I recently visited Bar Burrito around 4 pm on November 8, 2024, and was left disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the male worker (short in stature) was extremely rude and uncustomer-centric. When my brother asked for hot sauce, the worker yelled at him in Hindi, Aur bhai, kaun sa hot sauce yahan pe teen hai? (Translation: Brother, which hot sauce do you want, we have three?). This tone was unacceptable. We politely asked him to explain the available sauces, but he ignored our request. Even when using the POS system, he disregarded our attempts to communicate. When adding drinks to our order, he abruptly asked, Separate or together? without any regard for our preferences. The workers egoistic attitude and lack of customer value were alarming. As paying customers, we deserved respect and basic. The food was good .

Employees are toxic and they don t know how to talk owner misbehave with one delivery guy from skip they spoil the name of barburrito

Clear signage with allergies in each dish option as well as a QR code for more info. Kid-friendliness: They have a really good kids menu at a good price. Plus the kids get to decide their toppings which is awesome for picky kids

The crunchy chicken bowl was amazing. Rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, pineapple salsa, onions, jalapenos, cheese are some of the toppings that can be added to your bowl. The staff were very friendly and professional I will return next time I am in Brandon. Vegetarian options: There are quite a few sides that are perfect for vegetarians.

I have no idea where to start from. When the owner himself treats you like you are the first customer of the day, 5 minutes before the closing, Speaks a lot about how they treat the customers. The Guacamole, the Sauces and the meats were absolutely spot on. Portions are big enough to feed a giant. Easily the best mexican place in Brandon.

Took the family here for a quick dinner while passing through brandon. As a celiac it s always a risk to eat out, but the staff were excellent they dedicated one staff member to my food. They were quick and efficient. A staff member also came around and checked on all the tables! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Brandon!

I have been coming to barBurrito for years, locations in Ontario when we were posted in Trenton, and now in Shilo!! Was so happy when they opened a location in Brandon!! I ve been coming in at least once a week and the staff r so nice!! I always get the pulled pork tacos!! Sooooo delicious!! And my husband always gets a large pulled pork burrito!! They r so generous with their portions!! And i luv their signature hot sauce and always get a side dish of it!! I wish I could remember the gal s name that works there cuz I think she is starting to remember my order which is really nice!! I luv this place and can t wait to go back next week lol

BarBurrito is definately one of my favorite places to go eat! The staff here are super friendly and will help you throughout making your order. One of the best parts about this place is that theyve got so many customization choices to choose from. I usually get a burrito from here, which are really good but recently tried their tacos and they were also amazing. Will definately be coming back!

I just ate at my first BarBurrito tonight on my partner s recommendation. They were more than right to send me here. The food: I had a large burrito. Pulled pork with an assortment of toppings. It was very flavourful and filling. For reference I am a 6 2 , 220-pound male and I ve eaten half of said burrito as I write this. I am full and satiated. The service: the person making my burrito was friendly, efficient and all around, a great service employee. I usually don t tip on walk-in/take-out service as I m doing most of the work people in North America typically tip on. But, I tipped this individual for compressing a seemingly impossible amount of food into a large burrito. The price: in this day and age - perfect. Total was $16 and change for my large burrito that s going to feed me two meals worth. I love that BarBurrito isn t overcharging in comparison to some places that would charge you $20+ for the same product. Overall: I d absolutely 100% recommend BarBurrito in general and specifically the Brandon location I got mine from.

Ive been here 3 times now and had a burrito and extreme fries, the 3 taco combo and the most recent visit I ordered the quesadilla combo. Each time time the food was prepared fresh and was hot and tasted good. However on my last visit on a Saturday at lunch hour they only had 2 people working which slowed things down considerably. If this is how things will be in the future it will eliminate it for people in a hurry as waiting 15-20 minutes in line isnt ideal. The fries are some of the best Ive ever had as they have a slight breading on them that put them over the top for taste. Get them extreme and youll be in a food coma if combined with a burrito. If youre a fan of melt-your-face-off-hot, try their reaper sauce. I love spicy food and what most restaurants call spicy or hot is usually very tame by my standards. However the reaper sauce is quite possibly the hottest thing Ive had at a restaurant level in 20 years. I had a small container of it to dip my food in and didnt test it first and drenched a fry in the sauce and I instantly got the hiccups and my mouth was aflame and my stomach was burning later on in the day. Worth it? Yes - Id do it again. If youre a fan of Mexican food as Canada knows it, youll really like this place. If only they had corn tortillas as an option...

Stopped for lunch on March 18 2022. Food was fantastic and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will order food from there again.

I don t eat any kind of meat .. but all Team Member server me in such a nice way they changed their gloves as they heard I am vegii, I am impressed very clean and neat place to go with you loved one. Amazing food & even better service! I have ordered delivery many times because it only takes 15 minutes to get to my house (restaurant is very close). I finally decided to go in & eat and the workers there were so friendly & kind. Food is so filling I can never finish a regular burrito so I always get the other half for lunch the next day. Definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Brandon.

The service is amazing. All the staff are incredibly kind and hard workers. The restaurant is clean and organized. On top of that the food is great, so many options to choose from and all the ingredients are fresh. The student deal is great and affordable. I went here for dinner and the manager gave us free food to try because they had a cancellation. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Asked for signature hot sauce, and the person in charge said they were out but to wait a few minutes for him to make a fresh batch. Waited a few minutes and even heard the blender in the back. Sauce was exquisite. Will come here again next time I travel to Brandon. Thank you.
