We had heard good things about Red Swan. Decided to order tonight. Every topping was all but flavourless. I had green olives that tasted like nothing. The sauce is so bland. All I could think was frozen pizza had more flavour. Nothing to write home about at all. Al the people who did reviews and said best pizza in Brandon must be staff or owners family. I won t recommend this to anybody. It was hot though, and that warrants one star

What an amazing place. Stopped in to grab a delicious all dressed pizza, full of delicious toppings. Definitely recommend this pizza if anyone like a variety of toppings. Had an issue with my original order. The manager Ash called me more than once and he was very apologetic for everything. He totally went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was satisfied. He made up a huge order for me for free of charge with lots of extras. The pizza and wings were absolutely great. Great cheesey bread, funnel cakes, and cheese cake too. The fact that he went out of his way to call me multiple times and took the time to talk to me face to face and apologize really said a lot. Very good business and great food. I have Red swan pizza in Calgary regularly it is just ok, had in lloydminster it was good or quite good but had in here , it was finger licking good . Customization was good, hospitality 100 % , kind to check us was our requirement. It s my first time 5 star to any one.

These fellas work hard and deliver a great product at a reasonable price. Even while struggling with power interruptions they determinedly stayed open to continue to provide service to customers instead of canceling orders. Much respect!

Finally got around to trying Red Swan and was not disappointed! I ordered the veggie Fans and it was so delicious, I would highly recommend. Toppings were very generous, pizza very flavourful and the crust was done perfectly. Ashishbhai & Hiteshbhai were super friendly and customer service was great. One of the best pizza spots in the city! it s so good to see red swan pizza is still on 18th street and the pizza tastes delicious!!! We ordered a ginger coriander the toppings were plentiful and the crust was not too thick..just the right balance. Definitely a favorite and I can t wait to be back for more!!!

Red Swan was closed and locked up when they were supposed to be open today around 11:30 AM. I placed a takeout order on their website, went to pick it up, and the lights were off and the door was locked, despite opening at 11:00. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Got the 3.95$ deal for the small personal pizza, amazing pizza , they followed instructions, tastes good, satisfying, hot, many toppings varieties from different kitchens (BBQ chicken, tikka chicken, butter chicken, panner tikka etc etc) and of course a lot of vegetarian options if needed. I took butter chicken with panner tikka and the free toppings - cilantro , olives, garlic. Was delicious! My husband took extra cheese& bacon. Vegetarian options: Cheese, vegetables (olives , onions, pepper and more ) butter panner , tikka panner.

I can honestly say it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. And thats saying a lot as I have been fortunate to enjoy a slice in Italy and Japan (if you have ever had pizza in Japan you know what I am talking about, everything is so good in Japan). I had the Tandoori Chicken Pizza and it was delicious! Sesame seeds were awesome.

Hi !! We today ordered the pizza the base was super thick and the crust was extremely chewy , didn t like it at all .

I am very disappointed with them . My friend ordered pizza from them and the quality was so bad . Not having proper taste .. manager is very rude too. After sometime, i am getting reply from them as a fake review. They really dont care abt customer service.

Ordered from them lately but there wasn t enough toppings on my pizza even though I paid for extra toppings. I called them but nobody answered. Also, Pizza was so stiff. Took advantage of their deal on Monday. 3 medium pizza for $36. Very pleased with the quality for the price, not overly greasy, and the BBQ chicken was a favorite. The store front was a bit vacant feeling, but there were some conformable chairs for waiting. Would go again.

Service is not good. I ordered two pizzas. When on call they told me the total was after taxes was 21.15 but when they delivered they charged with $31.15. Using calling them back they were told me the prices was different and they tried to call me and disconnected the call. The person was very rude. The pizza was not satisfactory , bad service. I will not recommend this to anyone. I am very disappointed with red swan. $31 wasted.

I called them and they lied and said they where Papa Johns and refused to take my order they hung up twice. When I ordered I found hair belonging to one of the east Indian ladies I believe it was a race thing because Im first nation. They also charged me for extra and I had to get my money back which they wouldnt give me because I payed with debit. This was my favorite take out place but sadly I became a regular and they started treating me with hate and disgust!!

The pizza was so delicious and i also tried there nacho s and wings that was a perfect meal for me and now i am a regular customer for red swan pizza.

Terrible customer service. Delivered incorrect pizza, was asked to call back in 10/15 minutes, leaving one family member with nothing to eat. Then asked to send photographic proof of the incorrect pizza. Emailed the proof and followed up with a phone call to confirm the outcome, only to be hung up on mid-sentence. I definitely will never be ordering from here again.

Customer service was great. Girl was so nice to me. She was working alone. the only thing I don t like about is they don t get any tip money. Terrible customer service by manager, staff was really busy, waited for 25minutes and they messed up on my order, which is understandable during rush hours, however when I called to inform them, they responded saying they are gona call back in 2 minutes, cutting it to another 25 minutes we called back to say don t worry about it, since we are hungry, however they didn t receive it, they called back later and I tried to explain how the order was wrong, the manager straight away called me a liar saying he checked cameras and the order was made right and hung up on us. I had to go back to restaurant again just to justify our side, but to my no suprise as other comments, he was rude, not ready to hear us. He offered making a free pizza as if he is boasting a favour, which ofcourse we didn t take. Very disappointed, never coming back!! Would never recommend

Nothing out of the box happened, just like everyone else; - Wrong order was made - They hung up the call on us mid-sentence with attitude - Were not ready to accept their mistake - Manager was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional with the whole situation. My first experience with Brandon Pizza restaurant was a home run. I never had Butter Chicken on a pizza and I let the guy on the phone tell me what other 2 toppings would go well with a butter chicken pizza and it was delicious. I purchased the 14 3 Tipping and 1 pound of Thai Chili Wings. Everything was very tasty. Fast friendly Delivery at a fair price. Over rated, to a high degree. The butter sauce is underseasoned. Barely can be called tomato soup. Highly americanized. The Beef and Bacon Pizza was much better and a saving grace in my humble opinion. However, if your claim to fame is Asian style pizza fusion you should nail the flavors and let them speak for themselves. Let North American tastes be hanged. If I wanted North American flavors I would ordered from Pizza Hut...

Ive heard a lot of talk about swan pizza and tonight I decided to give it a try. Im actually glad I did that has to be one of the best pizzas Ive had in a long time and fast delivery and hot when it arrived it was awesome. The only thing I would have liked is to have the crust a little bit crispier so next time when I order Ill just ask him to crisp up next time but other than that absolutely delicious pizza!!!

The pizza here is absolutely amazing! The few times we have ordered everything was so fresh and hot. The sesame crust is very unique and tasty. The sauce is on the sweeter side but very delicious.They do not cheap out on using toppings either. We tried the nachoes tonight those where so good and we also tried the bacon ranch sticks which where also delicious. The staff are always very polite and helpful. Ordered a large Classic Roman. Was hot and ready right on time, quick and easy pick up. In all honesty, one of the best pizzas Ive ever had! For real! One of the best pizzas we have had. For those interested in something with spice I would highly recommend the Tandoori chicken pizza, the taste is as authentic as you can get. We had purchased 3 pizzas (Spicy chicken and standard chicken) and all were well made with fresh ingredients and had generous toppings. Just walking into the restaurant to collect the pizzas, you are greeted with the appetizing aroma of freshly made pizzas. The place is clean and our order was ready and steaming. Ordered this pizza for the first time. It was good for the price. Only complaint is the pizza slice seems flimsy when its hot. But once its cooled a bit the crust stiffens. Toppings good though. Cooking times could be 3 minutes longer.

Good pizza! It was my first time trying Red Swan Pizza and I was impressed. There are a lot of good places to get pizza in Brandon and Red Swan is definitely a contender!
