tonight on september 1st, me and my parents had wok box for dinner after we've enjoyed lunch there. i ordered poutine, while my parents both ordered shrimp fried rice and bang bang shrimp. i enjoyed my poutine, however, my parents did not enjoy their fried rice because there was no shrimp added and too much soy sauce was added, so the fried rice was too salty. also, we were supposed be served the quantity of 10 bang bang shrimp, but instead we were served 8 and were charged $5.49 for it. luckily, the nice employee who was the only oner working made the fried rice for my parents again, this time she added less soy sauce and added shrimp. however, she still did not serve us the original quantity of 10 bang bang shrimp. wok box really needs to improve their fried rice recipe by adding less soy sauce and serve the quantity that is to be served instead of serving less than the original quantity and being charged extra for it. in addition, hire more employees so that customers can eat their food on time, without having to starve so much.
The chik'n (plant-based chicken) is so good, and tastes just like the real thing! Everything was fresh and excellent.
Always a delicious experience whether eating in or taking out. Friendly staff who are very helpful when making substitutions or have dietary restrictions. One of our favourite go-to quick eats!

My husband and I came mid October. The woman working there was such a kind and friendly person. She made really good food as well. This dining experience made our stay in Brandon a pleasant one.
Service is friendly, nice and welcoming! Parking lots YES! I ordered the famous dishes “ Pad Thai” with shrimps, it’s really tasty and the food is fresh! You can dine in or take out, i also like their fried udon and spring rolls! 😋 yum yum!
I ordered the King Pao chicken with chow mein noodles and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ingredients were tasty and I was full after finishing. Sauce was a touch bland but it was good.

Gross. Vietnamese Beef Pho. Grease bowl, no flavor. No garlic, no ginger, no cilantro, no spices period. Just terrible. Over cooked beef. Dont waste your money on the soup.

Food was very tasty but portion sizes are way smaller than other locations. I always order the small size box whichever location I visit and it s plenty for me. But the last three times that I have gone there i didn t feel like I got my moneys worth, like not even close the box was half full maybe

Best location Ive been. Between Alberta and Manitoba Ive tried many locations. All are good but the difference here is the staff. The few times Ive been here when Im staying in town for work or just passing through on my way home or to a different location they have always been beyond excellent in quality and customer service. Dont skip this location if you like Wok Box

Was visiting from out of town with my mom and two kids and a friend recommended this place for lunch. Amazing service and delicious food. The half size option was perfect for kids.
My wife Deborah lives WokBox for their noodles! The is always large servings and delicious flavors. Her favorite is Pad Thai, but she got butter chicken this time with wonton soup. She says both are very good. Parking: Plenty of accessible parking Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs roll free! Its great.

When seeking a safe menu item at an Asian Restaurant, I usually pick Pad Thai. My rationale is that if they cant make that dish right, they probably dont make other dishes that well either. My other reason is that it demonstrates how much the location Canadianizes the dish. This location nailed it on both counts. The Pad Thai was modestly spicy that didnt overpower the palate, and it was pretty authentic based on my experiences, (and Ive eaten quite a lot of Pad Thai in my life, so you are just going to have to take me at my word.) I had the Pad Thai while my guest had the Teriyaki dish with Udon noodles. We ordered the Sumo size as we were unfamiliar with the sizes, and I now understand why they call it the Sumo...we both were ready to find stretchy pants as the portion size for the price was on the money. Well be visiting this location for sure again...and probably again!
The food was fresh, the service was fast, and overall a good tasting meal, if you like food with a bit of a spicy kick, I recommend this place

Great Mongolian udon
Excellent service and food. I had the lemon grass chicken and wife had ginger beef. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our toddler and showed what food was suitable for sharing. Made our day special!

Friendly, personal service; will be back again for sure; love the sumo noodle and rice boxes; it is a shame that the owner is forced to used Skip the Dishes, though, as it is a franchise. I always pick up myself.

The new addition of bawk bawk chicken and poutine has made wokbox even better then before. The staff are friendly, and food is always cooked fresh for order. They also have plenty of non spicy, and vegetarian options!

The food was very good . The waitress was more than helpful . The establishment was very clean and there was lots of parking .
Food was delicious and fresh and did not take long at all. The staff was really good with my 2 year old and they have highchairs. The bathroom was very clean and smelled better than most bathrooms. Price was average but the dine in experience is something youd expect at a fancy restaurant so its worth it.

Love the food. The food is so good! They also switch the menu up from time to time (which is good and bad, as sometimes you lose your favorite dish, but then get to try something new). Service is always great! Wish the portions were a little bigger for the price you pay (particularly because the main parts of the dish are rice/noodles/vegetables), which is the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
