They need to get someone who speaks and understands proper English when taking phone orders! I ordered two pizzas and one was suppose to be stuffed crust they messed that up and wanted me to wait 15 mins to make a new one I said no I’ve been standing here for 20 mins already after the lady said my order would be done in 3 mins tops and they made me pay for 3 freaking pizzas!
we ordered 2 large pizzas with extra bacon and I have to say this I'd the worst pizza we have EVER gotten.. and we order here alot and never disappointed until today.. are pizza definitely doesn't have extra bacon and the pizza has so much air bubbles in it. very disappointed
I went at 9:20 pm.a few weeks ago and tried to ask for a pizza and breadsticks. The worker said no he isn't going to make anymore breadsticks, so I just left. Then I went yesterday and had to wait for them to make breadsticks and pizza, what happened to hot and ready? The food is good but it's never ready when you go to purchase.
Haven’t been since probably 2008 and little Caesar’s still comes through with a walk-in special. Awesome. The staff are all upbeat and pleasant as well, can’t go wrong here.
Picked up a vegetarian on Thursday, not Happy ,crust terrible & veggies so, so. Disappointed as I’ve always had good pizza’s
I used to think this was a terrible place! Then came pizza puffs. These little morsels of Heaven are truly amazing. They have The perfect amount of sauce, cheese, pepperonis and greasy goodness! They are hands down the greatest thing from here! 12/10 recommend!

I went to Little Caesars pizza. The service was so good and the there was a guy namely Hishaam who served me pizza, he was so polite. I was thrilled by his service. I recommend everyone to go there.

I asked for what was hot and ready I only understand Canadian and bread. Asked for the pizza and remarked what bread do you have? Response was yes! Great I did not even get what I asked for I was looking at him just stunned no pizza. I did not even want the bread. me wheres the pizza oh u wanted that it was the only thing I asked for. Understand me or dont go to work so high u make no sense.

The little lady at the counter wasnt very friendly at all!! She seemed unpleased to have my business. I told her that they messed up my order & she just rolled her eyes and went behind & corrected it. This was Saturday June. 18 at around 5pm Not even a thank you or have nice day! I will not be spending a dime on this place ever again!
Pizza is ok for the price , I never have problems ordering here until today, I guess it was the owner who took my order, he was having a bad day because the customer service he was providing was poor and lack of respect to others I kindly ask if he could label the box because the pizzas were going to an event and he said we usually do ( rolled his eyes and make a weird face ) and then he told me not once but twice that I have to come back in 15 minutes for my order I guess it is Friday!!!! The other workers are always nice and helpful when I always come here
Good place to go for quick cheap pizza that tastes pretty good too! The hot and ready pepperoni is a favorite in our house. Staff is usually pretty friendly!
It was a rainstorm on July 14 at 7:00pm, we were forced to wait for our food for 7 minutes outside in the rain for a cheese pizza. We paid and then we re told that we had to wait outside because only 3 people aloud in at a time. And 2 were skip drivers. Horrible. Terrible attitude. Especially offensive considering my fiancé was wearing her work scrubs. You d think some compassion or customer service would come into play. There was a literal lineup outside by the time we left. If you can t order in store and wait for your food than maybe you shouldn t offer walk up orders, and stick to curbside if you don t want people in the store. Further more what is with this ridiculous policy anyways? If it s about covid I don t believe it for a second because As seen in the picture there was no masks being worn at all. And additionally the tables have been removed and no longer can eat there. Another example of a greedy business owner using covid to water down any sense of service or value, all while holding strong on prices and increasing costs. Less value, more cost. No service. Please tell me how this business owner thinks this is okay. I am not the only review, there are many many like mine. One has to ask themselves, what is going on at this location?
Really enjoy Caesars Pizza. Another thing about Caesars pizza is that they donate money back in Detroit, mostly to low-income black families and education funds. This is one of the main reasons that I love giving my money Little Caesars for one of their delicious meat lovers or one of their wonderful crazy breads! Literally the minute we hit the perimeter of any City my 13 year old is asking for Little Caesars Pizza and Wings. We love this place!
We just walked in and bot 2 mediums and a 2 litre for $25. The food was gr8 too

NEVER have any cheese pizza ready. Always say 10-15minutes no matter what day of the week or what time you go.Then they take even longer than they say. Ridiculous. Better off at another place like PizzaHut or Dominos.

I drove to little caesars brandon to save time for delivery. So i ordered and the guy who served me told me if willing to wait for 15minutes. So i waited outside. I noticed 3 cars came took their orders. And was surprised after 15 minutes their orders are done. So i checked and told me they made the wrong order. So i have to wait another 15 minutes. Ive already spent my 45minutes and hes asking me for another 15minutes. When i asked and told him Im am much late for family dinner. He said sorry and offered me free drink. Im not into free or whatever. Its my first time then this happened.

Ordered a deep dish pizza and whomever I spoke with on the phone proceeded to argue with me on the pizza and how it was cooked. Crust was half raw, so doughy you could stretch it from the rest of the pizza. Never again.

Would give a zero star if I could. Horrible food quality, incorrect order, and was given a big oh well when asked for a refund. Absolutely pathetic. Called back to speak to the manager again, and he had gone for lunch. Must be nice to take a lunch while your customers cant eat theirs. Pathetic.
