Our all time "to go" place! Their unique Cajun Fries are very popular. They recently launched Ghost Paper Sandwich and Big Box. Both are very convenient in price. They also have 2 student meal from 11am-2pm everyday. They're very promising about their quality and quantity. Recommended 10/10
Can't comment on the atmosphere because I ordered online through skip the dishes which was of no help.. So I am leaving this review instead to warn others.. Our order was for 2 bottled drinks but was given 1 bottled drink and 1 fountain drink with lots of ice.. Our order was for one 4 piece and one 3 large pieces.. Instead of 3 large pieces, we got 2 small and 1 big.. This combo was more expensive than the 4 piece, which is what I should have ordered.. 🤦♀️ It's just not accurate and very disappointed.. The food was good overall and service was pretty fast.. Still would give this place 4 stars..
I visited the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at 50 Market St S, Brantford, and it was great. The real cream of my visit was Harsh, who rendered very outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, ensured my order was just right. The food tasted good, with that only-at-Popeyes flavor as per expectations, but it was Harsh's dedication to excellent service that really made the meal memorable. Kudos to Harsh and the team for making this visit so enjoyable.
Food was great! Was made fresh, hot and tasty as always. The service was amazing. All employees had big smiles on their face, asked how the food was and made the environment very friendly. They even gave us two free biscuits due to the fact we had to wait on some pies for a period of time. Will definitely be back! ☺️

I love to order from Popeyes. We also spend $70 dollars or more every time we order and when we order, we ask for hot sauce every time. I love the food and absolutely love the hot sauce. But, for the past 3 times we’ve ordered we don’t get any. I thought the first 2 times were a mistake. But now, we’ve ordered for the third time and again nothing. Popeyes has spent time and money making their own pepper sauce to not give it to their guests even when then spend these amounts of money………to me shows a lack of caring for the products and the guests that order from them. Very disappointed and not going to be ordering again.
It's Popeye's. So, you know what you're getting if you go here. Fried chicken. My experience was fine. The restaurant looked clean, and the food was fine, and the service was quite good. I can recommend them on my experience.
On Friday, we ordered lunch from the store, and while the service and atmosphere were acceptable, the cleanliness of the store, especially the floors, left much to be desired. The chicken we received was extremely dry and inedible, resulting in wastage. Additionally, the nuggets were excessively salty, making them impossible to eat, so we had to discard them. Considering the higher prices they charge for food and taxes, they should prioritize delivering quality meals to their customers. It's quite unfortunate that they seem to compensate for subpar food by adding extra salt to mask the taste. The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and focus on improving customer satisfaction rather than solely aiming for maximum profit.

I have never seen such an expensive restaurant, 3 pieces of chicken for 20+ dollars! I just went in, saw the prices and went to eat a burrito at a nearby store! Really ridiculous price

Extremely disappointed with the boneless wings combo . I ordered honey garlic boneless wings combo . Waited a while to get order . When I got home , realized it was over sauced with BBQ sauce . Too strong and tangy . Couldn t finish it , ended up throwing it out . Very disappointed . Thank goodness my second order , I asked for Hot sauce on the side .

When they ask you if you are taking out just know they want to give you bad chicken ..I bought two times really bad chicken.i think they only heat up left overs for days and give to people who take out .Im so disappointed

Popoyes kitchen is one of my favourite joints in town. Loved their crispy chicken sandwich and cajun fries, i can eat it all day. Their spicy chicken is so damn good. Love it. Guy named Harsh is super funny and friendly Staff member.Highly recommended, must visit.

I tried the blackend sandwich. I absolutely loved the taste of it. Spicy chicken is quite yum too. Amongst the staff members I would like to make a special mention for Harsh. He is quite entertaining and makes the atmosphere fun.

I had the popcorn shrimp combo at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and it was fantastic. The shrimp were crispy and well-seasoned, and the side of coleslaw was fresh and delicious.
The chicken and waffles at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen are a unique treat. The combination of sweet and savory is spot-on, and the service was quick and friendly especially from Harsh of Staff!
I tried the seafood combo at Popeyes and it was fantastic. If you are looking for the perfect seafood meal I would highly recommend the crispy popcorn shrimp with the warm and fluffy buttermilk biscuit.

Always check your receipt at this location. Ordered the $40 family meal & when I looked at the receipt the items were rang in individually & equaled $47? When I questioned the guy about it, he said it was tax & it obviously wasn t cause tax is at the bottom of the receipt. The owner rang in the order again & said that they always have this system error! Staff was unfriendly, food was old & not fresh & we didn t get our drink! We used to love this place but today was not a good experience all around!

I made a large order. My supper was ruined when I ate a Bar B Que wing. It burnt my mouth and tongue so badly that ice and celery would not relieve my mouth and milk finally gave me relief. It s horrible. If sAuce is that hot there should be a warning I would never have eaten or ordered it. I can t believe I drove 2 hours to closest store and paid 90 dollars to get burnt. Never had supper! Never again. Shame on you for not specifying the hotness of your sauces

Date of Visit: Jan. 24, 2024 Items Ordered: 4 Piece Platter Mild Problems: 1. The chicken is no longer fresh and hot like it used to be. If you are looking for great tasting Popeye chicken, you have to try another franchise. 2. The significant problem is that there is no heat in the dining room area. You have to sit in the cold while you eat. There is also no hot water from the faucet in the washroom. The staff checked the washroom reluctantly, and yelled that there is hot water. I dont know which faucet he checked, but it definitely couldnt be the one I was using. >>>>>From Sometime in 2020<<<<<< I just visited this franchise today. Chicken was good. Coleslaw was fresh, but was made using lousy quality cabbage. Fries is only half box filled and tasted OK. Service was horrible. The cashier typed my order into another order in progress. When I pointed out that the total is wrong, the cashier annoyingly yelled out Spicy or Mild!! Spicy or Mild!! Spicy?. She did not tell me that she corrected the cash register. Later, after my order was in queue, my order number 133 was not served even after number 142 was served. The reason why I visited the Brantford location is because all Popeye locations in Hamilton and Burlington have bad tasting expired chicken. While chicken at this Brantford location is fresh, its service is one of the worst in all fast food restaurants.

Seriously worst location ever when it comes to delivery, ordered family meal today via ubereats worth 70$, few pieces were fresh because they were somewhat hot and rest of the pieces are cold and looked stale. also there was no breast pieces whereas there should be at least 2-3 pieces in a 12 piece family meal, fries were cold and there was no hot sauce. Never getting the delivery again, make sure to stand on their head to get your order right. so disappointed in them, mess order every time.
