Excellent service and food. It was an unexpected nice surprise on my road trip

Today my husband asked for my donair sauce on the side because your staff put too much on and I wanted the option to decide how much I wanted on mine, plus I was not eating it right away so I did not want it soggy and your staff member said "NO" this is disappointing and will make me think twice before coming back which is too bad because I just found a veggie cheeseburger I like.

I’ve ordered a large salad a couple times here and noticed they put it in such a small bowl! I then went to the other location and they put it in a normal/large sized bowl. This place is definitely giving you less for what you pay! Such a rip off! Not to mention poor customer service half the time.

Oct 3 2023. We stopped for a club wrap today. Noticed the girl did not put avocado in the wraps. Asked her to add it as it was advertised to have it. She did not and appeared not to care. We were the only people there this afternoon at that time. Just about 40 dollars when we added the drinks and walked away hungry. Definitely poor service and food value not there. Will not return. Much better places to spend money on a lunch. I see a lot of complaints from reviews and no attempts from the manager or owner to rectify concerns. That's a recipe to kill the business.

Terrible customer service! Asked the man working to mix my salad before putting it into my pita and he flat out refused and said they don’t do that. The portions were so small that the regular pita looked like a small. Paid almost $40.00 for 2 just to be left hungry after! And don’t even get me started on the smoothie prices/sizes. Not satisfying at all! Would not recommend!

Buffalo chicken rice bowl is the best thing i have ever eat,The guy with turban is very friendly and have best customer service. Its clean and quick. Thank you for being awesome!!

Love pitas from here. It's a great location. The man who normally is working alone, is very fast and smart and knows how to make a really good pita. I find the other location on 18th south, the staff do not heat the meat properly. And their ratio of ingredients are not right and they do not understand sauces and the appropriate amounts. The guy at THIS location is way better. Gets it exactly how I want it. Fast and very friendly. Also the place is immaculately clean.
