Only one employee was working and trying hard to keep up. We were the first to order, but it still took 25 minutes for our order to be ready. One dish was FAR spicier than the other. When I mentioned this, the manager appeared from the back and told me that he understands that people like me can’t handle the medium spice like they can. Since we are able to handle ghost pepper wings, I disagree with this argument. What I think happened is that the single employee accidentally added more spice because he was frazzled and had to do everything in his own when we ordered. Understandably. But it was very disappointing that customer satisfaction and providing an edible product mean nothing at this location. It took a while, but eventually he made a new dish. We were able to finally eat 50 minutes after originally ordering. Be careful ordering here. Had a had a better look at the grime in the overhead vent and other areas of the kitchen, i wood have not ordered in the first place. Live and learn.
They don't put any chicken or vegetables in - just noodles, which is unfortunate for $16. The guy working was friendly and doing his best with a busy Saturday.
The taste of food is delicious. Must try fried rice with extra spice.

I ordered green curry chicken and it was missing ingredients. The ingredients they did put were gone bad. They also put very little vegetables and chicken. Rice was also very dry. I’m very disappointed. Don’t recommend anyone to eat here!
Ordered green curry chicken. The rice was hard and dry. There was almost no chicken. Eggplant was discolored and overcooked. I've had this same order at multiple locations in various provinces and they were all delicious. This specific location didn't even resemble other Thai Express locations and was extremely disappointing.
First of all if you pay freaking 32$ on two pad thai & you hope that you gonna get chicken cuz you paid for it right but they didn’t even put the chicken crums in this one..Extremely unworthy & disappointing
Horrible service, mean staff. Noodles were dry, meat was cold, and way too spicy. When I asked if I could get it remade, they refused and told me they train their staff well and there is nothing wrong with my order. Skip this location.

I ordered there best selling item and it didn t meet the expectations. Therefore, the quantity of the proteins in the dishes is like moon in the sky. Worst experience Never gonna visit again.

Ive had Thai Express in Winnipeg and elsewhere and this did not taste like anything Ive had before. The fried rice was wet and the rice was soggy. We ordered medium spice and there was no spice at all. We also ordered a drink and they forgot about it and we had to remind them.
Not as good as the other locations
Ordered a stir fry expecting vegetables. If there was a 1/4 cup of vegetables in the dish I d be surprised. A ton of rice though. Extremely disappointing.
Bad value. 16 CAD for a plate like this are you kidding me? Fish and many other items were missing with no indication on the menu board. I will not recommend it.

Thai Express is a paradise, one of the dishes I love most is the Pad thai with chicken and extra spicy It makes my day. The pad Thai is a blueprint of ecstasy and deliciousness . Barely passable. And this is compared to other Thai Express locations. This particular location will swap some ingredients for cheaper ones. Do not expect to get the full list of noodle type or added vegetables when you pay 15 dollars for your meal.

I ordered Pad Thai. First it looked nothing like the photo they show. Second the taste was so awful I had to throw it out after one bite. I love Thai food. I eat a lot of it. This was the worst.

Went there yesterday and the cashier was so rude and impatient to the point where I felt like not eating the food when it was served. The food is not bad but if someone with a bad attitude served it trust me it s hard to enjoy

Love thai fried rice
This was so bad I actually threw it out. No flavor they only put salt and pepper in my basil fried cauliflower rice with tofu on top of that my order took 45mins and I was the only order...then they put chicken in it and had to remake it and my husband got his a half hour before I got mine...it was on the same order. Then as you can see in my photo the tufo was over cooked. I love thia express and this location shouldnt have the name as I have been ordering the same thing for years.
Please hire people who actually care for your customers. From wait time (1 customer ordered & cooked at a time) to lack of flavor...

I love Thai Express Food. But this location NO WAY! Food is garbage. It s not fresh. Not up to the standards and on the top of that Worst Customer Service. I will never recommend any body to go there. You don t wanna through your money in garbage.

Okay so I want to start with the fact that this is one of my favorite restaurant chains ever. However this one is so disgusting. At first it wasnt so bad they just didnt have enough sauce in my tofu fried rice. It was pretty white and flavorless. So I just asked them to add more and said they didnt have to remake it. Typically a restaurant would just add more sauce to the take out box. Keep in mine I ate out of this box so my spit would be in the food after the fork went back into the rice. They just put the food back into the pan...and they did not clean that pan before using it for someone else. Now for those of you who are like whats the issue? What if they did this and I have a contagious disease like HIV!? Thank goodness I dont. Stay clear of the one in Brandon manitoba

Saturday Feb. 24 I went to have lunch The cashier was very intolerable, impatient when I asked for information as to whats in the order I wanted....I asked because its not shown and there are certain food I cannot eat due to health issue...in the end when I tried explaining he brush me aside...the cashier was a male. To be honest Ive been there when a female cad and she was very understanding.... As a customer service agent one has to be patient.

Would often go to one in Winnipeg, portage place. Always had a good meal. Ive been to the one in Brandon, ordered the same thing twice and got two different plates, neither was what I ordered. The one had so many white onions in it I had to actually look for the rice. Its too bad they cant be more consistent in their locations because the one in Winnipeg was great...Id eat there almost weekly.
Tried extra spicy curry chicken on rice, I was feeling sick after about an hour of eating there, next time I will order something that is popular, that way it should be fresh.
Not a good value. My soup had 3 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of pineapple which I paid extra for.
