I bought crispy chicken and fries today and I am so dissapointed and that meal killed my appetite and hunger for the day,the fries was cold and not crunchy,the chicken was overspiced and salty.I am do dissappoinited cod this is nothing but a waste of money.
We went in and placed an order just after 8pm they close at 9:00 order the 10 pieces of chicken meal they took are money we paid the came to us not long after telling us they don’t have enough chicken to place the order. The tried to replace with other items. We wanted what we order don’t understand why they could not make our order. We ended up asking for our money back and leaving with no food. Was very frustrating and wasted 30 minutes of our time for no reason. If they can’t or don’t want to fill order why are they open or why not tell us at the start of the order. Experience was not great.
Chicken was dry out.worst chicken I had.pay 39.00 for chicken and a pop.saving your money, go to tims ,right next door.if I was the owner I would be so Embarrassed, I would closed the doors on this was place.
Food is good but their delivery is sometimes off. For example, I’m still waiting on items they forgot to deliver, when I called to let them know they told me “we’ll give you them next time you order”. I left so many messages and phone calls.
I know, you should expect much from fast food restaurants. But, the chicken was SO greasy. Gravy is practically liquid, with no flavor. Fries are OK. Asked for plates, so we could dine in and eat, they saw 5 people together, gave us 2 plates(I know, not a huge deal).. but annoying none the less.
I went in and I ordered a macaroni salad, a piece of all white meat, original recipe and a can of diet Pepsi I originally asked for a breast And the person taking my order told me that they don’t serve them anymore…. Not accurate, but OK I should’ve been smarter and checked my order before I left, but I got home 11 minutes away from this establishment to find out that I paid nearly 5 dollars for a drumstick…… Do better
It was weird at first that we ordered our food, and 5 min later, it was ready. Keep in mind that we ordered a 14 pc chicken tender combo w/4 sides. That's not something you cook that fast. Anyway, we started to eat, and then I realized why it was delivered so fast, the food wasn't fresh, it was reheated. You could tell from the looks of the chicken that it wasn't crispy, and it lacked the iconic flavor of the KFC spices. The fries were bland and looked like they were cooked over an hour ago. I don't know about you, but I ordered Mac & Cheese because we couldn't order 4 fries sides (don't ask me because I'm still wondering why) And it wasn't even reheated, it was cold as if I took it out of the fridge and served it that way. I chose Crush orange to drink, and I don't know if the machine wasn't set up correctly or if some ingredients were missing, but it tasted like sparkling water, no orange flavor. So I had to go with the ol' reliable Pepsi. Before I went there, I checked the reviews people posted here to be sure, and since they were a bit old, I thought, "Maybe something's changed after a while." I couldn't be more mistaken... If anyone from KFC is reading this, I don't need to talk further on my experience shopping or have any discount coupons. Just tell your employees to cook food the moment when they receive an order and not beforehand to save time. It'll probably give you better reviews and overall better customer retention. So. KFC 18th and Richmond this is for you. 👏👏👏 very well done. Prior to renovation, I hated going in your establishment because it was so gross, the food also seemed mediocre but I don't imagine working in a drab deteriorating place makes you care much. Today Nov 4, 2023 I had the most fantastic experience. The chicken was great, the gravy tasted right and I didn't have to feed your fries to the Ravens. Everyone working was polite and seemed happy. I will and encourage people to try KFC again if they haven't already and see for yourself. Plates are all empty. Tha k you.

The service was awesome and the building is nice and clean. The food is horrible, the chicken and gravy if taste less and they need to do something or they will lose customers. The web site is hard to get orders off too, im not sure why it s so hard.
This KFC insults the great KFC s that strive to keep their customers. They could not even fill an order that they were promoting.
If it is fresh, it must be a treat for the taste buds, but occasionally some leftovers are just heated up and cannot be swallowed.
Bought 18 piece bucket meal on April 6/2024. There was only one piece of white meat. HUGE rip off for the price. Will never be back!
They don t give you everything you ordered, I paid extra for extra sides and didn t get them.
Rude service, continuing language barrier issues with no attempt to improve, and often getting order wrong and over charging for product. I get that we all have bad days and we all make mistakes, but its a continuing issue with no attempts to make it right. Oh and ps, generally its a good idea to wait until the customer leaves the premises before badmouthing them.
The employees were arguing right in front of us about whether or they wanted to cook our chicken for the new onion ring burger since it takes so long. I guess they decided not to cook it because we only got a bun with onion rings and sauce and no chicken !! Also $15 for one burger !!!

Missing several items from order. This is by far the worst KFC Ive ever been to. Managment needs to change. How hard is it for them to read an itemized receipt? 4pc does not mean 2pc. Check your order before you leave.
No prices on online menu. Have to buy a drink to get an item that s on sale. So it s not actually a sale but a scam.

Went to this place on may , literally i had so much expectations of this place, as it was my first time trying KFC here in canada. Told them to make it spicy and it was literally without any spice at all. Great service and fast delivery of food, but the way the original recipe was made by colonel, i think they changed it.
Worst KFC, food is always COLD, better off driving to Portage and eating at that KFC, foods actually good and hot, and hasn t been under a heat lamp all day
Had a $70 order I did online for delivery. After 2 hours no food still. Went in to the store and they were just about to finally leave with my order. Had to ask for the driver cost back as they were just going to keep that and the tip. Food was cold after assured it was still fresh. Head office wouldn t return my calls and I only got a cheesy email for a free small popcorn chicken.

Chicken was flavorless and greasy. Fries were stone cold upon delivery. The gravy was basically brown water with ZERO flavor. I remember now why I stopped ordering from you guys and from now on, Mary Browns will get all my business. Teach your cook how to properly mix your gravy and how to properly bread the chicken. It isnt THAT difficult. Terrible terrible.

Our food arrived cold and tasted like it was leftovers from hours prior. Managers refused to remake order or provide a refund. Wouldnt even call us back after they said they would check with the driver n call back. 0/5 wont be returning, save your money

I ordered before closing and I was missing a burger so I couldn t go back till the next day. When I went back, they told me that they gave me two burgers. Not to mention they gave me a plain chicken burger instead of a spicy Big Crunch and the gravy looked like it was watered down. Bad costumer service from the servers and I won t be ordering from here again.

Great service. The food was made quickly and everyone was very nice. One employee even held the door open because my hands were full.
I am usually ordering take out from KFC once if not twice a month, today, my order took over 15 minutes. Everyone ahead of and behind me got their food before I did because a previous customer didnt get his chicken burger, I lost mine!! On top of that, I didnt get my order of gravy and my french fries were literally thrown into a big bag, just as is, and they werent even cooked all the way through! There was (what I thought was a manager) going through customers bags and touching everything that she didnt need to be, helped her self to her food for her self and family and then magically she was gone from the restaurant. Paying customers should come first and never have to feel discouraged!! Unfortunately, this paying customer wont be back!!

The food is okay, if you can get it. But this is the single worst KFC location you will ever go to because they are either randomly closed or have a 20 minute wait for fast food. Also what kfc / taco bell closes at 9pm? The owners of this place are terrible. How does this city have 14 different pizza places and only 1 kfc? I hate this place. Also as a personal experience I once called and ordered for pick up, they said 10 minutes. I got there 10 minutes later and it was not ready, in fact they hadnt even done anything, so I basically just had to order like I hadnt called. after I ordered the guy behind me ordered the literal same thing I did (9 piece fries & gravy). So I got my number and he got his. Several minutes later they called him first. So to clarify, I called for pickup, they ignored me. I went and then had to order again, and then they served the person that ordered after me before me. I genuinely hate this specific kfc with all my heart.
KFC has really stepped up their game in the last few years. This location is a good example of that. It is run by an incredibly nice crew of staff who are competent and professional.

Just had the the boneless chicken tender,popcorn chicken and fries . Brandon! Cost me $27.98 (2 meals) It was so over done and dried out! I have never been so disappointed in KFC. I love it normally...but it was a waste of $30 . Most of it went in the garbage!

The gentleman behind the counter could barely understand a word I was saying. Kept requesting a plain chicken sandwich and he had no idea what I wanted and kept repeating the same incorrect thing. Terrible service all around.
Selection of food is always similar. Menu options could do with an update as there are comparable better chicken restaurants in the locality!

Extremely poor customer service. I was overcharged, when I discovered the manager tried arguing the overcharged amount was the tax. When she couldnt justify that much been taxes she threw the change to me. Thankfully Brandon no longer have to keep enduring their horrible customer service for the sake of eating fried chicken. A better restaurant now in town with much better menu, delicious food and the most amazing customer service. Spend your money in the right place people....go to Popeyes instead.

Apparently the Xtra large fries they gave me, is the same size as the large. So KFC charges you a Xtra large price for fries then hands you a 3/4 full box of large fries.

Overall pretty good. I didnt like the setup for picking up the order though, as that designated area seemed to be blocked off making it more cramped. So you might need to sneak through to the counter and do the pick-up there. In my case I waited another 10-15 minutes. Still enjoyed the food but I could tell they started prepping the order when I got there which sucks when youre trying to distance.
First of all their staff has no clue what a good customer service supposed to mean? If you ask them something they dont try to concentrate on what next person is saying to them. I made my order online and I specifically chose dipping sauce and write note about cutlery and some ketchup with it. When I went to the store to take my order. I even ask to the staff that did you put those things that were requested and she said, YEAH! when I opened it at home and there is no freaking cutlery, no ketchup, no dipping sauces which were even part of the deal. I tried to call and complained to the store manager and guess what line was busy for 30 mins. It was not the first time thats why this time I asked staff that everything is in bag or not? Very disappointed from the service, never going to order anything again especially from this store.
Good chicken option for a fast food
Phoned in my order, pick up for 5:20, they said no has to be 5:15 or 5:30 but not 5:20. Went at 5:15, had to stand at back of a long line, no social distancing and when I got to front of line my order was not ready. In all I did not get my order until 6:45. Not happy
They were not organized with their online orders and they ran out of white chicken which shouldnt really happen at a chicken restaurant. I understand that it could of been a very busy weekend hence not having white chicken meat. Fries were cold as well as popcorn chicken for the amount of time we waited neither of those should of been cold. Also theres no hand sanitizers at the door for customers to use and no staff who wipe down the door after so long or after so many customers which makes the spreading of viruses very easy. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon

Ordered a 32 oz drink for delivery and they showed up with a small bottle. When I called to ask for the rest of my drinks they said that size is not available for delivery. My suggestion is update your website and remove that item or at the very least call the customer to advise and provide alternatives. Poor customer service. Delivery driver was very nice though.

I travel in the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan and eat in a lot of restaurants. We ordered through skip the dishes while I was in Brandon. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. When it arrived it was cold and very, very dry. Look like it had sat on the rack for sometime before being sent to our location. The fries were ice cold, we had to put them in the oven to re-heat. Called the store directly and got the run around as they did not take any responsibility for the order whatsoever. If your looking for a disappointing meal this is the place for you. I also asked where the receipt was and she blamed it on skip the dishes. They charged me $3.99 for delivery fee and another $7.60 for a courier fee.
