Not what I've come to expect from Mary Brown's for sure. Several things went wrong with our order. My son-in-law had sour coldslaw. Apparently all of their coldslaw had "gone bad" according to the person he spoke to. They replaced it, of course but sour coleslaw is bitter pill to swallow. Then my daughter found chicken bones in her wrap. A bit dangerous, one would not expect bones in a wrap. To top it all off, and something that is quite unacceptable, the staff discussed us in a negative way in the kitchen. Even my grandson recognized their conversation was about us and our "complaints." I've never experienced such behaviour at any other Mary Brown's.
Every time I (or my siblings) come here, the staff have always approached us with LAZY atmosphere. They make us feel that they are not happy for having customer! Mary Brown’s have good food but the service in this branch is beyond horrible! Every time we come here at night, they are not busy (like there’s no other customers) but always say that will take 30 mins or 40 mins to make food may it be just taters or chicken. It already started to feel like to discourage customers buying due to long wait time. I feel bad for the franchise owner! If not for the taste of food, no one would like to buy from this store as a regular person!
With Mary Monday's and their two-piece chicken & taters deal on Wednesday, I don't know how they are profitable - absolute amazing value with the best quality in town. Their tater poutine is always a must have - the taters soak up the gravy really well but don't leave it mushy as the breading still gives it a hint of a crunch to it. Always super fresh and never greasy!
Chicken was ok I've eaten at the one in Winnipeg a few times and it was quite a bit better, nice and crispy. Where this marry browns was a little greasy and wasn't really crispy at all. Side note was very disappointed when I paid extra for all white meat on a 6 piece meal and got 3 wings
Very clean place, looks like it seats 23 inside. Friendly service and food was fairly quick. Super tasty, will be back.
Neat place, super friendly staff. Chicken was fried to perfection keeping it moist on the inside. I'm not a big fan of wedges, as I prefer fries. The cole slaw was very good! My kids loved the mac and cheese salad too.

I prefer not to be lied to. If the cashier tells me 15 min for 9 pcs of chicken then why 25 min. There were no other customer orders just mine. Dont lie to me please.

my wife and I Ordered off the app . While doing do specifically stated not to have certain items in the burger/meal due to allergies. Even wrote it in the comments and well of course the items weren t taken off. I understand mistakes happen but this isn t the first time this has happened to Us but I promise you that This is the last time I will give money to this franchise. So with all that being said , I gotta ask.. why do You even have a comment section in your app when the employees don t even bother to read it, or even give me the ability to add or remove topping/dressings. It s disappointing, overpriced and over hyped That s my Ted talk

I went in with my wife, she ordered the two piece meal. But I m only eating carnivore so I asked if they could accommodate with just two chicken breasts and some hot sauce. After they brought the manager out, he was more than happy to accommodate my way of eating. Will definitely be coming back here. Dietary restrictions: Accommodate my carnivore diet
Many items on the menu are not available to order on the app. If you do walk in to order, its a guaranteed 20 minute wait, while skip orders parade in and out. Reminding you that you should have ordered through the app.... which doesnt even work. Whats the point?
Food here is always really good. I am a bit disappointed that one of my go to items to order is no longer available at this store. Even with that I will still continue to eat here. The staff are always friendly, and the place is always clean.

I ordered through Doordash to try this food and unfortunately I regret it completely. The chicken portions were small considering the amount of money I had to pay for it. The food wasn t fresh, it was reheated. You could see it clearly when you opened the box. At first at I thought it was KFC s alternative, but I was wrong, absolutely disappointing.

Good chicken and taters. But Im very disappointed in my order yesterday. Paid just over $50 for a 13 piece feast that had 3 drumsticks, 3 wings, 4 thighs, 2 ribs and 1 keel. It was a major disappointment. For the price, there could of been more ribs or keels. Going to be a while before Ill order here again.
was not happy with the overall experience by the food and the staff. almost waited 45 minutes to get my food when I opened the food it was almost soggy and did not even feel like to eat it. I threw it away.
Shout out to my young man Tony. This is one of the greatest Mary Browns that Ive never been to before. It is unfortunate that I am limited to 5 stars because I wish I could give 6 for that is how wonderful an establishment this is. Unless you have alot of time on your hands then dont go. 20 mins for a sandwich. 2 people in back chatted while the front person struggled and then food was cold . Not even warm and I went a block to eat.

Just to expensive now. The big marry seems smaller then 6 months ago . Also the pop ins is a gamble. I bought a large and my wife got the medium and we came straight home and to my surprise for the 2nd time my box was not full.. we weighed both the large and med and they were a couple grams lighter then the large..
Fantastic chicken! Never greasy. Fries are always hot. Very quick service. Excellent customer service compared to other MB restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Made an order for our chicken to be ready for 6:10 about 45 minutes before. Came at 6:10 and they hadn t even started our order. Had to wait 30 minutes while people who ordered after us got there food right away. No point in calling ahead they will just forget about u. Terrible service

Better than KFC. Chicken is fully seasoned even the meat!! It is very good !!! You know with kfc or other places the Chicken is dry and doesnt have alot of flavor other then the skin . This some how has flavor through the hole magical piece . It is fabulous!!! Highly recommended . Oh and the fries are good to . And everything else Plus they do have a spicey option which is soo good !!!

Meh...was expecting a larger burger for $7.00. Onion Rings arent bad, the seasoned taters are probably the one redeeming item. Think Ill stick to KFC .

Mary Browns is hands down the best chicken franchise. This time going it was good, but the chicken wasnt as fresh as I was used to. The white meat pieces were dried out. Everything else was just as good as always

Its ok... staff are friendly love the wraps just wish they would add extra sauce when you ask for it. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches asked for extra mayo and just got a 2 dry buns and chicken. Cant trust anybody to make your order correctly anymore without looking it over. Its not my job to check on your work you get paid for to do. Other then that is good.
Beats any other chicken joint by MILES! If you want real chicken packed with flavor and homemade goodness, come down here. Very friendly staff and owner too! Not a single bad thing I can say.
