Very slow. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes and then just left.
Staff was rude. I asked for the keys to the bathroom cause my daughter was calling me. She couldnt reach the toilet paper (7yrs old) and they didnt want to give them to me. i needed to wait for them to come and when i said ill bring it back they didnt want to and were rud about it. Kepts their gloves to go unlock the bathroom door. Kept on giving us looks ...
Super slow staff. Never had a slower staff try to make my sub. One guy was just in the back with the lineup being pretty long. If you need to use the washroom might as well pee your pants since it's locked and they have to unlock it but as slow as they are your peeing ur pants. Never had them make my sub. They were complaining about me trying to get the key for the washroom so we just had to leave.
Was back in Brandon in May 2023, kept meaning to post a review, finally got around to it! Ordered via the Subway app for pick up and it was GREAT. Staff actually put on extra tomatoes that were requested, not just the standard amount. Living in Winnipeg I almost never get extra amounts when requested at my 3 regular Subways, hell sometimes they have completely forget to put them on at all... Brandon Victoria location was EXCELLENT all around.
Today i recieved skip the dish or just dash from this location.... it was not my order. I had not placed a delivery order with them. But it arrived on my doorstep with the driver just leaving it outside. I called 4 different subway locations looking to see if one of them had an order that matched the order number on the slip. This location did. I told them about the mix up and suggested they contact skip and the customer to straighten this out. I even offered assistance in getting the food to the right person in case the driver dropped it off on the wrong house number on my street. I was willing to run it over. The young female employee said to me "you will have to call skip and get them to deal with this we cant do anything". I was floored. I work for a restaurant, and i know that the restaurant has access to skips service line and the customers contact number. I informed her of this. She appeared confused and eventually said "ok we will take care of this". Im 90 percent certain it was only to get me off the phone. I again told her that i would hold on to the food and run it where it needed to go if she could just get the adress for me, or if not i would hand it over to a driver if they contacted skip and sent him/her back. Nothing developed of this conversation. I have no idea who the customer was, if they got a remake, a refund or anything. I am outraged on their behalf and as someone who has spent his entire life in the food service industry i am very disgusted by the employees lack of care to resolve this. Apparently i get a free lunch tomorrow because of it. But this isnt about me. This is about professionalism and customer care.
The young man working was absolutely no help and had no idea what I ordered even though I was the only customer in the store. His Co worker had to prompt him to offer to put on ingredients that go on that specific sandwich. I got home about 3 mins later and when I went to have my sub the paper had completely soaked through and the sandwich completely fell apart. It was my first and last time going there... oh, and he pointed out on the debit machine that I could tip... lo
The sub of the day is a great way to save buck and try different, awesome subs. I wish employees wouldn't cut a footlong in half to start, rather just do or at the end like it's always been done before. Otherwise another good experience and great tasting sub. Using 3 sauces is a huge game changer every time.
I had been there yesterday around 2:30 pm. We had two footlong and drink. And we had food inside.The food and place are nice. But staff who served me was not professional. She doesn’t know how to deal customers. She need to learn how to be polite with customers. Not even say thank you when we say thank you while leaving place.Sounds like rude. Not happy with the service.

Always clean when I am there I get what I want sometimes I have to wait longer than expected
Great service that was fast despite being busy. Small sit in area so you may not find a table here if you are looking to eat in, but not far from a park with picnic tables.
If you want to go healthy subway it is Vegetarian options: Alot vegetarian and non vegetarian choice you can actually personalize your bread sandwich according to you although you have limited options its still preety good

Normally like but got subway for lunch today through skip and contracted food poisoning. Which is sad because I like subway and never happened before

Theres not a lot to say, I will say that. But there are some nice people who work there, theyve never actually been out of anything when I go there. Nice place to stop for lunch.

If I could give this place a zero I would, it was the worst subway experience Ive ever had. The woman working looked at me as if I was stupid when I asked for salt and pepper and looked annoyed when I was asking for the vegetables I wanted. When i got home the tomatoes tasted bad and they were cheap with the sauce

Completely disappointing service I asked for lots of crackers. He straight up told me no even though subway pride themselves on giving as many toppings as the customer wants crackers are included as toppings. They gave me 6 and seid they give me 8. he straight up called me a liar. never go there there s three other subways in Brandon all of them are way better. They need to properly train their employees

Has a really cool drink fountain and there subs taste really good.
My favourite subway to visit by far. The manager is extremely friendly. All the staff are friendly and always welcome me each day I go there.

Walked in and the restaurant was busy, but the staff made no effort to greet me and the girl serving me seemed to put minimal effort into preparing the food. Overall very mediocre experience. I love subway but I wouldnt go to this one.

They tend to make their own hours at this store. Often I go to pick up some food late after work and find they closed the store before their normal closing time (Im assuming it wasnt very busy so their teenage staff ditch) Also their toaster is Awol atm

When you put the sauce on the sandwich dont put it all in the fold of the bread! Every time this happens, as you eat your sub half of it has sauce on it the other doesnt. Also you dont need a pound of lettuce on each sandwich.

It s a totally disappointing experience. The cashier makes me feel offended. She rolled her eyes to me when I pay. Probably she felt my English is terrible, but that is not a reason to treat a customer like that.
I normally love Subway, and the one on Victoria Avenue is an absolute god-send for Brandon West and the Waverly Area. However, its hard to enjoy your meal when its not being folded properly upon completion, not cut completely in half, and people are being sent home with THE WRONG ORDER. I used to work at Subway, and Im very disappointed that subs cant even be folded and cut in half decently. Please improve your service. :(
