Always good chicken and great server!

Ive come here twice. Had the same server Cathy. Always so rude. Rushing us asking if the bill is together right after we got our food. Also telling me to chill out because I asked about an extra charge was added. Servers should know their menu instead of telling someone it comes with 2 sides instead of 1 and charging more.

Literally the worst service of any restaurant, ever. Rude staff, dont answer phones, leave you on hold for 20 minutes and then give attitude when you call back. How dare I want chicken. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT YOU LOSERS

food was great. our server was so rude. i am a server and never tip less than 20% but this time i had to. there were two tables in the whole restaurant and she was so unreasonably grouchy and made us feel like such an inconvenience for eating there. food was clearly left under the heater for awhile. didn t catch her name but she was blonde with really bad purple eyeshadow.

Food and staff are good, always seems to have a lot of customers, eating there. Sunday can be busy as a lot of people go there after church. There are regulars that get together there for breakfast during the week. It handy having a hotel, restaurant, chicken place, bar, and beer vending, all in one location. Lots of parking, The washrooms are clean. After watching a live band in the bar, or playing VLTs or pool and dancing. it s nice/handy to have a bite to eat right next door, without having to drive all over town. Then stop at the beer vendor around back, and cab it home. Or stay the night at the hotel. Everything is attached everything you need in one location, handy very handy.

Had dinner on the 23rd . From the moment I walked in saw the server I smiled and no smile back, and their menus are not even updated..I tried to order a burger with the side... apparently they dont offer the side anymore so the burger itself is 15$ depending on what burger you want. Didnt leave a tip because she sucked as a server.

When a restaurant delivery service offers a discount for a birthday they should honour it!!! Ordered ftkm Chicken Chef they offered a birthday discount.. I entered the code and I was denied because offer not valid at this time! What a scam that is! Terrible service!

it was surprisingly good, I love chicken and is one of those food that i am very picky about it. but the food it was good, plenty of room and service was great. Parking: big enough because of the hotel.

Great breakfast at the Travelodge! We had breakfast at our hotel 3 mornings while there for a week! We had bacon and eggs one morning, French toast and bacon and eggs another Western omelets. The menu is varied. Someone needs to know when pancakes are cooked, as one morning hubbys were not cooked! The food was hot and the coffee was good. Thanks for the good service from the smiling serving staff!

Had a small pizza and although I thought it to be a little small for the price, it was absolutely delicious. Just the right thickness of crust, a little crispy like I like and loaded with plenty of cheese and toppings. Sorry I didn t take a picture but I ate it all. Forgot to mention also that we had breakfast too. Just a simple Denver sandwich for around 5 bucks and it was also very good and just the right amount to start the day. I m guessing, anything else on the menu would be equally delicious.

Thats robbery, 4 pc chicken dinner menu card shows $17.25 and in receipt they charge $21.50.

Ordered from here got the wrong order took me driving down and complaining to the store manager to get a refund which I wont get for 5-10 days. Garbage customer service.

Servers dont care about takeout delivery orders. They make me wait for 10 minutes although the food was ready and sitting before me the minute I entered the restaurant.

I will say ,Im impressed ,wanted wings for SuperBowl and thought Id give chicken chef a shot seeing as last time I order wings from Pizza hut they were tiny and pathetic, ...All the food we order was spot on . Even the O rings were on point , will definitely order again, one of Brandons hidden old gems

The service was excellent!

This was my first time in a Chicken Chef. Probably shouldnt have gone since wasnt in a fried chicken mood... but it was attached to my hotel so I tried. Place was clean and service fairly quick. I had a Monster Reuben sandwich which was moderate size at best. Instead of mustard and Swiss cheese they appeared to use some sort of salty cheese sauce. For side dish I ordered mash potatoes. They were runny and a bit gray. They gave me two scoops but I only managed to eat one. I might try this restaurant chain again when I am in a mood for fried chicken.

Terrible service. No sense of accountability. We placed a skip pick-up order and they made an error at their end. They exited off the app and forgot to make the order. When we arrive at the pick up time, they said that they did not make the order and that we should just reorder and make us repay our order (which was already paid for thru skip). They finally gave in and did not make us pay for the order. Staff was not apologetic at all. Awful experience

I had an exquisite lunch served by the efficent and gorgeous Shelby, I have a special appreciation of her name as Carroll Weldon Shelby is a hero mine of all time, lol Cobra Jet should ring a bell with most! Give me a Stang, will drive it like I stole it everyday, get outta the way, lol! The car that is!

When I got my chicken the girl looked in the freezer, apparently it wasn t on the till of ready to go s that was a little off setting. Other then that the chicken and pizza smelled up my car all the way home, their gravy is so good but the coleslaw was wet with mayo. The buns I had seemed to be fresh and and soft which I enjoyed, so I made chicken sandwich drenched with gravy. The fries mmmm yum yum I dont know who could beat them. Tho when I phoned in they said it will be an hour. And I said well can I have it sooner. They responded yes is 15 minutes good enough? Which i dont know how they went from 1 hour to 15 minutes. Kinda weird.

I dont know how you cook your chicken, but it smells and tastes like the smell of a horse stable. Disgusting. Good thing we only ordered a 9 piece because 6 of them went to the trash. Pizza, fries and gravy are good.

Just got back from eating here. It was a bad experience. The waitress was not helpful at all. Not using her manners or even knowing anything about the menu. Never asked to fill my water until we left. Also waited until we stared eating for our dipping sause because she didnt know what we wanted, but never thought to ask. To top it off heat must be very expensive because it was freezing cold in there. Also she tried to over charge me on the debit machine and just laughed it off.

Went to chicken chef Brandon around 8:15 in the evening. Ordered chicken pizza,waited 45 minutes. The dough seemed frozen, chicken and cheese were only present in the middle of the pizza. This was the worst pizza I ever had. Tried calling them but the place was closed by 9 in the evening. Poor service and food. Total waste of money.

First time ever going to the Chicken Chef here in Brandon. It was very tasty!! Everyone in my family enjoyed their meals. Will definitely be going back to try other menu items.

Aweful. Waited n hr and a half for food. Tried to call to see where it was and had to call 6 times, when I asked when it would be here I was hung up on. When the food did show up it was ice cold. Worst service Ive experienced in a long time.

Its not as good as the other chicken chiefs in the area. Understanding what people say would be a benefit to a thriving business. You almost would need to bring in a translator just to get them to understand what u want to order.

Ordered take out, drove home (live in rural). Chicken tasted like fish, and my partner said the same with his. Phoned and spoke with manager. Denied there was anything wrong with chicken as their staff follow policy and protocall. Plus the rest of their customers supposedly never mentioned that to them. She wanted me to drive back into town with the chicken. Are you kidding me, we had already lost our appetites 100% by then and wasnt just a mile out of town either. This after waiting extra time for fresh to be cooked. Went to the car to wait the 10 mins I was told it would be. When I came back the girl at the desk said my order had arrived as I had walked out the door. Freshly cooked chicken you say? Manager handled that VERY poorly, was argumentative insinuating we had the problem, not the meal. Would love to contact the head of Chicken Chef Canada. If there was a minus 10 star that is what this restaurant would receive.

Been there twice this year. 1. About 10 days ago we went in what appeared to be the main door and was told by an employee that we went in the wrong door. Food and service were good so I can ignore the snarky door comment. 2. Made a Order on Friday for a pick up. I mentioned that we were staying at a hotel so can you please make sure we get ketchup. She said we always give ketchup. Went in what I thought was the right door this time but was told that I was to be at the other door. I now get that you have 2 doors and one is for take out but please be polite about it, Got back to the hotel at the other end of Brandon to discover I had NO ketchup and No napkins.

Not a happy customer.. Repeated gave opportunity for them to correct their mistake. No solution that fit my situation. So basically I am out of luck. Who cares about the customer, the person who choose to spend my hard earned money.. brutal zero stars. The customer is number one because if I do not spend my money here your business will suffer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Brandon has had in a while

I didnt know it was even there but Im glad we found it! The food was amazing!! It came quickly which I enjoy and it was fresh! The restaurant is very nicely decorated and we enjoyed the pictures!! Well when we ate in anyway! Take out was a different issue! Our order was completely messed up and they didnt even give us everything that was supposed to come with it! The server was very unheloguu in figuring it out and it was a complete disappointment!

Very rude waitress, cold breakfast with missing hash browns with each meal. When asked about the hashbrowns she seemed annoyed n said I didnt order any, which I know I did cause I had to tell her twice. They came 15 minutes later and the toast was not toast it was bread n cold butter. Asked to replace toast n which that didnt come till 15 after the hashbrowns. So our meal came in 3 parts which took 50 minutesI dont give this restaurant any stars but a big fail. Out dated deco in there and very bad services family will not be back to this restaurant

5 star because I was eating in 10 minutes from walking in. Its delicious and hot and for me a highly reccomend. Prices are very decent at averaging around 10$ a person.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, it came with pepperoni on it. They are closed now so I have to order somewhere else, so didnt get to try.

The best chicken and chips, hot chicken sandwiches, you will find anywhere. Also, the friendliest and most efficient staff you could ever ask for. It is too bad they dont have big advertising signs visible from the street so that more people will know about this wonderful place. One of Brandons hidden secrets.

So glad to hear Chicken Chef is in Brandon. Moved here 4 years ago from Winnipeg and missed the food. Tried it tonight and best chicken in town and great prices, friendly staff and ready fast. Thanks Chicken Chef

The service was great, friendly staff. However the burgers are flash frozen not homemade, the onions are undercooked,also the Cesar salad is not available as a side like in other Chicken Chef restaurants. Not bad but not great
