I dont live in Brandon, but grew up there and every time we come back, its Marinos. It has definitely change for the worst. The pizza we had was embarrassing to the Marinos name. Its a sad day for the people that grew up with Romanos and then Marinos ,if in fact thats the pizza theyre putting out.

We ordered a fairly large takeout order and pizzas were ready as requested. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizzas were good and still hot - an XL can feed quite a few people!

The most disgusting/super expensive pizza I have ever experienced. $50 dollars for a medium and small pizza lol. The medium was supposed to be pepperoni but was dripping in cheap tomato sauce and covered in cheese, it was a car crash of a pizza, and the barbecue chicken wasn t even chicken breast and agin covered in cheese and dripping with cheap tomato sauce. A con of a pizza shop. I have had a better $5 frozen pizza. I should have returned the pizzas but I was too far out of town

Food was over-cooked and staff was really rude.

My husband and I arrived at Marino s at 5:05 pm on January 5. We were seated, given a menu, and after 20 minutes of waiting to be at least asked if we would like a drink, we left the restaurant!!!! There were 8 others people in the restaurant and one couple that came in after us was served!!!! We have always enjoyed this restaurant but will not be going there any more!!!!!!!

Use to love the marinos classic but they literally forgot the sour cream baked in the pizza two times in a row now. Even after requesting for more sour cream. Pretty disappointed for the price

Ordered greek salad for delivery . It had rotten/frozen tomatoes. Called to get another replacement . Over an hour later I got my replacement salad.. and guess what . More rotten tomatoes. .. I call back to complain again and the phone was off the hook . I tried calling more over the next 10 minutes. To no answer.. I ended up having to drive there to complain about my salads with rotten tomatoes. I showed the young lady at the counter who was a gem by the way. And she agreed when I showed her the salads that the tomatoes looked disgusting. The chef then proceeded to argue with me over them being garden tomatoes that get mushy ..? Mushy in the 10 minute delivery period? The chef if you want to call him that couldnt tell the difference between a garden tomato and a rotten Roma tomato.. Ive been ordering here for 16ish years.. and I dont think Ill be back until they get a new chef that knows what theyre doing. He cant make a salad and he argues with customers.. ridiculous. .

Best pizza in town!

First time trying this place. Ordered a Mexican pizza, was amazing! Will definitely be coming back. I ve only ever been inside once for a cup of coffee. Has a very nice old home diner feel to it. Highly recommend. Food : 5/5

ordered a pizza with bacon pepperoni and mushroom i told them i did not want back bacon just regular bacon after waiting 40 min picked up pizza i live 79k from brandon so did not notice till i got home they put back bacon on my pizza completely ruined the taste.i think they should know the difference!!

Happy fathers day? Normally order take out but thought for once I treat my family out for supper. Love your fod just disappointed that we sat for over a hour for our food...and still nothing and decided to leave. It was just sad to see other tables get their food after they arrived after us. Came out of town for our special night. Hope those other fathers enjoyed their suppers.

I love getting Marinos when I am in Manitoba, but when I walk in to pay for my food and am told that it isnt even made and your cook asks for it to be made and there is staff just standing around or walking around eating it doesnt sit well with me. The server says they ran out of dough but if that was true, your cook would not ask for it to be made as he would know? This is not professional nor is it good customer service. I repeated that after 30 min it was not even made the server gave me attitude.

Was looking for some good pasta to eat and had remembered that Marino s did the buy one get one half off on tuesdays. I went on their website and it was still a special they offered. I ordered through their website for delivery and didn t receive the discount but thought it would be applied at the door with payment. Turns out they don t still do the buy one get one half off special. The food was good, but a little disappointed they didn t honour the special when me and the delivery man called down to the restaurant to see why the discount wasn t applied. If it s on your website, you should honour the deal.

The food is decent and large portions. Service not great. We were not visited a single time after we got our food, not even to refill waters. Was difficult to get the attention of staff. I don t think it was a staffing issue as a few staff in the kitchen were standing there doing nothing, so must be poor training or poor supervision.

Food and service was phenomenal! It always is when we visit.

We shared the Marinos classic and it has to be one of the best pizzas I ve had in a while. Despite their air conditioning not working, the staff were very friendly and ensured we had lots of cold beverages.

Great pizza and the Pita style pizza(similar to a Calzone) are terrific too.

We regularly order pizza from here but lately the pizza has gone downhill, too much sauce on it and the price has gone up. Its half the pizza it once was.

Portions are half the size now! Order pickup time came and went and we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. Not what it used to be. Prepare to be disappointed if you are a regular customer.

I ordered on line prior to 4:00pm, the opening time of the establishment. I received a notification that my order had been received and moments later a confirmation that my order would be ready for pickup at the requested time. It was delivered to my vehicle right on time! The Pizza was absolutely the best - fresh toppings and piping hot!

Purchased the Marinos Classic last night and was pretty disappointed with it. The crust was almost burnt and hard to bite off, the crust in the middle was soggy and they forgot the baked in sour cream. The quality is not what it once was.

The best pizza place in Brandon.since this post I am sad to say I have to change my opion, I ordered a med pizza I asked the price because I was paying cash and when it got here it was soggy and wet raw at the bottom and the price quoted was 7.00 more at the door .because they forgot to tell me about tax and extra topping price .then when I called they talked to me like it was my fault for not knowing. So not impressed with them anymore.

Phone Operator said our pizza would be here in about 30 minutes, Delivery Driver was an hour and 30 minutes late and didnt show up until we called about the status of delivery. No compensation was granted and the staff was very apathetic towards the situation of the paying customer despite the tardiness and lack of customer service. Zero stars is unfortunately not an option via google reviews. Order Pizza Express instead.

We ordered pizza as a regular patron for years, and were greeted with utter disappointment and poor customer service for the first time, and the last time. Our order consisted of two pizzas, and the call taker informed us that our estimated time of delivery would be 75 minutes or less. After waiting longer than the given time frame, we inquired about the status of the pizzas. They stated they were sending it out but in fact we had to wait another half hour on top of the previously stated time. After waiting that long, if not more, for our pizzas to arrive we were told that there was going to be no compensation, and the staff all displayed no concern towards the fact that they couldnt uphold their own standards. Despite the fact that the pizzas were not even Luke warm Would have gladly given 0 stars but it wasnt an option.

The best place in Brandon to get pizza. It is definitely not diet friendly or low on calories. It is very good Pizza and dad loves the baked spaghetti. It is hard to find something a 96 year old wants to eat. It was a great family celebration as we were all together for a family birthdays celebration as all dads kids were there!

The staff need to be retrained on how to handle money and how to give proper change back. The delivery driver short changed me by $7. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE ORDER I RECEIVED!!!

we usually order from here and LOVE IT . BUT last night we ordered and had gotten a BURNT PIZZA. And all we got is an apology and them saying they had new staff. Will not be ordering from me nor any of my family.

We had a most excellent server! She was welcoming and offered us great service. We were sat quickly, and our drink order was taken with speed, she offered us more time to browse the menu and her personality was wonderful. I have never had a bad experience here, and always enjoy my suppers at Marinos.

Each component of the pizza is awesome. The delivery came fresh and hot, the driver was polite and friendly, will definitely recommend Marinos to friends.

Fantastic staff, Great Food and atmosphere

I fell in love with their pizza while I lived in Brandon and to this day, it is a must have every time we are in town. If I could have them ship me frozen pizzas, I would... especially their spanakopita pizza... its the best!

This is probably the best pizza the city of Brandon Manitoba has to offer! My recommendation it the Marinos Classic but as strange as it sounds get the sour cream baked in, it changes the dynamic of the pizza completely.

We got the bruschetta and the chicken alfredo pizzas. They were cooked right. No doewie bottom and crust had a cheese over sprinkle and it was so crispy and nice. Both of the pizzas were awesome, came to this place under recommendations from Google and this place didnt disappoint. Staff were right on point and were quick. No complaints. Hopefully we will be back.

This is one of my favorite pizza places in Brandon, The staff is friendly and polite, sometimes the place might get a bit crowded but the food is worth the wait and if youre not into pizza take a look at there menu they have several other options

Good food and pleasant service

Waitress seemed like we were annoying her by coming in to eat. She didnt ask how the food was or asked if we needed a drink refill until we were about 3/4 done our meal. If it was busy I could see but we were her only table and no one else was even there but us two. Food though was great! Definitely will keep coming back for the food but not the service

As of the 2nd of Dec, itll be second timefor Christmas party being held there, and very much worth it! Huge pizzas with tons of covering, and even withwhole back wall being taken up from us, enough room for other families to enjoy their night. Great on making sure drinks were full, and just two pieces were large enough to fill, as they were huge! Little expensive, but worth the money if pizza is the main thing what youre wanting to have!
