Update: I wrote them an email last week (as what the owner responded under my review) but no responding at all so far. So the reply of my review is a gesture instead of really intended to make things right. Check your package twice if you do drive through or take out. The staff made mistakes frequently. The first time I ordered there, they forgot to pack me a biscuit( that I should have two of them), I chose dark meat but they gave me mixed of white and dark meat. Today I ordered 6 pcs of wings, 5 of them were drumettes and only one of them was the mid-section. They also forgot to pack the honey mustard. An advice: check the bag to make sure they are giving what you order and pay for.

Very unprofessional. I couldnt understand a word they said. They go my order wrong. Then I had to wait 25minutes for Nuggets. And the manager had an attitude. I am native and felt discriminated against. Im still waiting for my Nuggets as others come and go.. I paid 27 minutes ago

It was dirty. My daughters chicken tenders were undercooked and smelled funny. The women behind the counter refused to hear me, saying they were fresh. Fresh doesnt matter if the meat is already spoiled. Will not eat here again.

This place is the worse when it comes to listening, I have sent my boyfriend to pick up a 2 piece meal, we ask for mild chicken and instead we got spicy. is not the first time, and also I m pretty sure they do it on purpose now, as I used to work at this place and one of the managers use to harassed me for month and nothing was ever done. when my mom decided to talk to him he started treating me in a very poorly way, now every time I order food and have family to pick up for me, there is always something wrong with my food

Every time I visit this restaurant, I am always entering with joy and leaving with joy. The food is always hot and fresh. Most of the times when I come during evenings. I am greeted by their manager, Amanpreet with smile and a 5 star service all the time. It is always a great experience dining in or out.

I was badly treated by the manager at Brandon, embarrassed and rudely attended to because of my English language , which wasnt even wrong details; I was severed 3 ghost pepper sandwich full meal with my sister , while we were eating in the car we noticed that serviettes wasnt in the meal bag I had to go back and ask for some , and the manager rudely asked me to leave that she doesnt know what i was talking about, on hearing that i got sad and humiliated i kept repeating and had to use the sign language to explain myself better and then she goes I should say napkins not serviette however my sister stepped in and tried to correct her on the manner of approach not being nice, she slammed the window at her and called the cops what for? exactly , what did we do wrong, serviette and napkins are synonymous , however we waited for the the cops to arrive and explained what happened.... I have never been this embarrassed in my life. I feel very sad please look into the character of people you put in to serve people. I love popeyes ghost pepper chicken sandwich with lemonade but I dont like the customers service Popeyes this is not fair .,.. thanks

Food was barely warm. Not freshly cooked. Sitting under heat lamps for awhile. It was at 5 oclock on Saturday. Food should be freshly cooked for supper rush. Mac n cheese had a funny taste to it.

I tried the chicken for the first time and was hooked. The next few times ok but the last time was so bad. Late lunch break from work. To grab a chicken sandwich on the run. they had just refried ( deep fryer) the chicken to get it hot. It was so greasy I couldn t eat it and I m wasting a lot of money on something that wasn t worth it. So that will be my last time.

Fries was not fresh won t come back

The person who packaged our food gave us bags too small for the order. Leading to the packaging falling apart.

I have a really bad food poisoning. Most likely coleslaw. How do I know? It was a family dinner, kids dont eat coleslaw, my wife took it in a doggy bag. So, I ate it at home. Huge mistake!!! On a top of that my son throw away his sprite and pour another drink cuz it had moldy smell. Besides a point but place needs to be cleaned as well.

I have visited there before also. The franchiser of this branch is so mean minded. When I was ordering he had no patience and told me that I don t know how to order. Actually he made mistake for combination. He was arguing with me. His name is In name tag MO. When I asked for complain form to report this incident, he said he is the owner , they don t any procedure to report. . I am requesting the upper level controller to improve this kind s of misbehaviour. Even when I was sad and returning from the shop. He Said to me I hope I will not see you again I wonder how one business person can do this types of behaviour to customers. If we go through consumer minimum right , that s behaviour is a totally opposite. ONCE AGAIN REQUESTING UPPER LEVEL AUTHORITY TO TAKE INITIATIVE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS KINDS OF MISBEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER.

I had gone at a busy time (could see inside was packed) and the worker was very friendly and apologetic asking me to park in the spot to wait for 5 minutes. My food came up around the 7 minute mark which is fine and they added in a free dessert as well for the wait. Both interactions were very friendly! Fresh food. Upon getting home I noticed I was short 1 nugget

The music was so loud . The pop music of a different country was unbearable. Very dirty . Chicken was uncooked . They said that Is how they cook it. We didnt not finish the chicken. The fries were delicious as was the gravy. I will not be back with my family .

The chicken was really good. We had the family meal and the ghost pepper burger, there was so much stuff and so many leftovers, my boys took the rest to school for lunch the next day lol.The staffs were really nice, we loved it a lot, we will definitley come back.

Im a Skip dishes driver, when I waiting for the order the manager stopped everyone working made a meeting , and I show him my phone, means I am waiting. He not happy, he said he didnt care I work for skip dishes, not for him. If I dont want to wait ,I can cancel the order. When I were waiting he made a meeting, I knew he doesnt care.I know Im nobody, but I working for my life, I didnt beg him for Money I dont need see his face. OK, when I got there a girl said wait 3 min, after 5 min , they had a meeting, 10 min I showed my cellphone, he asked what? I said I was waiting for 10min. And he said he didnt like that, he didnt care all the people in the restaurant heard and knew. And the pick up time already over. Do you think thats the waiting time problem? I dont think so.

Food has been hit and miss. Sometimes way too greasy that it actually makes our stomach hurt. The one in portage la prairie is always on point so its disappointing this one isnt as good Edit: Went back another month later its even worse now so oily its gross.

My husband and I went through the drive thru to grab something for supper while we were out and I can honestly say that we won t be going back. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with a Cajun poutine as my side and when I bit into the chicken it had an overwhelming fishy taste. It was disgusting and I didn t end up eating any of it, if I wanted to eat fish, that s what I would have ordered. I was so disappointed because normally I love the chicken tenders, but that just completely threw me off. The poutine was ok, if not a little soggy. I don t think I ll be able to eat chicken tenders from there again, or any chicken for that matter. As someone who hates fish, that was probably the worst taste it could have been.

What a clean and friendly popeys location. The supervisor Amanpreet worked with such enthusiasm while being under pressure. She opened the door for customers, greeted them and was in the kitchen. Now that is customer service and a team player. She has to be acknowledged and hopefully this review does it for her.

Discrimination by manager around 12:15PM-12:30PM on June 16,2023 I was waiting in line to order food There was a Canadian lady in front of me waiting to order too I was getting late to go back to my job Manager around that time mentioned above gave discount on bill to that lady as she was waiting for long time plus a free sweet treat too But he totally ignored me who was also waiting after that lady! Its ridiculous!!

We ve never had a fully good meal from here. When it opened and the wait times were almost an hour, they were so busy that the food had to be fresh, but they would always forget something. The chicken and fries however were always fresh. Now that they have slowed down from their initial opening, the freshness is non existent. The wait times are better, but I suspect that the food is just sitting around ready to go. Fries are cold, chicken is greasier than it should be, and the mac n cheese we had was inedible. The potential for greatness is there, but they just can t seem to get a whole meal right for my family. I wanted it to be good, so much that we have tried at least 10 different times, but I think I have to give it up and move on. The auto reply to this review will be to contact them and they will make it right, but there has been ample opportunity to serve up a good meal.

Food and service were great. Used the app and picked up which worked great. Location is difficult to get into and the parking isnt great.

Food is really bad. First time I tried their coleslaw which was not fresh at all. This time I bought their can dine meal. This time after eating the chicken I felt really bad. They don t cook it well. Probably used old oil. They need to work on food quality.

I went to the location in Brandon Manitoba. It was straight up a thetic half a chicken breast on a sandwich and the other half is pickles and I got shrimp for 25 bucks. Pretty disappointing.

ordered a 3 piece tender meal, got home and turns out they gave me a 3 piece chicken meal, the chicken was dripping in grease, i couldnt eat it, fries were stuck in big clumps together, biscuit was good though, i always have a good experience with popeyes food so maybe this is just a one off experience but definitely put me off from going back for awhile
