We always order our Chinese food delivery from Beijing. Throughout the years theyve always been consistently good value for the money. I cannot say that in our experience weve had a bad order from Beijing. Friendly staff whether its pickup or ordering for delivery.

This is the place we go for take out. You no longer dine in, and it is very popular so call ahead. Staff are very friendly and the food is good. Some dishes are not as spicy as I prefer. It is a good option if you are looking for Chinese.

Ive been ordering from this location for over 20 years and i can honestly say i have never once had a bad experience. The price has always been fair especially considering how much inflation has went up in the last few years and the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is top notch, the man behind the counter is always very polite, courteous and professional, from calling you by name, to coming around from the counter to hand you your food. My favourites are the almond soo guy and the chicken chow mein.

Tonights food was probably some of the best chinese food I have had. It is usually really good but tonight was more flavorful than I have ever had from there. I couldnt stop going back from more even though I was full. I dont get take out a lot so this was an extra special treat to have it taste extra good.

Not good! Ordered for my birthday dinner. Food was not fresh, chicken balls tasted old and stale , rice was dry and hard, sweet and sour ribs were swimming in sauce, everything went into the garbage. Epic birthday dinner fail!

I order for my Dad every weekend and they are so kind, the food is consistently good and and my Dad is always thrilled, whether its pork fried rice, almond soo guy, or sweet and sour chicken balls. Im so glad we found Beijing!

Warning: Don t order from here. New Years Day we made an order of: beef and broccoli, Cantonese chow Mein, ginger beef, general tso chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and lemon chicken. It took 2-hours for our food to arrive. It was cold and the texture of the food was stale, as if it had been sitting under warmers for hours. The breading was soggy and incredibly thick. The beef and broccoli had no sauce and was more like boiled beef and broccoli. The chicken in everything was flavourless - the Cantonese chow Mein was disgusting and also ice cold. Most of the food is going into the garbage and it s such a shame because Chinese food it not cheap. The meat is bland, unseasoned, and some pieces were questionable. I had a piece of sesame chicken that had a strange texture, nearly made me vomit. The only food item that was edible was the sweet and sour sauce, which probably came from a bottle. I don t know how any of these reviews are good. Anyone who thinks this restaurant serves anything beyond poorly mediocre has no taste buds.

Ordered for the first time Dec. 31 (yesterday). Placed order ahead of time for 4 pm pickup. When we got home - the food was lukewarm at best. I understand you are busy which is why we pre ordered but the food was obviously made too early. The breading on the shrimps, soo guy and chicken balls was very thick and mushy. The wontons were mush and squished. The rice was very dry. We ended up not being able to eat much and we had to throw out 75% of the food. I am a low income family and I saved to be able to have a nice Chinese meal - I cannot afford to order out often so we are all so disappointed that the food was not good at all.

Honestly, I dont think its even worth the price as compare to taste and standards. I have tried numerous Chinese foods. However, this time its a big disappointment. Time and money waste!

Never a miss on the pick up calls for food. The gentleman that works the phone and waits tables is very effective in his work. Once he gets to know your voice on the phone he calls you by name... Is always willing to make substitutions to the single dinner meals (can add additional charge, depending on what you want)... Food is ready for pick up within 20 to 30 minutes and is always hot and tastes fresh... Keep up the great work!

Amazing food !!! We have ordered from here a few times now and it s absolutely delicious, big portions, hot when it arrives. The best part for me is they do Gluten Free options and I have not had any issues at all . Super friendly and knowledgable staff about gluten-free. Definitely recommend

I just bought a Lo mein and the chicken was spoil. I am very disappointed. Edited to respond: I had to return to work had no time to be back n forth with a restaurant about spoiled food. You have no business running a restaurant if you do not know not to sell spoil food to customers, this could result in food poisoning. Honestly Beijing is always our go to place for Chinese food.. Always fresh and very delicious with big portion sizes.. I believe his name is Nathan, the gentleman at the counter is very polite with the memory of an allstar.. Each time myself, family or friends walk in along with other customers he literally recognizes each person and their order.. Sure there are other places but I find Beijing takes care of you.. Would easily recommend

Visited for first time a couple months ago & had a great first visit! I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease & thought Id never have Chinese food again, but Beijing Restaurant does gluten free! Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free & I felt confident ordering. Tried a variety of items & everything was fresh, very tasty & reasonably priced. Ill definitely be regular customer! We ordered here for the first time as weve been looking for a good Chinese spot in Brantford. We ordered ahead and the man who answered the phone was very pleasant! He answered all of our questions and let us know our order would take about 20 min. We actually got there 40 min after and our food was still super hot! Very pleased with that. We got home and were happy to see that the portions were big! They dont use fillers to give less meat like other places. The food was spicy and GOOD! Ill definitely be ordering from here again. Nice spot with great food and great service.

Yesterday was my birthday and I chose Beijing for my dinner. I chose Beijing because it had the best reviews for Gluten Friendly chinese take away. Nathan was so helpful and very considerate to ask questions and give options. I really appreciate all your help. The food was delicious. My family also enjoyed their dishes. An absolute worse Chinese food I ever tasted! When I entered the restaurant to pick up my food, the place smelled terrible as if the place was never clean for years! I picked up my food and when I opened the food at home, the food odor was unbearable. I tasted a piece of the beef and I could not continue eating it. I threw the food in the garbage. I have no idea how this restaurant scored 4 stars!

This is a Take out spot. Everything was ok accept for the food. It was so bready, heavy and sugary. The chicken balls and general Taos hardly had any chicken. There was just so much filler in every dish. My husband and I felt so sick afterwards. Just some of the worst Chinese food. It was affordable but I would rather pay more for fresh.

I pop by here about once a week. My go to place! And the staff is extremely friendly.

I d give it 5 stars for my 2 fave dishes and only on weekend nights. Front house dude is amazing and remembers me even though I m not super regular - also helped me to identify my fave things. So freaking intuitive! However, I have ordered here at other times and it has been different - putting too much onion to fill it out or making it (weirdly) too spicy. This place would be better if all the shifts were more consistent.

Been a long time and now I remember why! Cantonese chow main had salad size shrimp, no sauce and all noodles.vegtable and almond ok. Asked fo extra lemon with my shrimp, not! No white rice??? Thats why its been 4 years. Whats up?? Back to Oriental I guess???

I have been to Beijing s a few times now and I have Celiac disease. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination and I have had NO problems at all here! Their customer service is great, they always answer the phone, and listened to all my questions about their cooking process (for my allergy). They were quite knowledgeable about celiac and usually eating gluten free means losing out on taste but the food was still extremely tasty. They put the non-gf meals in a separate bag and everything ! The food is always fresh and warm and the serving portions are fantastic for the price.

Singapore Chow Mein had too much Indian curry, and I am Indian it was terrible. Egg Drop Soup had no egg, and I am not sure what was in it. We disposed of it. Vegetable Fried Rice had two vegetables, peas and bean sprouts only. - I will never order again from this restaurant

Save yourself and do NOT get food from Bejing Restaurant. Anything that is breaded is 90% bread and is totally bland. When I called back to complain the owner just hung up. Be afraid...be very afraid!

Ordered meal for 4 and Soo Guy with gravy on the side. Gravy was on top not on the side. As 2 out of 4 of us do not eat gravy we were unhappy. I order chinese for the others as all I like is the chow mein and Soo Guy, all I had to eat was chow mein. I phoned the restaurant and they did not offer to replace the irder. Instead the comment was I will let the kitchen know. This is terrible customer service.

Food tasted like it was reheated from the day before , green peppers used in the cantonese chow mein you could tell they were visibly going bad and could even taste it... chicken tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago.. definitely not fresh.. place has gone downhill.. wont be back sorry

Tried Beijing Chinese restairant for the 1st time a few months ago, after checking reviews. Very happy with the food. Very satisfied. Pleasant and very nice customer service. I will be back for sure. I was looking specifically for a no-msg restaurant and this is it. They dont use msg in their cooking, although some items already contain msg, as with all restaurants, Beijing does not cook with msg, which for me makes a huge difference. Whenever i have food thats been prepped/cooked with msg, I always feel sick, and I felt fine with this food. Thank you Beijing! Much appreciated. Great food! Great service. Great quality food, fresh, really nice flavours. So Good!

Our first time ordering from Beijing was tonight, We ordered based on there good reviews. The service was quick and really personable. We ordered the Dinner for 6 , Let tell you the amount of food is unreal, you could feed a family of 15 with that meal, Everything was tasty.

Drove 20 minutes and passed 4 other Chinese food restaurants to pick up our order. When I got home almond dish was missing. Also they dont put the crushed almonds on the almond suguy which was the missing dish. The egg rolls were hard as rocks and when I called to complain the guy on the phone offered me a freaking credit for the sugay!!!!!!! Are you serious? Second problem in a month. Shame on you for the first problem but shame on me for giving you another chance.

The dishes look like Chinese food but they are not really authentic. Ingredients seem cheap, especially any dish with chicken (very dry). Their beef and ginger dish is made up of 80% onion, 10% ginger, and 10% beef.

By far the best restaurant Ive tried in Brantford that is non buffet style. The delivery is always on time, the food is always fantastic. Even if they are busy, Nate takes the time to answer questions and offer suggestions. This is the only place I have ordered from and not felt sick after eating. Like I said, food is amazing!!

We had a combination of rice, vegetables and meat items. It wasnt greasy or oily like the last place that we ordered from. The Kung Po beef was actually pretty spicy, which you dont get in many restaurants. It would have been nice if it had actual Szechuan peppercorn, but it is a Canadian Chinese food restaurant. Everyone was happy with the dinner.

We were in the middle of moving and didnt realize how late it was (15 min till closing) we called for an order and they stayed open a bit later so we could get there. Wonderful customer service. We enjoy getting the dinner for 4 special. You get a large amount of food for an amazing price. So far Ive yet to be disappointed as the food Ive had has always been great. I am looking forward to trying out some more dishes here.

Ordered delivery just received it and the entire order is wrong. Only thing they didnt mess up on was the fortune cookies. Use to order from them all the time without issues few years ago. Must be under new management they suck now. No longer ordering from them $52 for the food to end up in the trash.

This was the most disappointing Chinese food Ive ever had. Orderd the Cantonese Chow Mein and the Dai Dep Woey with spring rolls. After waiting 2 hours for my meal finally get it. The spring rolls tasted off and somehow were mushy with almost no filling. The vegetables in the Dai Dep Woey were the exact same as in the chow mein with the same sauce, so no variety in the meal. The sauce they had was completely watered down and flavourless. The noodles were so overcooked they were mushy and Im 90% sure were just Mr Noodles. All the meat was boiled when it said BBQ pork, chicken and Shrimp we assumed it would be... Barbequed. The meat was also tough and dry which is hard to accomplish when it is sitting in water. Dont waste your time with this one.

After a long day on the road meeting with mortgage clients, I called up my favourite Chinese Restaurant in Brantford, Bejing. I love it here as I am always greeted by name and it is a very friendly atmosphere. My food is always hot and never over cooked. The only wait time is while the food is being packaged; that is not really a wait. The restaurant accommodates families and small quieter sports teams. Plenty of parking across the street where Dairee Delight is in the winter months. 5 stars

I bought 50 bucks worth of food and threw it all out because the meat smelled off, undercooked, and just overall repulsive. Garbage place. Garbage food. Dont waste your time or your dollar.

First Chinese restaurant Ive tried since moving to Brantford.. first off.. everything tastes the same.. meaning super bland and over cooked.. asked for dry garlic spareribs and got dry heavily salted pork ribs. Full of what Ill figure out later to be MSG.. They cant even make proper sweet an sour sauce.. try using some ketchup not just sugar and vinegar!!...how I wish I could get that $53 back.. please pray for my colon... only took two bites.. I hope we survive.. please.. if you have taste buds or any palate at all.. dont waste your money. Youve been warned.

We ordered last night (a Saturday night) several different items: beef with broccoli, pork lo mein and chicken chow mein, wonton soup, spring rolls. Everything was bland. Aside from the actual ingredients having flavour whatever sauce was on the first 3 items had no flavour whatsoever. Our spring rolls were greasy and burnt on one side (?). Wonton soup was also bland - the wontons were mush and flavourless. We were disappointed. This place had such good reviews - but it was all so flavourless. Maybe this place is better when they aren t dealing with a busy Saturday night? We won t be back though.
