My Mom, Best friend, and I are all vegan and the Bistro Seven has delicious options. We have tried their food a few times this year and I’ve been meaning to leave a wonderful review. It really feels like they put a lot of thought and care into the meals they create. I really appreciate that their restaurant is inclusive to absolutely everyone. My favourite is their vegan chicken Caesar salad along with fries and gravy! My Mom loves their vegan burger and she also really enjoyed a wrap one time. As for my best friend, his favourite was a vegan bowl (can’t remember the name of it) with gravy, potatoes, and vegan meat. He also liked the burger alongside fries and gravy very much as well. I’m excited to try more here! It’s also awesome to know that I can bring my Dad here when he’s in town, as he will have meat options while I enjoy a nice vegan meal. This is a lovely local restaurant that I recommend everyone giving a try!
Took my best friend out for her birthday dinner and had an absolutely incredible time! The staff was so friendly, and the atmosphere was both classy and cozy. Definitely going to be recommending Bistro Seven to all of my friends! Excellent choice! Amazing prices! Waaayyy too much food for one sitting, so I get to enjoy it twice! 🖤
We ordered takeout last night and it was delicious!! My daughter is vegan and we usually have a hard time ordering from places that offer both vegan and non-vegan choices. All of the food was great! This place will definitely be on our regular take out list!
Bistro Seven was awesome. We were there for a private function and were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and made us feel like family. I ordered the OG burger with Fries and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The beef was seasoned so perfectly. The meat loaf bowl delicious as well. Everyone in the party said their food was delicious. Thank you to the whole team I will definitely be back.
Absolutely delicious food! The portions are so big that I always have enough for lunch the next day. Love that they have low carb options!
What an absolute gem of a place! I’m known for sticking to one or two items on a menu, but there’s so many delicious items to try there! I’m in love with their food! I can’t say enough about the craftsmanship that goes into her recipes. I want to and plan to try them all. Always flavorful and incredibly filling. It’s rare I go home without a takeout container. Her accommodations to any dietary restrictions is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Amazing! It’s not only the food that brings me back, it’s the beautiful souls that work there. They are so welcoming and so lovely to spend time with. They make you feel like family immediately. No matter who you are. It’s such a wonderful vibe there. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Ok I tried Bostro 7 for my sister's birthday and went in with high hopes since her household has dietary restrictions. Was kinda let down as I ordered chicken and waffles but, since their menu has this on the vegan list, I mentioned I'm not vegan so real chicken is fine. They put chicken breast in the Mac and cheese instead of fried chicken and I'm pretty sure the waffle was an Eggo. The salmon was dry and was served with fries instead of the rice like menu said. The jerk chicken bowl was mushy and, although the bowel was spicy, it wasn't the "a typical" jerk flavour.... more tangy I guess. However the wrap was gigantic and pretty good so all four of us mostly ate that. None of the other meals were finished. Edit to update: yes my fb post was removed but I would point out you (owner/manager) responded sarcastically and came at me with accusations that I tampered with the food. The only changes requested were that I did not require vegan chicken and broccoli subbed for coleslaw with the salmon. No other changes requested and definitely did not ask for fries instead of rice. I was NOT made aware the chicken would be roasted chicken or that you don't deep fry meats but clearly you do deep fry since you have fries and the mock chicken appears to be deep fried. I am actually glad I didn't call in to complain after the response I recieved on here and fb as, clearly, it would not have been a positive experience.
Very cute small business! Ladies who own the place are very nice and clearly love what they are doing there, so nice to see. Food is absolutely delicious, and the homefries are some of the best ever! Will definitely be back again and again :)

This mf buffalo chicken poutine man I tell ya hwhat. Im in kW and Ill be makin a couple trips to Brantford a month just for my tastebuds! Bistro Seven is a notch above, check it out asap you wont be disappointed!
I have yet the opportunity to visit due to yet again another lock down, but Im so excited to dine here knowing they dont discriminate....I hope more businesses follow suite.....My friend recommended this place and said the food is amazing so were so excited to come support you

This place was amazing. The food was delicious, the staff were helpful. Very clean environment. Not too loud. I would definitely come back with friends and family. My mom really enjoyed the food too.
We had the meatloaf dinner that was mostly just potatoes and a chicken Caesar wrap that was enough to feed 4 people. That isnt a good thing, I would prefer a smaller wrap for a lower charge that I could actually eat. If we order again it will be from the childrens menu. Fries were very good which earned the 1 star.

I m vegan and came with my family who are not vegan. We all ordered the vegan options and everyone s food was delicious! The portions are huge, most of us took leftovers home for lunch the next day. The service was great. Would definitely come here again.

Best food ever. They make me a egg and avacado sandwich Wich is so delicious I order it everytime. The hash browns so yummy. The store is far from my house but worth the drive. The customer service is on key. The owner treats me good better then any other place in town. Breakfast poutine is great choice to try. Breakfast wraps are huge.. my name is Adam and I love bistro 7.
First time eating here. Regular menu as well as vegan/keto. Food was delicious! Large portions and you can definitely tell that not only is the place spotless, the owner is very passionate about her food/business. I had the original burger and I honestly have never one as good/tasty.

We decided to try out a new restaurant in town, and wanted a non-franchise place with great food. Well, we chose this absolutely cozy and delightful spot, which exceeded our expectations. Has a large menu with gluten free items, keto friendly, vegetarian and vegan choices for a very reasonable price. The chef/owner came out to visit with the tables, which was a great touch. The food was made with fresh ingredients, and she even whipped up a Thai peanut sauce for my friends stir fry because the spicy Thai sauce was to hot for her. We will be back to try the other tiny options,. My partner and I both had an alcoholic drink, and two main dishes, and the bill was just over $50. You need to try this place out!

I m not one to write bad reviews but after seeing the unprofessional response from the owner Im going ti share my experience. Got this yesterday for my birthday my sister bought it. The salmon dinner came with fries instead of rice like it said on the menu and it was soooo dry I didn t even finish it. The fries were good even tho I was looking forward to rice. My sister got the fried chicken waffles and Mac & cheese but asked for it to not be vegan. They put pulled dry chicken on and the waffle was maybe undercooked or an ego. My fiancé got the jerk chicken bowl and it was mush you couldn t not tell what you were eating. The Caesar wrap was okay and huge so we honestly all ate that while leaving half our dishes. We were thinking maybe trying other things seeing as we ve heard super positive stories and maybe we just picked bad items or something but how the owner has responded to my sisters original post was insane and makes me not even want to try other things from there. Problematic owners are concerning, we didn t call to complain because why would I call if all the food was bad, it s not like we would have gotten better food.
Ive eaten here many times, the jerk chicken is one of the best in town, the Rainy day peirogi bowl is one of my favorites though. Everything Ive had at Bistro 7 has been absolute perfection. The owner and chef is very nice and even comes out of the kitchen to answer any questions or ask how the food is. You dont see that often, she obviously cares about putting out quality food and amazing service.

A great place to go when you are a vegan whose friends arent or mest eater with a vegan friend they would like to accommodate. The hours make sense for the area so Im not sure why someone would hate on that and give you guys a bad review. Thats the reason I wanted to leave one even mor . Thank you so much for accommodating me. I really appreciate the gluten free options as well.
We had decided to go to another place for breakfast, another chain, same same as usual. We found BistroSeven as the last recommendation before we left and boy am I glad we changed our mind. The food, vegan or not, is amazing and absolutely worth a taste. I will be back in there every time Im in the area. One of those rare restaurants in Ontario that are owned by people who care about their food and their clients. Please, do yourself a favour and stop by for a plate.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was a last minute brunch decision that turned out to be one of my new absolutely favourite spots. Finding good vegan food, especially breakfast food is hard but Bistro Seven has INCREDIBLE breakfast options that should not be overlooked.

Been there 5-10 times. Was amazing every time, but once they added fruit to the Mediterranean fish dish (I guess they ran out of veggies) and it wasnt the best.
This was such a pleasant surprise! One of the best menus I have ever come across, a restaurant for everyone! Super for curbside pickup! Called in the order - fast, friendly service. Pickup - right on time. At home, the food was flavorful, fresh and with LARGE portions. Great food, great value. Highly Recommend!
Ordered pick up. Yum.yum yum yum. My guests loved the vegetarian lasagna. Huge portions, great price , great service, lovely owner. Cant wait to visit in person. Hopefully have a liquor license soon too!

One of the best burgers Ive had in years, while the cesar salad and soup were also uncommonly good. The chef clearly put a lot of care into designing the menu and executing our dishes. Went on opening day, which is always risky. I was pleasantly surprised. Ill go back, and Ill be happy to bring friends.

Bistro Seven is definitely one of the best restaurants I ve eaten, the workers are extremely friendly people, and the burger I had was the best burger I ve had in awhile, if you re in brantford and you re hungry, this is the place to go.

What a great find! The food was great, the owner, Rebecca made me fries which were not on the menu to go with my burger. There are also several VEGAN options on the menu, this was the primary reason for our visit. We will be returning for sure!

Very small space. Intimate. They close early. Not alot to offer that differs from any other breakfast diner or greasy spoon..but probably healthier. Parking is a problem only 3 parking spaces and traffic on Clarence makes entering or exiting parking lot a challenge.
I am so pumped about this restaurant! Being vegan in a family of omnivores makes it tough to dine out. Either I have to compromise & struggle to veganize a non vegan dish and hope they don t make a mistake (which happens a lot) or my family has to compromise and go vegan for a meal. Bistro 7 offers something for all of us! No compromise and the food is delicious! The chef is vegan so I trust her 100% and she makes the GF, Keto and omnivores happy too! The hours are perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch! And a little tip for people who need parking... there s ample extra parking across the street! This place is exactly what is needed in the area.
