Tried to order breakfast for delivery, and it was not showing any breakfast menu at all and it was 10am on a Friday. Called the store and they really didn t seem to care. Just said it s really busy and order online and that they couldn t help me. Haven t been able to order breakfast, and I used to get there at least once a week or so. How unfortunate there was no care to even have it looked into. In store patrons are more important

I am very surprised to see this restaurant has such a good rating, My family and I stopped in we are from out of town, this looked like a cute ma and pa restaurant from the outside. The food I found was overpriced, the waitress we had was very rude, my cup with my drink in it was still dirty and our food took forever to come. I wanted to order a kids chicken finger and fries for my daughter who was 12 and looks older for her age. And the waitress says theres no way Im ordering that for her my boss will ring my neck. So I had to get my 12 year old an overpriced adult meal.

This place is amazing. Ordered the pancake platter thinking it would come on a platter. NOPE it came on 2 plates with pancakes as big as the plate itself. And all that with coffee for $16. Out of the park!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of wheelchair parking. Not that I need it but it was great to see

I used to like this place; however, our recent visits weren t pleasant, there s a sewage odour when you enter the building and inside. Last visit we had ants on our table, I wanted to see what they d do, well absolutely nothing. Just tell me that there was sand on the other side of the wall?? They didn t offer to move us or offer a discount. That ll be our last visit.

We celebrated my friends birthday yesterday. We brought our own desert and they still were so gracious and made my friend feel so special. It was SO nice to see our waitress again. Good to be back for trailer season at Braeside and support this restaurant.

I went today may 19, 2024 to the full plate restaurant with a few friends to celebrate a birthday and we felt upset because the waitress man who service our table was so rude with us and had no good manners since the first minute, not polite at all, never said good morning. We ask for water and he was mad about that, hitting the counter with the glasses. We didn t feel welcome, he changed his attitude for the worse when we spoke Spanish between us to choose our food, but we see he was nice with other customers. We complained to the management and they apologized, but the waitress never did. We will never visit that place again.

Delicious food, havent had a bad meal yet. Fries are double coated so stays crispy in a poutine gravy is very flavorful. Only thing that might help is cheese curds but still very good

Was looking for a place to meet up with family from out of town. Were hoping for good food and service and boy did we find it. They serve good, homemade favouries, very fresh and tasty. Our party had the fish dinner, club sandwiches, and a burger, and everyone was full with food left over. The care and quality shows in the flavours and portions. No reheated frozen junk, just good home cooking. Met the owner and her sister (our server) and they were both sweet and hilarious. A true family run business, with lots of laughs and joking around. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

One of my favorite places. No matter what we order, we are never disappointed. We go every time we are in Paris. I would travel from Norwich just to eat there. Went there on my way to Paris, ON on Good Friday. Ordered the fish and chips and french onion soup and it was delicious, the portions are big and can easily be shared. The fish and chips were crispy and fried to perfection, the french onion soup was also really good. Nothing too fancy but a nice hearty and delicious meal. Apparently this place is a hit among many locals.

If you re looking for a great breakfast spot. You need to try this place.you can tell the staff try to get to know the customers. Totally enjoyed Seeing the staff walk around laughing and smiling Our breakfast was delicious. I can t remember the last time I had pouched eggs done right. Food is always great, unfortunately the last two mornings we have came we had a super unfriendly gentleman as our server, I get it s early and it s breakfast but you could be a little more sociable with some of your tables. He seems to talk to the ones he knew but moved fast if you are not a regular.

Were a family of 7 and stopped by tonight for dinner. Everyone is so nice, food is great and they didnt hesitate to push a couple tables together to accommodate us as a group. 5 stars, definitely will be going back!

Generous with food, great prices. Sometimes we have to wait 45 minutes after we are done eating to get the bill. We will get brought boxes for our leftovers then another 40 minutes passes and our bills come. Small enough place where the waitress/waiter can see we have been done for a while and our coats are back on. Other than that everything is great. When we moved to Paris from another small town we could NOT find a good mom and pop local breakfast type place. This has been our go to for the last 2 years. I go there at least once a week with my daughter (or the whole family) who actually loves the servers and vise versa it seems haha. I also love going there and talking to the servers. They feel like family and food is just as awesome! Yes sometimes they are busy, but thats because they are soo awesome, dont let it stop you from going! Soo please have patience and go support these guys cause they are amazing.

I am a breakfast fanatic, and I can say confidently that The Full Plate has the best breakfast in Paris. This time, I decided to get a smoked salmon plate for delivery and they went hard! Toppings galore. Just as good as the smoked salmon plates I used to get in Quebec.

Great place for a meal, especially breakfast. Good food and service, good value for your money. The only thing to note the last couple of times we have been is a slight smell of sewer when we first walk in but not to the point of being uncomfortable.

I was on the fence but oh my god! So good! I was sadly that person and ordered Ubereats three minutes to closing (sorry guys!) for the hot beef and barely breathed while eating it. It tasted just like how my dad makes it! Loved it!

1st time visit under new ownership and really enjoyed my meal. I had a homemade burger with bacon and cheese that was delish, came with side pickle. I like the simple menu but has the staples and looking forward to return and try some other menu options. Food was out quick and the service was excellent!!!

The bagel was toasted like warm bread, bacon under cooked and fries and potatoes way to greasy, rye bread only had butter middle, the Services was good except for the person with purple hair who brought the food out, was extremely rude.

Excellent service and quality brunch menu with many options. The parking lot is a pretty busy place so parking isn t always accessible. We go for the brunch but always leave in a great mood because of the kind servers.

Decided to order from this restaurant for the first time and wow. The food is amazing. Huge portion, and comes with a pickle! Who doesn t love that! The chicken is juicy, fries crispy, and they listened to my request of no tomatoes (tomatoes just aren t right) huge huge praise.

Unfortunately we were looking so forward to stopping at Full Plate on our way to Niagara. Once there, all the plates of food that went by us looked delicious, however we waited 50 minutes after our order and never received our food. We were given very good coffee but then completely forgotten about. Un acceptable and disappointing as we were so looking forward to our visit. Friendly gentleman but we were transparent to him.

We ll let me just say we used to love this restaurant. Went there for dinner every Friday night. We brought our family & friends numerous times. Handed take out menus to our neighbours when they first took over. Supported them throughout Covid by ordering take out every Friday. For reasons I won t get into on here we stopped going for a time. Tonight we decided to give it another try. I was told I could not have a piece of lemon in my water. Every where else we go it s not a problem. I ordered liver & onions which I have ordered there many times in the past & it was very good. Tonight I got 3 pieces of liver the thickness of a fingernail. It was dried out tough & gristly. Sorry folks but this is last time we will come to your restaurant. Very disappointing.

We lucked into this place when the bbq restaurant was too busy. Big portions, friendly, helpful service. Decor is pretty sterile and colours are outdated. However the place is clean, bright and well kept

The waitress with reddish purple hair was so rude. She was in such a hurry to take orders and it wasnt busy at all. Screwed up orders, didnt bring Cutlery for 2 people finally asked other waitress for Cutlery and she got it for us right away. No kids menu. Food was ok.. just very average.

Came here for the first time ever Saturday August 26th for lunch. Food was fantastic, our waitress was super friendly and funny, wish I caught her name. The bathroom was stocked and clean. Great atmosphere. Plus they use real cheese not processed mashed potatoes were real potatoes not boxed and they have plastic straws still. Will definately be coming back to try other menu options.

We go to The Full Plate for breakfast every 2 to 3 weeks and absolutely love their breakfast! Always fast, hot, delicious, and good serving size. Unfortunately we cant say the same about service. Every time that we get this one waiter he is very cold and downright rude to us. As soon as we walk in and see hes the only one working we regret not choosing somewhere else. Every other server we have had has been so kind and such good service which is why we keep coming back and just hope we dont get this gentleman. We always try to ask how his day is going and say please and thank you hoping he will respond with the same kindness but it never happens. Today was the first time in my life I left my server a $0 tip because he was so unfriendly and rude. We try to come here because we want to support a local restaurant instead of a chain but its getting harder and harder to enjoy our breakfast here because of him. He appears to be friendly to a couple of regulars but is cold to everyone else and Ive had this experience with him eating there will multiple groups. I never wanted to put a negative review because the food is so good and every other server is great but today left me wanting to find a new breakfast spot. Im under the impression that hes family of the owner or manager but that doesnt excuse his behavior. Again food is absolutely amazing, just wish I didnt have to be made to feel so awful by my waiter.

Easily the best I have had with char grilled chicken breast, crispy bacon and fresh tomato and lettuce. The fries were amazing. My wife had the char grilled cheese burger with out of this world onion rings. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back. What I can say is that you were rude if it was me Serving you I would have asked you to leave , you must have been fired up about something that day and you decided to take it out on this waiter, just remember most people get treated the way you treat them. I know this waiter well and he is a very nice man, just remember you don t know what people are going through so it is best to be polite and I am sure you will be treated the same in return. Please have patience when you go to a restaurant Covid has changed everything a lot of people are mad at the world and take it out on others. I ordered hot roast beef sandwich roast beef was cold in the middle .. I said something and they did give us a free slice of cheesecake to take home .... my husband ordered the liver and onions dinner and come home had a sore stomach and puked his dinner all up ... after he got sick he felt better.. so there definitely was something off ... the staff was lovely though ... wont go back

The best breakfast Ive had in a while. The bacon, sausage and mashed potatoes were all mind-blowing. They also serve Irish coffee and mimosas which is probably the right way to start a Sunday. The servers seemed to be heavy metal friendly, which concludes with my 5 Star review. Parking: Good

Food was good but serve staff was questionable. Each time a certain server exited the kitchen, it appeared that she was munching on food and/or picking her teeth for customers to see. Our server did not check on us and we had to signal him to get coffee. This experience will result in us not returning and we will not encourage others to visit your restaurant.

By chance we stumbled across this place . First I d like to mention the super friendly staff . They interacted with my little guy so kindly and our waitress made a runway out of a menu for him to run his toy airplane down . The portions are huge . I had the California chicken which was soooo good . He loved his fish and chips ! Our food came out super fast which was appreciated due to having a little one with me . This place was a great find ! We will be back for sure our next time through!!

Went to this restaurant with relatives for dinner. Nice seats & booths to sit in, I liked the artwork on the walls. Friendly staff, good food portions. I like the kind of fries they serve here theyre good.

I came for breakfast yesterday, September 24th with my 91 year old mother and my brother. I have been to this restaurant many many times, as I am resident of Paris. We all ordered eggs and peameal bacon. My brothers was great, mine and my mothers bacon was dark tough and terrible. I asked to have it replaced. The very rude waitress ( if you are seated in her section you will want to move, rainbow hair and dirty filthy fingernails), offered to get us new bacon. We waited more than 10 minutes for it to come out exactly the same. My mother opted for no bacon, I said I would take regular bacon, but my eggs were now cold. The rude waitress took my plate and returned almost 10 minutes later with bacon, one egg and a new english muffin. I got to eat my breakfast alone as my brother and mother had finished theirs. When I went up to pay, and rightfully gave no tip, she was sarcastic with me...her parting words in a sarcastic and overly stated tone was, you have a wonderful day. I get that she cant control the quality that comes out of the kitchen, but she could have at least been apologetic and she could have made sure the peameal coming out of the kitchen the 2nd time was better than the first time. I would have expected that the bacon was taken off the bill...but no consideration at all. Like I said I have been to this restaurant many times with great service and good food. Perhaps this rude waitress needs some training on customer service and taught not to be petty and rude with customers.

Save your time go across the street. We arrived at 1130 for a late breakfast. The table beside us was sat, ordered, fed and finished before we god food. We walked out at 1210. Ive never walked out of a restaurant before. Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had in a restaurant. When told a random server we were leaving and paid for our drinks. The staff hardly seemed to care or was even remotely surprised we were leaving.

Wonderful little hole in the wall. The liver is amazing. Food portions are huge so go with an empty stomach. Service was great especially considering we were a group of over 25 people.

Food was a little pricey for what it was. 10 bucks for a western sandwich, no homes fries or anything seemed a little steep. And found the same for most items on the menu, overall was okay.

My opinion might not sound fair ... I ordered hot beef. It was okay. Try something different. The service was for sure better than the atmosphere. My party was the only one in the restaurant at 5:30. Im not complaining when I say what I do ... LoL
