Burrito Boyz in Brantford

I was served today by Dara and she was excellent. Burrito Boyz in Brantford is always fast and easy service. Will be back again !

BurritoBoyz goes bonkers. Brantford needed a spot like this. I will be bankrupt from coming too much.

We used to be regulars at Burrito boyz (Cambridge). When they first opened it was a great spot to get a quick, tasty lunch. That location was taken over by new owners who ran it into the ground (barely any English, bad hygiene, skimpy on toppings, etc.). We took that location off our go-to spots after being disappointed multiple times. We were driving in brantford and I wanted to try this location to see if it was any better because I missed my favourite burrito. However, it seems this location is terrible too. Last week we arrived just after 5 to order take out. One of the employees was outside talking to a man in a suit, and they quickly entered the building before us and sat down at one of the tables. Our order was taken by the only employee who proved to be competent. She told the man who was previously outside that she needed steak, so he went into the kitchen clearly annoyed that he had to stop socializing. There was a third employee who just stood in one spot our entire visit. She *literally* did not do anything but stare at the customers and look lost. We waited over 35 minutes for TWO burritos and ONE quesadilla. They were clearly scrambling and took forever. We got home, food was obviously cold, especially the vegetarian one since it was made first. All of us had upset stomachs and now I ve given up on Burrito Boyz.

I had a disappointing experience at Burrito Boys, primarily due to the behavior of one staff member. During my recent visit, I witnessed her being extremely rude to the delivery driver while he was picking up an order. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also resorted to yelling and using abusive language. Its disheartening to see such disrespect in a work environment. Additionally, their delivery service has been inconsistent, often not arriving on time. I hope management addresses these issues, as this behavior reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.

Good burritos, good prices and friendly service!

This place use to be the bomb. When it first opened in Brantford it was as good as the original Toronto locations. However it has changed management several times and there is a reason its always empty. Quality, portion size and service has all gone waaaaaaay downhill. The last naked burrito I got was inedible with hard burnt shreds of what may have been chicken. Will not be back.

If you re in Brantford, you need to come to this Burrito Boyz. They are not skimpy with the toppings and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Burrito was good, slightly over priced for the quality of the meal but is what it is. What was awful was the fries... Its almost offensive how little unsalted uncooked fries you get for $2.50. For that price you should get a little more that are properly cooked, or lower the price.

This is by far one of my favourite places to go out and get food from! The staff are incredibly kind and even remember us everytime either myself or my mom come in and order food. Their ingredients are always fresh and the portion sizes are more than enough for two meals!! Since the new management took over at Barrito Boys, the place has really improved! The food quality is amazing, with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is more lively now, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you haven t been in a while!

I stopped going to this location for a while because I wansn t happy with the quality of food or service but about 2 or 3 months ago I had a craving. I was so happy that there was a new owner and new staff that were so friendly and they made my food with lots of toppings and it was excellent! Dhara, Nisargi and Tejas are all so nice and they believe that there should lots of toppings in the quesadillas, burritos etc that we all expect from this franchise! I have been back many times and will continue as long as Dhara owns it! She knows how to keep her customer a happy and encourages her staff to have the same mentality! Great job team!

I visited burrito boys today after long time the management is new and it is better than before I ate burrito and the portions were just perfect, they were really nice to me and the new management and staff are great, I have been here before but the portions have got better and the taste is really good, I would definitely visit burrito boys again and I recommend you to go once and then u would keep going again and again.

This is a great place to get a burrito fresh toppings including bell peppers which I have never seen at a burrito place. Nice balance of spice options and they really stuff them to the max. Great staff and friendly service and right now a regular burrito is only 7 bucks so get in soon.

Has always been a pleasant experience here however, for the first time had a small conversation with Dara, asked how my day has been and made sure my order was made exactly how I wanted. Best burrito in Branford!!!!

Portion size for a regular burrito was bigger than expected, however the chicken is kind of dry and bland tasting, maybe i will try another kind next time. The waiting times for your food are longer than normal though. Every other burrito place will make your burrito right in front of you in minutes, this place takes atleast 15-20 and you can either wait inside the hot building, or wait for them to text you. Also dont get the 2-for-1 deals from uber eats, the second item will have rediculously less toppings

We had burritos and loaded fries, and everything was great!

Disappointed with the service I received on August 11th at around 12:10 PM. Once my order was placed, I was advised that it was going to be a 6+ minute wait for my food to be prepared given the volume of other orders. It ended up being 18 minutes standing in the restaurant while other orders were prepared before mine. The other family dining in who also waited an exorbitant amount of time was given free sides and drinks. I ve enjoyed the food and service before, but unsure if a new management deal will change the sluggish service and residual urine smell in this restaurant.

I ordered my food and when the woman who was working there went to make my burrito saw that the rice was a bit hard and old she told me that the next batch of rice would be done soon so I had the option to wait. Most places would just slap it together and not care. Very good customer service.

Get a new manager. End of story. I will not be coming back anymore. The food is great. The inconsistency and incompetency is what s really starting to bother me as I love getting this as my comfort food. My order is NEVER punched in and filled the same way EVER. *update: they gave me free churros once and told me to change my review and since that day the manager has even made these exact mistakes with me and worst than before. This is ridiculous and you making excuses over and over isn t what anyone needs. Slow down and actually pay attention. Excuses don t make up for how much time I ve wasted on this.

We always have the same lady make our burritos everyday and theyre always so yummy. When I visit the store the lady knows what I usually order She always knows! Also when I ask her to make it spicy, its always perfect!

I used come to this place year ago, and i visit this place again after really long time and the food and service have drastically got better with the help of new management. The quantity of the portions have also grown as compared to before and they have amazing deals, the 7$ regular burrito is just amazing and must try, their service has become better and quick and the way they approaching customers and their behaviour is better and more sweet , I would definitely come here again. And definitely recommend trying this place. Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese, sweet potato, veg soy. Kid-friendliness: They also gave free french fries to my kids so this kinda generous of them.

Nice place. Bang for your buck. The toppings seem fresh. The staff are friendly. The Only minor complaint is that there are times when I get the naked chicken burrito bowl, I notice the amount of chicken is inconsistent. Sometimes I get a good amount and sometimes I get a little amount.

This is the worst Burrito Boyz location ever. They are stingy when it comes to making your food, they never like to use their limes, even though its in the MENU, and you PAY for it. On top of that, they think they can make your food however they want just because its a delivery order and they arent receiving a tip, giving you the smallest portion sizes, etc. And they are generally two faced. For instance, one time I came to pick up my food and one of the workers had the audacity to question why I gave a 1 star on an order I placed in the past... Be real. Never ordering from here EVER again.

I ordered online, i had ordered rice in my burrito, and when it arrived not only was the cold the rice was HARD. Like break your teeth hard. Threw out the burrito as it was litterally inedible. NEVER go here expecting quality ingredients.

Unbelievable that the owner wouldnt provide a working air conditioner for their workers (or customers) in the middle of a heat wave! Its 30+ degrees inside and theyre working with hot cooking equipment all day. Completely inhumane work environment. Service was excellent and all staff were friendly.

These people are amazing! The guy behind the counter accidentally gave me the wrong drink. However, not only did he bring my attention to it (I didn t notice), but he gave me the right drink for free after I had already opened and started drinking the wrong drink. Most places wouldn t have told me, and the very large majority of places wouldn t have done anything because I had already opened the drink. These people are amazing!

My family loves Burrito Boyz. We stopped eating at the Brantford location as the service was poor and food was not the greatest .Since the new management we decided to try again and we have not been disappointed. We have been ordering almost every week. Everything from bowls, nachos, burrito and the fries everything has been great. Food is flavourful , portions are generous, price is reasonable and most of all the new management and service is outstanding. The owner and staff are so pleasant and friendly. If you haven t tried the food since the change in management I highly recommend you give it a try. Looking forward to our next meal. Parking: No issues with parking there is lots of space Kid-friendliness: Very nice and engaging with my children whenever I bring them in.

I was pretty dismayed to be honest, as I watched my chicken burrito being made. Very light on the ingredients, most especially the chicken. There was barely 2 pieces of chunk chicken on the burrito. I said something, to the guy making it, like what am I paying close to $14 for a veggie burrito??!! Nothing to write home about

Staff was pleasant. Food is not what it used to be. I ordered a large shrimp burrito. It was the size of a small. They don t have their regular hot sauce anymore. Instead they have pineapple hot sauce. The lettuce was rusted. Tomato s were either mushy or white cores. Cilantro was wilted. My wife ordered the shrimp quesadilla. They didn t cook it long enough and the cheese wasn t melted at all. When she went back and had it fixed they melted the cheese this time but the cheese is low quality and very very greasy and looks really fake. We won t be back to this location

Burrito Boyz is our go to place. This location dose not disappoint. Very friendly staff, good food, clean place, good ambience.

Ordered takeout chicken nachos. No chicken was added to the nachos. Asked for mild salsa and got spicy instead. Container was upside down. Honestly just really disappointed that I paid $20 for extremely spicy chicken-less nachos. By the time I checked the nachos the store was closed. Will not be back.

Absolutely great! I haven t been a huge fan of burritos for the longest of times but after trying it from this store, I have to say that I am in love..! The staff is friendly, offers assistance with selections as per my taste. Ever since, i have tried Quesadillas, bowls and what not every weekend from this store. Never disappoints. The new management has really upped the game and I am not going anywhere else.

Delicious burrito. I get the half shrimp half cod and it never disappoints. I really like how they can remember your previous order through their system because I always get the same thing and it prevents me from missing any toppings in the burrito! The reason why I didn t give this 5 stars was because I ve had the same order at the location in Hamilton and they pack the burrito with more shrimp and other toppings.

They have never made right tacos. I can t have some stuff with tacos so I requested and I believe that they put information of my tacos in computer. However, I go to order my tacos they always wrong stuff with my tacos. It s very irritating and annoying It should not doing this way so just example, if someone has Allergy with some stuff how they can take responsibility it s a big problem. Unfortunately we won t be back there anymore. I strongly recommend you have to check your foods when your food is done before go home or eat there.

I just moved from Toronto for my work here and I was looking for a burrito place and i tried their shrimp burrito it was so delicious. The number one Mexican place in town.

I went there with my kids and my husband,There are literally 3 tables , no one there and the tables were dirty, the washroom dirty , I specifically said no spicy and I couldn t take more than two bites because was really spicy ,my kids and husband didn t eat either , really bad experience,

Employee picked his nose multiple times with his bare then decided to touch my ready to eat food with it and when I said was your hands and I need fresh food didn t understand how what he did was wrong. I must need to acknowledge the service I received while having a Burrito! All the employees were welcoming and friendly towards customers. Area was clean and well maintained! I will go regularly with my friends to have a great Burrito again at the same place.

I just want to say I love the burrito boyz chain , been going there for years even back when they were only in Toronto. Today got a burrito for lunch. First thing I noticed lettuce in toppings area looked pretty tired and brown on the edges. I went to the washroom saw on the cleaning chart no cleaning end of shift night before and you could tell. That stuff was concerning but what really pushed me to make a review was once eating the burrito part way though I bite down on something really hard and out comes this chunk of plastic I don t usually leave bad reviews and I mean well for this business but Brantford location you really may want to take a look at your quality and cleaning policies. I won t be back to your location. Many others around that are clean and fresh.
