Went through the drive through for a coffee. The employee quickly rambled something my boyfriend couldn’t hear so he said “say that again” and the employee comes back with THE MOST obviously sarcastic and taunting response I have EVER heard from someone in customer service. As a manager in the customer service industry - I would be absolutely appalled and disappointed if I EVER heard my employee speaking to a customer that way. I understand that everyone has bad days - sometimes it’s busy and we can be short with people but there wasn’t a line up - it was 8:30am on a Saturday morning and we were the only ones in line.
They consistently get our orders wrong - one time, it was 3 times in 1 order - and we waited over 20 min for our order when we were the only customer in the drive through with no one in the lobby. After 20 min, they came out and asked what our order was because they forgot. Don’t bother coming to this location - go to Richmond instead.
Went there and was the only customer, just wanted some fries and a drink. The person taking the order even repeated my order, when i reached the window the person had screwed up so i corrected and was asked to wait at the pickup bay 1, didn’t bring my drink and when i asked he brought it and had mixed bunch of drink up and made some kind of a concoction and brought me. Fries were cold as ice. Would never visit again.
When I opened up my box I found a burger that had the most gorgeous presentation I’ve seen from McDonald’s in a hot minute.🙃I really loved how it was obvious that they took time and effort into my burger and I thank you!🙏🤤😮💨
No suger I say, always sugar I get. Thought coffee was easy to make. I even say diabetes and they still mess it up. It's just milk no sugar. Maybe worry less about the drive through times. Oh my least favorite part about this is the face they make when I hand it back to them then act like they didn't know, I say it the speaker box, I say it at the window when they're asking if it's my order then I have to say it again once they mess up. Quite annoyed with that. This has happened Everytime that I had gone. This location does have orange juice and that's never been wrong. I've ordered food from there, again sub par service not complicated just no lettuce but I get it Everytime, at least my dog likes it cause I don't. Most likely not returning.
23:45 (11:45pm) I wanted a chicken burger but not sure if it had dairy, they pulled me to the window to order. I said I wanted a burger with pickles, lettuce and tomato, no cheese. Repeated it because they (2 male workers) didn’t hear/understand me. I repeated it, no cheese, I can’t have dairy. Get my order to have before work, took a bite and there was cheese. I called to complain I asked for a burger with lettuce, tomato and pickle. They gave me a Big Mac add tomato. I said I was just there and I asked for said burger. I didn’t know what burger that they gave me I had to look because “if you don’t know what burger you had I can’t help” was talked over, told I didn’t say it at all nor repeatedly. “I’m not arguing with you” I would tell people no dairy because I have a high intolerance with dairy “I’m not arguing with you” I can get you a new burger but you have to come get it. Was told to go in and talk to a manager about it when I want my meal, only took my first name. Definitely a frustrating experience. Fries were hot though 👍🏻
Today we went to this location for having a snack. Such a lovely experience we had there. Very nice and friendly staff. Ms Money was so nice and welcoming. Manager “ms Kathyln was very kind and welcoming too. I think it’s the best location in Brandon so far
I went there this morning with my two kids after experiencing unfriendly service at the Richmond branch. The service was excellent and the lady that served me was kind and understanding of my son's preference to have chips with his hotcakes. I appreciated the extra mile she went and the sterling service as usual. I will always visit this branch as a first option in Brandon. Thank you!
Coffee tasted watered down
Bad customer service every time, no one wants to talk politely and they mess up the order every time. End up going inside every time to get the order corrected while buying from the drive-thru

McDonalds is McDonalds most of the time, but this location gets orders wrong more often than not.
God awful experience trying to get breakfast in the drive thru. Misheard items, missing items, and a terrible time trying to explain whats going on to them.
Breakfast is almost always over cooked! They get the order wrong 75% of the time. Worst customer service and worst one of the four McDonalds in Brandon. Not to mention they try to overcharge you on extra hash browns by listing them separately and instead of adding it to the meal.

Every time we go to the McDonald s on Victoria Avenue in Brandon Manitoba we consistently have rude stuff members wrong orders and no help. this last time we went we ordered a kids happy meal with a Sprite and a sprite was brown and when we told her it was brown she told us just to drink it anyways even though it tasted funny. And refused to listen to me. DONT GO HERE

Not my first time ordering but everytime I order from here I always receive missing items and messy packaging. My lid wasn t on right and it spilt all over my food what not, all my burgers , sausage McMuffin are filled with grease! I couldn t finish them because of how greasy they were. Such a waste of money! So I don t recommend ordering your meal from this McDonald s. Richmond McDonald I would recommend for sure!

2626 Victoria Location has really Ignorant workers.. One of the Mangers decided to argue with me & also tell me he is the boss and no one else is on duty to talk to..and gave me cold food I had brought my receipt back as asked for.. He still did not give me fresh food nor what i paid for and also still argued with me.. whatever happen to customers are always right and be kind towards your customers. I paid over 40$ for cold food and bad service and nothing what i paid for!!.. what a waste of gas

A typical McDonalds, but ALWAYS dirty. I cant remember the last time I didnt have to ask to get a table cleaned off (even with a mostly empty lobby) or just doing it myself with a wet napkin. Floors more often than not, have fries and other garbage under tables, even at 7AM. Ive never had an issue with staff, which are always friendly. Especially when we go through drive-thru, to grab coffee in the morning.
Just went through the drive-thru at 5 pm tonight. I only ordered 2 lrg double-double coffees and a double cheeseburger. When your drive-thru staff went to pass me my VERY HOT coffee, not only was it over-filled, but the lid was not on my cup! I ended up getting scolding hot coffee all over my hand, arm and lap. Your staff gave me napkins and an Oops, sorry. I understand that the drive-thru was very busy and your staff are running around, but PLEASE, when serving hot coffee through the drive-thru, can you PLEASE double-check the lids are on your cup. I am sitting at home with burn pads on my thighs and we never even got our coffee reimbursed :(
We asked twice to make sure there was no meat on my Big Mac and they confirmed there wasn t every time (I m a vegetarian) and of course when I got home there was indeed meat on my Big Mac awesome. Thanks

I m sorry but they just cannot get an order right. I asked for no pickles extra ketchup, the lady repeats, extra onions no ketchup. I said no, I want no pickles and extra ketchup. I get home and bite into my burger to find that they put EXTRA pickles on my burger. Like seriously? Went again today and this time they gave me a drink that tastes like water. went for breakfast, and they forgot my salsa for my breakfast burritos again! this happens to me all the time at this location! I even specifically ordered salsa. be aware that if you like the breakfast burrito, you can only expect to get salsa about 25% of the time at this location.
My girlfriend and I were traveling through and stopped for coffee and a sandwich and had such a friendly experience, the store manager I believe, Lucy, deserves a promotions. She has to be the most friendly and professional worker I ve ever seen in a McDonalds. 10/10 would recommend eating here if for nothing else but the service.

Dirty washroom
Not the first time they had forgotten part of an order(missing 1 happy meal but got drinks), the happy meals didnt have toys. Sadly the kids noticed after left restaurant,plus the missing drinks were not noticed until left Brandon(I live out of the city). On positive note food was excellent just seems to be thing missing items here and there. Just make sure you have everything before driving off even if making line wait lol
Ridiculous service and the quality of food was below what McDonalds used to serve.
Placed mobile order, waited at mobile order stand for 15 mins. Went in to see the order sitting on counter. Lots of staff , everyone seemed confused as to their jobs. Got my food home, everything cold of course. Nobody cares , look at the reviews.
They make an honest mistake and they immediately will make amends for that. What else !!?? That is acceptable at middle of the night... keeping in mind their Delicious services all Day long.

without stuttering, saying um and talking clearly my order was wrong. I said only cheese ketchup and mayo which lead to her asking only other topings and then what did you want with attitude. So when I went to the next window I asked what was on my order and I was told it was Ice coffees which is what not. Then my order with only cheese and only mustard when I had not said the other sauces. As well as cold old fries. The one employee tried to argue with me but the girl who checked my order stood up for me. Sick of these games at drive throughs

Ive been here a few times recently through the drive thru and its never disappointed. Its normally very fast, and even when its not, the staff are so kind that it never phases me anyway. However, today I saw that the drive thru was way too long for my liking, and so I parked and went inside. In retrospect I wish I had ordered a simple meal to keep it easy on the staff, but I ordered two customized burgers, so it took a bit. During my time waiting, I witnessed who I can only assume as two managers being incredibly passive aggressive, loudly, to the staff. Theyd yell that they needed out of the kitchen. One yelled at an employee for giving a cup to the customer before the food (with this wait, who cares?). One yelled because someone who wasnt even out from behind the counter yet didnt have his neon yellow vest on before he leaves the building (he was in the process of putting it on). It was overall very worrying. I felt a lot for the staff. I could see them all tense as soon as one of the managers raised their voice to complain or lecture (which was at least once every two minutes). I can absolutely see how this work environment can lead to the petty mistakes like trying to get an order out to a waiting customer in the parking lot a little bit too hastily. Or like giving a cup to a customer who had just paid for their drink. Or messing up an order. The staff looked so defeated and had their heads down. Im sure if they were given a little more grace and compassion, they would learn better from corrections and be more confident at work. How they are treating their staff (at least in this moment) seemed very dehumanizing. It was like they needed to prove something to us customers... As if we all didnt walk into the busiest McDonalds in town. Was very unnecessary and it was sad to watch. My individual service and burgers were amazing, by the way. I apologize for my anecdotal nature, but I wanted to say something and stress that the staff were all doing great and managed to be kind and polite to customers considering the rush and how the managers chose to intervene/handle problems getting orders out.
Most times I ve been here, very poor experience. Food mostly cold, coffee is lukewarm. Richmond and trans Canada (north) location have much better quality food. Ive been very dissatisfied most of the times I ve ordered here, with beverages and food. Ice cream is good enough. The workers seem willing enough, but management need to step up big time. High time it gets looked into.
Its the kind of McDonalds where the employees are good, the ice cream machine is up 98% of the time, and they put straws in the bag. Thank goodness.

When I arrived I was one of only 3 customers waiting to be served. I understand they have a drive thru but never have I ever waited so long for breakfast at McDonalds. I worked at McDonalds in 1978/79 the service in my opinion has gone down hill. The food is still the same accept the hamburger patties seen to be getting smaller or is it my imagination.

Every single time I make the mistake of coming to this location, I somehow manage to be surprised by something else. Walked in to staff scolding some guy about not placing his order on the kiosk, no one behind the counter doing much of anything, and then the typical (as to be expected from this location) happened yet again, where the food is thrown together with no real care, in a takeout bag with no cutlery or napkins.

I was in town from the US. The menu is so different from ours as well as the the ingredients that make up the normal menu items. Your menu so so much better, you offer so much more. I loved it.
For the fourth time, they forgot my nugget sauce. The person on the window even told me that the sauce were at the bottom of the paper bag. Totaly disappointing.
