Convenient location, great food and service. It was my first time and i was impressed. I will be back and recommend to family and friends!

Very good place for a quick date night with delicious food for a very good price. Shrimp was excellent for our appetizers and the sauce that came with it was one of those sauces that you could put on anything and it would have been amazing. I got a burger that was cooked to my liking and my wife a vieja

This place is an absolute gem. They have a different special menu every day and everything on the menu is incredible.

Weve been coming here weekly for a while. Food and service are consistently one of the best in the Tampa area.

We were in the area and wanted to try something new thats not a chain. The roasted cauliflower was so amazing that I thought it was fried but it is roasted. We also had a cheese burger and tots. Tots were great but the burger was the best burger I have ever had! Everything was freah and good quality. The staff were incredibly nice and the service was outstanding! The only down side was that they no longer have a variety of wine on tap, only sangria and prossecco. No big deal. They have an extensive draft beer menu! We live in S Tampa and will definately be back soon!

Absolutely, love this place. The food is amazing, and the service is always good. Something different every time you go. But they also have a lot of dishes that they serve all the time.

Recommend bottle root beer and puma cola. Not free refils but love the taste.

This was my first visit to The Stein & Vine. What an amazing place. We visited with a friend who had recently lost her husband. Everyone stopped by and showed her some love. The food was so yummy. I cant wait to come by again.

The food here is simple, but handled masterfully. Most dishes shine with minimal ingredients, like their spicy glazed duckwings, or a bratwurst platter that I had tonight. Really cannot overstate how excellent the food is. Good drink selection with rotating menus

We got takeout tonight. The Blackened Redfish with Red Beans & Rice was DYNAMITE !!! Beans & Rice were in a nice NO-style roux, the fillet was cooked perfectly, flakey and rich. Just amazing!!! Please put that one on permanent rotation!

Went to Stein and Vine yesterday. We eat out often and have been here multiple times. Either yesterday they were having an off day or something is up. First walking in the door, the cleanliness is way off. Powerwash the front of the restaurant and clean the front door. The glasses at the bar were dirty with lipstick still on them. The place neither smelled like food cooking or cleaner. The food was tasty. The pig wings changed from three pork shanks to 5 little riblets. We ordered the lamb pasta and it was tasty but not hot at all. When the bill came, we were changed for an extra beer (beware, alot of places do this). The pint glasses are actually 12oz. We used to really enjoy going there but not sure if we will again.

Food was absolutely amazing. We will be back!!

Definitely a neat little place. Ordered the fish dip to start. The fish itself was fabulous, smoky, super flavorful. The assorted house crackers were disappointing... they were just Club crackers. Also had the elk burger. Its a tricky burger to make. The patty was a bit small compared to the rest of the burger. It had cheese sauce, honey mustard, and a fried egg... there was no acid to balance out the creaminess. It didnt need onion/lettuce/tomato/pickle; some pickled red onion would have been perfect. Quite expensive as well... app, entree, and a beer was $50. Will definitely go back next time Im in Brandon.

The food is excellent. Huge beer and wine selection and non-alcoholic drinks also. The service has always been good. Try the tater tot appetizer, you won t be disappointed!

This is a fun, casual place with surprisingly high quality food. The scallops were astonishing and the chili as good as you get at Ulele in Tampa or Spurriers in Gainesville.

I got the fish tacos, they were the worst Ive ever had. It was just my husband and I. He got his food and had finished it before I got my tacos.

Wow! We re from out of town, so happy chose to eat here for lunch! Waitress was friendly, cooks accommodating to gluten requests, food was yummy, great quality with fair price. Mine was the skirt steak, cooked well since pregnant, yet the most tender steak I ve had in months. Not much to look at from outside, a hole in the wall-these always are the best- definitely will visit again whenever back this way. Dietary restrictions: Gluten accommodations

Great dining experience for lunch. Wife enjoyed caprese salad and prosecco for lunch. Salad was good and prosecco was just right not too sweet or dry. Really enjoy this little place! It s amazing! The food, the quality, the service! It s all over the top! The chef is up there with Gordon Ramsey! This is the kind of place you d see in Diner Drive Ins and Dives show!

Ive been here a lot over the years and its always a good choice. Beer options are excellent and the food is great for how often they change it. They have good food options that are always available as well.

This pub has a lot of interesting menu options that change regularly. They also have a regular, set menu. Everything is good, especially the street corn appetizer and tots. That said, I ordered a sausage and rigatoni bake this last visit and it was cold inside so I had to send it back. It took a long time to get the replacement. My husband and daughters meals were heated properly.

Absolutely love this place, they ve grown so much since my childhood when it was just a hole in the wall with a really kind staff. The kind staff and the yummy food still remain, I m happy for their success but sometimes I wish they were never discovered by everyone else lol The changing landscape and more people haven t swayed the kindness of this place at all or quality of the fare.

Ive eaten there many times and have loved every meal. My favorite place to get a gigantic wedge salad. The service is as great as the food. They check on you every so often, but dont hover. Ill keep going back and you should, too! Parking: Parking is available right outside of the door.

Uplifting place with upbeat crowd. Menu is pretty diversified with some dishes tasting better than others. (Went with a group of 8). Service was great and they have a pretty good range of beers and wine. Expect to spend some money (least wine glass cost is $7.50). Kid-friendliness: They serve food so, there ya go

Chefs cook the dishes perfectly. I ordered the burger with an egg on it. When I cut the burger in half, the yolk was still soft. Yum!!! Very local and loyal crowd. Servers are super friendly! Food

A family favorite! Unique culinary specialties on the regular and specials menu, prepared and presented nicely. Good beverage menu as well. Recommended! There is no waiting for a table inside, be prepared for that!

Dumb luck that we had a blowout. Tow driver recommended this place an it was awesome! Great craft beer menu and food to die for. Big group had the grouper sandwich, elk burger, good sh and chips,and redfish wrap. Everything, including service was spot on. Will definitely come back next time we visit from Indiana.

Love this place, we have been here for a few years and it s unbelievably amazing!! Their food is beyond GREAT .things I would never ask for (corn for an example ) I more than love it there, corn was always eh it s in my teeth, so I would never order it, this, place it is beyond amazing!! That s not just corn!! The Chef is incredible .no doubt, every time we come, my Husband typically gets one of the new things on the menu!! Absolutely worth going to, hands down!!! My son says, it s worth every penny!! Parking: Huge parking lot!! Right next to stores on either side!! Kid-friendliness: My kids come every time and we love it!!! The menu is limited, but it doesnt appear to be because each item is specialty. It seems like theyre trying to make every item be special and its own unique thing but they end up doing too much and its more like food from a frat house at midnight. I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was just so much I couldnt keep eating it. Everything overshadowed the chicken and it became a greasy fried sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. No real flavor. It had fried green tomatoes on it, bacon, and thick pimento cheese. It needs to lose the fried green tomatoes, use a different cheese, and add an element of freshness with acidity. The tater tots were okay. I tried some of a wrap that had Mac and cheese, meat, and onions and red bell peppers in it. There was a lot of red bell pepper and it took over every other flavor and made the wrap taste sweet. It was unappetizing.

Hidden gem. The everyday menu is great on its own, but their chef specials menu is where its at. Always something different on the menu and its always cooked beautifully. Nice selection of craft beers as well.

We just stopped in to cook down and have a drink. The server was very friendly. Good options of beers and seltzers.

My hosts raved about this place. She said her salad was great. We had the special fish and chips. Mine was over cooked. The fish was dry and leathery. The breading tasted just on the edge of burned. But it might have been an isolated incident.

Best place for food, beer/mead/wine and meeting with friends and family. I never say no to Stein and Vine. With the specials of the day changing daily but the everyday menu always there, you can never go wrong.

Everyday theres a unique menu with amazing dishes you just dont see anywhere else. Theres always there popular regulars such as burgers, appetizers and more that they offer daily as well. Theres often a lil wait when I get there but its 100% worth it. They also have very wide section of beers which they are known for. Dont be fooled by the plain generic PUB sign out front. This place is worthy of a fine dining establishment but with a laid back, undercover, casual atmosphere. Enjoy!

The food here is amazing! The creative menu with new changes makes return visits even more exciting! Such a great hole in the wall thats tucked away into a strip mall. Its such a hidden gem. I cant recommend this place more! This might be my favorite restaurant in the Tampa Area!

TERRIBLE fish and chips - way over cooked!! Tasted burnt and the fish was very dry inside, the coleslaw was a weird red tint color and pretty spicy.. my meal was the top 5 worst fish and chips I ve ever had.. so sad

Went there one day after work to have a drink and order something for dinner to take home. The food was great when I got home and ate it but the service I just didnt feel too comfortable in there for some reason.

Great meal and service

The food is awesome at this place. I love the chilli, which is probably the cheapest thing on the menu for an entre. But if you cant handle spicy food, then avoid the chilli, because I did not realize it was spicy at all and I let my dad try some of mine and his mouth was burning for hours. Since I do like spicy stuff, I have gotten the volcano burger a few times. That burger is awesome. Another good thing to try, which does not sound good, but actually is really good, is the peanut butter and jelly burger. The peanut butter and jelly is not over powering, its just enough to enhance the flavor of the burger. So if you like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and you like burgers, then you will probably like that one, even if it does not sound appealing at first. They also have really good craft beers. Im not great at describing what makes a beer good, and Im not really sure of all the different categories of beer. But I do know that I am not a fan of Guinness stout. Stein and Vein sell a variety of Founders stouts, at least the last time I was there. In my opinion, those are far better than Guinness. They had a huge variety of those Founders stouts as well. Those kinds of beers are not ones that you should drink as much as you would of the stuff you can just buy at a gas station. Its kind of a fancy beer that if you drink more than one or two glasses of, then you should probably call an uber to get you back home. Of course, they also had some of the stuff you can find at your local gas station. But if you go to a place like this, and if you want a beer, then I think you should get the good stuff. I do not know if they ever carry this one because I think it is seasonal, but if they ever have the Creme Brule Founders stout, get that one. It is the best drink I have ever had. Also; I hate eating at places that tend to echo to the point where I can not hear the person right in front of me talking. I do not know how people enjoy that. While this place isnt quiet like an Olive Garden, I can clearly hear what the people at my table would say. All-in-all, I give this place 5 stars for every category. Parking: Its part of a shopping strip that has a large enough parking lot. You do not need to pay to park.

Cajun fried corn on the cob!!! Only complaint is I wish it was a bigger pieces but its an appetizer and not a meal, but good God Id make a meal out of those! For the price you definitely can! Fish and Tots every time Im there and its always amazing. Burgers are delicious as well! Honestly, zero complaints about anything here! Service is great, manager is very supportive of his staff and assists them as needed which is nice to see. Again, cant go wrong with anything on the menu or on tap. Highly recommend!!! Parking: Its in a small shopping plaza, plenty of spaces to park in!

Never a bad meal

Good food, however the night I went the restaurant was out of 8 of the most interesting dishes.

New menu every week. The freshest ingredients. I forced myself to commit to a valentines date with my wife even though I was zombified from working night and day for 2 weeks straight. I couldnt even drive from the exhaustion, and told my wife that I didnt want to abandon our date out of respect for her, but it was actually because the left overs from here are still better than any other dish in Hillsborough county. *Message to the chef - sorry you felt the need to check on me that night. I only got out of bed to acquire your fresh fish dinners. The fish and chips are hand made** (that doesnt exist anywhere else) Pig wings are tender and flavorful. They arent as weird as they sound. The sauces are all great. The bbq habanero wont hurt the most sensitive of tongues.

Don t judge a book by its cover. Behind this unassuming exterior you ll find one of the area s finest pubs. Best Fish & Chips in greater Tampa Bay. Plenty of wine and beer selections, a great menu, and excellent service. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous little pub. It has a selection like no other with many rotating items I have never seen at other restaurants. Make sure to watch the daily specials. This makes it an idea place to try something new. For me, it was pig wings. They were so yummy and delicious they were lean and cooked perfectly. I chose my desired flavor and found I would get these again. I also tried the burger with bacon mixed in. The bacon was not overpowering and gave a subtle bacon flavor after I smothered my sandwich with some Habanaro BBQ sauce. This was the best burger I have had in a while and found this a great burger I would get again. I also loved the ability to get tader tots, and they will even add stuff like cheese on top if you want. But I gor mine plain. They also have a very good selection of beverages.. I cant wait to return to Florida so I can eat here again. If you live local, you are lucky to have such a great place near you.

We are regulars here and love the food. They have a Chef s menu that changes regularly and an everyday menu. It s always exciting to see what the chef is offering for the week/month. They have rotating craft beers and wine. Unfortunately, the service is a hit or miss.

This place is Phenomenal!!! The staff and owners are warm, friendly, and love what they do. And the food speaks volumes. This is a great place for a lunch date or a dinner meeting with clients. I have never been here where there wasn t a line out the door. Truly a hidden gem right here in Brandon!!!

Great burger and a great Schnitzel with biscuits, sausage gravy, and eggs!

The food was delicious. Cooked perfectly. My table had been served and my burger took a little long. Josh the cook brought it out himself, apologized and had a conversation with us about his shirt. I enjoy personable interactions like this, especially on my first impression. Will definitely be coming back to sample more of the daily menu. Vegetarian options: Yes there are. One of use had a caprese(not sure if that is spelled right) salad. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options. Parking: It is in a plaza, plenty of spots. Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu. There is drinking here but no one was rowdy. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are far enough apart a wheel chair could easily fit.

The best thing was, I asked for my Juicy Lacey burger to be well done... BUT not over done. My burger was cooked to my perfection. Well done yet still juicy. It was a new experience for me to check in with the wait staff outside. It must be how Floridians do things in their nice weather. We were greeted by, about, 3 waitresses with smiling faces. Our waitress was very caring and attentive. When I visit Florida again, I will go there. Twice, maybe. Oh. I dont recommend tater tots. They cooked them the best Ive ever had but its still a greasy, through and through, tater tot. I recommend the restaurant switch to French fries.

Stein and Vine is an absolute gem of a restaurant in Brandon FL! If you are visiting Busch Gardens or anywhere nearby, I highly recommend it. Its family friendly with a kids menu and a fantastic grown-up menu for the adults. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly servers. They offer frequent unique specials - we went there for New Years Day food, and the soup with collards and limas did not disappoint. When were in the area again, well definitely return!

I have heard a lot of people brag about the food. I didnt care for it myself but they have a lot of stuff on the menu that looks good. Ill get them a try sometime later.

A bit cramped and very loud but it is one of our favorite places anyway. Grab some pig wings and the 33 1/3 with a bird and it will be in your dreams for weeks.

As a Midwestern, I am huge on Friday fish frys. The Haddock (9.5) has to be the best Ive tasted in the Tampa area by far. I highly recommend it. Crispy, juicy, favorful, and golden. With a party of 7 on a Friday at 6pm, we waited 1 hour for seating and another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They have a small kitchen, so the guys back there are doing an awesome job per capacity. I took .5 off my rating due to the fish fryer being a little overworked and came out with dark spots (fish). The tater tots were a nice golden brown, tasted great, and didnt smell like other foods. The craft beers were also a treat. Give it a try!

Couldn t tell you how disappointed I am; my family and I were told that 45 minute wait and we adhered to that time we come back and our table was given away to someone else. We were told they cannot take numbers down but 2 minutes later, we hear the host call their sister store, bin and board, on her phone and tell them that their table was ready. Can you tell Rob, patty of 4, that their table is ready at stein and vine so not only did they deny us a way of contact; it turned into a 1 hour and 10 minute wait. Note: we did come back before the 45 minutes were up, it was about 20 minutes in when we went to go check on our table. And they informed us that it was given away to a party of 8 that wasn t even fully there.

My family and I 6 of us, had came to sit down and and enjoy family dinner in which we were told 40 minutes for a wait time. We came back 20 minutes later to check on our reservation because we were initially informed with an attitude that they don t accept numbers. The girl with the curly hair pink sweater was not nice with her response when we asked about if we could provide a phone number. We then waited outside in 54 degree weather for another 30 minutes all while we saw a party of 8 that showed up AFTER US get called in. We then asked the other girl working outside and that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes. We decided to take our business elsewhere. All of this could be avoided if they can just take numbers to notify families specially bigger ones.

I d wish I could say that I would be able to say this was an excellent restaurant like the reviews before me but unfortunately my family and I went here to eat and we never got to see the inside of the restaurant we were informed of a 40 min wait. I asked the hostess with a pink sweatshirt if they accepted numbers to inform us of the table being ready. she told me they don t accept numbers. my gf and I then went to a store next to us and came back about 20 minutes later. One of my family members overheard that same hostess call over to their sister store bin and board and tell them that another s persons party of 4 had their table ready. Another party of 8 that showed up after us getting called in right in front of us. it s 54 degrees out we waited for a little over an hour and still didn t get to eat. Please train your hostesses to treat everyone equally . I don t know what I did but to see another get the privilege of getting a courtesy call for their table and we get to wait an hour just to see another party of 8 get called in before us and not even get to get past the front door is a little questionable.

The host with the pink shirt really curly hair Other hostess had a white crop top shirt. She was so rude to my wife and made us not want to go there again. Ik the food may be amazing but doesn t excuse the hostess s to be so rude. And give are table away. We waited for over an hour and people came after us and those people got seated b4 us. This place is the best place for lunch in Riverview Brandon area !!nothing has changed. Only gotten better. Food is fabulous and service even better. Tye. The owner. Is a talented and personable guy who always remembers us and makes us feel welcome. Perfect place.

Very cool little joint with very tasty dishes. The tap selection is very much on point...zero race car beer!!! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The outside sign threw me off though because it looks like a small hole in the wall pub, which is also my cup of tea. Would totally go back

Food and service are great. Ive yet to make it for the famous French onion soup but have heard its delicious. Dontet the exterior fool you, this place is top notch.

This is a wonderful local restaurant. The menu changes regularly with creative items crafted by the talented kitchen. Of course you have the usual suspects, staples that never change but we definitely keep coming back for the delights the kitchen surprises us with. A large beer selection will help you find the perfect pairing to whatever you order. The staff recognized us on several occasions and it makes you feel like part of the family. If youre in the mood for something exciting, Stein and Vine wont disappoint.

Hands down, this is our fav restaurant in the area. They have daily specials which are always seasonal and mouth watering, and they have a solid rotating tap list. The hubs and I visit about once a week, and never get bored! Ty puts so much love and care into the dishes he ideates, and there s always something exciting and unexpected on the menu. We went this week and had the posole and fried chicken plate, totally drool-worthy! Don t miss a chance to visit if you live locally or if you re visiting - you won t be disappointed!

Just a cute little pub with incredible food. I could eat here every day.
