The place seems a little dark ,makes it not nice to eat in.

No competition and comparison of burger and French fries. Eat with the King.

The taste is good, but the price keeps going up.

Burgers and onion rings are so small and you dont get much for what you pay for. McDonalds and Wendys are way better for food value

I hope the new management can resuscitate this business....its been neglected for years. Food

Today I ordered the chicken sandwich for the first time. Will be last time. It had gross burmt taste. So I took pictures! Looks like I cant post pics here though. Oh, and its a mystery what kind of pressed meat its made of, kinda like McDs so called chicken nuggets!

Adequate. Got burned for a bacon whopper meal. Had no coupon & spent way too much. $17 for a meal. Unhappy.

Pretty impressed, seems this location has improved since my last visit prior to covid. Now the food is much better and fresher. Glad I can finally come back here without worrying about quality

The guy in the drive through was very very (very!!!!!) rude. Food was not very fresh but that s what you get for getting food at Burger King. Threw up after I ate my king meal deal from a bitter/ sour taste (probably from a not very clean grill). Food was cold :(. -473874827373837473/10. Do not recommend. Absolutely unreal Burger King, staff is extremely nice and patient well I ordered my juicy whopper which was very fresh and perfectly made. Would 10 out of 10 recommend going to this location

If your store close, please update online and close your online order too. I searched your open time online it s said open at 7am, so I ordered online app, paid successfully and then went to pick 7:40am, your store closed. Morning time always is rush time, especial for mom with kids. You so waste my time. Too dad experience.

Also love that they have the impossible whopper now, so yummy Sad that they took the impossible whopper off their 2 whoppers for $11 deal! It was so nice to finally have a deal for a veggie option - really hoping this isnt a Burger King wide change :(

To many flies to share your meal with.

My husband and I own Busy Beaver Tree Services in Brandon MB. We did a tree job for Burger King over 60 days ago and have still not received payment. When we call to speak with the manager they dont even know who we are and ask if we have sent an invoice. We have reached out to the head office by email and voicemail and get no response. To other business owners, I do not recommend working for them as they do not pay their bills.

Flies are terrible in the restaurant. And order was wrong.

This place has done a 180 in terms of its delivery on hot, fresh, food. The renovations were much needed and look great. Speed could be better which has always been this locations problem. Food : 4/5

Love the experience had the king meal was value for buck as it includes two burgers and unlimited cold drink, thats actually greatt!! In the price of arround 7 to 8$

After I got my burger checked it. The lettuce was brown as it had been sitting out way too long. The chicken looked burnt and dry.

My favourite sandwich is chicken crispy, but unfortunately it s awful chicken it s not well done also it has test which is I can t describe. Please test your food before you sale it to customers.

I was very disappointed. They renovated the restaurant so I thought it would be nice going in, but it was super filthy. I then went to the washroom and out of 4 new bathrooms only 1 was functional and it was filthy as well. The floors in the restaurant looked like they hadnt been washed in days. There were stains on the counter and the drink area was so gross I walked away. I thought having a facelift might encourage ownership to clean a bit more and have some pride in their restaurant but I guess that isnt the case. We will not be returning here. I wont eat in a filthy place like this.

The drive thru has issues. They take one order and complete that order before taking the next, so if you are behind three or four cars, it can be a 20 minute wait pretty easily. This isn t a one-time thing. I have an autistic son who will only eat take out from BK right now, so it s been the same for months. Sadly, he won t go into the store where I hope the service is faster!

First time I had gone into the restaurant since the remodel, very nice job.

Not near as good as it is to be. Slow service always get pulled to the front. Kind of surprised they are still open

One of the worst places to go its gross i went through the drive through about 830 had to wait for my food so I thought it will be fresh and hot great i drove 3 blocks no joke and it was cold and just gross so I will never go back sooo sad it used to be sooo good

Was told one moment at drive thru speaker edited 7.5 minutes before I called out. Placed order but staff kelp interrupting my order is that all no then add more interrupt again. At window drink tray was wet soggy Told to park waited again 12 minutes .. so much for drive thru only 4 other cars on lot

Poor service, theyre all very rude. It make sense why they have empty tables.

Worst meal Ive had in forever not to mention they forgot a few things ....mainly my onion rings .....when I called to say they forgot them I couldnt even talk to anyone as my call went straight to voice-mail... doubt Ill get a call back or a refund , its the little things in business that reflect a place and its people , Not one of the 4 of us finished what we ordered it was that bad ....guess we know why they forward ALL Calls to voice mail .... how this place is still open floors me.....(update , 3 calls and the next day on wat Home stopped in and she gladly gave me my missing / paid for onion rings so ill up it from 1 star to 3 .... but food was sub par at best

It is almost impossible to go thru the drive thru and get what you actually ordered. Even when youre literally the only customer

They just completed renovations....not sure why. None of the windows had sun-blinds (every surface was a highly-reflective cheap poly-vinyl almost wore my shades for supper). Kitchen was completely missed....not even their gear was replaced (from what I could see). Only spending money on what the customer can see just allows them to see how unhappy the staff are. I think there might have been 3 clean tables? And only one was occupied.... definitely not busy enough to warrant that level of neglect. Garbage cans had the tiniest holes, encouraging customers to miss and dump their trash all over the floor. But....where else am I gonna get that much MSG on a crunchy chicken sandwich lol...Ill continue my twice annual guilty pleasure I guess. --old review-- Couldnt finish either burger. Fries were par. Staff faught with their ex (Im assuming) after I ordered. But I was fast. So two stars

My whopper was hot, tasted fresh, and very very tasty. I enjoyed every single bite.

Parking: Good condition

Asked for no tomatoes and extra pickles on whoppers, both loaded with tomatoes and reg pickles. Same order , asked for plain hamburger ONLY ketchup, got a cheeseburger with ketchup. They had it right on the order screen, couldnt get it right at the window apparently.

Newly remodeled. Very peaceful and clean when we were there. Staff were fast , friendly and the food was as fresh as youd expect from a fast food joint.

My husband stopped last night and placed his order. After his 1 hr drive home he finally opened up his order and it wasn t what he ordered. This is not the first time this has happened. Getting very annoying each time this happens. Burger King will no longer get our business. We will spread the word about the poorly staffed business.

Avid Burger King Goer Have enjoyed a good burger often for a few years. I probably am your best customer for the Bacon King. Unfortunately the prices went up after the renovation, the waits at the drive through are crazy for a non-busy drive through and the cherry on top being missing bacon on my bacon king twice. All things on its own would be fine, but all together. Cmon guys.

Friendly customer service, the renovations are cool, this place hasnt changed too much, and it is a really nice place to grab lunch if youre in the area.

The place is nice the workers have thick accents but were very nice but the food was either cold chewy or reheated the only reason the food is a 2 star is cause of the chicken fries

If I could give zero stars, I would. After 3 days of complete suffering from food poisoning, I will never go again.

Ordered a bacon king and mozzarella sticks but unfortunately instead of mozza sticks I got 5 tiny chicken nuggets and marinara sauce

Nice place, too bad I can only order fries. I wish I could order the impossible whopper, for cooking it on the same broiler and using mayo( instead of available vegan mayo) is a big deterrent. I do appreciate the effort to cater for Vegetarian, vegan and every diet. I keep my fingers cross for more changes in the near future.

Man if there was a 0 start that s what it would be! Went to this location yesterday after work used a coupon to get 2 whopper meals asked for no pickle on both waited like 15-20 min when I got home opened my burger there were pickles on it and the bacon on both burgers were definitely uncooked didn t even touch the grill straigh nasty go eat somewhere else please save yourself from taking a sick day at work. YIKES!

I use to go to Burger King in Ontario almost every day and the burgers were great but at Brandon location taste of burgers doesn t taste good . I think staff needs little more training how to make burgers .

my stomach actually chose which burger was better one night i ate a wendys baconator and woke up suddenly and puked all over the floor but 2 days before i had a bacon king and nothing like that happened so i checked again and got another bacon king a day after the incident and again nothing happened except me enjoying a good filling burger

Great tasting whopper ..

My husband and I go every Wednesday night for supper and have for the past 30 years. You would think after that many years they would get our order right...every week we go hoping to get exactly what we order but every week there is something wrong.

Such an efficient service when ordering via the app. Ready when you walk through the door. Amazing deal of aswell. Only way to order!

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Was there recently and went through the drive thru and the girl was extremely rude. Never said a word other than how much my order was. Gave a dirty look for no reason then handed me the food and never said thank you or anything. Last time I ever go there.

Honestly, there is alot to be said about this place. Both good and bad. For starters, the food here is good. The burgers arent too bad, and the fries are probably the best tasting fries in a fast food restaurant in brandon. However, the place lacks in quality. The building is very outdated, and the service is comparable to other fast food restaurants. With the amount of customers, Id expect fast services, but the service actually provided is slow and mediocre at its best. Ultimately, this is the kind of restaurant you would use it for drive through only.
