen, I will request food inspector for inspect kitchen

They confirmed the order and when you show up with the committed time - they say the order was never placed. Pathetic place. Receptionist are lying after confirming the order. Stay away from this place. When they can t give you your order they try to convince you with other dishes whatever they have in the store.

The taste is really good of lollipop chicken and excellent service is provided by Sandeep while taking my order. She is very calm and humble.

On Nov. 15, 2016, I bought their Chicken Biriyani special. I requested spicy. When I opened the package, I saw only a small piece of chicken instead of the regular two large pieces. And it was not spicy. I called the restaurant to tell them about it but got only a recording stating store hours. So I told the owners wife the following week. Her reaction was quite negative and indicated that I should have called the restaurant at that time. When I told her I did, she dismissed me. Their veal biriyani is often good. However, there are many times when they hardly give any meat - only bones and skin. Very poor customer service. This, with the fact of lack of cleanliness, points me to never return to this restaurant.

I recently ordered catering for both of my sons birthday parties from them. The catering manager, Shirat, was incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect package and offering customization options. The food was amazing, as always, and there was plenty for all our guests. I will definitely order from them again!

I find that their quality taste and service is far better than their other locations. This is the only silver spoon I go to now! Call ahead for larger orders so that you dont have to wait.

Today, after a gap of a couple of months, I have again visited Silver Spoon. I must admit that quality of their Biryani has improved considerably. In addition, they have expanded their menu with some Hakka dishes. Today I have tried chilli chicken and it was quite good. I will again start visiting them more often.

I love Silver Spoon. I thought all franchises have the same standard. This place is lacking the flavour, all dishes are too spicy for kids to handle whereas the Mississauga (Britannia Road location) NOT the one in Iqbal Foods location sells lamb and chicken that is mild enough for kids to eat.The chutney at this location is off. The raitha too watery. Naan was rock hard by the time we got home, it s so think and overly cooked. Non edible. Lamb was overly spicy with no taste. Butter chicken the meat is extremely hard, and taste like tandoori boxed masla with cream and sugar. I think they are definitely over heating the same food for days on end. Lollipop chicken is chicken wings! Never going to this location again.

I got family meals for 10 people on Sunday and now we are all suffering from food poisoning. Loose motions and Stomachache since last night. Looks like all the food is prepared and stored for several days and just heated before serving. Chicken lollipops clearly seemed to be prepared few days ago and very hard flesh like cardboard. While ordering I was under the impression it is one of the reputable Silver Spoon restaurants which is in Missisauga but apparently its not. This is something else. Wont go again and not recommended. Not fresh at all despite the claims. I paid for the food so can attest to this.

Recently, my company ordered food from Silver Spoon Mississauga. for our Eid celebration day. I have never eaten a tasteless, spicy and worst looking food ever. The two types of curries looks same, in dark red kind of mulghooba. Rice and red colour chicken kabab were somewhat okay, but not tasty at all. As a Pakistani, when we see our companies willing to include us and order food as per our suggestion, and we get this type of food, it is embarrassing. I would not recommend Mississauga location Silver Spoon. Silver Spoon team must review their food. Suggestion - when you cater food for non Pakistani companies, dont use pot of red colour and a balti of red chillies.

Ordered Kebabs and Malai Chicken with uber eats ... food was a disaster...Kebabs were burnt and dry. Chicken no flavor, dry. So disappointed!!! Such a waste of money.

There is new chef who is very perfect in Pakistani style chicken noodles/ chowmen.perfect spices and not too much oily. Really perfect taste please try.

It was the worst chicken Biryani ever. Its not even basmati rice they made. It was white sticky rice with a chicken peice cooked in some kind of curry. Didnt taste like it used at all. Fish pakora was not too bad but not the same crispy fish. Huge peices. Did the owners change. Very disappointed. Will not go there no more.

I tried this place after a while thinking maybe the quality of the food got better but still it is the same bad experience as in the past. I bought 1 Nihari, 4 kebabs (chicken and beef) and 2 chicken biryanis. Nihari - full container was with 3 giant meat pieces from which 2 are completely charbee/flash/ cheechray like... (Took pictures) Which I believe not even appropriate for even animals, we are humans though! Chicken biryani - 2 giant pieces of chicken filling the whole container with so little quantity of rice, even chicken pieces are like pink, not fully cooked even .. so bad. Chicken/beef kebab - they are so charcoaled/burnt that literally they have coal pieces around them. Unfortunately unable to take picture of it. It felt so embarrassing to serve the food to my guests. The staff at the place dont even look/care about what they are packing for the customers. I would strongly suggest think twice before buying food next time.

So where to start bbq chicken that was not a bbq chicken, biryani that was not biryani and butter naan that was not even close to butter naan. I ordered a bbq chicken with biryani rice, a couple of other dishes and butter naan. All I got was boiled rice with roast chicken plopped on top. That was the only seasoning to the supposed biryani. All the other dishes tasted the same. Seemed like the same base was used from vegetables to chicken to lamb. Very disappointed. Needless to say I will not be getting anything from the Brampton location any more. I have given them plenty of chance with big disappointment every time.

Friendly customer service and affordable pricing. They usually have daily specials at discounted prices. Chicken biryani, boneless bbq chicken, naan, veggie options, etc. Sometimes the place can get really busy and results in long line ups, especially during the lunch hours and after work (4-6PM). Ordering ahead is an option. You can always call to confirm if a food item is available and place phone orders for pickup. Staff are friendly and accommodating with respect to this.

I tried a surprise bag that was sold through an app. The food was not even eatable as it was days old. When people come for deals they want to try new place at a cheaper price so if the quality is good they will be buying at regular price. Unfortunately, this restaurant staff does not understand this and selling garbage in the name of food. Well, this was the first and last time for me!!

Waste of $: Did catering order for dawat of 25 ppl and the quality was mediocre. Kabobs were burnt and dry on top of tasteless and the briyani had no flavour. On top of that they shorted us and said they would give 1.5 trays of briyani but only 1 tray given. Ripoff and waste of $300 Avoid at all cost!

This place is a hit and miss, I went on a sat eve and these guys had only 3, 4 dishes and even those dishes looked like they were from the day or days before and the girl at the counter kept asking anything else to which is said there is nothing here why do you keep asking what else. Over all the taste is not bad( some dishes) but not the greatest either they need to focus on keeping the place clean and keep fresh food .. piece of advice to the owners customer can tell if the food has been from day before. please take your business seriously or an health inspector needs to pay a visit to your place.

Disgusting food. You will get sick if you eat it. Packaging is even worse which incentivices drivers to eat your food on the way to you but the saving grace is the food is Disgusting so drivers probably sick now too.

We order two biryanis one veg and one non veg and both smells bad like a rotton. I had to throw them away. And I dont want try other items as I could make me and my family sick. I will never order from this place again. Reply to your comment: you are saying that so far no one compaint you for your food quality. Did you read all the comments? The Biryani rice was not cooked, this has happened more than a handful of times to man friends and family. I stopped coming here a while back but today Id thought I would leave a review. Its sad honestly to see how rapidly the quality of food had fallen from 2018 until now. SilverSpoon Brampton are out here stealing a living. Trust me when I say its best to eat somewhere else.

We ordered Biryani from Scarborough location earlier and food was great. Assuming the preparation and recipes will be same at all locations, we made a mistake by ordering from this location. There was no flavor and rice was totally bland. Will stick to Scarborough location only.

I have never seen this poor restaurant in whole GTA . I have ordered butter naan for takeout with stating extra butter and well done and i didn t get any of these. Beside doing this additions they didn t even prepared actual naan how it s supposed to be , wasn t cut into pieces , very big size naan and didn t taste well. I had to go to work was getting late that s why ordered but wasn t upto the mark. I would not give them 0 star because they don t even deserve zero . Soo soo disappointing. Waste of money and time .

I really had a very bad experience. I got one spicy and one mild Chicken Biryani. They provide uncooked leg n thigh piece and thé pieces have hardly chicken on it. Also taste wasn t good too.

My family placed an order for 5 Plain naans, the woman over the phone sounded confused so I repeated the order for her but more clearl this time. The lady said okay 20 to 25 minutes which wasent an issue. But by the time we got there and asked for our order, apperantly nobody placed an order there and we had to wait for a fresh batch to come out. I made sure the location AND phone number was correct and sure enough it was.

Pre-ordered a tray of biryani and got spoiled, rotten, smelly biryani that was clearly days old. The way they treat their limited customers who are willing to eat their food is also absolutely disgusting. Their service deserves less than zero stars. Not worth it. Response to the owner s reply: Yes, we are not on the same page because you are choosing not to believe your customers when they are telling you that your food was so spoiled that it actually smelled like it - we could not serve the biryani to our guests because multiple people complained about it. The few people that did end up eating it all had upset stomachs this morning. The service your employees provide is below standard and blatantly rude. Its okay some deals are affordable but the quality of food is compromised. The staff is not rude but they kinda dont really know what they are doing. For a little extra money you are better off getting it from a dedicated restaurant not a rushed fast foody Indian knock off.
