We had an awesome server when we came in for lunch Saturday 12/14. James went above and beyond. He was funny, had short conversations when he came to the table. The food was awesome James came back to check on us with his trainee multiple times, she was also amazing. We dont eat out alot as a family of 5 but the kids picked fords for lunch and it did not disappoint. We will be back and request James next time we go to fords garage. He knows what hes doing and hes great at it. :)

Came in with a group of friends and was greeted with a warm smile from the host, and was seated. We were promptly greeted by Jess. She was personable, knowledgeable about the menu and bubbly. The food came out perfect, even with our special requests.

Had a great experience.. had an entree that didnt like.. Mgr made it right!!

We dined in earlier this evening and the food was delicious as usual. What made our experience a great one was our server. Mallory was attentive, friendly and out going. She came to our table often and was tuned in to our needs. You have a real gem in Mallory.

Beautiful little place with an American grill vibe, centered very blatantly around classic original Ford cars inside and outside the dining area. I will be returning to try some of their burgers!

The coolest sports bar I have ever been to. The food is great and the drinks are absolutely out of this world, not to mention the awesome theme.

I came to fords for my first time around 9:30pm my server was Kirra. She gave the best service and made us feel welcomed. She was very sweet and attentive. Although the service was amazing I ended up not finishing my food and taking it to go. I got the smoked brisket melt and it was kind of fatty. The flavored sweet tea is really sugary. Be aware if you can t have a lot of sugar. All around I think this place needs to work on their food but staff is amazing. The host was very kind and welcoming as well. We were one of the last tables of the night so maybe they were just using the last of their food.

A friend and I went here last Friday. It was either this or somewhere else. We usually comment on the establishment when we make our trips to Total Wine but decided to swing by last Friday. I liked the style of the restaurant. The only thing missing was a truck in the center of the restaurant (there may have been one), but it was unique. We were seated quickly (within a minute). I usually wash my hands with a faucet after pumping gas, but the sinks in the restrooms were gas pumps that fed into tires. I thought that was one of the neatest things. They also used shop towels as the primary napkins (with hose clamps!). I really thought that this was a nice touch. However, if youre like me and have a habit of getting foodstuffs all over your hands, Id ask for some napkins (unless youre able to get the job done with one napkin). Our server, Emily was excellent and very friendly. She checked in with us quite a few times, which was nice because whenever wed think of something we needed we didnt have to wait that long. Then again, we didnt need too much of anything, to begin with, but it was nice having someone like that checking in frequently. I ordered the Model A and was glad that I did. It was delicious. I enjoyed every bit of it. It was cooked well, and they were generous with the toppings. I can eat a fried egg on just about anything and its hard for me to order another burger if one of my options has a fried egg. The fries were great as well. To be honest, they were like the fries that you get from just about anywhere, but they tasted great, nonetheless. They werent overly salty, and the seasoning was good. It would have been nice to have a few more, but I cant complain about the food or the service. Overall, I enjoyed it. Parking: A decent number of spaces. Kid-friendliness: Seems like a place that kids would like. Especially if they like vehicles. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible via wheelchair.

Menu lacking variety. Cold beer and great ice bar to keep your beer cold lining the bar. Awesome atmosphere.

Good burgers, great fries. Good service. Did have to ask for one pasta meal to come again because it was cold.

Nachos were something you would find at a high school football game. Cheap tortilla chips with canned cheese sauce and a sprinkle of pico that was laughable. No sour cream or guacamole, had to ask for salsa. But oh yeah you get Bbq sauce. Onion ring tower was soggy. People are clearly coming for the ambiance of Ford. Not worth the hype.

We called 5 min before we arrived asked if there was a wait, the lady replied you walk inside, there s no wait and proceeded to hang up on my wife, very rude.. we arrive at the restaurant and guess what 20 min wait, 8 tables open, they said we had to wait, just for them to seat us at the table that was open when we got here hostess just standing around not doing anything just talking in a corner, when a hostess walked us to our table she just rolled her eyes. our Server Adam was amazing couldn t have asked for a better waiter. And food was great. We come here all the time, this type of attitude from the hostess is completely unacceptable. Due to lack of attitude and customer satisfaction, tonight you get 3 stars

Great atmosphere, good service, but the food I got the estate burger and it had no flavor whatsoever. i couldn t taste a thing. no seasoning at all. will not be eating here again good hangout spot to drink overpriced liquor though. and if you like under filled beers brought to you by over filled servers then this is the spot for you.

Solid place to get some burgers and beers

After unloading our truck, we wanted a sit-down lunch. Jess was our server and got our drinks. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Dip for an appetizer, which is very good. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac-n-cheese, the Burnt Ends Grillcheese and the Brisket Burger. Our meal was great and fulfilling. I like the location, and I will return again with family.

Ended up here after a really long wait at Texas Roadhouse on my husbands bday. Everyone was starved so 20 mins wait is what won us over but the food and especially service was fantastic ! Will be back !

Fun sports bar atmosphere

Update - 10/25/2024. The last few times here have not been as good, and this time was the worst. Service was slow, and our server was kind but not very communicative. Wife and I got burgers with the wrong buns and all of the food was cold. Can no longer recommend this restaurant. Love Fords. Our server was joyful and attentive. Food was excellent. My favorite place to get a burger.

First time at this place, loved the decor, the classic cars, the ford authenticity, the ford garage theme interior decor as well. Food wise as much I wouldve liked, order 3 sodas and 1 sweet tea, everything was watered down not sure if it was a one off or what, they were out of steak and meatoaf, but still plenty of options. Food overall wasnt aweful but definitely could be better for the pricing. As for service, not bad, but for napkins, all we had were rags that come with the silverware. I asked for sweet tea to be replaced, they literally just gave me a scoop of sugar, which still was watered down. Compared to other restaurants Ive been to, I pay less than I paid to eat here for a family of 5. All drinks are $3.50 each. Kids meals for 2 items were $8.99, fast food would have been better. Milkshakes are $6.99, which kids complained they didnt like, which is a first for them. I tried it and for me I love Hersheys chocolate, but too much chocolate can be too much. Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot Kid-friendliness: Kid meals are available, with crayon pack, choose a main dish with 1 side for $8.99, add a drink for $3.50 Wheelchair accessibility: Does have wheelchair access, parking, seating indoor/outdoor is available.

It s a typical mid tier burger joint . You ll forget it the second you leave, but you won t still be hungry I guess. You re eating food, but you re not really enjoying what you re eating all that much. It also didn t help that service was slow even when it wasn t busy.

I was impressed by how much personality this place has! Ford s Garage offers creative twists on American classics, and their burger with truffle fries hit the spot. Service was friendly and quick, which made for a relaxed night out.

A unique place to eat, based on a mechanics shop - oil wrap napkins, claps for napkin rings, oil funnel for tower of onion rings, car tire sinks, and so much more. The food was terrific. Highly recommend.

Came in on Veterans Day after receiving email that Veterans get a free burger and fries. When bill requested was advised only one veteran per check. We have 2. How is that honoring your veterans when only one gets it? Email did not state that anywhere on it. 3 stars are for slow service. Not enough waiters. Burger too salty and music too loud. Nice unless you want to have any conversation.

This is an interesting place. The food was good. I had the Bision bacon burger it was pretty good. They have some nice burger options. They have a nice choice of drinks, alcoholic and non.

We frequently come to Ford s Garage when we make it to Brandon. We had an exceptional experience with our waiter Leo . What an amazing person and so much fun ! We loved him so much we called the manager over to share our experience. Thanks Leo for making our evening so pleasant!

Food is yummy and awesome!!! I recommend the sweet tater tots and crispy chicken sandwich. Delicious. Waitresses were very polite, good service. Atmosphere is pretty, very nice, but it does get quite loud on busy days.

Not great service at this or any other Fords Garage I ve been to recently. I used to like it. I think this was the last time I ll be going to them. I sat down at the bar and didn t have anyone come over for quite some time until a waiter that wasn t working at the bar came over and gave me a menu. The bartender finally saw me and seemed almost annoyed. Didn t have great follow up service either. I left immediately after eating and didn t stay any longer. The food for the price is silly. Like $15 for a burger that I can get at WaWa for 6$? Cmon folks. It would be fine if the food was worth it. It isn t. Not recommending Fords to anyone.

Save yourself the trouble and go to Applebees. Youll be less disappointed because your expectations wont be as high. Havent been to this location in a decade, and that turned out to be well founded after tonights mediocrity in food. Service was reasonably snappy, though.

There for a birthday celebration which was disappointing because several of us, including the birthday celebrant, couldnt get what we wanted because they were out. The second choice looked like it was thrown together...bread half on, half off the burger. Missing the dressing that is part and parcel of a patty melt. Everyone had cashed out before birthday celebrant got his sundae. No one else was asked if they wanted desert. Disappointing evening.

They have the best chicken wings I have ever tried. We absolutely love the atmosphere, and my parents really enjoy the burgers too!

I have loved this place for years. I used to frequent the one in St. Pete often, but just recently found out about this location. Its a different vibe than the one in St. Pete, but St. Pete is just a wonderfully different vibe all together. This location is welcoming. I love its style. Cute vintage Ford cars youll enjoy taking pictures of and peering at while you chow down. The food is delicious. I have never been disappointed. That Model A burger and BBQ burnt end (brisket) sandwich will make your tummy smile and tour mout drool a bit. The service is good, but could be better. They dont seem to be too quick on the drink refills or asking if you need anything as often as Id like, but they get the job done. All-in-all, the prices are good, food is yummy and atmosphere is unique. You wont be disappointed. Come on in!

I went to this place twice in person and the restaurant itself is great however when I decided to order from Uber eats, it wasn t very pleasant. I ordered a bbq bacon burger and ordered something grilled chicken which looked very compelling in the pictures however when it arrived one piece was like rubber and the other piece of chicken (there were two pieces) was on the brink of what you call edible however everything else was great.

The food was horrible and under cooked I upgraded to get Mac in cheese and got almost half a bowl.. milkshakes with paper straws ... Yuck

We love this place! The food is great, its absolutely clean, genuinely kind and courteous staff, and their lunch specials are delicious and very low priced! Weve been there for lunch and dinner many times but this time I went in to get a gift card for two first responders that had done a very selfless act of kindness. I asked if they offered discounts for first responders because I wanted to get the gift card from a place that appreciates them and what they do. Kaia was very welcoming and made sure to find the answers to my questions. Jess came to help and on top of answering my questions patiently and kindly she even offered additional information. It was obvious they both love working there! I found out they honor our military and first responders with a discount. Thank you to the staff and the manager Paul not only for a fantastic experience every time we dine in but especially for honoring our men and women in uniform.

Food is good, portions are large, and service was great. The place is starting to show its age with all the old memorabilia on the wall and bathrooms. Overall, a good family experience and not bad for a work outting.

Im a big-time burger head. I ordered the American Roadster with Truffle fries. My food came to me luke warm... as if I was sitting for a while. The fries were ok. Great atmosphere, tho. Flavor was mid food wise.

The atmosphere is awesome, and the food is just okay. Service was not that great. They werent busy, but the server hardly ever came to our table to see if we needed anything. Which we did as the ketchup bottle was empty and so were our drinks. Too bad it could really be a great place if the whole experience was better.

Our server was very sweet. But forgot to put in our appetizers first, came out with the food and asked if everything looked ok, I said yes but missing our appetizers . She told us she forgot to put it in. Came back 15 mins later with them. I flagged her down and said my burger was RAW hamburger. First and last time I will ever go to this restaurant.

I love this place. The food always comes out delicious and we received great service by Lisa. She had a great attitude, knowledgeable of the menu and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to order.

Service was friendly and the concept was entertaining but the food was middle of the road. French Onion Soup had way too many onions for the amount of broth and was warm but not hot. The Monte Cristo sandwich tasted good but was cold in the middle. The fries were crisp and tasty. I would probably not go back. Better options around.

Have been in 3 times with my family, the first time they literally brought us the wrong food, the second it was cold, this last time we never even saw the food after sitting at the table for 20 mins. Will not be returning.

I placed an order online from home. The drive to the restaurant was 10 minutes. I waited 5 minutes at the hostess stand for the young lady to get off her cell phone. And after being told it would be another 5 minutes for a salad, I had him cancel the order.

Monte Cristo is fair, raspberry preserves good. Bean burger is good, not spicy. Broccoli was perfect onion rings good. Red sangria fair. Lots of drinks to choose from, lots of beer on tap and bottled. Server only forgot to not put ice in my water and give me lemon, everything else was spot on including having someone try to put the baseball game on. Love all the garage details throughout the restaurant and bathrooms appreciated that they didnt automatically put straws in the waters! Vegetarian options: Bean burger is good. Several vegetarian sides. Salads can be ordered without meat Kid-friendliness: No need to keep kids quiet. Fun, happy atmosphere. Room at the table to pull up the stroller while the baby slept.

It was ok. I had a pretty decent burger. The old school cars are cool to look at along with other decoration. I think the main thing that through me off was the music. It seemed like there would be some old school jazz music to match the cars. Or rock n roll to match the garage feel. But they were playing some modern pop that just didnt fit with the atmosphere of burgers and cars.

Had some Friends suggest this place. From the curb appeal to the appealing food. It was a hit! Plenty of seating options. Service was great! Food was prepared as ordered.
