Well.run establishment, Ive always been a big fan of Harveys!

Terrible service.

The food was absolutely fantastic the atmosphere was very warm and in fighting we were sitting and visiting as well as we could hear all the stuff talking as well as laughing and it just felt like we were at home having dinner with our friends I enjoyed my food and I will go back and order it there again

Had my first Bacon Cheese Angus Burger. Not a bad burger.

The guy in the drive thru was super nice. But not nice enough to justify the 15+ (currently still waiting) minutes when I m the only car in the drive thru .

Had their pickle pickle poutine, and it was amazing, great amount and delicious, can t beat the pickles. Thanks for putting it on your menu!!!

The food was great. Ordering was very unique. Like Wendys with subway combined. Will be coming back more often. Vegetarian options: Do have a few salad bowls. Veggie burgers are tasty.

Staff was great. The food, not so great. Wife ordered a crisby chicken burger which was cold. I ordered a mushroom melt burger, which the patty was burnt on the outside, and tasted not cooked inside. A little disappointed. Will I go there again?, will will see. It will take alot of persuasion.

Waited in the drive thru for like 10 minutes with no interaction after paying would of liked to of been informed of why it was taking so long

The food was actually better than id expected and the service was incredible. Our server was very friendly and when my drink glass broke she handled the sitiation very well. I would recommend stopping in for a nice lunch before an afternoon of shopping at the mall.

The girl with one cross earrings made my day better with a couple free pies for waiting for 20 minutes for ff and nuggs. Bad day to good day, thank you.

Great food, the absolute most terrible drive through you could ever imagine. Every single time we go its a wait. We have to budget 10 minutes for drive through everytime. Seems like all drive throughs are 10 minutes now so changed my review to 5 star

Expensive garbage. Both grilled chicken sandwiches were overcooked and hardly anything for sauce/toppings. Dont waste your money here. Edit - Clean your store windows properly.

Your burger, made right in front of you. And my 10 yr old always does the last of the gravy as a shot, so it must be good.

Came here before closing. They stilled made food perfect. Harveys is always the best. To the drive thru employees on March 12 at around 10:10pm. You guys did my burger very well. They were very nice as well.

We stopped in after the lunch hour rush so there were a couple of people in the restaurant but nobody ahead of us when we were ready to order. We ordered chicken wrap meals. These were made fresh so it took a little longer than if you were there during the lunch rush. But it was worth waiting the extra few minutes. We ate in the restaurant. The wrap and fries were well prepared and good portions provided. The meals tasted very good. I look forward to returning and would rank this restaurant among my favorites.

The food was so good and the service was great.

Me and my cousin had Harveys for lunch today. I think it would be a different experience if we ate the food at the restaurant rather than ordering through Skip The Dishes. I think the fries sat there a little too long but still have a fresh taste. I had the chicken sandwich combo and he had the angus beef and onion burger. Im impressed with delivery for the burger and hes satisfied with the burger quality. 5 stars for the burgers but a 4 star for the fries. Keep making good burgers Harveys!

Ive never had a bad meal here, the burgers are always very tasty, and I appreciate the fact that they make it right in front of you and allow you to pick all your toppings and sauces not just the generic stuff. Today we tried their chicken fingers for the first time and we were both pleasantly surprised as to how delicious they were, one of my favourite burger joints in Brandon! Parking: Lots of parking Kid-friendliness: High chairs and kids menu which was perfect!

Wasnt impressed with my order sitting on the warming tray for awhile before they got to it.

Start to finish. I, as a consumer am a lot. I m talkative, excitable, wild and all around just guacamole. always extra I. Am just that Extra. Ordering from Harvey s last night was a delight. I have no idea who helped me. I hope they had a good laugh. So, because I m not very familiar with the Harvey s menu The person taking my order was patient, extraordinarily knowledgeable, and asked the appropriate questions so I was able to place my order properly. Awesome So not only all of that awesomeness, when I got up to the window to pay it was so freaking affordable!!!!!!! I feel like I piled on so many toppings. God bless a banana pepper and a jalapeño amiright? and I paid less than $15?!?!? And I was up sold to the frings!!!!! AND I GOT A SIDE OF GHOST PEPPER SAUCE Sidenote, the ghost pepper sauce, definitely packs a punch Be careful. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

I go through the drive through all the time. I have always had fast friendly service, and the grilled chicken sandwich is a good choice if you want something healthy.

Delicious food and great service

I love it when a restaurant actually delivers on heat! The Smokin Hot Poutine tasted exactly as the name suggested. The ghost pepper sauce gave a back-of-the-throat burn that lingered and the Crispy Jalapeno Coins added a little extra punch. A traditional gravy and loads of cheesy goodness (curds and shredded) completed the dish. I ordered this poutine in mid-October as one of the featured items and it doesnt appear to be on the menu anymore. Harveys, please bring it back!!

Burger tasted good. However they forgot one of the toppings that I paid the extra $1 something for. Fries kinda tasted funny and staff werent very friendly. Wouldve been nice to at least have been served by someone who actually cared.

It was allright. Definately not the best burger. Burger tasted like a premade Tim Hortons sausage breakfast sandwich. Do not recommend. McDonalds is better. Ill rate it a 3/10 not a 3/5.

Sal and Andrew helped us with our order! Very friendly and happy to be there. Andrew was very patient and repeated our order back to us flawlessly and when we got up to the window Sal was super friendly and polite and we even had a good chat through the window. 12/10 minimum. The staff was incredible.

Going Harveys for the first time in Brandon Im from Winnipeg, and I have to put a great review, the gentleman inside took time and care to make sure that my burger looked good and the condiments and vegetables were properly distributed. I really appreciate the way that he did it. Its not often that you see that kind of care and customer service just in something as basic as a burger. Thanks guys it was a great first experience at Harveys in Brandon!!!

Dry bun, old lettuce. The burger was very unappetizing. Stood for a long time in line. Carbonated water instead of 7up. Will probably never waste time going to a Harveys again.

The staff was polite and they provide it recommendations. I love that you can choose the ingredients for your hamburger and If youre looking for tasty poutine for a reasonable price this is place to go, they have several option that you can choose from.

Forgot how slow a made to order burger was and they forgot my drink as I asked for bottled water instead of pop.

Clearly they have never made a salad in this place. Not only did they take over 10 minutes for our orders, they were struggling to understand basic information about the orders. They filled my bowl with an absurd amount of lettuce and slowly hand-picked the worst tomatoes right in front of me. Maybe their staff is all new, but this level of incompetence is not acceptable for a business that has been open for almost 3 months.

Slow service and bad quality food. There was no one around in drive thru or restaurant and took over 15 mins. The milkshakes were more like frothy chocolate milk. They were not thick and were very liquidy.

Food is pretty mediocre for what you pay. Burgers are bland. Fries and stuff are dead boring. You always have to wait, especially if you want to order anything special or a veggie burger. Would not recommend. Staff is friendly.

Ordered delivery through skip the dishes and while I understand that its a separate delivery company and that affects times, the food was cold when it arrived. The fries were ice cold and a little stale, the burgers had a pink tinge to them and gave immediate stomach issues afterwards, which is disappointing because we usually love Harveys burgers. The part that saddened me most was that when I called Harveys to let them know about the burgers and maybe coming them just a bit more so people dont get food poisoning, the lady with whom I spoke spent a good 10 minutes making excuses about how skip the dishes is a separate company and it affects times because thats their window and they may have other orders to deliver also, before finally saying that there are no temperature regulators so they use griddles and check the temperature of the burgers. I understand that this may be the way things are set to be done by the book but my burgers are pink and causing stomach issues and Im just glad my picky toddler didnt end up eating any of it. Hopefully if we try it again in store itll be better. Dont do delivery folks.

My Angus burger was cold. I had a hard time returning to Harveys....o ly to be let down again. There are 800 more pipelines coming in from everywhere. The word spreads fast. We all eat out for the most part.9

Went there for the first time today and liked the restaurant inside. Food was higher priced than Im used to compared to McDonalds or Wendys. Ordered the grilled chicken salad, a cheeseburger meal and 1 kids hot dog meal for the group of us. The grilled chicken salad meal was plain. Mostly lettuce with a few added toppings. The grilled chicken tasted fine but was sorta spongy, not like a real chicken breast. Hamburger was great but the patty was bland and also only slightly spongy. French fries were nice, crispy, would have again. Onion rings were very good as well as the Hotdog. Our meal came to 25 dollars. Not overly impressed. Might go again with some friends if we want something a little different. Was impressed with the online menu. But as with any restaurant, some things are great and other things are meh. Not sure we will be back anytime soon, but willing to give them another try sometime. I was really wanting this to be my new favourite fast food place, but I dont think it measures up at this point.
