As always, the folks at Lady of the Lake are warm, welcoming, and helpful, without being too in your face. Had an incredibly delicious slice of Raspberry Sour Cream Crumble Pie with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. The glass of wine was great, too!

We just held our wedding reception at Lady of the Lake and could not be happier with the experience!! We had around 80 guests and it was the perfect venue. The food was absolutely incredible and we were shocked at how reasonable the cost was (especially with an open bar). Amanda and Shannon were so wonderful to work with! They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Our bartender, Mary, took great care of everyone all night and the serving staff were amazing. If youre planning a smaller wedding (under 100) we cant recommend this venue enough!

The cutest shop I ve ever seen, and this kind of fresh, healthy food in a great choice is so hard to find across Canada! Whenever I am near, I would visit for sure!

Highly recommended for coeliacs looking for good tasty food that is safe! Server is attentive and cheerful. Possibly one of the best gluten free sandwich (Reuben, corned beef with sauerkraut) Ive ever had.

Should honestly be 5 stars! Food was unreal, service was kind and wonderful. My partner and I are travelling through with our pup and they let us sit on the front patio with her and even gave us a water bowl for her! Thanks again

I m not much for leaving reviews, but I really enjoyed coming here. I was extremely comfortable and well taken care of. The food was remarkable, and was my go-to spot to eat while I was in the area.

The chefs & servers continue to amaze me with their new Friday night dishes, exceptional presentation and friendly faces! You have to try the new mussels dish!!! Well, honestly, the perogies, the Greek nachos, etc, etc ! Everything is great!!! Well done!!! Amazing!!!

I really like this place. The food was delicious, highly recommend the Breakfast Wrap. The server was very friendly and gave helpful recommendations. We loved the decoration as well. Didnt have a chance to visit the attached shop, will try to next time

We just had our wedding here it was great. Amanda was excellent to work with. Always trying to work with us and did a great job planning and executing and communicating. The staff was wonderful, drinks and food were amazing and we could not have had a greater time. Vegetarian options: They had multiple veggie options and they made vegan accomodations. Kid-friendliness: We had access to a seperate room where the kids could play and a mother could feed and change her baby. Very accommodating

Never a bad experience!

Really enjoyed this local gem. First time in Brandon and a friend took me here for lunch on NYE. Ordered the soup and salad combo and added chicken to my salad and was not disappointed. A few days earlier we ordered some soups to go and they were all amazing - Hungarian Mushroom, French Onion and had the Lemon chicken and rice more recently. Had their biscuits to-go and they were delicious. They have lots of dessert options to-go as well, but I didnt try any unfortunately. The shop next door is cute and lots of great options if youre shopping for a gift for someone.

Great vibe here, Delicious food and great social times. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly. Love the beer that they serve and make me go to the local store to get more during the trip. The small vintage shop next to the restaurant do have a lot of item thats nice to pick up as a souvenir for friend. Great restaurant and must try if you are in the area.

Wonderful place. Only reason it s not 5 stars is because they could not make a reservation for a single table of 4. Minimum is 6 people, and unfortunately we had to have my business lunch else where.

I was in having lunch with a friend of mine we dont get over often so first time in a long time we enjoyed our food very much the menu was very well prepared our food was excellent our time there was I would also like to thank the staff for the free cheesecake that we had it was absolutely delicious under the circumstances it was sad to know this but it was a good visit and we will be back very soon Vegetarian options: I had the vegetarian burger it was divine well-organized and delicious

Food was delicious and lots of great drink options. Had the soup/sandwich/salad combo with the curry chicken salad sandwich and soup of the day (sausage borscht). Had asked for the wine and cheese salad, but got the meadow salad instead. Didnt get a chance to ask the server for the right salad because she never came back to check on us until we were finished our plates. I still enjoyed my meal and got some white chocolate macarons and red wine truffles to go. Wish I had had a chance to look at the retail side because it looked very nice!

AMAZING!!!! Great place to hang out and get a tea or coffee, I loved it! I got the Earl Grey tea and a cinnamon roll and it was amazing! The shop next to it was a lot of fun to look around to!

Such a nice place!! From the parking lot we discover this truck covered in various and so cute dishes! On the menu the choice is varied and everything is really good! I recommend their mushroom soup with the biscuit! Next door is a boutique with a very wide choice of decoration, clothing, jewelry and more! Top !

I recently travelled from BC to visit family , my grandma brought us here for lunch and we were blown away. I am vegan and was treated with the most respect. Our server went above and beyond for me to create meals I could eat and without even asking checked on what desserts were vegan. The waitress was incredible , kind and truly gave the atmosphere a beautiful ambiance. I got the falafel wrap with hummus , the best wrap I ve had in a restaurant!! The food here was so incredible beautiful and fresh , if you are wanting a place to eat that will make you feel nourished come here. Thank you for the outstanding service , it truly meant the world Vegetarian options: They don t have vegan options on the menu , but many items can be made vegan. The falafel wrap with hummus was outstanding , it s paired with a lovely mango chutney that just tops the whole thing off! They also had a vegan peanut butter cookies.

I didnt eat in the restaurant. I shopped in the absolutely beautifully staged shop.

The place is AMAZING I recommend everyone to visit it - its a restaurant with amazing decor and food, as well as a shop selling various items. Everything was done with so much love that we spent a total of over two hours there and planned a quick pit stop to grab a bite to eat. I wholeheartedly recommend it, everyone will find something for themselves there.

Who separates a 12 person party into two 6 person tables that aren t even remotely connected? We were back to back and couldn t even see/talk to each other.

When in Brandon Manitoba...What a great place to dine, shop and even take photos! Really enjoyed our visit here. The food was great and the staff were super friendly!

We thought wed treat ourselves today and go to The Lady of the Lake. Hot chocolate, giggle juice, pineapple juice and coffee, all excellent. The girls had the pizza which was the perfect portion for them, the ice cream and cookie were lovely additions as well. Prairie fries, Thai wraps and curry chicken sandwiches were also ordered and enjoyed. All in all, this is a great place to eat, you get what you pay for and the ambiance is definitely part of the experience.

Went out last night to see Emma Peterson perform and have dinner. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and had two skunky beers in a row, so they got some from another case in the back and they were fine. Later on in the evening I got another skunky one, so I changed brands and it was fine. Everyones meals were good other than mine which was the Excaliburger that was made with a mushy meatloaf. I tried to eat it but only ate like a 1/4 of it but my Hungarian soup was very good. Had the waitress came around to ask how everything was I would have told here. Speaking of waitress the place was packed and very understaffed as it took forever to get a drink. I m sure having a couple more staff would probably increase their sales dramatically. Towards the end of the night while the band was still playing at 10:45 I asked for another drink and was told I already told you guys it was last call when we ordered our last round of drinks. Excuse me for wanting to spend more money there. This was my first time dining there on a Friday night and Certainly never left with the feeling that I can hardly wait to come back!!!

Had a great meal after a long day. Staff were very helpful and the entertainment factor was very good. Wish we could have stayed for the band but the warm up was special. Parking: Large lot but we walked for the exercise. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy in and out.

I like to go here when I need a gift for family or friends. They have such nice displays to wander through and I can always find something special. The food and atmosphere in the cafe is superb as well

A beautiful little (large) shop. The food always smells so good and tastes even better. A large variety of gifts at all different notice points. There is something for everyone. Its is quite large and no corner is left empty, Im not even sure I saw everything after being there for 45mins. Its a little over welding.

So lovely, stopped at the store first purchased some goodies and one was wrapped up sweetly for my niece. Purchased lunch and its all vegan including desert of a cranberry nut bar. So sweet!

They checked for an allergen ingredient and the food was delicious. It can be a little noisy when it is full but good atmosphere.

We came from vancouver isl.to visit friends in brandon ,our friend took as to lady of the lake, after the first wow was walking in super nice place ,second our waitres befaney, super good and super nice ,great food and shoping.we will be back.

I am from Ontario and never been to Manitoba - this place was a detour on my trip. I found Lady of The Lake with only 3 days left in Brandon, I wish I found it sooner! This place is a true local gem. I ordered the Hungarian Muschroom Soup with a Reuben Sandwhich, a spicy ceasar and a slice of cheesecake. All of this was superb ! Ill be back tomorrow and Sunday for brunch . Highly reccomend.

Great lunch spot the food is excellent , I highly recommend the Caesar salad and Hungarian mushroom soup as sides to any meal best Caesar salad in town.

We stopped here on our way home from Winnipeg. The menu had so many great sounding items that it was difficult to choose. I had hot apple chai cider, and the Thai chicken wrap with Aztec soup. It was delicious and filling! The gift shop has a huge selection of items - clothes, jewelry, home decor, furniture, antiques. I just wish it was closer to home. Ill have to take another road trip so I can go back there for lunch and shopping.

Unique gift shop with tons of little treasures. A little on the expensive side. Great food at the restaurant.

Its in a nice location with enough parking space. Access for those on the wheelchairs. Just ok to lay your head when traveling. It has no special features to make it a must visit place.

The restaurant menu is varied and the food is sourced locally. There is comfort food on the menu as well as many fresh takes on old favourites. One of my favourite meals is the veggie hummus sandwich. Be sure to arrive early and browse the gift shop. It has every nook and cranny filled with unique gifts and clothing. I have been many times and have never been disappointed. Also, check out the truck outside!

I had the opportunity to have lunch while visiting Brandon. I had heard about this restaurant MANY times but had not been. It was definitely worth the wait and I will be back the next time I am in Manitoba. AWESOME FOOD! I had the curry chicken sandwich which was so yummy. Nice atmosphere and excellent service.

Really unique items in a great arrangement that winds like a path through colour schemes. Excellent selection of jewellery and accessories also! Its a must stop for me every time Im in Brandon. And they wrap gifts for free.

My nephew, visiting from Kelowna, I and my sister had a delicious lunch at noon today. I had the turkey and cranberry sandwich on whole grain with spinach/saskatoon salad. Followed up by rhubarb/strawberry pie with icecream. The pie, a prairie favourite, was soooo gòod. My companions agree with my assessment and give the same for their choices. Pecan pie got 5 stars!!!! A real treat as I seldom eat out!!!!
