Vegetarian options: Very disappointed by the taste and way my food was cooked my daal tadka only had oil in it there was no daal it was just onion and garlic soup price for just daal n 1 cheese butter masala is crazy it was like 35$ quantity was so less could not even feed 2 people waited for about 30 mins to get 2 items whole restaurant was almost empty such a waste of money. For reference look at the picture and amount of oil daal had

Niral and Roman made our night great they booted up karaoke for us on a Saturday night, had a great night with family singing and drinking all night! Drinks were great, butter chicken was great, five stars all around!

1 star was too much, went in, told the bartender what I wanted while kareoke was on, asked for a music list she referred me to a guy who wanted to fight. Than when I told her what drink I wanted was hanging out with the guys singing and I got ignored. Went to the manager and he just brought her back to me. So I just left. Worst service in Brandon. Also if you look at good reviews mostly friends or family, they know nothing about customer experience

This place is a waste of time and money unfortunately. My coworkers and I went here for wing night as we had heard good things and the reviews were good. We walked in and it was a ghost town at 530pm on a Wednesday. The waitress couldnt seem to understand us very well and we had to repeat our orders a couple times. Placed our orders for food and drink. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive which was only a shock because there was only 2 other people there and all we ordered was a water and two soft drinks. Food came out 10 min or so after that. The wings were fried to a crisp with barely any meat on them. We didnt finish them. I also got 2 steak tacos that looked like yesterdays steak just got microwaved and then put some sauce on it. Dont waste your time going here, especially for the wings. I hate leaving poor reviews but I dont want anyone to be disappointed by this place again.

I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Calamari. The chicken had a bit of a kick, but ultimately very good. The tzatziki sauce is home made and delicious! Definitely being put in the lunch rotation.

Food was excellent! Had the steak sandwich & poutine.The steak was tender, flavourful and cooked to perfection (medium!). I would give it 4.5 stars! The only thing was the bread was tough, but still good! Definitely will be back, thank you to The Guinness Tavern!!

The Guinness Tavern provided lunch for the staff today at the office I work at. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. They went above and beyond to make sure we had more than enough even including some extra apps for us to enjoy! All the staff were a pleasure to talk to and very friendly. They did everything they could to take care of lunch for us. Thanks again for lunch, it was amazing and we will be ordering again very soon.

Had a burger and fries for lunch yesterday. The burger was pretty good. Loved the flame-broiled taste and it was cooked just right. The bun was toasted just perfectly so it didn t get soggy from any of the sauces. The fries were pretty good too. Definitely recommend their burgers.

We went there for lunch and ordered burgers, which happened to be $2 off. They were delicious and homemade and char-broiled! The buns were from a local bakery and held up well. They have daily food and drink specials. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it to others.

First time here in years. Not disappointed. Great portions on the fish and chips. Only complaint was appetizer came with the main instead of beforehand. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

Little disappointing since under new management. Still a little divy, dirty walls and windows, noticed the new floors but thats about it. Not sure what theme/identity theyre aiming for whether it English/Irish pub or something else but the menu doesnt reflect that or the music they have playing. I will say the food was good, portions, service was fine, inexperience on the bar side of things was evident. First time Ive ever had a mojito with lemons, watered down not able to taste any alcohol, likely due to the fact it was served in a large water glass. Id say give them a shot and see for yourself.

They are making an effort to create a good environment and the staff are improving since the reopening. However, the menu prices just dont reflect the quality of the food. $19 for very lack luster nachos, no bueno! And $4 for extra salsa, pfft. I will be back because its my neighborhood pub but Im hesitant to try anything else on the menu if they cant make a decent plate of nachos.

We went for the OG Decker Wings on a Wednesday because theyre tasty and a great price. Sangrias were also on special that day and the one made with white wine and pineapple juice was the perfect amount of sweetness. However, the flavour standout for me that evening was the Butter Chicken Poutine with the house-made butter chicken gravy. It had a bit of heat, chunks of tender chicken, cheese curds, and fries. Ill be ordering it again!

We had really delicious food at this place. The staff was so polite nd great customer service. Reasturent Is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is lovely and pleasant.

Great wings on Wing Wednesday! Atmosphere gives you that old fashion pub feeling. Live entertainment most nights and you can always expect to see some sort of sporting event on the TVs. Great place to get together for a small party of friends.

The Double Decker Tavern is a charming restaurant and bar, with a restaurant on the main floor, and a bar on the top you can probably figure out the reason for the name. The prices are very fair in comparison to other bars, and the food is great. The service is fantastic on most days, with an occasional day.

Dated atmosphere, servers who dont want to be there, mismatch of seating that makes no sense but they have probably the best wings in Brandon. 25 cents each on Wednesday, I go every week. EDIT: The owner shut down half the restaurant to make tiny little bachelor suites for some reason. The place has never heard of air conditioning apparently and their wing prices went up considerably from the 25 cents they were a couple years ago. Wings are still good but more like once a month good now and in the winter not in the summer, who wants to eat hot wings in the heat.

I used to go there a lot. Almost every Wednesday for the wings special. They have nice atmosphere and live music, so it s a hot spot for causal dates. I believe, they also have karaoke night which I have rocked once in my life time . It is a two floor bar with a unique setup. Many organizations host socials there now and then. I am not very familiar with drinks and food there. As far I can remember, prices are reasonable. They often have deals on alcohol too. If you wanna mingle with people, go there during the weekend.

Popped in for a quick drink before the Headstones concert. Always a great atmosphere at the double decker.

Christmas party lots of room but the only thing that still sucks is the bathrooms are upstairs
