Received Stale French fries and we waited 10 mins for our order for that . Not impressed tried to call regarding and called a law firm... what a joke.

Great service, we ordered 50 tacos and Smit was happy to serve us he was friendly even when we added more to the order

My issue was resolved . BUT PSA FOR APP USERS!! If the store closes early or whatever and you order thru the app it s a nightmare getting your money back I finally have gotten issued a refund that will take approx 5-7 business day lol This wasn t this stores fault but it s very very inconvenient so I hope some people see this!

July 13 5pm Went in for a quick take home meal. The young lady at the counter was so pleasent and service was quick and very friendly. You should be proud of that employee. I wish I had gotten her name Went again today, May 10 2024. Best 7 layer burrito that I ever had, so fresh. Service is the best in town. Always friendly and They make a good meal and make your day. Good Taco Joint ! Brand New !

Not sure why but the last few times Ive been theyve put next to no meat on anything Ive ordered. Im not really into cold lettuce and cheese tacos or rice burritos.

The meat is not Halal so i ask for beans in my meal and they decided to add beef anyway. This has been a common occurence at this location and it needs to be fixed

First time I went here the cheese on tacos wasn t melted they were soggy and cold. Decided to give a second chance as maybe it was a one off. Second time I asked for a cheesy burrito and they had no idea what I was talking about. The lid wasn t on properly on my drink and I spilled it all over myself and again the food was cold and I didn t even get all of what I ordered and payed for . Wouldn t recommend .

This new location is fantastic! The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly, and overall the store interior looked amazing! I love that you get a lot of food as well for a great price.

Not sure whats up with all the 1-Star Reviews but this is quite a nice Taco Bell. Compared to other locations Ive been to they had a very nice balance of fillings, and didnt skimp on anything. The atmosphere inside was pretty chill and seemed like a nice place to hang out. While you can tell its only been open a week or so, and the staff is still getting used to things, as someone whos worked at new businesses before I can say this is pretty normal and not really avoidable? And while I was there no one was rude or arrogant like some other reviews have said, not to say that didnt happen to other people but just to say that everyone seemed pretty normal when I was there at least. There was one snag, we ordered a Bean Gordita but got a Beef Gordita, but when we let them know they replaced it with what wed wanted, and even added on some cinnamon twists for free, which was very much appreciated! Seems like a normal, or even above average Taco Bell to me, Im sure Ill be back in the future. Vegetarian options: Taco Bell is honestly probably the best big fast food chain for vegetarians, at least in terms of amount of options Parking: Decent sized parking lot

Open until 12 but don t serve food after 11:45? Only had beans and no other protein because they were cutting corners to get out early, I assume. The whole menu should be available up until closing unless otherwise specified on the menu or if there is a product shortage. I walked out and won t be going back.

I got a wet crunchy taco that was ice cold, a stale rock hard chalupa and NO hot sauce after I double checked to make sure it was in the box. Not off to a good start

Clean because it s brand new. The service was terribly slow, I m not sure how people without better than 20/20 vision read the menu. The food was sloppy and flavourless, I didn t finish my fries because they just weren t worth the calories.

I got a value meal. The food wasnt terrible but the shells were stale, and the meat was barely warm. The frys have no salt. Customer service was also not that great. I was served quickly in the drive through but I would have preferred to wait a minute or two for some higher quality food.

Absolute trash food. Been here 2 times now. First was right after they opened. Figured it was just because it was new. Went today for lunch, ordered a beef crunch wrap supreme literally less than a tablespoon of been on this whole thing. Fries supreme was stale and gross. Was so mad I tossed it all after 2 bites. $14 down the drain and I won t be back. Probably for the best anyways.

We ordered 28 tacos and there was enough meat and cheese to only make four tacos maybe five being generous in all the tacos we basically had lettuce tacos!!! VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Ive been a couple times when they first opened and everything was great. However I went tonight and Im not sure what happened/who was working but it was awful. My cheesy gordita crunch was basically a tortilla around a hard taco and there was hardly any meat to it. Not to mention, my soft taco had maybe at best a tablespoon of meat. And the fries, what the heck? Some were sweet, others had a different spice to it. Dont know what happened tonight. All in all, very disappointing because I love Taco Bell and was so stoked when I heard Paris was getting one.

Horrible food my tacos had next to no meat, the fry supreme only thing I was craving from there was stale and tasted like 3 day old fries cold and hard with barley any fries or toppings. My pop was not even filled so cheap and poorly done so upset worst Taco Bell food I ve ever had Do better make fresh fries it s literally not that hard.
