Called and made an order, my order was not right, they didn't tell me on the phone they didn't have honey garlic, only honey Chipotle, and the worker was not wearing gloves and touching the food with his hands directly, after handling customers, no hairnet, no gloves, improper order , WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD , DO NOT GO

Every time I've visited I've had great, timely service. Food is prepared well and hasn't disappointed me so far. Prices are pretty standard for a pizza place, and the student discount they offer is quite generous! The papadias are definitely worth a try too
We are from out of town and have ordered here three times in three weeks #1 - the order took over two hours. We ordered at 11:00 and the order arrived and it was past 1:00 AM when it finally arrived. We ended up having to wait in the parking lot of the apartment block. The driver showed up with a number of children in the back seat. The order showed it was en route when it wasn’t. They also sent Pepsi instead of iced tea which I could not drink due to allergy. They called and said accidentally brought iced tea instead of Pepsi, and they they would go back but it would table another hour. #2 - ordered and picked up ourselves at store. Gave us the wrong pizza, and forgot a number of the additional items we had ordered with it and paid for. We had to go back and get them. #3. Ordered pizza at 11:00. Order was supposed to arrive by 11:45 and was showed as delivered. Called the store because the app was showing as “delivered” and it was not. Contacted hotel saying it hand t been delivered. Called credit card company because no one could track it down. Called the store again and they said that “sometimes the site shows delivered”. Pizza arrived by 12:15. Edited to add - when we opened the pizza, it wasn’t cooked all the way through and was cold, they forgot the two additional sides of pepperocini we ordered and paid for, and we had ordered onions and pineapple as extras (and paid for both) and neither were added. I called the store and they offered a 30% discount for next time. I said we were from out of town and wound like the correct order tonight. He agreed and said there was “too much” on our first order for them to remember. It was an online order.
This comes after the fact. I had delivery done during my stay in Brandon. Driver forgot to bring itemized receipt. I than forgot to call the next day. Here I am a month later, I call and speak to Love. He took care of this in under 10 mins. Got me the receipt I needed for expensing and did it without hesitation. Food was good, my first time eating Papa John’s. I’ll be back for sure. Big thanks to Love for taking care of my matter!
They must have hired someone and didn't train them properly. Way too much cheese, the dough was paper thin and the peperoni was under the cheese.... Just terrible, such a detour from their style. I'm gonna think twice about returning...
The Jalapeño Popper Rolls are a clever pizza-place take on the classic jalapeño poppers. Creamy, spicy, and absolutely delicious! I hope they stay on the menu! I preferred them over the limited time Spicy Pepperoni Rolls, which weren't as creamy (maybe they use mozzarella instead of cream cheese). The Donair Pizza was another favourite, and the complementary Special Garlic Sauce and pepperoncini with each pizza is a really nice touch. It's great that they're open late and the service is fast and friendly!

They have a very poor customer service. They dont work with time. If you are planning to order something in advance for a birthday or party you better look elsewhere. Most of them do not understand English and they dont have patience.

This past Friday we ordered pizzas as part of a fundraiser for our child s school and were extremely disappointed. Our order took over 2 1/2 hours to be delivered, it was barely warm when it arrived and the driver was extremely rude at time of delivery. While I realize that with the fundraiser happening they would have been busier than usual this is still not acceptable especially when the delivery time we were given was 1 hour from time of order. Do not recommend

Ordered pizza to the Super 8 on a cross country trip. Delivery showed delivered and wasn t there. I called the store and they said something had gone wrong with the delivery. Said they were remaking the order. When it finally arrived the driver said he had to deliver all over the placeand it took a while to get there. The order was cold and the driver didn t seem to care. Don t bother ordering from them, they don t care about customer service.

I tried them for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. the food was ok but I wouldnt call it exceptional by any means. the pizza was dry, the wings were just barley fully cooked and the sauce leaked out of the boxes all over me and my car. the price was average. the best part for me was the garlic knots

This store has really gone down hill! I wouldn t recommend ordering. My wife bought me a gift which she tells me after that there was nothing but issues buying it. I tried to use it and delivery wasn t available. I went to use it again but decided to phone first to see if I could use a gift card and the guy had no idea then then tells me I can. Pizza gets to the door the driver has no idea. I refused the order and now refuse to ever go back
Love the two guys that work there most of the time in the evenings. Great food, great service and theyre fast. Pizza hut sucks lately so switched to Papa Johns :)

Normally Id give it a 4 but recently we had the stuffed crust offering. Im very impressed. To top it off the guy behind the counter spun the pizza in the air for me. I got giddy.

Still wondering if I got what was ordered. Ordered 1 pizza with alterations. no olives. more mushrooms instead. extra cheese. extra sauce. thin crust. Was sent 2 pizzas. with alterations spread between them. only took one. but was not as ordered. First time order from them. Next time I will use one of Brandons better options. They charge $4 delivery. even if order is close to $50

Covid rules aside, this place delivered. Hot pizza the way it was ordered in 20-minutes. Okay...that review probably sounded like someone who has shares in Papa Johns, but not at all. We just simply liked the place.

Ive always liked there Pizza. They support ACC students with the Paw pass. Everyone has always been nice to me. I have only ever had one mistake and it was very minor, They went above and beyond to fix the problem and it was very nice. Very refreshing experience, Thank you guys.

Everytime I ordered from here had a good pizza but today when I order online it was showing that will take 15-20 min to pick up but pizza was ready in 10 min. I drove at there waited outside in my car thinking it is still in process. After 5 min when I went in, no customer 3 people were talking, my pizza was ready put aside to pick up. I thought it normal, paid my stuff and went home. Pizza was little cold then every time, wasn t cook well. Found mushroom which I did not order. After eating half, I throw out pizza. Worst experience ever. Order managed by TWISHA. Kindly suggest to you that people is paying for pizza not the free that you giving away. Not happy at all.

Very poor service difficult to even place an order. Ended up with the wrong pizza and it was a huge fight to get it fixed. No more papa Johns for us.

Taste and quality is very slightly better than Dominoes and very comparable prices. However, there are better choices for pizza in Brandon.
Its good cheep food but watch the price. I find some times its $19.50 for a large 2 topping and the next time its $21.47 or $21.48 i think the kids working pocket some cash

A friend told me to try the Brandon Manitoba Papa Johns location. I went in ordered a LG the works pizza. The clerk told me 10 minutes for it to be ready which it was. Loved it the crust is great toppings were fresh not over loaded. Staff was very friendly. I will order again.
Fast service and tasty pizza, whats not to like. We tried the ordering on line as we drove home and picked up the pizza precisely at the app estimated time. A very nice feature that we will probably use again!

On multiple occasions in ordering from this location the order has been wrong . We have even argued with the staff about who WE were when we tried to pick up an order .another occasion the order was the correct name but the pizzas were not the type we ordered, got some weird pizza with pickles . Dont plan on going here again.
