Brando Shoppers Mall location...Very poor quality of steak on steak sandwich...not the usual standard very tough...perhaps new supplier???

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this Smittys location specifically........... our office had done a Skipthedishes order from here for 5 breakfasts and when it came it was missing one side of hashbrowns. I called the restaurant directly and the woman (Kim I think) who took the call IMMEDIATELY volunteered to personally deliver the missing item to our doorstep. That is top quality service!! 11/10 will order from again. Thank you!

It has been a long time since we went to Brandon Shoppers Mall Smittys. We both ordered Eggs Benedict with the breakfast poutine / shredded potatoes. IT WAS FABULOUS & COOKED PERFECTLY TO WHAT WE ORDERED!! The meal was reasonably priced, service was wonderful and such a nice change from just edible and mediocre. We will be back!

Excellent breakfast special! Great food and portions. And they give each table their own miniature coffee pot so you can always have a full cup. Very fast service too.

I got eggs Benedict from here a few weeks ago, the eggs were unfortunately overdone. The girl that answered the phone was literally in the middle of laughing with other co-workers. I wouldn t be surprised if it was her fault my eggs weren t done how I asked. She seemed way to busy giggling and making me uncomfortable. This is a work place, not a place to goof around while people are trying to order.

Food was extremely expensive for what we ordered. Ordered boneless wings and got regular. Wife ordered club house with no cheese or lettuce and got both. Server was nice until we wanted to pay the bill and she was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes. Dirty sticky floors in our booth and when I went to use the washroom Im pretty sure their were ppl in the stalls doing drugs. This was in the late afternoon. Would not recommend this place unless you like over paying for food that is mediocre and small portions.

Service in the lounge was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to the next visit and the many visits to come. Never had any food except barley sandwiches and they tasted delightful with a hint of pickle. ;)

Always great homemade soup for a regular price. At least their bowl is a bit bigger than some other places.

Im not much of a french toast and waffle guy but I really enjoyed having these items here. Service was friendly and the food came out in a decent time.

Dining at the location by the highway is a far superior experience overall; food quality, in particular, is noticeably worse at this location.

Always good food and drinks and the employees are fantastic, however the management is absolutely the opposite. Ive seen countless employees filter through after being overworked and treated poorly, along with other issues that Ive heard the labour board isnt too happy about. Its really sad to see the struggle that these amazing employees are going through at the hands of poor management. Its very obvious when staff are mistreated. Customers will start to notice and stop coming. I certainly did. Do better. Edit: Although Im sure this was a tactic to make me delete my review, I choose to leave it up. I used to live in Brandon and have dined at this restaurant numerous times in the past and during my recent visits in the city. This response shows a level of pettiness that I had only assumed before. It certainly says a lot about a business owner when they are willing to talk down to a customer online, and I can only imagine the level of pressure their staff is under when faced with this degree of gaslighting. Im not sure what you are referring to in regards to similar initials, but I can assure you that I have never worked for your establishment, nor have I ever been terminated. I have, however, worked in the restaurant and service industries in the past. Although I am no longer a server, it is very easy to recognize the struggles they go through when you have experienced them yourself. Im not sure who you think I am but I do feel bad for whatever you have put that staff member through. Reviews are meant to give honest opinions based on experience. While the food was good and has been in the past, my experience as a whole was not. I think it is incredibly unprofessional to involve strangers in workplace issues. Im happy to see business is good for you and I sincerely hope your current staff is treated better than you have treated a stranger online.

Great Steak sandwich

Steak sandwich is a great deal, good food great service. A lot of people may only go for breakfast style food, but their lunch menu is worth checking out !

My server Jae was absolutely phenomenal I ve never had a server so composed and organized. The food was fairly tasty for the price as well.

Best spinach dip I ve ever had by far. Our server, pretty sure her name was Amber was just a great human being! She lit up the lounge with her welcoming smile. She looks like she works hard and made lots of conversation with us. 10/10 recommend coming to eat there again just to see that great server Amber!

Very slow service... took forever to be greeted to get seated, even longer for them to come take our order and she kept going back and leaving before we completed the order. Took forever to get our bill once we asked. terrible service.

If you enjoy paying over $4 for one glass of iced tea with half the cup full of ice, come here! Fleecing their customers. Atmosphere was good but thats it.

I was served the wrong dish and still had to pay for it something very wrong here. Why do I have to pay for someones mistake?

The Service was absolutely fantastic. I didn t quite catch the name of the lady (Laura perhaps) but she was so friendly and kind that prompted me to write a review. Also, the service was super fast.

Everything was good until the the waitress Emma T was taking our payment. She wouldnt let me add my rewards barcode before the payment and was impatient, there was no one waiting in line. It was more the attitude of heres your receipt, heres the machine all loaded for your card. Pay and leave!!

Wow. Just wow. Did not expect a dinner theater! I cant believe the service! Soooooo funny and engaging! My server was Emma T (I think) and this guy with an accent (didnt get his name) were so inviting and patient with all my questions. I stayed for hours simply for the entertainment. Will be coming back for sure.

do NOT order skip the dishes from this place. the poutine said it was made with curds but it came drenched in shredded cheese and the fries were soggy. the fish was disgusting, so greasy. clean your fryer.

This post is not in reference to your food but its always good when we do come to eat here. Yesterday afternoon (May 09/22) we came in for a bite to eat. Earlier that morning I had some minor surgery done in my neck area and was all bandaged up. After my wife and I ordered our meals, I decided to go check on my bandages as I had noticed some bleeding around them. Well in the washroom I checked things over and I could see after in a while that I was in trouble as the bleeding got worse. To cut a long story short, after I come out of the washroom I indicated to the staff that I was in trouble with the bleeding and they were very, very helpful. They got me seated and brought towelling to put over the bleeding area etc. What Im trying to say is, we are very appreciative of the help from your staff. They sprung into action calling paramedics and an ambulance to the the restaurant etc. After I was put in the ambulance they looked after my wife who was left behind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the staff who attended our problems yesterday. We have nothing but praise for them. Phil and Mabel Wilk

Best Caesars Ive ever had.

A good place to relax with friends. The senior menu has a tasty selection of different types of entrees at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Prices have gone up. But thats expected. The server also brought a whole pot of coffee for me, so I was always having a full cup. The food was great, and when the server did come to help out she was like a ninja! Surprisingly nice time.

Had breakfast there this morning before work, food came out fast and was fairly good. However the server never checked on me at any point (so I didnt get any refills) and i had to track her down for the bill. My major concern is that she seemed a lot nicer to me then the people who she sat after me, not quite rude but definitely not friendly in fact she seemed annoyed to have to serve them.

The food was amazing as always. Have gone here 3 times, first 2 times were great. 3rd time, mid afternoon not busy at all. Took 20 minutes for a starter, while cooks were walking around the restaurant. Servers were great, cooks meh. Kitchen manager, condescending.

Server gave off a great vibe and automatically knew how to respond to our group, besides Mr.Happy who just wasnt vibing with the rest of us (not her fault). Food was great, drinks were great. Highly recommend.

My friend and I went in for hoping to get a certain type of meal anyway they taking it off the menu two years ago so we just got burgers and sandwiches but the way the staff handled it was awesome and we just felt really it is like were visiting our family so I enjoy my food and Im a foodie so I had an awesome sandwich loved it the only one catch I would ask when theyre doing fries especially sweet potato fries give a larger order thats all

Every time my husband and I step foot into Smitty s we enjoy ourselves. The last time I we visited was the 1st day we could eat out after code red. We were immediately greeted by the friendliest staff, seated in an amazing section, and treated like family. It was wonderful, and that was all before we got our food! We enjoyed 3 appetizers(wings, boneless wings and cauliflower bites), and 2 entrees. The ultimate mozza burger is outstanding and I cannot wait to have another one!

Great breakfast . Staff was very good and the restaurant was set up good for distancing and safety . Really good covid protocols . I did not feel unsafe eating at this establishment.

Doesnt feel like a restaurant at all, feels like the finest dining establishment with top notch hostesses and customer service. Thought I was in a Michelin starred restaurant run by Chef Ramsey himself. Would definitely recommend again and again again. VLTs are nice too almost like your in a casino, that never pays out!

I normally wouldnt give 4 stars to a chain spitting out run of the mill, processed fodder, however, the staff were so exceptional it made up for the engineered mediocrity.

went there on August 7th with a group friends around ten waited for 45 min at the entrance to be seated only to have two employees look at us and not even address the fact we were there-long story short we got not service what so ever as we didnt even get a seat-if I only I could give this place zero stars-go to Smittys on Highway one they are so much better then this location.

We had a great night at this location to watch UFC! We were greated warmly and safely (COVID). Our server was Mary and she was WONDERFUL. We spent hours there watching the fights and she made great suggestions and made sure our popcorn was always fresh! We just had such a great night. Thank you to the staff and owners, who chatted with us, for making us feel so welcome and for sending us home way too full of yummy apps! The Appy Combo is the best deal for fights! They are also doing a great job with COVID control and making sure staff and customers feel safe but still have fun

Staff has always been great and friendly! We miss our Friday evening stops here... luckily their take out is still top notch!
