The meal and the waitress was awesome, friendly smile and polite..it wasnt until I went up and paid I was disappointed with the lady with the bedazzled jacket that didnt even smile or ask me how our meal was or anything.. She was more interested in getting my money and thats it.. very poor display of customer service if I ever saw it.

We ordered pouched very very soft eggs got just about hard, r hashbrowns where to be fully cooked we got them raw more or less. When we told the waitress she just ssid i could order them again but u will get the same thing and walked away. So we will not be going back there again

Service was terrible wouldn t slow down for the kids to think, would walk away if we did not have are minds made up, when the order came to my sister she was grabbing a menu and instead of waiting for her to say what she wanted the waitress looked down at her and said hello . This was not the service we where expecting from this well established restaurant

They was a screw up on our order the first waitress was good she fix the drinks to start. But when the food came and we complained the second waitress was rude snotty and full of herself. She tried to explain that I was wrong and they were right. I have been a chef for over 22 years. And if I decied to family out for breakfast. I shouldnt have to agrue with a server that Im not happy with my food and that the order was prepared wrong.

Came in with several kids, no kids menu was given, when asked, only got 1 No water being there 45 mins ( asked 2x) When food arrived, 2 of us still did not have utensils until asked Food order was all messed up. Drinks was all messed up. Fresh orange juice tasted so bad. Waitress spilled all the drinks when placed on our table, then did not even think about brining napkins to clean it up Could not believe how butchered everything was in Brandon . Why write down orders if you won t bring out what we ordered. I go to the location in oak bluff all the time, same menu, totally different taste and service. Still payed 130$ for bad food and aweful service sad what happened after I recommended to friends

The family and I was in table 37 this morning and the server made us feel uncomfortable and much to be desire. Food is amazing but the server really needs to improve her behaviour towards costumers.

This location has rude waitress. When we went there our waitress was not friendly at all and demands a tip even though the service was not great. After we paid and were on waiting Pass the front doors and the supervisor/ waitress that served us decided to storm out of the doors and start shouting at us saying next time she seen someone sharing a drink she was going to change that sip extra everyone on our table had purchase there own drink and my sister just wanted to have a little taste of the drink that my brother had. It was a very uncomfortable experience!!! It left us not wanting to come back or recommend it to anyone after this!

The waitress was rude when talking to my wife. The cook would not prepare food as we asked and had to send it back. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Last time we will be stopping here. Parking: Full-on potholes and have to drive slow or it would jar the back

I was in tonight for supper and wow Ive never had a waitress that was as rude as the one we had. The entire time I kept getting the feeling like she was in a rush to go nowhere and would rather be somewhere else. She did correct an error in part of the order which was great, the other stuff wasnt really a big deal she brought the bill I had cash which covered it and I wanted to get some change to put towards a tip, she looked at the bill and money and decided to say and no tip to which I replied well I was going to until that comment. Very unprofessional.

I took my step daughters out for breakfast this morning for a treat to this location. First off they open at 7 am, no arrived to the place until about 6:55am, ok thats no problem I understand. Walked in the sign said please wait to be seated so we did. Waitress comes around the corner with an annoyed expression on her face, says to me just seat yourself we just opened 3 mins ago. Ok and thats my problem why? She wasnt friendly at all, didnt barely say hello. She came to take our order. My girls are old enough to speak and order for themselves, my 13 years old was trying to order, she speaks low and gets nervous, the waitress couldnt hear her so instead of asking her to repeat her order she looks at me what can I get her? I look at my 13 year old and said try again a little louder. The lady was standing there with a disgusted looked on her face. Than took my order and wasnt overly pleasant with me either. Brought our food, which for being the first customers of the day you would think that the food would be nice and hot. The butter (if thats what you call it) wasnt even melted on mine or my 13 year olds toast. My 9 year old got Strawberry pancakes she said they were ok but hard to cut, I asked her if she wanted me to send them back she said no and just didnt eat those ones. Im not impressed at all with the service at this establishment. I understand restaurants are short staffed and it was early but least you can do is be pleasant. I was perfectly ok with waiting at the table a little longer to get hot fresh food and allow them a few mins to open up. I am disappointed as I am newer to Brandon and have been excited for restrictions to lift and go eat in at this restaurant as I had heard many good things. This was my first opportunity to try it out and have to report I will not go back. Only reason I stayed today is because of my girls they needed a good breakfast before school today and this was the closest place to their school with the time frame we had this morning. I hope management reads this and knows this is a good way to lose customers. The lady working may not be a morning person... ok I get it but thats the shift you are there to work. I believe you can do much better and be more pleasant. I will say that had you at very least said good morning to us you would of got a tip. But since you were rude as soon as we walked in the door and the comment about only being open 3 min, sorry you did not get a tip. My opinion I tip for customer services and good food. I didnt feel we got either this morning. I am sending this person a virtual hug that her day gets better and she doesnt treat other customers like this. Thank you for the start to our day with the mediocre food and service.

Handy to stop in for a break from shopping. Good food. Close to everything you need, gas, drugstore, keystone ctr, Canadian tire, liquor store, ect. Food hit or miss, got a half sized cowboy breakfast, sausage under cooked, bacon cold and tough, parogies cold and toast barely toasted. But eatable. Waitress was friendly.

Terrible. It was uncomfortably hot in there, about 40 degrees Celsius. No refills on water..only one server. Found a nasty big, long black hair in our food. They made a new meal to replace the hairy food, but it wad half ate by the time the nasty wad discovered. At the time of payment, no remorse was expressed, no discount or anything. Quite disappointed, probably never go back

Very over priced for what you get. Veal with gravy is what they say had to search for the gravy asked for a little more wad told was a 2.00 charge.

$54 bill for 2 mediocre breakfasts in a dirty old restaurant with stained carpets.

I am a big fan of breakfast at all times of the day! Many delicious entrees here but my absolute favorite the Banana Bread French toast. Its actual banana bread made as a French toast and drizzled with cream cheese frosting. The staff is super nice too. Great place!

Very friendly serving staff. Kept asking us if we needed anything and how the meal was. We also noticed the kitchen chef working quick on his feet to get orders out. Portion size was excellent for the price, food was layed out nicely and cooked to taste They have lemon black tea, I didnt know this was a thing, that went well with honey. I tipped both the servers and the chef.

The restaurant was not busy but, the service was prompt and accurate. Didnt come to the table every 2 mins. The food was great. We both loved our choices and my partner had some to take home. All good. This restaurant is one of those go to that is always consistent.

I guess thats my fault but i kinda figured a heads up from the staff would have been nice. I opened up the ketchup and it actually exploded everywhere on my food. I ordered shredded hashbrowns but got cubed The kitchen staff was training and didnt seem like he was enjoying himself as he sounded frustrated with the new guy. Food otherwise was good...not 15 bucks good

They have been pretty good till this morning, bangers weren t even hot, like they microwaved them. Ordered a ham cheese and green onion omelette, hot ham and onion. Told them of the issue and they gave me a $2 discount. I will go back to the one on HWY 1, way better service!

So i dont think ive ever wrote a bad review for a restaurant before, but theres always a first. Humptys by the mall, hands down worst experience ive ever had eating out. We got sat down immediately and our drinks within a few minutes.. than our server came 20 minutes later. Than our food came 40 minutes after that. The table of 6 that came after us got there food before we did.. like they were done eating before ours even came out.. and it came out wrong, cold, and my 1 year olds pancakes were soggy.. and than since we got the special i didnt get the 10% off fathers day discount. Our server walked by 7 times after we got our food and never asked how it was, she was so quick i couldnt even snag her to tell her about our experience. I was able to get 1 refill on my coffee in the whole 1.5 hours we were there. I dont know if ill ever go back to there again and i usually go there twice a month.. side note- it was busy, but it wasnt line at the front door waiting to be seated busy.. before today i would have easily rated humptys a 4 or 5 star experience. That being said humptys on the hill is still a good choice to goto. Havent had a bad experience there yet.

Six of us headed out for breakfast Saturday morning just before 10am. We ended up going past the restaurant in the mall because there was a line out the door of five or more families, next stop: Humptys. It only took a few moments to get seated, but thats basically when the service stopped. It took several minutes before we saw our server, who had been passed out drink order from the hostest, but it had been a bad game of telephone. The right drinks came out, but in the wrong quantities. One person ordered tea, three teapots came out. Four of us asked for a water, only one came. And we had to wait for quite some time for coffee. It was being made. Eventually the coffee came out and then she took out breakfast order. Four panscramblers and a couple big breakfasts. We didnt see our waitress again until she began bringing the food out. She dropped off the first half of the orders, came back with the second and one of the panscramblers was incorrect. She claimed she had grabbed the wrong one and headed back to the kitchen, and avoided is for a few minutes. We werent sure if they were remaking it because she didnt come back until she had the right panscrambler in her hand. But parts of it were cold. That one got sent back, but we didnt want to wait for another. So we paid and left, most likely not to head back to this location again.

Service was slow. Food was slow. One of the friends with us had got food that was still cold after waiting for a hour. Never going again. Lost 6 customers...thats for sure...

Awful food. Ordered eggs benedict and they were completely overcooked. Sausage was undercooked. Our other order of eggs was also overcooked, meat undercooked and toast burnt. Potatoes were good but thats it. It was a take out order. When we called the restaurant, the manager wouldnt even come to the phone. Finally offered us a $20 gift card (after being on the phone for some time) for $70 worth of food we couldnt eat. Terrible restaurant, will never eat here again.

Good variety of menu items. Breakfast items even later in the day - not sure if all day. Reasonable for under $20/ person. Staff are quick and courteous with drink refills and clearing dishes away.

Got the pan scrambler the cheese sauce was runny. Could hear the manager yelling from our table. He was verbally assaulting the employees... but the service was great always had coffee ready and would fill our drinks and see how everything was
