would give it 4 stars for food, but its happened to me in instances with 10 mins to close they still dont do quick orders. My only feedback would be if the hours of operations say 10 PM , keep serving customers till then, otherwise change time to reflect early closing. Branford location is more friendly and accommodating

Were huge fans of the burgers here, which are consistently amazing! On our last visit, we indulged in the funnel cake dessert and it did not disappoint! Its perfect for sharing with 2-3. The funnel cake was crispy, sweet, and utterly delicious. We loved every bite! Its great to see a restaurant offering unique desserts like this. Well definitely be back for more burgers and funnel cake goodness!

Friendly and quick service. The Juicy Lucy is probably the best burger that I ve ever had. We tried the Cheeseburger for their grand opening special. It was great too. Don t forget the factory sauce it makes the burger.

We had dinner here on Sunday and it was fantastic ! The crispy chicken is to die for ! The cheese burger was nice juicy and flavourful! We will definitely be back ! The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the prices werent half bad either! It was a pleasant dine in :)

We drive into Paris often to order from here and the burgers are some of the best weve ever had. Service is good and prompt. However, tonight we decided to order funnel cake for dessert as well and were left very disappointed, for two reasons. When looking on the website at the menu it states funnel cake A thin batter is poured through a get-a-ready Funnel directly into hot oil and fried until golden, then topped with powdered sugar, ice cream, strawberry, chocolate, caramel, oreo, or whipped cream. $9.99. After paying we realized that our total was alarming high and that the funnel cake alone was $9.99 and then we were charged $3.99 for the ice cream topping, $3.49 for the strawberry sauce and $3.49 for the chocolate. So we paid almost $24 for the funnel cake. Nowhere does it say any of the toppings are an extra fee and they had not mentioned when we ordered either- the menu on the website is very misleading making it seem as though the toppings are included in the $9.99. Not only this, but the funnel cake was so hard and crunchy we could barely cut through or eat it.

Had a great first experience dining in. All the food, both burgers and sides were fresh and hot. The service was fantastic and the dining area was clean. Will be coming back again!

The staff are great and the restaurant is very clean. I fell in love with the funnel cake, and you have to try the juicy Lucy. Jalapeño poppers are also top notch!

I had the pleasure of my food being served by some incredible folks who work here.My family and I very unexpectedly stoped by this fast food establishment for a quick bite. We were made to feel that we were the most important customer for the staff. They welcomed us , patiently took our orders as we made a few changes listening to our young kids , served our hot meal quickly and even gave us complimentary vanilla shake. Outing with little ones is hard and not every restaurant makes them feel welcome as they run around and explore their surroundings. Thank you guys, you really made our day. Today I visited the burger factory in Paris ON, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The Juicy Lucy on fire burger and The utility steak were incredibly flavourful, with high-quality ingredients that left my taste buds delighted. Highly recommended!! And I bet their Oreo milkshake and funnel cake are real treat for any sweet tooth. The staff provided excellent service, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I cant wait to go back and try more from their delicious menu.

I got the double, think it was called the machine and some tornado fries. The burger was very delicious and not overly greasy if at all. Very flavourful, juicy and not salty at all. Better burger than Ive had in some sit down restaurants, well done. The tornado fries were basically like kettle chips and were slightly soft. A little too much salt for my taste but next time I will ask for less as Im not a salt guy. Was a pain getting it off the stick though haha. But overall a great experience. Will be back to try other things.

Just wow !! Most delicious burger I ve had in a while, I got juicy Lucy and it was yummm . Portions were huge. It was nice seeing everything fresh to order. The ambiance, decor, eating area , washroom are all clean and inviting. Staffs all are very friendly. Highly recommend. Will come back again.
