Took at least 10/15 minutes till we just walked in to be seated. No interest in keeping an eye on the lobby at all. Short staffed is what they say while it wasn't busy at all.
Went to BP last week for a nice celebratory dinner with my husband. Ordered a Tropical Chicken pizza with the Barbeque sauce instead of Alfredo. It came out with literally little to no BBQ sauce. When we addressed this with our waitress, she said she would go talk to the cook. She proceeded to come out with a tiny little disposable container of BBQ sauce and said to dip the pizza! I am so beyond irritated with this as the pizza was not cheap. If we order something a specific way and the order comes out not the way it is supposed to be we expect it to be corrected properly. The waitress chose to take the word of the cook over a customer. Also, after not eating most of the pizza and receiving our bill she had the nerve to ask if my husband wanted his change. With the service we received that should have never been the question and we should have at least gotten an apology (did not happen) or a discount. Neither happened and BP has lost a customer that came in at least once a week. Not impressed.
Good service from Ashley and the manager but bad food . Worst BP I have ever been to. Big Dipper was soggy (which I noticed later) and very small amount of meat. Talked to waitress about the portion. She took it back to kitchen brought it back but still wasn’t right. Meat tasted old and not enough. No flavour food not made with love. Au jus was very bland tasted like watered down stock. I got the salt and pepper fried wings. They weren’t that crispy and barley had any salt and pepper.Salad was good nice julienne cut carrots and beats. Salted Caramel Panookie was very dry and hard like a rock. Service was good ( thanks you Ashley and manager) but food 👎👎. I still tipped because Ashley did a great job. Hope they fix whatever issues they have at this BP

I ordered the steak sandwich and it was over cooked and dry. The manager came out and offered to cook a new one so I accepted and the second steak was awesome. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it perfectly, thanks guys.
Ordered food yesturday evening. First, we got the wrong 'pasta' delivered, and now I'm eating the other half of my wrap and found a bug in there! Disgusting. 🤢 Do better
Last weekend my friend and I went out for desserts... We both ordered a brownie dish... Both she and I were not too impressed with how the brownie texture was. It was more like chocolate cake instead of a nice chewy and soft brownie. It also seemed like it was from a mix instead of something that was made from a chef or one of the cooks. The other thing was the cuts were not the same one had two brownies wider than the other person's which means when paying for your dessert what are you really paying for? When serving the same plate one needs to make sure that the plate looks exactly the same size wise and portion wise. Due to the taste and due to the presentation we gave this dessert a 2 out of 5 which is a grand total of 4 out of 10. I love brownies and when I purchase one I want it to be a brownie if I wanted cake I would have ordered a slice of cake. The waitress did an awesome job and the service was pretty good. But I know you could do a little better with your desserts.
Enjoyed the server who was working really hard at accommodating all the customers in the bar area. I thought the lasagna with additional meatballs was not great but ok (it had been a while I think BP had changed the recipe). The Mac and cheese were ok as well. The beer was great, lol. Overall though a positive experience.
Mason is the absolute bomb, if this company doesnt recognize a great shooting star, idk. Thanks for being a real one in a seemingly desolate place

Food was not great.. restaurant was slow, only a few tables and still couldn t get a drink refill, ordered a pizza to go and she forgot to put it in, so we left without it.. won t go again

Im in Brandon every 2 weeks for business. One of my go-tos is boneless wings from Boston Pizza. This week, I requested extra sauce on them. I got my request fulfilled by the staff, and they also left an awesome, friendly note on the top of each box. Acknowledging my request in an awesome way. Way to go guys!
Slow service
Slow service and there was 1 other table in there. We waited 30 minutes before we got drinks and our order taken. My spouse had burnt pizza crust when it arrived but ate it rather than make a new one and who knows how long the wait be. Than my spouse tells me dont worry there not getting a tip however when we get the bill and debit/credit machine, there was a no tip option. It now looks like you have to tip for horrible service.
Awesome pizza
Meteor pizza was crazy good. Crispy crust and served piping hot. Our server was polite and not overbearing at all.

We were in Brandon visiting family for the weekend with our two young children, one of whom is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We always find eating in a restaurant with the kids challenging, but this experience was totally different and it was all thanks to our server, Brendyn A. From the first impression, he included our children, in particular our daughter with ASD - complimenting her pirate costume that she hasnt wanted to take off in 3 days and talking about pirates with her throughout our visit. His service was exceptionally kind and made our day. He went above and beyond by bringing my daughter lemon slices on a dish when she saw that everyone elses drink had a lemon and being extra attentive to everyones needs. He made us feel at home! We couldnt have asked for a better server, thank you again so much Brendyn.

Alway get chicken and mushroom fettuccine but this was the best ive had in a very very long time.
Really great food and wonderful atmosphere. We went on boxing day and they forgot a meal. However, they took ownership, offered a free dessert, and were very apologetic so no harm at all. Will certainly go back again! Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids all the time, but the booths are able to accomodate

Make sure the bartenders know the laws with IDs while training new employees. New law came out earlier this year that you CAN us Métis status cards as your id. Proved her wrong and she gave attitude. Won t be going back to that location for sure!
My husband got stuck in Brandon for a few days due to icy road conditions and had dined in this restaurant all 3 days. 5-star food, nice people. Soup was delicious (every day they make different soup), ribs were superb, wings were amazing. They serve beer and offer takeout as well. We will stop by this place every time when travelling on highway 1, top notch dining experience!

If you want quick service in the lounge, don t come here. Countless visits - only a few people in the bar and your drink sits empty for 10-15 mins. Really poorly managed restaurant.
Hostess and serving staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant clean and welcoming. My meal was okay but others really enjoyed their selections.
Server brought our food then just disappeared. No offer for refills no checking to see if meal was okay.

Always loved Boston pizza. I think fresh their pizza is among the best in the business. Expensive but good. Anyway today the pizza I had was ALL sauce. No toppings really just sauce. And then 4.50 for a bottled water is a hard price gauge. Even the carnival ( an event where you expect to pay $) charges 4 bucks flat

We always enjoy ourselves at Boston Pizza in Brandon Manitoba. We purchased hot wings, onion soup, and salad. Really good. They need a pool table though. Only complaint about atmosphere.

Another great experience from Boston Pizza just a different location. As a motorcoach driver I feel BP is tops for accommodating groups. Prices are high and I do feel discounts for large groups would be a good step bur the quality of food and the great service should be recognized. Good Job BP. PEACE!
Lasagna, I wish there was more sauce. That depends on which place you go. My husband had the steak he said his steak was very tender.

The absolute nicest telephone service Ive ever had anywhere. Maddy, her name was or Maddie; however, you spell it. She was absolutely phenomenal at her job over the phone. It honestly sounded like she cared about her job and what customers wanted, or needed. The girl who was a delivery driver, she was phenomenal at her job as well. I couldnt have been happier with a delivery order. The price needs to come down, though however, for a large pizza and 2L. All in all, great experience.

This is an experience that my fiancé just went threw with this Boston Pizza location. I phoned at 6:15pm to order and got there and paid at 6:30pm , the guy said they were just waiting on my calamari, and to just pull into one of the stalls outside and they will bring it out when its ready which was totally fine! But... there was about 3 cars that pulled in after me and left before me.. 40 minutes later I called and asked if my food was ready and they said oh yes! and then I waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. Ive worked in this food industry before, so I know people get busy but over and hour just for a few things. Mostly apps, but to wait over 40 minutes for calamari is ridiculous. OH and to add that there was a family in there that got there food and left by the time I was about to leave. * update: they took care of the situation and offered us a gift card to make up for the mess up.*
Had a lasagna that was deconstructed mass of noodles and sauce. Extremely disappointed poor value. A meal fit for a toddler.
If I could give it less then a star I would. We basicly had to beg for cutlery, the service staff were rude and annoyed with us that we would even have the audacity to ask for a fork for our 6 year old to eat her spaghetti. We were ignored the entire time by the waitress and when it came time to settle up all of a sudden shes our best friend because thats when its time to leave a tip. YEA I DONT THINK SO after that kind of disrespectful service, Ive been treated better at a McDonalds drive through. After not leaving a tip the entitled little huffed and stopped away in a little tantrum like our 6 year would have
Always a great place to have a meal and visit with family and friends. Everyone else enjoyed their meal; however, I was truly disappointed with the new lasagne, go back to the old one! Noodles and sauce do not a lasagne make! It was dry and gross!

Normally I love Boston pizza, but the service was bad. The server didnt clear our table and wouldnt put the hockey game on because of a rule about hidef tv. Have had great service in the past but a bad experience tonight for a group of 4.

Amazing pizza and service! Boston Pizza is one of my favourite pizzas, but over the past year or so we have stopped going to Boston Pizza is Winnipeg, due to low food quality. So pleased that the pizza at this north Brandon location was just perfect. Awesome crust, sauce and fresh toppings. Service was outstanding!

We got one of the pizza, pasta, salad bundles for takeout. It was a lot of food for a great price and lasted two meals. It was good quality and very tasty.
Food was great but how do you eat pasta without a fork? If you know your delivering to a hotel maybe send a fork. Just a thought

Cold beer
I feel like nostalgia doesnt hold up. I remember as a kid, there were no wrong choices on the menu, atmosphere was great and lifted you up when you arrived, the pizza was among the best. Now, every time I go, the pizza is still very for the most part, but everything else is just feels... Lackluster.

Me and my fried were on road trip cross country, stopped for dinner at This amazing, warm place. We were greeted as we were regular customers. We both fell in love with our amazing server who went above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. She was so nice, professional and painfully beautiful made it hard for us to leave that little town behind. I wish I go back to this place and stop to say Hi and refresh my memory.
