I ordered for pickup and it was easy as could be. Then I got the food home and it was amazing! The quality and the quantity of the food was perfect.
Food was really good. There was great service.
Beef is water-injected meat. Even suspect that it is not beef, but pork or duck or something else. After eating it, I have a stomachache all night long. I'm not sure if it's because of it. Don't want to go again.
This is the by far best Chinese I had in Brandon sally is such a nice kind person my kids love going there she’s basically family now my kids call her auntie sally they love it and only place I can get them to eat without being picky

stopped in for the Thursday night buffet. food was old and cold, they did bring out new stuff eventually ! but it still was so gross. paid 54$ for two and 2 beers. didn't ask how we wanted the bill split didn't ask if we wanted another drink. lees was closed for a night and we ended up here and it was such a let down down. I'll never be back and I don't think anyone else should go either
Stopped in at Double Happiness on a quiet night and it was really worth it. Food was delicious and Sally was absolutely lovely. Local family run business and lots of choice! I’m a vegetarian and they did have tofu options plus the egg rolls are SO good. Highly recommend and make sure you have a chat with the owners since they are great!

Awesome price for a buffet! Selection is a little limited but for that price well most likely be coming back. Wonderful sesame chicken, like Chinese places used to make. Vegetarian options: More than one veggie dish.

Was a cold night out double happiness made my night. My favourite place in Brandon for Chinese. Parking kinda sucks in this area but the food is worth it. See you again soon DH

I have never had an issue with ordering, until tonight. They gave me a wrong order and put the wrong address, so the food was also cold. When I called back to let them know my order was wrong and cold, they offered to charge me for the food I had ordered.... but no delivery charge. I dont see how this was even an option? I will find a new place to order chinese food from if this is how they feel it would fix the problem.
The food was amazinggg, my favourites were the beef chow mein, chicken balls, and the egg rolls Also great service!
The Host was very kind, plus the food was delicious, very filling dinner for 2. Chicken balls were my favourite, definitely going to be coming back for more!:)

Food was very tasty but I ordered beef with mixed vegetables and there was very little beef in it. It should be called mixed vegetables with a few pieces of beef. Ridiculous. Chinese restaurants have the lowest food cost of any type of restaurant yet half of Chinese restaurants skimp on the meat. Will never order from here again.
Old school family run Canandian-Chinese food restaurant. We all had soup with noodles, very good. Taste was good, size was good. Dont expect fancy decor, but the price is great. Parking: At least the meters are cheap still, dont forget some coins

Terrible experience each time. Wife and I go in for takeout/self serve. The lady watches over our shoulders the entire time and tells my wife and I how much to put in our box when it s an all you can eat buffet takeout style. For the price of $20, she expects you to fill the tiny slots in the box and that s it. My suggestion - go to the mall at sizzling wok and get yourself a box full for half the price. Very ignorant to customers.

Best place for Chinese in Brandon by far. If you re debating between here, Lees Buffet and sizzling wok. Recommend this way more then those two! You ll spend less compared to lees and same price as sizzling wok and it s by far way better! My go to Chinese food!

Order arrived over 40 minutes late and was freezing cold. Offered no compensation. Dropped the food off and ran before we could pay then phoned up asking for payment like it was our fault. Terrible service

Placed an online order at 430pm and received a confirmation email that confirmed pick up in 90 mins. Arrived and there must have been 40 people waiting in line outside who placed orders ahead of time. Advised they were extremely behind and my order was not close to being fulfilled. Poor service. If they are that far behind suspend ordering or at least start calling people rather than have them show up.

We ate inside the restaurant. It took longer than usual to get our food, their focus was on the takeout, whixh was busy. Me and my partner both had dinner for one. It has always been good in the past but this time it was not. The rice was soggy and had a funny taste, my partner only had one bite and she couldnt eat it. Not sure if they have changed cooks or not? I would not recommend Double Happiness based on our most recent experience. In the past, yes, but not now.

Every couple of weeks we are there for Sunday supper. Never had a bad meal!!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the food cant be beat! Its definitely one of our favorite places to eat!

Needs improvement. Rice was dry! Looked and tasted like they used Minute Rice. The egg & spring rolls were disgusting. Tasteless and was like biting into mush. Will not return here. Definitely not worth the $15 I spent for lunch.

Me and my mom enjoy coming here when were in the area, very convenient.
Though my visit was quite a while back I remember the food was delicious and mostly I remember friendliness and being made comfortable.
We ordered 3 things for delivery, one of which was chicken balls. Restaurant called soon after and their was a misunderstanding that resulted in 2 extra orders of chicken balls added for $10. My sesame chicken was also replaced with chicken balls. All this was fine except for the fact that our $70 chicken balls were just okay

The food was good as we had been told but the place was like an old diner with a table in the corner heaped with old newspapers. If you can ignore the look of the place go for it but dont ask for ice in your water unless you are prepared to pay 25 cents a slice! Seriously?
Fast & Friendly staff and good prices but the food lacked flavour. I love chinese food but this was very different from other chinese restaurants. The sauces, ginger beef and S&S pork were not your typical dishes. I probably wouldnt eat there again.

Delicious! My go to Chinese food in Brandon. Amazing shrimp with really light breading, super crispy chicken wings, ginger beef with giant chunks of real ginger... I havent found anything I dont like yet.

so good! We got delivery while staying at a hotel in town. We ordered egg rolls, pork rice, ginger beef and chicken balls from the menu in the phone book. Chose them because their prices were the best. Delivery was fast and they put in forks and plates even though I forgot to ask for them! They also gave us a free order of white rice. The food wasnt typical, ginger beef had real ginger in it! egg rolls werent slimy or soggy at all and were so good. The chicken balls were not over breaded and very good as well. I would definitely recommend!
